All I can say is Chef T, MY GOODNESS you are truly blessed in that kitchen! I have been craving an authentic Philly cheesesteak and I will tell you she hit it on the nail. North Broad street Philly is right because it pays homage to the OGs in Philly!. Came here for the cheesesteak and tried the loaded fries and egg rolls and I'm still salivating. Everything is delicious! Thank you Chef T, I want to gatekeep but everyone deserves to experience your gifts. I will be BACK!

Chef T is simply AMAZING! She made me feel welcomed, offered me a lunch special that I otherwise would not have considered, and she did not lie…..it is literally one of the BEST Philly Cheesesteaks I’ve had in a LONG TIME!!! Mad Dad’s Philly’s is the truth!!!

This spot, Mad Dads Philly’s, is a fantastic place for authentic cheesesteaks and hoagies! The signage and branding give it a welcoming, Philly-inspired atmosphere, especially with the “Fly Eagles Fly” theme. You will appreciate the authentic flavors, friendly service, and family-friendly ambiance, making it a great stop for fans of Philadelphia-style sandwiches. The diverse food options in the marketplace setting also add to the experience, offering something for everyone. If you’re a cheesesteak lover, this seems like a must-try!

Fries were good. By far, the smallest Philly cheesesteak I've ever been served. Had about 3oz of meat, which is pretty skimpy for $25 after tax and tip.

I stopped buying Philly cheesesteak sandwiches because everywhere I went, they were tiny or thin. I ate here for the first time this past weekend and I am thoroughly impressed. I had the Philly Chicken (Liberty) and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was packed with meat and just enough cheese, peppers and onions for the perfect combination. Tony was more than gracious. His restaurant was spotless and the service superb. Well done. You will not be disappointed and I will be back.

While I'm always looking for a Great Steak and Cheese outside of Philly, I finally had a chance to try Mad Dad's. The sandwich itself was not bad, however didn't even allot of meat for the price which made the cost outrageous. Even if the food was OK and the portion decent but costly that would have been fine. What added to the frustration for me trying Mad Dads, was it took me 33 minutes to get my 2 sandwiches and fries. The women did apologize but 33 minutes when I placed my order and didn't see anyone ahead of me is inexcusable. So the wait time, small amount of meat in their largest sandwich and cost, I absolutely Don't recommend Mad Dads Philly.

I’ve never left a google review in my entire life, but here I am. I have to say this is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve had my fair share of Philly cheese steaks, but they have always been dry. This sandwich though? Glorious. It was juicy, hot, and immaculate. The bread was perfect, the sauces were flowing, and the meat was incredible. Definitely deserves a lot more love and attention at the Roswell Junction. I felt like I had a ratatouille moment where all of the flavors exploded in my head. Is it your cheat day for your diet? Cheat here! The sandwich was divine. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve lived in Atlanta since 1997, and while there are many new great Philly cheese steak offerings….Mad Dad’s Philly’s are like being back in Philly. They have Amoroso’s send the bread!
