I punctured my inner tube due a mistake when I replaced my wheel myself the day before. I accepted that I would have to walk all the way home and I walked past that shop. I dropped the bike and they showed me and explained the mistake I made then put a new inner tube and I was back on wheels in no time. Top service and great price.

ONLY REVIEWING PHONE SERVICE After explaining an extremely simple fork swap job, with all correct parts supplied for a BMX (perhaps the simplest bikes in existence) - many shops either didn't understand english, wouldn't fix a bmx, Evans cycles said they dont service bikes not purchased from them? And others were downright incompetant on the phone.... Call Machine - explain the same thing, the same way, he takes a second to think about the request, "yes shouldn't be a problem" and lets me know how to book in (can just leave bicycle with them). So listening 10/10, serving 10/10 and lets hope the work is the same. Thank you for being the only decent shop out of the 5 I called in your area.

Sold me an old anti puncture tire for new, have it less than a year and it’s 10 times more worn than my 4year old other tire. Also too expensive for the service they provide and always leave the handles incredibly greasy.

Cool bike shop, with some great upmarket accessories. A good range of saddles, pumps, bottle carriers etc I can't speak for the staff as the regular people were away and a girl was covering who said she knew nothing about bikes and was looking forward to her new job in Canary Wharf. She was very friendly though! I like small independent bike shops and I like this one too.
