Very good experience here, good facilities, games, spa. Nice rooms with comfy bed and good shower. Good breakfast choice and quality. Good staff. Location is great for using train, 1 minute walk away, make sure you get the travel card from hotel, we thought it was free with ski pass but had to pay €44, it's free with card from hotel. Spa is amazing area. Whole hotel feels very modern and functional.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 of us travelling from 28th December for 1 week. The hotel rooms were clean and really well appointed with fantastic views of the mountains from both rooms. The staff were really helpful and the included breakfast was always welcome, well cooked and stocked. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the town centre, right next to the train station. The ski locker rooms are clean and dry. We would certainly recommend.

We had a really lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that made it feel extra special. The spa was a definite highlight — beautifully presented and very relaxing, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The check-out experience, however, was disappointing. We were incorrectly charged €66 for a breakfast we did not have. Although the charge was eventually removed, we felt we were not taken seriously or believed initially, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. It wasn’t the standard of service we would expect given how good the rest of the stay was. Aside from this issue, we had a great time and would still recommend the hotel.

we love how this hotel makes us feel very welcoming. All the staffs are friendly especially the reception team well done for your patience,friendly and welcoming service ( especially Jordan and another person on 30/11/25 morning) who are very welcoming. Great room and view and amenities I am so glad to have chosen this place for my vacation. There is also a Spa inside the hotel that we can use. great facilities , spacious room, close to train station and restaurants

The staff was absolutely amazing. Always saying hello and helping with any request. Amazing team. Lobby needs a lot of work but otherwise a fabulous place to stay. I’m planning to come back in September with my husband and friends. Hopefully the lobby has been improved as I’d like to stay there again.

What a hotel and what a view! Personnel was very friendly, breakfast was solid with more options than your usual breakfast included hotel, and the spa... what a beauty! The pool, the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, the sauna and more are just a delightful and serene experience that was just what we needed in the middle of our Europe tour. I would definitely come back to this hotel without question.

We booked the room kind of last minute due to our change of plan and chose this hotel because of the nice spa facility. The room was clean and is confortably designed but it was a bit cold. We couldnt figure out how to keep the room warm and the thermostat seemed to have been programmed to not go over 20 celsius. Also, the hotel parking is very limited and we didnt know that we were supposed to book the parking ahead. So we had to park in the pay public parking right next to the hotel and it was about 25 euros per night. The spa area is outside the hotel so you need to get out of the building and cross the street to the spa building. The facility is very nice and big but dont expect a quiet and relaxing spa. It is rather a big facility with many people talking and having a good time in many different languages. Overall, the facility is clean and nice.

For a Junior Suite priced at €700 per night, the conditions were entirely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. There was not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room. I had explicitly informed the hotel in advance that I would be staying with a dog, yet instead of appropriate preparation, a dirty, visibly used rug was thrown over the carpet. The room temperature was forcibly limited and could not be set above 14°C, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The discrepancy between the images advertised on Booking.com and the actual room was striking and misleading. The toilet paper provided was half-used, clearly left over from previous guests, which raises serious concerns regarding hygiene and cleaning standards. A view of Mont Blanc was advertised, yet in reality the window faced a building directly opposite, with no view whatsoever. Given the price charged, this experience was not only disappointing but unacceptable. I would strongly discourage anyone from spending a night at this property under such conditions.
