Mad Cats

Mad Cats has such a great vibe...A cool, relaxed atmosphere with lovely, friendly staff and the best cocktails. The jazz music adds the perfect ambience, loud enough to enjoy, but still at a level where you can comfortably chat. We only had a few nibbles and a delicious Crème Brûlée for dessert this time, but we’ll definitely be back to try more of the food! The manager went above and beyond by helping me create a special tray of cupcakes for my friend’s birthday, which made the whole evening even more special. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I can’t recommend Mad Cats enough!

Mad Cats was definitely one of my favourite meals of 2025 so far! It was a spectacular experience, and I will definitely be back to try some of the desserts or catch a DJ set. Food wise, everything was a hit! We got the cauliflower salad, crab brioche, and the yellowtail carpaccio and everything was stellar. We also tried the midnight pounce and Freya's whiskers cocktails, with the midnight pounce being a definite standout. It was complex and masterfully blended unique flavours all while pairing perfectly with the food. The one slight let-down was that the night we went, multiple items on an already brief menu were out of stock; however, our waitress Daniella did a fantastic job giving alternate suggestions and recommendations. The atmosphere is also seriously cool with inspired art on the walls and fun decor. The restaurant is small but you're still able to hold a conversation over the noise. I'm definitely curious about going later when there's a live DJ, but we had a fantastic time either way!

Live music (dj), good service, drinks got to our table so quick. Music equipment is high end. Excellent space. Haven't order food to know how good it is.

You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into every preparation. The Sake — smooth, perfectly chilled, and paired flawlessly with our meal. It elevated the entire dining experience. Whether you're a Sake enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this place knows how to serve it right. Mad Cats delivers on every level — food, drinks, service, and ambiance. A perfect spot for a special night out. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or just looking for an extraordinary meal, this place is an absolute must. I can’t wait to return and try more from their exceptional menu. I loved everything about this bar – the atmosphere, the taste, the service, the music, even the cocktail straws and the Le Labo hand soap in the bathroom! I’ll definitely bring my friends next time. The best bar on Redchurch Street for sure!

Instant favorite. The atmosphere is always on point, and I love that they were spinning groovy vinyl beats on a Wednesday. Incredible food and cocktails and shoutout to Edgard for the super friendly and welcoming vibes. Definitely keeping an eye out for upcoming events!

There’s an amazing atmosphere to Mad Cats as soon as you walk in, which will be hard to rival! The music selection is top quality and sound-system setup is stunning. Food selection is great with some stunning cocktails and wines to accompany your meal. Overall, great and attentive service from the team there.

Very stylish interiors with a delicious menu of small plates. I loved the cross cultural inspiration and the zaatar drink and olive sake are a must try. A rare gem!!
