MAD Greens - 2nd & San Antonio St.

I love mad greens. But this location continues to disappoint with their effort when making it. We live close to this one, and will drive to the one in South Austin because they do such a better job. I like these kind of salad places Bc they pack a big salad in a container and it actually fills you up. Here is the large salad I got today (both of ours were like this). It surely didn’t need “packed” into the lid like most locations; it was about an inch short of the top of the bowl. (And this was before having even one bite)

Delicious salads, healthy and fresh! The juice is legit. Additionally I had a problem with my order, went back and they were more than happy to fix it :) Definitely recommend!

Good salad and rice bowl options.. you can mix and match any combination. I like it when they scoop fresh avacado in front of you and not some packaged creamed avocado. Would go here again. Only gripe I felt was went around 11:30am and they had just cleaned the floors, the chemicals smell was overtaking my food smell and couldn't eat. Had to grab a Togo box and brought my half eaten food back.

Horrible service. I walked in and five employees were in the back. It took two minutes for any of them to realize I was there. Then my friend ordered a salad and instead of making it fresh they got it from the back. My friend then found a live cockroach in the salad. Instead of taking the salad off our receipt they just gave us two free coupons. Horrible service.

The new Belgium Bowl is worth a try.

Minus 7 stars! Terrible customer service. There was a Petite white woman, stands about 5'3 with jet black hair who was very rude and unprofessional working on 1/15/2020 at 11:40a.m. If anyone needs to be talked to, it's that girl. She needs more training and be taught proper business.

Good Chicken Caesar salad at a decent price. Line can get backed up quickly, but nothing crazy. Get the MAD Spice!

Went on opening day. Great variety on the menu and my salad tasted wonderful. Good price compared to similar places.
