This hotel has an excellent location and is very budget-friendly. The room may be small, but it has everything you need and feels very comfortable. The in-room hot water dispenser is incredibly convenient!!! Being able to get hot water anytime is such a plus. The hotel also provides a free water dispenser, which makes things even better. Toothbrush and slippers is provided upon request. All the staff were really friendly. They always greeted us with a smile, were cheerful, and were genuinely willing to help. Their attitude made the whole stay feel welcoming and pleasant. If you arrive early and your room isn’t ready yet, you can store your luggage in the self-service lockers on Level 2, which is very convenient. The hotel’s restaurant also serves delicious food, which was a nice surprise and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a great location, great price, and great service. There’s a mall full with different restaurants just 1min walking distances, few convenience stores and near bugis mall👍 I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

I stayed at lyf Bugis Singapore for one night to celebrate my birthday during my first international solo trip, and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel was amazing and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The check-in experience was smooth, and the most special part was the sweet birthday surprise arranged by Dinesh and Kelwin. It made me so emotional and touched my heart. Thank you for making my solo birthday feel so special and memorable. I’ll always remember this stay 🤍

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the room was not very big, it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well maintained.The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and transportation. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I am satisfied with the experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

“What a motel ” Never forget your item when check out. The hotel doesn’t care and will not bother to find it. Actually I have been staying in this hotel since over 10 years since the previous name - Hotel G and it was good value for money. But today’s experience made me to never go back to this hotel. After staying 2 nights I checked out on 28 Jan and I left my t shirt in the room on the refrigerator. This hotel room is very small and no wardrobe so space is limited to put stuff. I returned to my country and realized that I left the T-shirt in the room and emailed hotel to help check. This t shirt was a gift from my wife so it is important for me. Hotel replied it didn’t find any item in my room and that was it. It’s probably because this hotel has no protocol for check out. You return the key and you are good to go immediately. There is no minibar so nothing to check from hotel side and they don’t care what you left in the room. If housekeeping is reporting properly it should note guest service of left item in the room. Unfortunately they don’t care. Never leave items when check out and if you did, it will be miraculous if you get it back.

Stayed here for both leisure and business purposes. I’m giving a 5-star review for Ms. Ling’s hospitality, whom I met regularly at the restaurant during my 7-day stay. She is truly hard-working and always welcoming. Her warm smile greeted everyone during breakfast which also made the day. As well as other staff members, including the receptionists, are friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed something, I simply asked, and they always gave their best effort to assist. The location is very strategic, with two nearby bus stops and several convenience stores within walking distance. There are various restaurants and cafés available, and a mosque for Muslim prayers is also nearby.

Excellent location, walkable to many eateries. However given cars cannot stop on the main road that it is on, cabs need to drive up to a Level 2 drop-off point, where the pantry and (free) luggage storage area are. You’d then need to head down to Level 1 to check in, where Level 1 is a split level sort of situation, shares space with the breakfast buffet area and a bar. There is a platform to move between the split levels in case you have luggage. Well-equipped, Lyf Bugis has a gym and a laundry room, and ironing areas on every floor. The tap water in the rooms is drinkable, there is also a hot water dispenser in every room as well. The rooms are not very spacious but space is an expensive commodity in Singapore after all. Everything else is consistent with other Lyfs, clean and comfortable bedding, disposable dental kit provided at the reception, room cleaning every 3 days. Was also happy with the toiletries. Excellent value for money, happy to return.

Good and confy stay for travellers. Small and cozy rooms. Do not expect big ones.😅😅.. but you would not regret.. room cleaning in 2 stages. Light cleaning every 3 days and full on 7th day if ur long occupant. If less than 3 then no cleaning.. Make sure ur a member of ASR for surprise perks..

A hotel that's like no other! I'm very pleased with my stay on 1st December and will come back for the next times I'm in Singapore! Service was amazing. I got abit of trouble from my side of the booking and the front desk staff, Dinesh, helps me a ton, very very patient and was very kind about it! Seriously I will come back just for the service alone. Thank you Dinesh! I truly enjoyed my stay. Small, compact and minimalist room enough for 1-2 packs. This is great for a business trip or a vacation. Love the co-living spaces! Well done Lyf!
