Macy’s Place – Genesee Location – More than 5 stars in my book! Macy’s Place has such an extensive and creative menu that it can be a little overwhelming to decide what to order—but trust me, it’s absolutely worth it. In our family, we take turns picking what to try, and so far we’ve had both boneless wings and chicken wings. The flavors we’ve tried and loved include Bourbon Chiavetta BBQ, Garlic Parm, Honey Garlic Dry Rub (to die for), Honey Hot Glaze, Mango Habanero, Wu Tang Sauce, and Sweet Red Chili Sauce. Every single one has been excellent—and there are still so many more to go! When it comes to pizza, we’ve tried quite a few: the classic cheese and pepperoni, Pepperoni Playboi (which didn't have the extra pepperoni as expected, but was still very good), Hawaiian Pizza (lacks enough toppings/way to sparse) Stuffed Crust, Nick at Nite, Bubba Kush, Nik-Fil-A, Steak and Rings and Chicken & Waffles. We’ve also had a couple more that were amazing, but there are so many options it’s hard to keep track! One night, we ordered the Nick at Nite, but were accidentally given the Nik-Fil-A. I called and they immediately offered to send a new pizza or provide a credit. I chose the credit—because honestly, the Nik-Fil-A was delicious too. Mistakes happen, and they handled it with great customer service. They’ve got a big staff, and it still feels like they could use more hands—because this place is always busy, no matter the time or day. Even so, the team is consistently kind, helpful, and patient. Bottom line: if you're a pizza lover or wing fanatic, Macy’s Place is a must-try. Creative, flavorful, and consistently great. Over 5 stars, without a doubt.

I enjoy Macy’s Place occasionally - my problem is their consistency with their food. The price I just paid for mediocre food is beyond me. I ordered extra cheese (double cheese) and pepperoni, wings medium extra crispy - what I received was a cheese and pepperoni pizza (barely any cheese on the outer slices and pepperoni barely there, center of pizza WET because it was barely done, medium wings wet barely crispy. My suggestion is if you order today and it’s good, don’t go back for at least 3 month because if you go the next day or the next week, THEY WILL MISS - I promise you they will. They have all these amazing sounding items, but what good is it if it’s not cooked consistently every time it’s ordered!

I've ordered from here a few times now for myself and my coworkers since I work nearby, and every single time, the food has been absolutely amazing. The quality and flavor are consistently top-notch. We did one pickup order, and the staff was super polite and friendly. Walking in was a whole vibe — they were playing music from my generation, which definitely added to the great experience. If they keep hitting on all cylinders like this, they’ll be getting plenty more business from me. Highly recommend!

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve been all around the country. The sauce is on the sweeter end which I really enjoyed. I will be sure to stop by again next time I’m here for work!

Second or third time ordering from this location. I love their sauce. Not super sweet but just sweet enough. Love the sauce. The great amount of cheese. The pepperoni were great. Not cup char but it worked well. Soft bite no tear which is how I prefer my pizza. Ordered 20 wings med. also loved the sauce/flavor. Cooked crispy. Very good. Large cheese pepperoni 20 wings on a Monday cost $44 thank you

Two years ago we stumbled across Macy’s on our trip to see family in Buffalo. I had heard about it on Twitter and convinced my wife to give it a try. What we experienced was some of our favorite pizza we’ve ever had. Fast forward to present day and another trip to Buffalo. We knew Macy’s would be a spot but hoped we hadn’t romanticized it too much over the last two years. Nope, we hadn’t. It was just as good as the first time. Excellent pizza. We also went with a cookies and cream dessert pizza. It was pure sugar bliss. I can’t recommend this place enough. Side note: they forgot to cut the dessert pizza which initially was a problem but allowed me to cut a piece as big as I wanted which had positives… and negatives. 🤣

Friends and I got to drinking and that took us down a path of where to go for late night eats. At 9pm we came across Macy’s on Google and looked at their menu. It’s so vast I’m sure it’s a few pages long. They have the whackiest creations and dessert pizza. We went with the snorkin and porkin which was Mac and cheese base with bbq pulled pork chunks. Then for dessert we did the Oreo cookie pizza which is a canolli cream base with crushed Oreos, chocolate sauce, and powdered sugar on top. Both were insanely good and it hit the spot for us. Generous toppings make these slices FILLING which leaves you plenty for leftovers. We had the rest the next day for lunch. If you’re in the area definitely check it out.
