I would definitely recommend parking here if you are attending anything at the Wortham Center! There is an awesome cafeteria on the 1st floor with a variety of food offerings. After attending the Nutcracker we were surprised to see that the cafeteria was open so late! We were able to order food and sit at the bar and enjoy a drink!

I am never coming here ever again this garage is so confusing it's just not worth the struggle The elevators are just in the worst spots you have to walk all the way just to get to the elevator. The stairs are depressing. no one wants to walk million yards in this heat

Jerry was exceptionally professional, polite, and attentive. They made parking easy and stress-free with their clear directions and helpful attitude. It’s rare to find such reliable and courteous service—thank you!" It's best place to park!

When I attend a function in the theater district, and I can't find street parking, this is my garage of choice. It's usually well lit with attendants. So I feel pretty safe even when I'm alone. $12.00 is the most I've ever had to pay for 1-3 hrs, I believe. There is also a guard in the building entrance after hours.

I parked here today and had the worst experience. When I arrived at the garage, I noticed it was odd that no worker was around manning the machine. I was a bit confused on how the machine worked to open the gate but I figured it out and the door opened after pressing the button it directed me to press. I checked for a little validation ticket but there was not one which I thought was odd. Of course, when I was trying to leave, I was stopped for not having a validation ticket. I politely told the lady that I was not given one and the gate opened for me anyway. The lady working was extremely rude and asked me what time I arrived and when I responded with the time I got to the garage she said “well I was there so how didn’t I see you,” but there was NO WORKER there when I arrived. She continues making my uncomfortable and accuses me of lying about when I got there, lying about not getting a ticket, and says I have to pay a 25 dollar lost ticket fee EVEN THOUGH I WAS GIVEN NO TICKET. The manner that she spoke to me was just so rude, she was insinuating that I was lying about everything, and she kept repeating that the gate would not have opened if I didn’t get a ticket so I guess your machine is broken then lady! She was so rude I almost cried.

Great lot for theater parking and the staff is so welcoming. Jarry is always very friendly and helpful! Clean garage with lots of spaces.

The garage itself is nice. If you park for an event on a Sunday, eat dinner afterward, and can't figure out how to get into the building to get to your car afterwards, go to the lobby doors at Prairie and Louisiana. If there is no security guard at the desk, call the assistance number by the door. They will answer quickly and magically appear to let you in. Learn from my three trips around the building trying to find the door. The signage needs to be more clearly posted on all doors and more clearly posted upon your exit after parking.
