You would think for how much of a snob the employees acted their drinks would at least be good...
Came here today to a cashier with his back turned against the register (with his hair in full view which, by the way, could use a hat or net if he happens to be handling food), gave grace and waited for him to turn around. No greetings nor pleasantries, waited for me to say what I wanted to order, so I did. I also said I wanted oat milk for my latte to which he responded with the sassiest "What?", maybe if the music in-store was not so loud he would hear me. He then asked for my name and then I paid.
By this time, I already wanted to leave. I had my eye on the receiving area where the drinks would be handed. The barista, seeing as I am looking, flicked his pointing finger, signaling that my coffee is done-did not call my name (which defeats the purpose of the cashier asking for my name in the first place). This was not a major issue as I am the only customer there at the time, but this shows little to no communication between two employees with varying roles, and overall, contributed to the rude and unwelcoming ambiance that the cashier inaugurated.
As the young people would say, the latte was "mid" at best. The place was empty for good reason. Altogether, I would not recommend. There are better places with better people to support.
