The Dallas Macy's went above and beyond and sent a personal shopper to help my sister and then sent the merchandiser who knew ever dress on the floor. I'm sure they have good clothes and good prices but they just didn't think I knew what I was talking about when I told them my size. I've been dressing myself for over 60 years. I know how to tie a neck tie to fit my needs. I went somewhere else and bought what I needed and performed in a contata wearing my new shirt and tie.

I had the best experience at Macy’s Cross Creek Mall discovering the new Miss Dior Essence! ✨ It’s such a beautiful fragrance—elegant, soft, and perfect for fall. I’m so excited to add it to my collection. I also made sure to stock up on one of my seasonal favorites, Sauvage Parfum. The assistant was great. Space I entered was clean. I went to return online purchases. One was a deceptive purchase to start and I didn't read well enough to see it was a final sale item. The item itself is sub par. Thin material.

Did you know that this mall is rat infested,Macys is rat in infested . Wash your clothes before wearing them rats urinate, deficate & have babies in those clothes. You unload trucks in heat no Ac on docks like no heat on dock, dock workers are treated like slaves, they breath in rat poop and pee at one time pest control was there everyday and still couldn't kill the infestation. Do better be better take care of your employees instead of promoting what you do for the neighborhood. They donate to all causes but the working conditions are horrendous. One year there were like 100 fly strips in the ceiling in employee entrance because flies came for the dead rats then maggots..

Twice, I ordered free fabric samples advertised on the webpage, so I could ensure this ottoman would coordinate with other furniture pieces before ordering. Twice, I received email confirmations the samples were on their way. But, I still never received them and I'm still waiting. I talked with Macy's chat and telephone customer service, and both advised me to visit a local store to view the samples. If I were able to do that, I would have. This experience will likely deter me from ordering this piece and visiting the Macy's website in the future.

The Asian woman that works in the jewelry department is rude and disgusting. She obviously doesn't value customers at all. Every time I go up to her to check my items out, she always makes snarky comments and would always neglect us to converse with other people who aren't even buying anything. She's the worst and I will not being coming back there.

Stacy and J.Williams at this Macy's suck. Treated with poor service and didn't check merchandise. Now we're home with security tags on merchandise that we paid for as a gift. Oh let me not forget she didn't have a name tag I asked her for if before I left because she was nasty and I had plans to complain to manager tomorrow. Now the gifts are going to be delivered late. When I called to let them know that they left the security tags on she's cutting me off while I'm trying to talk and a bunch of I'm sorry. Your job is to be sure no security tags and be courteous while interacting with your customers. You people don't understand that I'm sorry doesn't do anything to make things right and it only upsets the customers. We're returning our purchase and repurchase from another store.

I love Macy's and there clothes but im giving this a one because of how I was treated as an employee . I feel there are stuck up employees here that are vary segregated like the people of color only hang out with others with that race and when a fellow New Yorker started work and was a person of color the two girls I worked with gave us looks as if it was bad ! . I know how to work a register I have twice already and one of those was two years but every time I got in to help those two girls pushed themselves vary inappropriately asked me if I need help so I said no and then they asked my customer ! Ok I'm white but can work a register and the other employee just don't have humor and are stuck up . I only come here for the clothes not the employees .

Recently I was shopping with my dad in the men's department and I have to say this is my first time encountering a rude and disrespectful Macy's employee in the men's department. She was of no help and had no idea what she was doing. When we asked for price check she said you can do it yourself and offered no help in finding sizes. She also had no idea of the ongoing sales

This store is bursting at the seams with merchandise and tons of clearance. Walked in and picked up a large amount of dress shirts, ties, slacks, suits, sweaters and jackets. Loved the am sale at the time.

On my trip I was looking for Jessica Simpson skinny jeans that I saw online. The two employees in the women's department were very helpful and showed me exactly where the pants were. Fitting rooms were clean which was surprising since it was almost closing time. Everything I bought was on sale which was awesome! Plenty of sizes in stock.

Luv Macy's Fayetteville NC store. Kayla (Knight) in the shoe department today was very professional and extra helpful to me. I was looking for a pair of Easy Spirit booties, that were on sale at a wonderful Black Friday sale price, which actually started today. Kayla was very quick to locate the boots even though I couldn't find them on display. I saw them last week for almost a $100 bucks, but today with the sale they were just a little over $40 (+ tax). Hats off to KAYLA for such a wonderful attitude though the store was jammed packed. Particularly, the shoe department.....I'll be back!

Tonight I purchased an item for the mattress I purchased several weeks earlier. I was able to find a pillow top that may cure the discomfort of the previously purchased mattress. At the register I was shocked to find the cost of the pillow top was more that half the cost of the mattress. I completed the purchase and asked for assistance putting the item in my car. I was informed the purchase was complete. I asked if there was assistance available under the Americans with disabilities act, again I was informed the purchase was complete. Will I struggled with the item, loosing my grip and dropping it down the escalator I was amazed how the store staff was able to turn their heads away, without harming their necks. This is reminiscent of why I stopped shopping at sears so years ago.

IF there was a 0 I would give that to Macys. They have the worst customer service ever. They charge fees that are ridiculous and refuse to listen to the consumer. We moved and sent them a change of address. They claim they never received it although we know they did. Didn't receive a bill for 1.5 years. Then saw online (credit report) that we owed $400 for a 89 dollar purchase. They refuse to discuss.
