Google
My #1 spot to stay in Vegas. If you been to Vegas already a good amount of times, you can agree that the strip is overrated and the crowds get overwhelming. This hotel is 8 miles away from the strip and have the best tables odds and side bets from anything on the strip. Table minimums are low and the place is very clean and modern. The rooms are nice and spacious, you will feel you're in an exclusive hotel in Vegas staying here as it doesn't have so many people even in the casino when you down there playing. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Very nice resort. Very accommodating and clean. It's a bit off the strip. But well worth it. Not so crowded. Has 3 restaurants a steak house, Italian restaurant and the Raiders tavern and grill. Food was good. Rooms were amazing and the view of the strip was beautiful. The room is very well equipped and they will tend to your every need. Highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
This review is about their parking structure and not about the hotel. I've come here a couple of times to gamble and every time there is a problem with the valet parking. I don't know anything about the rooms because I've never stayed there. The signs in the parking structure are misleading. You ask where you can self-park, and they instruct you to turn around the corner, but where they tell you to self-park there is a big sign saying, "Do not enter. Valet parking only." So you then drive around and you find yourself in the same spot, and at that point you just decide to valet. And they tell you you can just park yourself there, in the valet area. So what kind of valet is that? Is it a valet or self-park? How can the signs be so terrible? I've been to several casinos, and the parking structure here is by far the worst. There is a guy who works at the valet parking who is nice and professional, and wants to help, but there is a Filipino gentleman whose name starts with E who is rude and inefficient and makes you feel unwelcome. He just tells you, "whatever" and doesn't tell you if you need a ticket, if you have to leave your keys, if you need to move your car. He just tells you to follow the signs except that the signs are terrible and misleading. It's a joke.

Yelp
The dining options are a highlight, from the highly-rated Studio B Buffet to Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood. For sports fans, the Raiders Tavern & Grill is perfect for catching a game, thanks to their partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders. I mostly come here for business conferences and I find their conference space to be clean and spacious. I also appreciate the free and convenient attached parking structure. So whether you're a visitor or a local, this is a spot worth checking out.

Yelp
I have friends who are Raiders fans. For some time, they've wanted to see the team play in Allegiant Stadium; and they wanted to stay at the "M Resort Spa Casino" (the official team hotel). We finally made the pilgrimage. But, given how the Raiders are performing this season, our stay at the M might have been the highlight of my weekend. (joke) Booking :: I booked rooms via a travel aggregation website. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and efficient. Every team member was able to answer questions and facilitate our requests. Note: The hotel has a free shuttle available to pick you up from the airport, and to deliver you to your departing flight. However, you have to make reservations with the front desk in advance. Location :: This hotel is located away from the main tourist zones (The Strip and Fremont Street). But these areas are easy to access via ride share. Parking :: If you have your own vehicle, parking is free. Game Day Bus Service from The M to Allegiant :: On game days, the city bus service provides a direct line from the hotel to the stadium, and back again. The round-trip fare was $4.00 ! Hotel Room :: I have been a guest at many Las Vegas hotels. The rooms at The M are amongst the best I have experienced. I had a hard time identifying anything substandard about the room I received. The room layout and design were really good; tasteful; relaxing. The carpet was clean. The mattress was comfortable. The sheets were clean and bright white. The towels were fresh and in good condition. The furniture was exceptionally clean, with no noticeable nicks or chips on the surfaces. The bathroom is where you might see the most wear and tear--but I couldn't find anything. Dining Options :: I'll review specific restaurants individually, and there are various dining options in the resort. But as a general observation, you won't have to pay a premium for the convenience of dining on site. For the most part, the pricing of restaurants in the resort are comparable to similar restaurants off site. Gaming :: All of the gaming options you expect to find in Las Vegas is available on site. I do wish there were more Blackjack tables. "21" is one of the more popular table games, and all of the tables were regularly "full".

Yelp
This casino has probably the best new player rewards program in all of Vegas. Not only did we receive quite a bit of free play, but we were able to obtain $60 in free food credit which we used in one of the restaurants. It also covered our drinks, which was a nice surprise. The casino is clean, not smoky, and the staff was very helpful.

Yelp
I stayed here with my sister when we visited. Not going to lie, I was kinda disappointed that we weren't going to be on the strip but kinda far. And I was setting my expectations really low. However, this place isn't bad at all. I love the convenience of the parking. You can park right in front, and it was not far from the door. The hotel smelled really nice and the rooms was really spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the pool and the big screen tv that they have there. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was kinda small. It would be perfect if they upgrade to something bigger. There's a tub that you can open the window to see the room, which was really nice. I was able to utilized the gym and there was ample of machines there to use, they have a really nice iced lemon and cucumber water that's really refreshing after a nice workout as well as bottled water, towels and fruits. The gym is located in the spa and it faces the pool. Everyone at the hotel was really pleasant, nice and kind. Never had any issues. The casino was so nice that if you play a certain amount, they gave you free gifts. I got 2 bottles of alcohol. I have never seen a casino give these outs as gifts. This was the first time. Totally recommend, I would stay here again. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Yelp
If you will be enjoying amenities like the restaurants and have food allergies, you are not safe here. Went to Anthony's for the pricey $100pp Sunday buffet. Staff member told my husband something was gluten free that wasn't. Huge repercussions for us and let's just say the way the staff and management handled it left a lot to be desired.

Yelp
M Resort Spa Casino is a true gem located off the Strip in Las Vegas, and it offers an exceptional experience that rivals even the big-name resorts! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a sophisticated and modern ambiance that sets the tone for a luxurious stay. The casino itself is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of gaming options for everyone from casual players to serious gamblers. I loved how it felt less crowded than the bustling Strip, making it easier to enjoy the games without the hustle and bustle. The dining options at M Resort are outstanding. Whether you're in the mood for a casual bite or an upscale dinner, there's something for everyone. The buffet is a must-try--it's filled with high-quality, diverse dishes that will please any palate. And don't forget the desserts; they're incredible! The spa is the perfect way to unwind, with a range of treatments that leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The service throughout the resort is impeccable; the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your visit special. M Resort's pool area is another highlight, with a beautiful setup that's perfect for lounging and enjoying a cocktail in the sun. Whether you're looking for a fun casino experience, a great meal, or a day of relaxation, M Resort Spa Casino is a top-notch destination just minutes from the heart of Las Vegas. Highly recommended!

Yelp
My review is based on a day visit, not a stay. The M is so modern, I'd thought it was new. We were visiting for the first time for a birthday party at their pool. We parked for free at their garage and walked through the clean casino. The layout is interesting, the casino floor being higher than ground level. We enjoyed a bit of gambling at the craps machine and slots. The pool was wonderful! Huge, with free loungers in the shallow water. We made use of the groups reserved cabana, located ON the pool. It was comfortable, with adjustable shades. For the last day of summer and a Saturday, we were surprised it wasn't busier. The cabanas are really affordable, even for off-strip casinos. Even the food and drinks were decently priced, for Vegas. Not to mention pretty darn good. Next to the pool is their day club, which I'd like to visit someday. It looked like a lot of fun, and they host some events.

Yelp
I have seen M Resort as I drive into the Strip and have never been. Recently, I wanted to branch out of the Strip and check out some other casinos. I had already been to South Point and Gold Coast (both older, but very lively). M Resort definitely had a different ambiance. Their casino has ambiance of a on Strip hotel, but it is way more quiet. When I went, it was pretty deserted. Personally, when I go to Vegas, I really enjoy the noise, lights, etc. So, I did not really enjoy M Resort as much, but I can see if you want to get away from the Strip, this is a great place. I did not stay here as I only came to casino, so I cannot say anything about the rooms. I also signed up for a Player Card and when you first sign up, you can spin a wheel and win a prize. I got $5 in freeplay, which I promptly lost in the slots in like 3 minutes. LOL. Aside from that, I tried some food at the Vig, which is like a deli with food options, like sandwich and burgers. I had an Italian, which was just OK. All in all, not sure if I would come back here, but had a good time exploring for a little bit.

Yelp
My cousin wanted a chill pool experience for her birthday so we drove 30 mins to have a relaxing experience bc pools on the strip can be chaotic. Luckily, M-F pool admission for the locals is $10. The pool was mostly empty which was perfect for this sunny day because we were able to choose where to sit freely. Our server Lulani was super sweet, it was her first day and she was a natural. She recommended different drinks and had such a great attitude. The drinks were super good as well as the food. When I come back to visit, I would love to stop here again

Yelp
Recently returned from The M Resort and Spa and again 10+ stars! The customer service was super outstanding, again. You have to try it to believe it. I was taken back by the friendly and personal service extended by all the staff. For example, I called for room service and I was addressed by my surname. Wow! I did not feel rushed in ordering and the food came with a happy server. OMGSH. All staff contacts smiled and greeted us. I'm so used to the contrary of service at another hotel. Lost money, but came home happy and relaxed! lol I felt so valued and so happy to find a new home away from home. The display of professionalism, friendly, and excellent customer service is a reflection of great management. Mahalo!

Yelp
This place needs to be bought. It needs new management, not a new tower. Arrived today to find the machine my hubby wanted to play not working. They can't seem to keep their video poker machines working. In this case, we were told that whoever emptied the cash box last night simply hadn't closed the door all the way. If it's your job to empty cash boxes, maybe you should do it properly. Yeah? My favorite machine had a sticky button. I decided to play on it rather than wait for Service to arrive. We had $1700 in tickets to cash before leaving so I walked to the Cashier's Cage and got into the ELITE lane. Only one window was open and it wasn't the ELITE window. The ELITE lane is not well positioned. The Cashier at the far left window, Elvy, is so short that she can't see people standing in the ELITE lane, so she waited on customers in the lane near her, customers who arrived well after I did. There was an employee in the Cage near the ELITE window doing other tasks; her name is Kieria. I asked her if there was anyone working the ELITE window. She told me "No," that the woman at the far left end would take care of me. I said, "Well, she's skipped me twice now. Should I use the ATM machine?" Her answer should have been, "Let me find someone to help you" but instead she said, "That's up to you." No sh$t, Sherlock. So I took the four tickets which totaled $1700 and cashed them at the ATM next to the Cashier's cage. GREAT customer service for your ELITE guests. Not. When I returned to "Nancy's Bar," my husband had a wrinkled $150 ticket. He had hit something while I was gone but the paper had jammed, forcing him to call Service. The shorter, dark-haired, plump male Attendant got the ticket out for him. It's all wrinkled so my husband asked him to cash it for him but he declined to do so and assured my husband that the machines will take it. We tried to put it into his video poker machine, but the machine rejected it. We then tried to put it into my video poker machine which also rejected it. On our way out, we tried to put it into a bill breaker/ATM and it got rejected yet again! The plump male Attendant is so darn lazy. We're here multiple times a week. We know who works (Dominga in Housekeeping) and who is lazy. This guy is lazy. He should have cashed the wrinkled ticket for my husband -- who had waited for me at Nancy's Bar instead of going to the Cashier with me because he can barely walk today. He has not-so-bad walking days and really bad walking days. Today was a really bad walking day. We were trying to minimize the number of steps he'd take. But as long as the Lazy Man doesn't have to put out any effort, it's all good. NOT. This place really sucks. Just today, one of the regulars told us how much the M has gone downhill these past three years. I agree. Time to start going to Green Valley Ranch.

Yelp
Superb customer service experience at the M Casino Check-in desk, courtesy of Thalita, who was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. In fact, this same representative, Thalita, checked us in several times, and we had great results and excellent service each time. Unfortunately, on Tuesday, 11/26/24, Reya, the Baby Cakes manager, was rude and unprofessional. She was too lazy to check with the front desk (reservations) to make sure that my name was on record for the room charges. She refused service, took my coffee and Danish practically from my hand, and embarrassed me in front of many other guests in the line. Reya is far from reaching the excellence in customer satisfaction that M Casino is known for. Ultimately, Dimitar, from the reservations desk, called Reya, clarified the confusion, and apologized! Thank you, Thalita and Dimitar, for your hard work at M Casino!

Yelp
Great casino and super clean. Didn't really smell like smoke inside the casino. Raiders Tavern and Grill was super good. If you like Raiders memorabilia, this hotel has it all. Super cool. Highly recommend this casino if you want a chill place to hang out.

Yelp
Sorry, not really sure how they call this a luxury resort, other than the prices. I had a double queen room, with a "mountain" view, basically saw a highway and a large vacation lot. The room was decent sized with a large bathroom, double sinks and separated shower and toilet which would be convenient if traveling with someone. There is a TV in mirror but only one channel worked so I did t use it. The room has a mini fridge but would have been nice to have in room coffee. The room was starting to show some wear and smelled of cigarette smoke so it was a bit unpleasant. There are numerous on site restaurants, one wasn't open, and the Italian place was a no because the staff were so rude. The gift shops are cramped, expensive, and for a resort lacking in selection. The workout area is nice but only open during spa hours so it limits when you can workout depending on your schedule, very inconvenient. Considering this is a "resort" and they charge you almost $27 a day for a resort fee, it doesn't feel like there are amenities that make it a resort, even the pools and outdoor areas were closed. It was a disappointing, overpriced experience, very disappointing.

Yelp
Best Hotel in Las Vegas!! It's gorgeous! Everything is done to the nine! It also smells amazing which most hotels do not. Every restaurant in here is delicious! It is our favorite hotel to stay at any chance we get. I had my wedding party stay here the night before and after our wedding. It was magical!

Yelp
I will definitely be back! This is such a nice hotel|Casino! So clean and QUIET! Not like on the strip. It's further out from the strip so if you want something that's in the middle of all the action then this is not it. I liked that we could come back to a quit room. Our room was a good size, clean the bathroom had a shower, a DEEP soaking tub (I loved) your room key turns on the electricity in your room. They have a slot to put it in. There's a mini fridge. FREE PARKING! The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff are really friendly ! The front desk super is friendly and let us check in a little early! They have a SPA I wish I went to sooner so I could spend a while in the sauna. I had a massage, I think her name was Debb. She was great. The spa is really nice, they have showers, a steam room, sauna, two hot tubs. The casino is nice - I don't gamble I tired a slot machine no luck. I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a nice place to come back to after running around Las. Vegas. I came to Las Vegas for a training on Sunday but did other activities. Almost everywhere you have to PAY for PARKING ugh! Again this hotel is quite but it's a little far from the strip but if you don't mind the drive this is definitely a nice place to stay. I got a deal off hotels.com You could leave your car at the hotel and Uber to the strip. I would definitely recommend this place! It's also has Raiders everything there. Next time we come out I will be staying here! I forgot to take pictures of the room but they are nice. Com: walls - if you have loud neighbors you can hear them. But that's most hotels. Our stay was pretty quiet. I just heard our neighbors maybe the last two days. Also no coffee maker or microwave.

Yelp
I highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Henderson, NV! The room was gorgeous, with stunning mountain views and a luxurious bathroom. The on-site bakery/café had delicious daily offerings prepared by the pastry chef, and the fruit tart and key lime tart were especially delicious. The pool area was very nice, but I visited in October when the pool closed at 5pm and was about to close for the season. I have so many great things to say about this property, but I'll let you decide for yourself. The customer service was excellent from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. This is a great resort to stay at, especially if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

Yelp
Had another fun time at the entertainment venue here at the M-Resort. Again the staff is extremely friendly and fun; ticket and drink prices very reasonable; sound and lights good; and seating and stage view good. The Taylor Dayne and Tiffany concert was a blast. Very entertaining, entergetic and fun. Both Tiffany and Taylor are great performers with talented band musiicans (both came out in the audience briefly). I will have to say I was extremely impressed with Taylor's stage performance and her singing. Wow, my mind was blown at how good she is! Overall, another great concert experience here and can't wait for the next.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel just minutes away from the strip and lots of shopping in between. The hotel itself is breathtakingly gorgeous with lots of space and possibly like 6-7 restaurants, coffee & pastry shops,. As you can see this is Raiders Zone baby. Lots of beautiful frames and mementoes throughout the hotel. Your room keep slides in a slot on the inside of your door which allows you to turn on your lights in your room as a energy saver. The views in this hotel room was spectacular I wish I could add more pictures so you could see. I will definitely come back to visit this place as the hotel staff was very friendly and they so make it easy to just melt away in masterpiece. Oh did I tell you about how amazing the room service breakfast was. Oh wait I cant show that but I pray you go check it out but the food is smashing delicious :)

Yelp
Hello Penn A., I tried the email MRLV_guestexperience@pennentertainment.com. However, the email is sending back Mailer Daemon and undeliverable . I don't think that's the correct email. Thank you and hope you get this message.

Yelp
I have not stayed here before. The last time that I was here was to eat at their Studio B Buffet back in December 2013. What brought me back was to charge the Tesla at the supercharger station located in their uncovered surface parking lot. A lot of that parking lot has been fenced off, but it was still easy to make my way over to the resort/casino to pass the time while I waited for my car to finish charging. Even as a Chargers fan, I must say that the casino floor and the surrounding area looked pretty spectacular and very high class. I would definitely like to return to check out Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant in the near future.

Yelp
This review is for the casino only. I am a Vegas local so I've never stayed in their rooms. I've only been inside the M Resort twice since they opened in 2009. The first time was a few weeks after they opened, just out of my own curiosity, but I was still pretty young and couldn't do anything legally, like playing the slot machines and going into bars. The second time was just recently, when we came around to go to Raiders Tavern & Grill located inside (highly recommend btw). This is a smaller casino compared to the other ones I've been to, such as Silverton and South Point. I think I saw at least five restaurants and three bars inside. Some other restaurants that you can find at the M are Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood and Marinelli's. A recent addition to the casino is the Knight Time Hockey Bar, which I might go to the next time I'm ever around here. I also remember that they had a blimp that flew around ton several months before their grand opening. That was my favorite thing to see every night.

Yelp
Lovely hotel in Henderson. Forbes Four Star rated and a small boutique feel with a beautiful lobby that rivals the finest properties on the strip!

Yelp
i live in vegas for 45 years i know vegas in and out. m hotel is one of the vip hotel in vegas if people ever ask me where they should stay definitely i recommend m resort seriously it is not far from krazy strip

Yelp
Went to the buffet nice selection but for a 100 bucks and the crab legs and the stone crab claws to be frozen not a good experience for what I got it was definitely a one time thing

Yelp
Stopped here today for a brief period of time, however I did stayed here in several occasions in the past. The place is pretty far from the strips but I love the view of mountains when looking out of the windows every morning during my stay here. Parking is dependent on time, but we always manage to find a parking spot on the parking lots.

Yelp
This is a long review as it includes restaurant reviews. We came in on a Wednesday. The location was close to our son who we were in town visiting. We loved that we didn't have to pay for parking and we were far from the busy strip. We parked near the entrance and were easily able to access the elevators from the parking lot entrance. It was very convenient for hauling our luggage. The casino is clean but the smell of cigarettes was pretty strong. I thought modern technology could filter that out a little better. Our room was a deluxe queen with a strip view. We knew we were far from the strip but we were able to see the lights and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains in the evenings. Our room was clean and came with a mini fridge which was great for our bottled water and snacks. The bedding was O.K. But I did not like the blanket which was between the sheets. It was old and worn. The bed was a bit too firm for me and I suffered from a stiff neck. The bathroom was nice. There is a window in the bathroom so you can see the view. There is a privacy shade if you aren't interested in the view. I loved the shower and the soaker tub. It fills very fast and I enjoyed the view from the tub. The vanity has an area to sit and put on your make up. The lighting is very good for that purpose. There is also a TV imbedded in the bathroom mirror but it is pretty small and the picture quality isn't very good. The one complaint I have about the room is the toilet. There isn't an actual door for privacy. It's more of a shower door. It makes no sense to have a door like this. What a poor design decision. There are plenty of places to eat. We tried ANTHONY'S steak house the first night. It reminded me of dining on a cruise ship. The white table linens were nice but other than that there wasn't much to the design, it's a little sterile. The steaks were pricey. Our son enjoyed his ribeye but his Caesar salad was over dressed and inedible. My husband and I each had soup and salad. My husband enjoyed his wedge and clam chowder. I had the lobster bisque and the crustaceans Louie. My salad was very pricey for the small amount of crustaceans on top it was nothing special, neither was the lobster bisque which was bland. We went to BABY CAKES for gelato after dinner. The cashier was the rudest young lady I have ever encountered. She repeatedly rushed me to pay at the register before I had finished giving my order to the young man scooping the gelato. The gelato itself was pretty terrible. It didn't taste like any gelato I've ever had before. The next morning we were going to give ANTHONY'S another try for breakfast but for some reason, maybe the day of the week, it wasn't open so we went to MARINELLI 'S. I had the lox and bagel plate. It was really good. My husband had traditional eggs, potatoes, and bacon. He ordered his eggs over easy but they were served sunny side up and the whites were watery. His potatoes tasted deep fried but his bacon was perfect. We could have sent it back but we are always leery of doing that. We ate dinner at JAYDE @16 that night. We had a beautiful window seat overlooking the strip. I had the lychee Mai Tai. It was so unique and delicious! I started with the Unagi and my husband had the crispy broccoli. We both had the Pho. It was an enormous bowl! It was good but I don't know how anyone could finish it. It was a nice meal in a nice setting. The next morning we grabbed a couple pastries and coffee from BABY CAKES. They also have premade yogurt bowls and salads. Very convenient for grab and go. We did play the slots. Neither of us had any luck. They do post the names of winners and the amount of their winnings. Not very good pay offs. The casino was pretty vacant. We were due to check out Saturday morning but my neck couldn't take another night on that bed so we checked out Friday evening. Only a 4 1/2 hour drive home so it was worth coming home early to sleep in my own bed. I would definitely stay here again. I liked that it was quiet and away from the strip. I loved how convenient the parking was. There were several restaurants to choose from with different options for your budget.

Yelp
Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel off the strip. I was impressed by the cleanliness and presentation of this hotel. Definitely one of the better ones located off the strip. Their retail store for snacks and drinks is opened 24/7 conveniently along with their downstairs casino. The only downside with this hotel that I can think of is that their gym appears to not be 24/7 and closes quite early. Not exactly sure why that is but that was extremely disappointing and not a good first time experience.

Yelp
This was our first stay at the M resort Spa and Casino. As we checked out, we noticed that it was a four-star, Forbes property, and the attention to detail throughout the property exhibits the standards required to be a four-star Forbes property. As my wife and I talked about the property, we concluded that we will stay there on our next visit to Las Vegas. The attention to detail was amazing and appreciated.

Yelp
Decided to stop off and have a drink before heading home to Lake Las Vegas. Very nice and quiet hotel casino areas not crowded.

Yelp
BEST CASE OF BAIT AND SWITCH. Whtch this Company's business practices. There business is based on deception. I wish I could give less then one start. worst casino customers service I have ever encountered. They gave me 4 nights hotel for free, but when I got there, they charged me $290 so called "resort" fee. The receptionist told me, I will get it back when I check out. I lost close to $3000 while stay there. When I checked out, a different receptionist told me, I won't be getting the resort money back. I told the manager, he wouldn't honor it's own employee promise. I will never go back.

Yelp
The M is a great local casino. It's always so clean. I love coming to the pool here during pool season. Right now it's only $15 for locals Monday thru Thursday! Not bad. They also have so many nice restaurants to dine at in here. They have a yummy dessert/coffee spot in here called baby cakes. They have really good gelato and the best cheesecakes and fruit tarts. My husband and I have also stayed overnight here plenty of occasions. The rooms are really beautiful and spacious. Whenever we stay here we request a room that overlooks the pool and mountains. It's a gorgeous view. We always recommend this hotel to our friends that come up to visit us in Vegas.

Yelp
Room charges confusing! 2 occupancy charges totally different? Missing chairs at machines, no ash trays & a cocktail server never came by! I only stayed here one night because The Southpoint was booked on Sunday for a bingo tournament!

Yelp
Wasn't sure what to expect on a visit last week - hadn't been here in many years. Lobby was impressive with a big Christmas display, but that's about where the impressive aspect ended - the rest you could file under "fine." Restaurant options in the daytime are next to none - when around during that time, you're essentially forced to The Vig counter next to the sportsbook. Mixed bag in terms of quality. Speaking of, the sportsbook is fairly large, though one annoyance was that there aren't enough boards to cover all the odds, so if you're looking for a particular game, you might be sitting for a bit waiting for your line, and only then, it lasts maybe 2-3 seconds. The casino floor is slot heavy (as is the case most places these days) with roughly half of the table games staffed. (At least that was the case when I'd head down) They've leaned HEAVILY into the Raiders, with signs galore and a shuttle to games. The buffet I remember being here is apparently M.I.A., which is a shame as (though it was long ago) I enjoyed it in the past. The biggest thing I remember, though, is the lack of energy in the place. Didn't matter the time of day. There were plenty of people around...but it was almost too quiet. Odd. I'll likely return again, in time, just to see how it's evolved.

Yelp
Luxurious hotel rooms, amazing customer service, perfect for a getaway for any duration- The M Resort Spa and Casino has it all. Gambling, great food, awesome casino- you can't go wrong staying at this Resort. Our home casino, Ameristar (in Blackhawk) offered us a 2 day comp to stay at the M Resort and I'm so glad we took them up on it. Ameristar is nice, don't get me wrong- but The M Resort kicks it up a notch with killer hospitality, amazing rooms, and great food options. Nestled in Henderson Nevada, about 20ish minutes away from the strip- this resort is so tranquil and calm. Nothing compared to the hustle and bustle and chaos that can be found on the strip. Honestly- our first time being in Vegas- I'm so glad we didn't stay on the strip. It's was very nice to have a place to get away to that didn't make me feel like I was suffocating. Whether you're a seasoned gambler, or someone who would just prefer to lounge around the pool, the M Resort is a destination that should not be skipped.

Yelp
We went back here for a re-visit of the wedding venue "The Lux" room and pool area and were hugely disappointed to say the least. So sadly to say this place took a huge nose dive for the worst. Their catering and special events management has changed several times and one of the new girls we had to work with is Shanay who is all about the contracts and covering up, she doesn't really seem to care much about the people spending their money to have events there. However, in fairness to her we only dealt with her about 3 times when she finally got into contact with us about our event after 5 emails and then she completely blew off one of our scheduled calls without any apology. We went back to do a re-visit of the lux room (where our wedding was to be held) and were highly disappointed! So not only is their now the new restaurant Jayde 16 smack dab across from it but there is no longer anywhere to put signage and no more terrace view. There's a host desk right across from the venue and next to the elevator where guests would be coming up, so possibly you could be faced with a line of people waiting to be seated at the table for dinner while your wedding guests are coming in. You'll also have to share the elevator with the restaurant patrons along with your wedding guests and hope no one tries to crash your wedding to get free drinks. It's just not the same up there anymore, there's no more charm to it as it looks run down and like they are putting no effort or money into it, the mystery and allure is gone, the hotel even smells weird, doesn't have the same unique smell it had previously when we visited. We have a very good idea of why from a strong source but don't want to elaborate on something that may not be completely factual. Also when we did the re-visit, we had a woman named Linda and she was a complete sweetheart and could see we were not happy with some things the way they were, and with the possibility of having to be moved to another room looming over our heads we were not impressed. Where our ceremony was to be held at the pool area, our guest would have a beautiful unobstructed view of the construction of the new tower and possibly some dust and sound effects for added entertainment. To make a long review short, unfortunately we didn't sign up for all of this new stuff and unexpected projects and so we pulled out of the venue and from having our event here.

Yelp
I stayed at the M Resort Spa & Casino for a Conference and it was great! The resort is huge, clean, and safe. Though it's about 15 minutes away from the strip, I really enjoyed it. There are a lot of food options in the area as well. The rooms are clean and have great views. If you're looking for a place to stay in Vegas, definitely look at staying here!!

Yelp
My wife and I enjoy and are happy with all the perks, food and gaming normally. But on July 17, 2024 1:00-1:30 pm, we had lunch at their informal quick eats restaurant (VIG Deli ) I had the fish & chips my wife had quesadillas, it was very good as the food always is, but while enjoying my fish & chips I bit into probably 3-4 pieces of hard fish bones of which one pieced my gums, I was able to remove it with a toothpick, I brought one piece of the bone in a napkin to the cashier, there were 3 girls at the time and and told them of my experience with the bones, they looked at me, stared at the napkin with the bone and said really, and I said yes really and that was it. They just stared. I just told them to advise the cook so no one else would experience the same consequence, I thought they could've at least said sorry or something that was more compassionate and caring, very disappointing, we still like M resort, just thought you should know. I am hoping that they at least talked to the kitchen about the incident.. I'm not having that dish again !

Yelp
Love the restaurant overlooking pool. I love the clam chowder. Stayed in a room pretty high up great view but windows were dirty. Carpet a bit worn but the room itself was comfortable and spacious. Great location off strip !

Yelp
We were traveling from CA to Idaho and planned on staying near Vegas for our first overnight. We couldn't make it to the strip and didn't want the dumpy hotels near Primm so we saw this hotel along the way and are so happy we discovered this little hidden gem! Such great weekday prices and this place is LUXURIOUS. the rooms are so pristine, comfy beds, beautiful decor and aesthetic! High end rooms that feel like you paid $500-1k! Free valet and baggage help and all the guys are super nice (just tip!) the housekeepers are really sweet, one even was giving us tips and telling us we were at the best hotel. You could tell she really liked her job, they have a beautiful pool, poolside bar, several restaurants, free room service, awesome coffee shop. You do not need to leave this place! We loved it so much that we absolutely stopped on our way back to CA from Idaho and I absolutely plan on returning in the future for just a little staycation! Love this place! So impressed!

Yelp
I ate at the Raiders Tavern. It was the worst food ever the food came out cold. Then there was hair in my fries and my sandwich. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. You Need to Do Better People.

Yelp
I visited my brother who lives 12 min. from the beautiful M Hotel/casino last week. As always, a pleasant experience...Except no big wins, Hehe. The one factor that made this trip perfect was one of the staff in the casino. This cocktail waitress whose name is Jaye F was the epitome of someone who is perfect for her job. The first time Jaye came by calling cocktails, I let her know my order and in a flash she returned with her amazing smile and friendly manner. On my second order, we had a little time to chat and that's when I found out her true character. She is VERY professional at her job, charming, caring for customers, great sense of humor, and just fun to be around. I asked for her name for the sole purpose of giving her this rave review. On our last visit, I told her I was going to ask management to give her a 30% raise and her own corner office with a view. That was when I heard her wonderful out loud laugh. Jaye is amazing for the casino, and I told her when leaving, I would like the casino manager when he reads this review to acknowledge her on this letter from Mark K. That would make her day and on the next visit she can thank me for the 30% raise

Yelp
I love going to the resort and spa. It is such a relaxing time, with awesome amenities, at a decent price! The staff is so helpful and kind, they provide snacks and delicious refreshments. Clean spaces. Awesome!

Yelp
I stayed at the M Resort during my stay in Las Vegas. There is a complimentary airport shuttle you must reserve online before they schedule a pick-up up time at Terminal 1. It is away from the main strip and pretty isolated. The good news is that the facility is well maintained and clean, and the staff are very friendly. The fitness center does have lousy hours of operation, and the entertainment is limited to gambling machines and tables. The eateries are decent, and the outdoor pool is very nice. It was a quiet stay overall, and the rooms were large and comfortable.

Yelp
My daughters and I went for a girls day spa and had a wonderful experience. My daughters did the facials which they loved and I of course did the massage

Yelp
This was my favorite casino until today. Someone had a key to my room and tried to force the door open. Security said it was Maintenance , but why did they try to force the door open when the latch was on the door? I was very scared! This is a place where I usually feel safe.
