Hotel room was small but had enough for a one night stay. Shower did not have a shower curtain or wall to prevent water splashing out. A lot of places to eat and have fun around the hotel and their breakfast was very tasty. Would come back again anytime soon for another short stay.

Great stay at lyf Bugis Singapore! The location is very convenient, just a short walk to MRT and cafes. Room was clean, comfy, and stylish. Staff were helpful and the overall vibe was young and vibrant. Perfect for a fun, central stay in the city!

Was in Singapore for a business trip, took the opportunity to experience a new trend of co-living accommodation thus decided on LYF by Ascott.||Location:|Located on Middle road in the Bugis area. Easily accessed via a few MRT stations namely Bencoolen, Rochor and Bras Basah.||Reception:|Pre-registered myself on the ASR app prior to reaching the premises. Fastest check in ever. All done in less than 30 seconds! Excellently done by Nash. Requested a high floor room which was granted with no fuss whatsoever!||Room:|Given a room at the 14th floor of the 16 floors hotel. Waiting time for the lifts were bearable.| |Booked a nano queen room. Room was slightly small but adequate for my personal use. This room may be too small for a couple with loads of luggage. ||There was a small window that allows some natural light but is inadequate to light up the whole room. However the strategically placed lights ensure good lighting. ||Room amenities are kept to a minimal and all toiletries can be requested from the front desk. However there is a in-room water dispenser which allows you to have both hot and cold water. ||The best feature of the room has to be the bed. It was very luscious and comfortable and reminds me of the Heavenly Bed that was advertised by another hotel chain once upon a time ago. Had one of my best hotel sleeps for all the three nights there.||Room insulation was good although not the best I have experience but the noise was not intrusive.||Room cleaning is not done daily but at least once weekly. You can request on which day you would like to have it during check in.| |Toilet size is rather small but adequate for a regular sized adult. Only downside is there is no divide between the shower and wc which causes the area to be wet during and after a shower. There are shower / shampoo / conditioner available.||Facilities:|There is a fridge and ironing facilities as well as a microwave on every floor. Interestingly there is a common phone as the rooms do not come with one.||Gym and laundry and dryer is available but did not used them. There is no pool though.| |Enjoyed the communal kitchen which even came with a wine chiller! The kitchen was fully functional for one to even cook a decent meal. Spend my early mornings there quietly enjoying some hot toasted bread and coffee. ||Internet was available throughout the hotel but was not password protected. Speed was decent.||Food:|The booking does not come with any complimentary breakfast thus did not patronise any of the F&B outlets. ||Verdict:|Will definitely stay again especially the bed! Heavenly!

Room is comfortable size for 2 adults and 2 handcarry luggage. Location is good, walking distance to mrt stations, many food options and shopping areas of Bugis. Pillows were comfortable. Maybe a shower curtain will be helpful to prevent the bathroom area from getting wet after use. And also lacking a bidet.

The hospitality was very welcoming and had very clean rooms with good A/C. Everything from the hotel lobby to the hotel room was very well maintained. They also have luggage racks where you can store your luggage after you check out so you can enjoy your last couple hours of Singapore before your flight. Very nice staff and took a lock by accident with me and told me to not worry about it. Will be coming back for sure in December or January to this hotel when I come back to Singapore

I was on a business trip. Good location with a food center and convenience stores nearby. Tiny bedroom, social room, and mini storage room. Same breakfast menu everyday with 4 selection only during 4 days of my stay. Grab pick-up point on the second floor, not so convenient. Clean environment and friendly staff.

Had a staycation here quite a long time ago and enjoyed my stay. Rooms were of course compact and small but had everything that one can ask for. I definitely prefer bigger rooms but was open to try this hotel just for fun and I still enjoyed the stay as the small area didn’t hinder nor annoy me in any way. Price was also affordable and for just a quick getaway, I have no complaints. Would I return in the near future… perhaps, if the price is good enough then why not

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here so we pretty much knew what to expect but the place did seem more run down than when we stayed about 6years ago. The rooms are very small which is its biggest downside. The location is great for us and the price good for Singapore. The staff are pleasant and the rooms are clean. We were travelling in a group of 7 and had 4 rooms booked. For some reason one of our group got some extra niceties (eg linen and room sprays and coffee pods) even though we'd all checked in together so that seemed odd... if you do it for one, why not the other 3 rooms? One of the lifts was in complete disrepair with padded cardboard lining and this didn't inspire confidence... we were surprised it was still allowed to be in use by guests.
