I am been eating at luzzos for 11 years on different location from east village to Chelsea to long island city, and now this. Margarita with no basil. That is unacceptable, I will ask for a refund. And its not about money. The crust is the best in town and the quality of mozzarella and sauce over the top. But no basil because its an expensive ingredient? This is a $5 slice of pizza and it should be there. Sorry

Amazing concept - finally a ‘slice shop’ that does real napoletana pizza! Amazing crust. Will be my new go to

I stopped by in the morning when I saw a sign for coffee and a croissant. The croissant was maybe the best I have ever had, and that includes France and Montreal. I honestly would go back there just for that! And the man working there could not have been nicer.

This place serves the best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust is perfectly crispy yet soft, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and creative. Their signature pies, like the truffle mushroom, are unforgettable. Great service, cozy atmosphere—10/10!.

Pizza doesn’t have a soul . It’s ok to get full but not savory for your tongue. Not a date place

We ordered for delivery through Door Dash and our pizza looked as if it had been put through a washing machine! It was totally broken/cheese had fallen off and pieces were flipped upside down. We ordered polpette and instead they sent a meatball sandwich and tried to argue with me to say we had ordered the wrong thing. We know what we ordered! They told us to contact DoorDash and were not even the least bit apologetic. We had not ordered from here since they moved to Lexington Avenue. Wish we never had. I will never order from here again. With so many options in NYC, you cannot afford to have such poor customer service.

We absolutely loved our meal here. Our pizza was devious! The guys that work/own the restaurant were so kind both to my children but also to community members that needed help. We will be back!

Yelp
Little Luzzo's Pizza was a family favorite when it was on 96th Street. Labor Day weekend I asked my daughter if she would like me to buy her pizza to take home for lunch. I was excited to see they opened up Luzzo's on Lexington at 93rd Street.
My daughter ordered two slices and as soon as she got them she was ready to head home. Lucky for me it's speedy service at this historic pizza joint in my neighborhood. My daughter sent me a photo of her two slices taken before she ate them. She said "It's good!" It's definitely good and a bargain.
I'm definitely returning ALONE so I can relax and enjoy a slice. I'm happy that this new location has a nice little dining room and more tables and chairs in the window. It's definitely a Mom and Pop welcoming atmosphere.
Remember to check out the lunch specials. I'm recommending!

Yelp
Unbelievably delicious! I ordered the Mikele. The crust was chewy and has remarkable flavor with a perfect amount of char. The cheese and prosciutto with a hint of truffle is absolutely divine. What a delicious lunch! The staff was so friendly and pleasant. Cute spot with tables to dine in. Definitely will be back.
