I’ve been coming here for years. But the last three years have been with Clara, she does all my nail art and I simply adore her. This is always such a luxury experience and I get to have a mimosa while they work. True mastery and Amber does my toes. These ladies work hard and make sure you’re happy with their work.

I’ve been going to Clara for over a year. We always have a great time coming up with designs together. She is an artist. Always up for a challenge. The pedicures are wonderful and reasonably priced. I also love having the choice of a glass of wine if I’m feeling like it. I highly recommend this salon and Clara is the best!

Google
I have been going to M Vince for about 2 years now. In the past it was hit or miss with the nail techs, but I found Clara and it has been amazing ever since. She literally takes any design idea I have and makes it come to life so perfectly. Highly recommend her for your cute nail designs!

I’ve been there three times now and the entire staff is fantastic and all very experienced truly. The ambience is beautiful and always offer beverages, Ivy is amazing with nail art and her attention to detail is flawless. I mean my nails are perfect! I’ll be back forever. Thank you!

Google
I’ve been going to Clara for over 2 years now to get dip manicures and hybrid gel manicures and I’ve never had a bad experience. She’s a great nail artist that is always up to the challenge for some of the nail artist/designs that I request and will even give some suggestions that make it look even better than the reference photo. I love getting my nails done here and love how friendly the staff is!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, and they consistently impress. Quick tip: make an appointment—they’re popular for a reason! Today I was planning on a simple solid color, but Amy, my nail tech, mentioned she loves doing designs. We flipped through some inspo pics, picked one, and she absolutely delivered. What started as an idea for one accent nail turned into a full set of gorgeous artwork (with my enthusiastic approval!). Her attention to detail was amazing. David also jumped in to paint my right hand, and the ombré flowers he did were flawless. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. These two are incredibly talented—thank you both!

My first time at this nail spa and it was a horrible experience to be honest, I asked for a Coke and she told me that they were out of it, but the girl across from me had a Diet Coke. She was rushing and being extremely rough. The quality of how she did, my nails were extremely bad. I didn’t ask for anything complicated just gel polish. She proceeded in the end to tell me that she is rushing to go home so I think that’s why she did a horrible job on my nails. So now I have to go home and fix it myself. And I did tip her for the service.

Katie did such a great job on my gel x nails! My pedicure was also lovely. Kevin did the 2 almond sets, he is always so precise and executes phenomenally. Very clean location their whole staff is nice and professional.

Yelp
EDITED: They really came through for me!! I came back in explaining what happened. My girl Amber fixed me up and I got a discount on my new set. Even have a credit on my account. I really really appreciate them for fixing this. Highly recommended- go see my girl Amber!! This place really depends on who you get. Amber is my girl!! She's amazing but she was out sick and I was desperate but not this desperate. Idk what this lady did to me but it was bad. One nail fell off after 4 days and I can already feel the dip coming off the rest of my nails - it's only been a week. I also went back bc the nail fell off and I paid $75 so they were going to fix it. This is how I left the salon. Had to scrub the dip off my finger at home. Just make sure you read reviews before doing a walk in!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place out for a while now. I've heard about the service and best of all they have a bar here to relax while getting your services. I for one purchased a pedicure. The price is comparable to others I've been to and the establishment is very clean and upscale looking. I will say the technician Kathy could have been a little more friendly and vocal and not treat me like a number instead of business and also spent a bit of time on the phone talking to friends or family. I'm pretty sure they weren't clients. Though the massage chairs are nice looking beware of the settings. My back is still hurting from it. I'm definitely returning.

Yelp
Always have a great experience at M Vince. Convenient location and friendly staff. Alcohol is available as well.

Yelp
Absolutely love M Vincé! Been going here for years and have never had a bad set. Such a nice atmosphere and kind staff!! Absolutely love my work done this time however, definitely my favorite set yet!!

Yelp
As a person who's been doing dip with a tip for over 5 years. I am truly disappointed and stunned at the way this establish handles criticism. To begin, the nail tech cut me twice and didn't bother to treat the cut until the very end after. I asked for almond and in the pictures you can tell that is NOT almond. The nails were uneven and just overall a sloppy job. My pinky nail was longer than the rest. At the end of the service I went to the front to talk to the manager, I explained what the issues were and how uneven the nails were (pictures attached). Essentially he dismissed everything and said it's fine they look fine. I asked that they take them off instead of me having to walk around with them. He said "okay, I'll take them off". This so called manager proceeded to taking a nail cutter and just cutting them into a square (image below) rather than fully taking them off. He then got up and said "you can go get them taken off somewhere else. The nail tech spent an hour with your nails so you can go somewhere else." I asked the manager for his name and he said "i don't have to give it to you" so I took a picture of him instead (attached). I was extremely stunned at how I was treated. If im paying for a service and I'm raising concerns with that service, you would think a manager would try to be understanding but the way the so called manager treated me was just astonishing. this was just unacceptable. Me and my friends who joined me here will never be coming back. Zero hospitality, Zero customer service.

Yelp
I've been going to this location for about 4 years and this is the only nail salon I leave content with my nails majority of the time! After moving further North, I visited so many other salons including the M. Vincé location in Northfield, but none of them compare so I make the drive. My dip stays on for 3+ weeks without any lifting/chipping, Kevan is awesome at designs (he's my favorite nail tech), and they are always up to date on what's trending. A little pricey but I'm willing to pay for nails I love and will last for so long!

Yelp
I decided to give this place a chance and I was pleased with the service and amenities. This is the only chain of nail shops in the Denver area I know of that offer alcoholic drinks while you get your nails done. It's very common in the south, but definitely rare here. There was a variety of gel/dip/acrylic colors to choose from. There were also glow in the dark and vibrant glitter colors. You can match regular polish with gel/dip/acrylic. It looks like nail techs do nail art as well. Prices are more expensive than your average neighborhood nail salon, but the atmosphere is more upscale with chandeliers and water features. It absolutely feels like a spa vibe. You can book appointments in advance, which I appreciate. This place can accommodate large groups due to the size. I got a volcanic pedicure, which ended up being about $75. The service had variety of scrubs and lotions. The chairs were new and had many different massage features, however, I didn't think they were any better than my regular place. I would check the spot out if you want to feel pampered or you're interested in a unique manicure!

Yelp
Gel pedicure - great pedicure, water perfect temp- massage chairs are great, clean place/ bathrooms, quiet/ relaxing and employees are nice :) -------------

Yelp
Terrible experience for my first time. The nail tech cut my skin twice when trimming my cuticles, my dip isn't even and the customer service was terrible. Do not recommend this location.

Yelp
I've gone to this salon a few times before, but it's been about two years. Went to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure last week. Salon was nice and clean. Service was okay. Upon looking at my nails more closely at home, the color on my hands and toes did not match as I originally asked for. My manicure turned out much lighter than my pedicure. It's been a little over a week today and I've noticed that the gel polish is changing from pink to a beige color. I've never had this happen before and it does not look great so I'm going to have to get it taken off. For my pedicure, the nail polish was not applied to the free edge of my toe nails and ended up chipping about 4 days later. There should have been more detail on polish application. I wanted to give M Vince another try, but I am disappointed with my nails and wish I went to my usual salon.

Makeba M.

Yelp
I will never come back here. My dip started to chip after 6 days. I have been getting dip done for 5+ year and this has never happened. I should have known this place was no good when it took all of 40mins to complete my dip manicure, when it normally takes about an hour and some change. To make matters worse I went to get my chipped nails "fixed" and the chip was ultimately exacerbated. One would think they would remove the dip and start over, but instead they just added the smallest amount of dip power to the chips and sent me on my way. Two days later I now have an even bigger chip due to the careless and lazy way in which my nails were handled

Yelp
The inside is very nice, however the service was subpar. $38 for a basic pedicure and honestly it was one of the worst pedicures I've gotten. The water was cold, the massage she basically just rubbed in lotion. Really no massage involved. Probably won't go back

Yelp
My favorite nail salon in Denver! They always have a fun seasonal pedicure and it's one of the few nail salons that I have found that serve alcohol post covid; a glass of champagne is only $8! They also have enough employees that you can get a manicure and a pedicure at the same time! I almost never make an appointment and they can always fit me in. My nails have also never been healthier either! I went 6 weeks in between fills (they were overgrown and janky BUT they stayed on completely!) I wish they had a rewards system or loyalty card system but I still love it!

Jess H.

Yelp
I want to like this nail salon so badly, but I leave disappointed every single time. This photo was taken immediately after I got my nails done... it looks like a typical 1 week grow out. Not only have I had poor quality manicures, the staff are very unfriendly and it always feels like you're inconveniencing them, when you have an appointment. Will not be going back after my last experience there.

Alicia Maria M.

Yelp
Ive went to this salon on and off for the past years and recently I'm just over it. I book appointments and they don't finish my nails because they have another customer waiting. because of that I stopped Coming. so I tried one last time and i got charged $120 for a short almond set . BFFR i really liked this place but they over charge and the talent don't match the price .

Peyton D.

Yelp
This was the most painful manicure I've ever gotten. Every single one of my cuticles bled, and she continued to drill into the bleeding cuticles. I paid $70 and didn't even get a hand massage or even lotion on my hands after. My cuticles are now scabbing with two infected which I now have to use antibiotics for. I do not recommend and will not be back. There were even employees sleeping in massage chairs next to clients, incredibly unprofessional.

Colson F.

Yelp
Pedicures were rushed and low quality. I would not come back. There are better ways to throw away money.

Yelp
I was recommended to visit this nail spa because of how friendly the staff is, the great job that they do, and because it's fancy af. Decided to treat myself to my first dip manicure and get the spa pedicure as I was going to be in 2 back to back weddings and wanted my nails to last as long as possible. I was greeted promptly when I arrived and showed where the colors were to select from. Pretty neat to be able to have matching fingers and toes even though one was going to be dip. The massage seats are large and the massager itself was nice (great to be able to change up selections). My technician was quiet but that's ok, it was early morning and I was able to watch the puppies on the screen next to me and listen to my audio book. While my technician may have nicked my cuticle (came home with a little injury) he did a good job overall and I can't imagine that happens every time. This was my first time getting dip and he did explain a bit about the nail dip process which made me feel better about it. Overall good experience in this clean, airy, and bright salon spa.

Yelp
Best in Denver - I've been coming here every few weeks for the past year and a half. Anny and Daisy are wonderful. Anny esp for dip manicure! Great salon, clean and great service!

Yelp
Went to the 9th & Co location for the first time, usually a very loyal blue sky customer for last 3 years, but wanted to try something different with a friend. Each of us requesting pedicures. I showed them the picture of goal, I always do pink n white french (which they had taken off) and very square a lil length but really loved this white on white french I have been seeing so wanted to try it. He started doing pink and white after i had already showed him picture and requested white on white. He took off and then went to grab the correct whites. Also cut me in the corner of my cuticle as well. Instruments where individually packages and clean when using so wasn't too worried even with the bleeding. The over all vibe of place was clean and relaxing for a Sunday. Overall pretty good service and got in right away, just not exceptional for a first impression. Negatives: cut me, had to remind twice of goal picture, did not ask if we wanted beverages at all. Positives: got in for appointment quickly when called, clean environment, nice massage chairs
google avatar

Avery E.

Yelp
At the risk of my favorite nail tech being booked for eternity...Kavin does crazy awesome nail designs! Dont waste his time with french tips, bring him a challenge!

Soleil M.

Yelp
Yikes. Came in for a pedicure. Chose the $68 organic pedicure, was asked to choose a scent option so I did. Post pedicure up front paying, i was charged $92. Mind you I did not even get polish on my nails. I asked them to break down the charges. $68 for Pedi plus $14 for paraffin wax that I was NOT asked if I wanted to UPGRADE to they just simply did it as though it was part of the package, then $5 for the scent option, and another $5 for buffing my nails? or not getting polish it is unclear which. Then asked for a tip on top of it. LOL. Wut? Well I think I will not be coming back here for this experience again. Wowsers.

Raegan M.

Yelp
Don't waste your money here. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times now. The paint job is sloppy and rushed. I usually have paint on my skin or cuticles instead of the nail. I've also been cut by them multiple times. I've had to come back the next day to get chipped gel paint fixed and still didn't turn out good.

Karl E.

Yelp
I have tried this place a few times and I always walk out with the same results. NOT Happy. As usual, the pedicurist/manicurist was not friendly. Rushed and did a poor job. Sadly, I love the location but won't be back!

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday, very chill atmosphere. Staff are attentive. Clean facilities and staff make sure to take care of you. Very organized. Enjoyed watching the waterfall on the wall. It's a very relaxing place.

Chloe M.

Yelp
This place was just ok. Was happy they were able to get us in but the nail techs were just clearly unhappy and not friendly whatsoever. It felt incredibly rushed and I couldn't even relax really. Don't think I'll be back!

Yelp
I came in today and saw Hoai, and she did an excellent job as per usual! She is super talented and particular with her designs which I can always appreciate. She is also an amazing conversationalist and we always have a good laugh! Be sure to book with her when you make your appointment!

Ali W.

Yelp
Went for a mani/pedi and I have to say that I walked away very disappointed. My services were rushed, the quality is terrible and I am not happy with how my nails look. Leaving the shop and dropping almost $100, I would not suggest getting your nails done here! This all says a lot as I rarely leave reviews but did not want anyone else to have a bad experience and feel like they wasted money!

Jennifer C.

Yelp
A clean and professional salon with wonderful decor. My manicure turned out great. It would have been nice to have a proper introduction to how the salon works and what the salon offers since it was my first time here, but I'll definitely be back for future services.

I T.

Yelp
So this would be the second time I've been to the place the first time I enjoyed myself however the other I went in for eyebrow waxing...the front desk lady was nice she told the girl in the back who was sitting on a chair eating a snack that she had a client for eyebrows. She looked at me gave me the dirtiest look ever and rolled her eyes like doing her job was a nuisance. I waited there obviously not thinking she was going to take me and then the front desk lady said to follow her. She opens the door to the room and there's a guy sleeping in the chair he gets up and I greet her "hi how are you today" no response. She says lay down. She was rather rough with me you can tell she didn't want to do the job. And didn't say anything else when she was done. No Thankyou no nothing. As we walked toward the front desk she's telling everyone in the room in another language which I'm assuming is about me cause she mentioned "brows/ eyebrows" and the continued on in a language. Continues to give me a dirty look while she writes out how much it will be I tipped her said Thankyou and left (even though she did NOT deserve it) I kid you not I will not come back to this place based on this experience alone. It was so uncomfortable and rude how she treated me when I was nothing but kind to her. Which also sucks because I'm in walking distance to this place however I'll take my business elsewhere for brow waxing. Heads-up y'all she's that Asian girl with a different color dye underneath.

Yelp
The best! Great service and you get a drink while you get your nails done. Nikky is the best!

Rori C.

Yelp
One of the worst manicure/pedicures I have ever had. While the salon is clean and in a nice location, for the quality/price you could go to any strip mall nail salon. Pedicure - I asked for the Signature Pedi. The soaking tub was filled about of inch with scalding water, then topped another inch or so with cold water. I was soaking in lukewarm water to the top of my feet. My cuticles were pushed with barely any soaking and then ripped/pulled rather than snipped, so I have ragged cuticles. The nails were filed all the way down rather than cut and it hurt. No callus removal at all. My heels left as cracked and dry as when I went in. The "relaxing massage" was an endless hard rubbing of my calf that was anything but relaxing and my feet were not massaged at all. A second coat of polish had to be requested and the top coat was not applied until after I was at the manicure station, so the tech was crawling around on the dirty floor to apply it. I don't believe she washed her hands between that and the manicure. Manicure - Again, I asked for the Signature Mani and the service was a repeat of the pedicure. Blood was drawn when my pinky cuticle was ripped. My requested length and shape were not respected and I ended up with square nails just past my fingertip with VERY rough corners I had to have fixed. The buffing was slap-dash so the polish is rough-looking and not smooth. I did not get a massage and no lotion was applied after spraying my hands with alcohol prior to painting them. I had to apply my own lotion. She rushed through the mani and pedi in such a reckless fashion that the service was not relaxing and the end result looks terrible 2 days later - since the polish wasn't wrapped around the tips of the nails or sealed well with care or a topcoat, every nail is showing through the polish and it's wearing off. My cuticles are swollen and red. I have nothing to show for my $80/ish + 25% tip other really short nails and the need to have this polish removed.

Ally Y.

Yelp
I have been to this nail salon many times, but recently every time I get my nails done here, they break/chip (gel or dip) within a week. The nail techs are very aggressive when taking off gel and dip and always burn the nail which is concerning. They also file way too hard and I have been cut multiple times. Will not be back again after giving them one last chance a week ago.
google avatar

Bridget M.

Yelp
I've only been twice, so far, but each time they have been quick and efficient with no appointment. Staff members do wear masks and there is plenty of space between customers so you don't feel seated on top of one another. Very reasonably priced for Denver - Less than $60 for a regular manicure ($22)/ pedicure ($35)! Not including tip. Also no immediate damage (yay!) as they dry the manicure between coats with a great fan system located between chairs. *Do miss my NYC prices of $15/$25*

Yelp
Last night I visited the location on (9th and Colorado) at 6:30pm and had a very disappointing and quite frankly concerning visit. I scheduled a traditional dipping powder manicure (and needed one extension for a broken nail) with plain color (no design) and already in the shape they needed to be. The tech was very kind but unfortunately grabbing one of the two #115(s). I immediately pointed out that this color looked different than I saw and he reassured me that it might look different on the nail. I agreed to let him do one coat but stopped him before he went to do the second and told him I did not like or choose this color. He got up, went and found the other #115 (the orange color I choose) and apologized. Unfortunately instead of doing it correctly (the tech continuously looked at his phone for the time) he tried to "rush" the process and just do three coats on top of the red. It looked thick and awful but I went with the process. He went continued to the left hand where he did not do the red layer underneath; just three coats of my chosen color. Once he was finished (including filing and rebuffing) the colors were clearly (and obviously) very different hand to hand. I pointed this out to which he sighed but said he needed to redo my right hand. He began the process of redrilling, resoaking, etc. He did everything other than the "pointer" finger because he didnt want to remove the tip. Totally understandable but again...did is "rushed" and didnt remove the red completely. Once he finished the hand again, the pointer finger still had a different color. I was frustrated, but pointed it out to him again. He agreed and redid the nail for a third time but at this point it was close to 8 and closing. He was continuing his "lazy" process and my nail ended up super thick and bumpy. He got up and just left; no "youre done", goodbye, nothing. so I went to the front to pay. and this is where the real issue begins. Once up there, the manager tells me I owe $60 to which I pay immediately. I then inform them that I am really disappointed in the service. not only was I there for 2 hours (this should be a 45 minute process) but my nails were done 3x and were still incorrect (not to mention sore from being drilled 3x). The manager grabbed my hand and said "I see nothing wrong; you must be crazy". I was floored. I work as a mental health professional so the fact that anyone could use a term that describes illness for bringing a concern; as a customer was beyond unprofessional and uncalled for. I told the manager this felt unacceptable to which he continued to deny my concerns and then asked me to leave the shop. I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years, and at this studio multiple times before. I have NEVER encountered such a horrible experience and have cried multiple times thinking of this situation. I didnt want anything done but rather just a space to create an awareness this situation happened. Please dont go here and support a place that could use such a triggering term for voicing a need.

Misti L.

Yelp
I've come here quite a few times and this time my pedicure girl was super unfriendly. When I said I didn't want gel, she asked me three more times if I wanted gel, and then laughed with the girl next to her about how I didn't want it. She also handed me the $88 pedicure menu, and when I said I wanted the cheaper, signature spa pedicure, it was like I was treated differently. They didn't ask if I or my husband wanted anything to drink. My chair was broken so I had to sit straight to the whole time. She knicked my pinky toe and it caused me to flinch, which she gave me a dirty look for. She made my big toe bleed. She put my feet in hot wax while it was still unbearably hot. And at the end, when she was removing the towel from under my feet, my big toe hit her forearm, and she gave me the dirtiest look. The only redeeming experience today was my manicure from a different person. At check out, we waited forever to pay and my pedicure lady was hovering over the counter to see the tip. Not to mention everything was $210... Not sure I'll be coming back here. This also made me never want to get my nails done again.

Daphne B.

Yelp
I was in the area for a meeting and wanted to treat myself to a little self-care. I was welcomed as a walk in which is great! The environment was nice, facility was clean, had pleasant vibes. One of my concerns was that during my manicure the person asked if I wanted to callus treatment, which, was listed in the description. Yes, please. If it comes with the service indefinitely want to take full advantage of it. I will not speculate as to why this happened but, left me wondering. When questioning the person at the checkout desk about the paint on both big toes I was told, after asking a leading question, that my inclination was correct and that I could come back before 7 days if there was any chipping chipping. he also recommended gel or shellac paint which if not my preference. There no offer to fix it even though as I was present, and not to mention am a paying customer. Wow. There was no, "Thank you" or "Hope to see you next time". Wow. If I provide service to my patients, the way I receive service today I would have tana on maintain my private practice.

Yelp
Rachel did such a fabulous job!! She was so sweet and made sure multiple times that I was liking the shape which is so important to me!

Yelp
I love this nail spot! They're super busy on weekends so definitely call ahead to make an appointment. They'll serve you wine or water while you get your services. They're a tad expensive, but every service I've gotten there has been done so well and has lasted weeks. Brought my boyfriend in today for a mani/pedi and we are both super happy with our nails. We both did powder dip on our hands per Zoe's recommendation and she and Daysi did a beautiful job (pic attached). Zoe is the best. She's only at this location certain days and tbh I almost didn't include this add on sentence even though she deserves the recognition but I'm afraid y'all are gunna book her up and I won't be able to get my bi-weekly Monday morning with her! But if that happens, she deserves it. She rocks. This place rocks. Would recommend.

Yelp
Ask for Luke!! He is my go-to for dip mani, he does a better job than any inspo photo I show him! My nails are healthy and never chip. I have stopped going to my other salon in cherry creek as MVince is much closer to me and just as clean/fancy. Don't forget their full bar!

Kara N.

Yelp
Cathy has been doing my nails for the past three years and is amazing!! Definitely make an appointment since it can get busy :)

Yelp
MY FAV NAIL SALON IN DENVER! I'm literally never disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and I never wait longer than 5 minutes to get in - they always offer a drink which is extremely refreshing. I always recommend this place!

K L.

Yelp
While beautiful, aesthetically, the service was terrible and I will never be back. I was even willing to pay for drinks and extra services, but was never asked. On top of terrible service, my overpriced pedicure is so-so at best. Save your money!

Yelp
I searched high and low for a nail salon upon my move to Denver that could actually deliver on their promise of doing nail designs. Nikky at M. Vince is a ROCKSTAR. Detailed, takes her time, great conversation- I request her every time and she has not disappointed me yet! She takes the time to learn your style and what you're looking for and really knocks it out of the park. These are a few of the designs she's done for me over the past few months.

Yelp
New to the area and decided to try out this place today. It was great! They have a good selection of colors and the salon was very clean and trendy. Kavin did a wonderful job on my gel pedicure! I was so relaxed that I dozed off for a little. Will definitely come back again!!

Yelp
I love to come here for my nails. Hanna is amazing and really focuses on her work. I am so happy with the longevity of my color and keep coming back

Yelp
The ONLY thing I didn't like was that right after the technician had trimmed my cuticles and filed my nails he immediately put lotion on my hands and rubbed allll of my nail filing dust into my hands and arms. I never got to wash my hands after having my fingers soaked in acetone and either : / BUT, I will definitely be back regardless, because this was was a GEM of a find. The place is huge, beautiful, well staffed, and friendly. They have a large and ornate wall of polish options, they play nice, relaxing music, and they offer wine- which was tempting, but more than I wanted to spend-($7 a glass). I just wish they offered some sort of frequent customer punch card!

Yelp
First time here as it was recommended by a friend. I was told to see Nick and he was great! His attention to detail and great work was well worth it. Prices seem fair and the place stayed pretty busy. The only reason it was short of 5 star is the lack of cleanliness at the manicure stations. Lots of used cotton and leftover clippings just there and no one ever stopped to clean it up at numerous stations. I'll be back tho- ask for Nick!

Yelp
I went to get my nails done for a wedding. I picked a nice nude color and my nails came out coral. Jaclyn was rude and rushed through. Several of my toes are half painted and my fingers are bumpy. I accidentally bumped my finger against her hand and she got upset with me. There was nail polish on the side of my hand that was not cleaned off. She tried to upsell me and pushed me for a tip after being grumpy. For how pricey my gel was, I was dissatisfied. On the other hand, my friend (the bride) got her nails done by Hue Hoang who did an absolutely excellent job!!
