Visited new Orleans and decided to check this place out, it was packed to capacity!! We figured the food must be to die for, we waited almost an hour for our drink order to be taken, the longest I've ever waited, hands down. The food came, I got chicken and waffles and a side of corn bread. The chicken was delicious, my waffle was too dry to finish, the corn bread was ok. Was it worth the 2 hr 30 mins spent there? Certainly not. But the staff was sweet and very apologetic for the long wait.

Amazing homemade southern food! Small cozy joint you'll love!! The corn waffles are to die for and could literally be a meal itself and the chicken and waffles are legit out of this world! Will definitely be back soon!!

The chicken and waffles here are exquisite! The chicken is so amazingly seasoned and the waffle is big and soft. They give a complimentary cornbread at the start of your meal, and it's shaped like a waffle. It's the best cornbread I've ever had! So delicious!

On our recent girls trip, we had the pleasure of having brunch here. The food was great and our cook/waitress was fantastic. We will visit again when we come back to NOLA!!!!

Only come here if you want to get addicted! The Mac n cheese can substitute my mom’s! The hash browns were perfectly crisp and topped with freshly cut tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Wash everything down with some homemade tea and you will want to hug Renee on a job well done!

They say a dirty kitchen makes the best food. And it is good food. We were they shortly after opening and for a table of five with only bout six other adults in it did take awhile for us to get our food. Whichever meal you get skip the toast & pay the extra buck for their cornbread. Waffles were excellent too.
