[Above all, will I be back?]
Yes, as a Vegas local, this is my go-to Pho place in Vegas that ticks all the boxes - foods, portion, price, service, ambiance, cleanness!
I've been meaning to write about this place for a while but I had to try other Pho places to make sure this is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Vegas! lol Service is quick, it is a good to grab a bite and go. Hangover? or cold day? or got chill? Visit LV Pho 7 and you won't regret it!
1. 5/5 Food
I lived in Vietnam for a year so I know authentic Vietnamese foods. This place is the closest one in Vegas so far. Their portion is big. Not stingy for toppings and ingredients either. I want to try their Banh Mi (Sandwich) next time I visit.
#4 Pho w/ Rare Steak and Beef Ball
I come here for their rich and flavorful broth when it comes to pho. The steak meat is the best part. It was sooooo soft and not smelly at all! I think it is softer than the beef brisket from Costco lol
The noodles were perfectly cooked but tangled each other so had to untangle them with chopsticks. I love their rich and full bodied soup (color is brownish) than clear soup like other restaurants (tastes like made of instant powder).
#16 Charbroiled Pork and baked egg, fried bean cur w/ rice
The meat was tender, juicy and perfectly marinated and cooked. I liked the charcoal & smoky flavor. So good. I will order again.
#13 Bun Bo Hue (Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup)
This is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes so tried, and satisfied. It's not spicy and no pork blood. I've seen many Pho restaurants use not authentic broth for Bun Bo Hue (tastes like pho broth) but this place is better than them. This is not a Bun Bo Hue specialty place, the expectation shouldn't be high.
#S Spring Roll w/ shrimp & pork
3 rolls cut in half (usually 2 rolls at other places) Ingredients were fresh, not dry or smelly. One thing to mark, the lettuce (not shredded) was a whole leaf so it falls apart with one bite. Loved the dipping sauce.
#70 Ice French Coffee
It' cant be failed! Good to drink during the meal.
2. 5/5 Ambience
It is a modern and simple interior with about 15-20 tables. It is comfortable.
3. 5/5 Service
The staff was quick, attentive and friendly. The food came out quickly.
4. 5/5 Hygiene
Cups, plates, the table and floor were clean. they use disposable wood chopsticks.
5. 5/5 Price
It is cheaper than other pho places in Vegas. The best value in town.
6. 5/5 Restroom: It was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Gender separated.
7. 5/5 Location
It is in Chinatown, 10-15 minutes from the Strip.
8. 5/5 Parking
I always find a spot every time I visit here.
