Mad Dads Philly's Authentic Cheesesteaks and Hoagies (BUCKHEAD)

Tony and Pamela are so sweet! The food is delicious it really gives you a taste of Philly. I tried the Philly Cheesesteak 10/10 it was juicy, full of meat and flavor with the cheese wiz on top (which I usually don’t care for). The bread melts in your mouth, they get it imported straight from Philadelphia. Next I tried the Italian hoagie “FORGET ABOUT IT” anddd it was stacked! This was my boyfriend’s favorite😋. Lastly but certainly not least THOSE WINGS!!!!! I love a good chicken wing and they offer flavors that are so unique, I had Honey ginger garlic & Blueberry sriracha omggggg so good. They make their own sauces and seasonings. They also have vegans options🌱. Please go check them out you won’t be dissapointed 😊

THE WORST PHILLY CHEESESTEAK I’ve EVER HAD! I can’t believe I paid over 20 dollars for literally Salmon, onion and black olives (that I paid extra for) on a DRY bun. No cheese, no sauce, nothing. It was so dry and gross! You guys are so wrong for taking people’s money that they work hard for to support your business for a poor quality meal that was just rushed together. How you do a cheesesteak with no cheese? I think these 19 reviews that they have are their family and friends because it’s no way. Please do not waste your money on these “Cheese”steaks.

First ever review. Ordered the lemon pepper wings and have never been more disappointed in an order.. ever. They were small and cooked to the point that it had zero meat, couldn’t even taste any lemon pepper and was like biting into a burnt cookie. Do not recommend.

My children and I are from Philadelphia and recently had the pleasure to experience AUTHENTIC philly culture from Mad Dads Philly's. I will tell you that from the start, we encountered pleasant and welcoming staff, the dining atmosphere perfectly complemented the delicious food. Special shout out to the owners Tony and Pam whose passion for bringing great philly style food and excellent service to Georgia. They took the time to ensure everything was perfect which added a personal touch to our experience. I am so glad I no longer have to travel back home just for cheesesteaks lol!!!

The most authentic and finger licking good Philly cheesesteak you will get in ATL! The names of the cheesesteaks are based on Philly high schools and the Tasty Cakes for purchase really give that ultimate experience. I can’t wait for my next visit!

First visit there Went on a whim just looking for a late night food place that myself and my girl hadn't been to yet. We were gonna go to another spot, but this was rated higher. Had some expectation of getting a "Philly" worth telling about. And it didn't disappoint. Not even close to disappointed. Very much the opposite! The staff actually came out and greeted us! And "showed us some love💕" (that's a hint for those who are paying attention). Now, I only ordered the broad Street Philly and added pickles, cheese whiz and mushrooms. The sandwich/sub/philly was....bussin/slaps/on point, to put it very simply. Looking forward to next visit. Will recommend!! ✌🏾☮️

Ordered the Philly Bop, blackened salmon sub, it was beyond delicious. So flavorful, and the salmon was cooked to perfection! My new "go to sub". Got lemon pepper & garlic honey wings for my family, equally as good. Certainly will go back to try other items on the menu. Food was hot and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Great service from the owners!

Best philly we ever ate!! I got the philly bowl and they were so accommodating, as I try to stay low carb. I nixed the rice and they gave me more veggies. It was wonderful! My husband hasn’t stopped raving about his sandwich which was huge haha! They wrapped it so nice and tight and it was steaming hot 30 min later when we got home. Good eats, staff was very upbeat, friendly and fun. Thanks guys!!

Ordered a vegan sandwich on Uber eats and they added real cheese and mayo. I didn't realize until I ate half of it. Felt so sick. They needed to edit the description or be more careful when preparing food. I've order the vegan in the past no problem.

Tried their new location in East Atlanta at the Halidom Eatery. I tried the chicken bowl, it was seasoned good, it was enough of everything in the bowl. The special chicken sauce the put on top was good. I enjoyed it, ate the whole bowl. My husband got the north philly combo which was a steak Philly, drink and fries. The Philly was a bit greasy when he unwrapped it. It was stuffed with a lot of meat! He said it needed more cheese, veggies on it. They was pretty expensive. We paid about $47.00 for the bowl, Philly, Fries and 1 drink. You should give them a try. The cashier was nice and friendly and the establishment was clean and aesthetically pleasing!

Those Furious Fries were great. Steak was tender. The Liberty was a little dry by the time it got to me. Also had to add my own cheese, as I could barely find it on the sandwich. Next time I will definitely add more when ordering. The Rocky (Veg) was fresh and flavorful as well.

Very good sandwiches. Do not order the wings. The flavor is great for the wings, but I think I was eating pigeon. I couldn't even finish them.

Visited Mad Dads Phillys at their Buckhead eats ghost kitchen, and it was a great experience! The philly, with Certified Angus Ribeye Steak seasoned using Mad Dads All Purpose Seasoning, was an absolute knockout. The first bite was so good, it left me momentarily speechless. They also use the seasoning on their fries as well and they were really good too. The wings were a hit, especially the unique blueberry sriracha and my personal favorite, the ginger honey garlic. Mad Dads Phillys caters to vegans with some good options. A must-try ! I'll definitely be back VERY SOON!

I got the turkey hoagie and some French fries. The fries were AMAZING! My only issue with the hoagie is that the oil/vinegar wasn't applied in a way that wouldn't completely soak the bread through. I ate the sandwich there, on location. Thankfully, I was able to get through one half of the sandwich that wasn't soaked. Other than that, the flavor and customer service was great!

Great food! If you want authentic Phillys this is your only option! I found then on Uber Eats and this is a go-to option when I want a great lunch while working in the area.

We ordered sandwiches, fries, and wings and it was over $100!!!!!!!!! To start, the wings were supposedly blueberry chipotle but they sucked. 3/10. The fries we ordered were regular and loaded. The regular were 4/10 but my wife found the loaded to be 8/10. Finally, the cheesesteaks were a collective 7/10 which might be ok if they weren't TWENTY FREAKING DOLLARS EACH!!!!! The parking lot is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

Ima foodie so I don't mind spending the money on quality food buts It's very wrong to take people's hard earned money that they use to support your business in return for a thrown together sandwich with no effort.

I grew up in Jersey and lived in Philly where I graduated from Temple. I know Gino's and I know Pat's (if you're from Philly you know what I'm saying). After many long and lonely years in my beloved ATL without a decent cheesesteak Mad Dads Philly's has arrived and I discovered it this weekend at the Halidom. Finally, I've got the best of both worlds. Thank you Tony!
