Stayed here for both leisure and business purposes. I’m giving a 5-star review for Ms. Ling’s hospitality, whom I met regularly at the restaurant during my 7-day stay. She is truly hard-working and always welcoming. Her warm smile greeted everyone during breakfast which also made the day. As well as other staff members, including the receptionists, are friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed something, I simply asked, and they always gave their best effort to assist. The location is very strategic, with two nearby bus stops and several convenience stores within walking distance. There are various restaurants and cafés available, and a mosque for Muslim prayers is also nearby.

Overall, it was a good stay. Lyf Bugis has a co-living / hostel-style concept, so it’s best suited for guests who are comfortable without traditional hotel services. There is no daily room service, and rooms receive a light cleaning every three days, which includes towel changes. The common kitchen is a useful feature, especially for longer stays. The rooms are on the smaller side for the price paid, which is quite common for hotels in Singapore. The location is a big plus — conveniently near bus stops and within walking distance of Bugis Street, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

A hotel that's like no other! I'm very pleased with my stay on 1st December and will come back for the next times I'm in Singapore! Service was amazing. I got abit of trouble from my side of the booking and the front desk staff, Dinesh, helps me a ton, very very patient and was very kind about it! Seriously I will come back just for the service alone. Thank you Dinesh! I truly enjoyed my stay. Small, compact and minimalist room enough for 1-2 packs. This is great for a business trip or a vacation. Love the co-living spaces! Well done Lyf!

The location of the Hotel is really amazing, it’s in a walking distance of a lot of malls and stores. There is also a 7/Eleven not even 2 minutes away. The Staff was absolutely amazing and talkative, i felt welcomed immediately. There is a fast check in option on the L1 floor right as you enter from the Garage, as well as a fast check out option also on the 2nd floor called L1. The fact that there is a kitchen was really amazing, Singapore is very expensive and cooking our meals made our trip easier and cheaper. The Kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Wine Refrigerator. You can also label your food so no one mistakes it for their own. I also appreciate that there is a fridge on every floor as well as a Microwave, an Iron and a Telephone that automatically calls the reception. The gym is open 24/7, it’s quite small but definitely enough. They have water and towels available in the gym as well. The only two downsides are that the laundry room is connected with the gym, so people who wait on their clothes usually hang out on the gym equipment and block the way. It would be helpful to put up a sign not to play with the equipment. Also you can’t open the window in the rooms, which really started to become a problem after few days. There wasn’t any fresh air in the room and it felt a little suffocating. I think it wouldn’t be that bad if you aren’t staying for many nights or staying alone. However we stayed for 9 nights and it was two of us with many luggages. The Staff however was helpful and suggested we keep the air conditioning on the “Fan” option and offered to clean the room.

Just felt a bit to crammed and renovations have made the aesthetic look nice but not changed the structure or shell which needs an overhaul. The tricky part is the entrance is on Level 2 in a carpark but that doesn't drop off at reception so you need to go up and down with luggage. The staff are nice and helpful and as with LYF it's do it yourself which is OK. The room was just a bit crammed for my liking given it was meant to be large.||Close to Rochor, Bugis and Bencoolen. I probably wouldn't stay here again, purely because if I need to ride a main MRT, it's easier elsewhere and I think I satisfied my curiosity with this LYF.

The room became noticeably warm at night after 11pm as the central air-conditioning appeared to be adjusted or limited. This made the room uncomfortable for sleeping. It felt like a cost-saving measure, which impacted the overall stay experience. I hope the management can improve this for future guests.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Hillman from the lyf Hotel team for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and proactive in handling our requests, making our stay smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and positive attitude truly reflect the high service standards of the hotel. Thank you, Hillman, for going above and beyond. Highly appreciated.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a quiet workcaytion. Very sufficient, convenient location and comfortable. While the lobby and pantry are very small, the room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate my peace and quiet and would come back for surr but I do prefer Lyf Funan a little more. Lobby staff here were very helpful indeed.
