Saw this awesome place on Instagram so I decided to give it a try. What an awesome place, full of literal artwork and delicious chocolate all around. Worth the visit, worth the try and worth every penny!

Indescribably great chocolate. The flavors and textures are simply excellent. The horchata drinking chocolate is so good. People, if I lived in Amesbury I would haunt this place on the daily. You can sit and hang out and drink “molten chocolate”! Eat pastries with pals! The history and stories that I hear when I go in make me happy. The restored mill building it’s located in is cool and convenient. Love it here.

If you’re in the area you must visit this little gem. From concept to creation the flavors, designs, and presentation are incomparable. Today I tried a chocolate covered marshmallow and a very spice ghost pepper caramel! I’m prefer my sweets on the “less sweet” side, and these really hit the mark. While you’re there, order the mocha latte!

I recently had a phenomenal experience taking one of the classes here. Chef was great at explaining the chocolate making process and all the passion that went into selecting ingredients and designing flavors. There were plenty of tools available for everyone that were constantly being cleaned. It was a very hands on class. I highly recommend to anyone nearby! It would be great if they added a Saturday class as I did have to take work off to make it for the class.

Visited many times for Free Chocolate Fridays and tried so many of their chocolates and new creations! High quality treats and friendly staff! All their treats have been great! Always bring delicious chocolate and other treats back home. Will definitely buy more!

The most sophisticated chocolates I have ever had. Let's start with the chocolate which is like no other you have ever tasted (or as I learned, the cacao bean and how it is processed). The chocolate is dark, a little bitter, a little sweet, it coats your mouth in the most luscious way. The small batch caramels are sinful, so creamy and light and sweet and just perfect with the slight bitterness from the chocolate (the green and red hatch with the slight heat and tingle, are addictive). My favorite is the Les Sensations with popping crystals (think rice krispies made of honey sugar), The Honey Bees (actual honey inside, Gd made wildflowers, just so bees would make honey for these chocolates) and The Opera - truly art with how the layers are so perfect, and the combinations marry together so beautifully. Each one delights all 5 senses. When you want to treat yourself extra special, these are the chocolate creations for you!

Mike & M. Cacao are simply the best! Their chocolates are to die for and pastries are phenomenal. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area.

Everything made and sold here is delectable. It's all crafted by hand with the highest-quality ingredients. The cafe is in a really cute building and has a really nice comfy vibe. The classes are an incredible value if you ever get the chance to attend one. You get to be really hands-on in a professional kitchen, and you learn some of the art behind the recipes (it's a lot!). It's fun to witness the magic and controlled chaos of multiple amazing pastries coming together all at the same time. Then you take home your creations to enjoy and let me just tell you, they are DELICIOUS.
