Had a nice experience at mad greens. This place is quick, and has a decent menu. Mad spice is recommended in their salads or warm bowls. We really liked the tofu option. However, since this is a chain, I urge them to include more vegetarian options. Like fried avocado/chickpea patties or veggie patties or any vegetarian protein. The hummus trio veg is also excellent!

Google
The most welcoming and friendliest staff of any restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of dining at, and I keep coming back! Charmagne brightens up every day I happen to stop by Mad Greens and I wish there was more of her! This place is my go-to lunch spot anytime I'm craving a big salad.

Google
Usually my go to is their spinach wrap, however I was delighted to learn about their new hero tortilla & it was simply amazing. I am very pleased with the quantity, quality & always excited to try their new options. I had one of the latest additions, a delicious street corn wrap - to which, I added bacon. What an excellent choice! I am looking forward to trying the picnic pesto wrap next time!! Charmagne is a spectacular 5-star employee who was very knowledgeable about the ingredients & had great reccomendations. Fantastic healthy eats at a reasonable price. Don't forget to grab a sea salt caramel as well, they're too irresistible to pass up~

As someone who’s worked in food service management for over 6 years, I can confidently say this visit was one of the worst first impressions I’ve had at a restaurant. My wife and I made it clear this was our first time here, but the staff’s “hospitality” came in the form of fake smiles and passive-aggressive remarks. We even tried to joke around to lighten the mood—met with cold, dismissive responses. When we tried to pay with cash, instead of politely explaining their policy, they acted like we should have already known. To top it off, the food quality was poor. The rice was hard as a rock, and nothing tasted fresh. For a place that markets itself as fresh and welcoming, the service and quality here were the complete opposite. First impressions matter, and this one made sure there won’t be a second visit.

Google
Charmagne & Justin were amazing, you can tell that they are hardworking and not to mention super friendly! They did an amazing job putting together my order and making me feel welcomed in the store! I hope to see them every time I come back. Will definitely be back soon (: thank you for the lovely service, would highly recommend to a friend (:

I stopped by Mad Greens recently, and I have to give a special shoutout to Bella. She was incredibly friendly and welcomed me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in. She made my salad exactly how I wanted it—perfectly balanced and so fresh. It’s rare to see someone who not only provides excellent customer service but also genuinely seems to enjoy making sure guests have a great experience. Her positive energy really stood out and made my visit that much better. If you go to Mad Greens, I highly recommend stopping by when Bella’s working—you’ll leave with not only a delicious meal but also a smile on your face.

Walking in for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the atmosphere was. I was assisted by two wonderfully kind employees. Brooke helped with my order, showing great attention to detail as I selected items for my salad. Charmagne kept the register lively and polite, balancing both a formal and respectful conversation. I truly appreciate this kind of interaction in the food industry, where both the food and the people make the experience enjoyable.

Google
I love this place! No matter who is working, they are always so friendly and happy to help. Charmagne helped walk us through the new menu and gave us recommendations. Justin and Hunter made our meals perfectly. I was definitely a bit disappointed when hearing that the beets were no longer an option. The Picnic Pesto wrap was amazing though!

Yelp
OBSESSED! I don't live near one of these, but there is one near a real estate school that I take classes at. Such a treat! It is so fresh! I stick to the salads. So filling!

Yelp
I'm a loyal fan of Mad greens ever since I once stumbled upon their discovery kicking off in the domain. While that location has since come and gone, I'm happy to know that the Mad Greens CP location still holds strong and I can't stop myself from my standard favorite, the Don Quixote and the Ty Cobb. We love the staff, the assortment of fresh, healthy eats from a clean establishment for quick service and it's close by to lots of shops, the mall and things to do! Plenty of parking which is easy for those late nights where I need fuel but don't want to cook, mad greens has held strong supporting me in eating better! I will also say their cookie and their Mad Spice hold a special place in my heart. And the rewards system is really lovely!

Yelp
Had a great experience ordering to-go. I was in the area running errands and decided to stop by and grab a bowl for dinner. There are a few vegetarian/vegan options that are ready-made, but the good thing is that they can customize something that has meat in it to be vegetarian. For example, I got the BBQ Mac and Cheese bowl and they were able to sub in tofu instead of chicken. My bowl was full of bow-tie pasta (I would have been happier with less pasta and more cheese, lol) but the BBQ sauce and crunchy onion topping tied it all together. It definitely was the perfect comfort food!

Yelp
I tried this place for the first time yesterday! I ordered a chipotle chicken Caesar wrap to go. It was good! The tortilla was a tad bit crunchy and dry, but the contents inside were great! I noticed a table had the hummus/pita while I was grabbing my bag, and it looked really good. I will definitely try that next time too.
google avatar

Victoria H.

Yelp
You cannot go wrong with the chicken Caesar wrap! I get it every time & it might be the best chicken Caesar wrap I've had. Something about these ingredients mixed together is just chefs kiss. The staff is always friendly & ready to make accommodations if you need. We usually get to go, but I have sat inside before. It is quiet & clean & the staff even checked on us while we were there! I'll eat here time & time again!

Yelp
I was on a salad kick and didn't feel like driving further to another BYO salad place so I thought I'd give MAD Greens a shot. I probably should have just driven the extra 15 minutes or so instead of stopping here. The real tipping point was service. I walked in and said it was my first time here and just met with a blank stare. However, the other thing that gets me is that they have limits on veggies-which for a build your own place can be frustrating. They don't really have a tier system for veggies but the upcharge for additional veggies-like carrots or onions seems vastly overpriced. When I did finish and pay again, the service was pretty poor. I said I wanted it for here but was given it in a to-go container with plastic flatware. I was almost done when I found that there were forks and knives for dine-in. Between the lack of choices and lack of customer service it will keep me from coming back.

Yelp
As always Mad Greens delivers in freshen and taste. I have found the chain to be consistent in quality from Houston Tx to Co. They always deliver quickly and with a smile.
google avatar

Yelp
I doordashed MAD Greens and was really impressed with the packaging and quality of food. (Great for keeping leftovers!) I highly recommend the trio hummus plate. I loved all 3 flavors and it made a good snack throughout the night. Only suggestion - skip the rice, it was too much of the bowl, but everything else was perfection.
google avatar

James W.

Yelp
Great food choices and they now offer mac bowls which I want to try !!! The dining area was clean. As for the atmosphere, it was very quiet there, as there were only 3 other people behind us in line, and only one person dining at a table. We ordered our food to go. The girl who made our four orders was very friendly and professional. Everything was fresh n tasty.
google avatar

Autumn M.

Yelp
I recently had an issue with the accuracy of my order. I notified them of the mixup and they made it right immediately, so 10/10 on customer service!
google avatar

Yelp
Wasn't to impress with there salad I received via delivery Dressing was great but the rest had no flavor The tofu was rubbery n hard to chew Hummus trio was ok nothing fantastic Pita bread tasted old Will definitely try this place again but eat there

Yelp
I visited this location on a Tuesday for lunch with co-workers. I ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna wrap. It was pretty good. Service was good. Restaurant was clean.

Yelp
I am a frequent customer of the Cedar Park location. Always pleased with the quality and service. Ashlin is very polite, friendly and has even memorized my order. Great customer service Ashlin! I'll keep coming back. Gerald

Yelp
The food here is always so good. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The people that work here seem friendly enough. They are always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions on things. Seating is easy to navigate. I like that there are places to sit that can give you a bit of privacy as you are chowing down on the food. I'm ready for one of these to be in Leander. But until then I'll always make the trip to Cedar Park for a great salad!

Chris M.

Yelp
Food great -everything perfectly clean. I get the upsized Ty Cobb almost every time. Love the dozens of salad tongs along the wall, waiting to go into service.
google avatar

Kendyl W.

Yelp
I've been here 15-20 times and can confidently say this is my favorite place to grab a quick salad. Mad Caesar, Ty Cobb, don Quixote, Baja shrimp grain bowl and the elote Mac are my favorites. The combinations are endless and the ingredients are always vibrant and fresh. From my experience, the staff is very friendly and they are happy to accommodate substitutions and additions. The portions are big (even for the "regular" size) and I often have enough to save for another meal. I have nothing bad to say about mad greens and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.
google avatar

Yelp
A big to Ashlin and Wyatt! Two amazing staff members! They both made my day today. If you want to feel welcomed by happy people and enjoy a fresh and delicious salad, then don't miss eating at this Mad Greens location if you are in the Lakeline Mall area and get hungry!

Yelp
This place was fantastic...great service and the food was extremely tasty. Im a thick girl trying to eat better and I was happy this place offered options that didn't sacrifice flavor. Since it was our first time, the girls helping us guided us through our choices and were very patient as we figured out what we wanted. I got the buddha bowl, my fiance had the Edgar Allen Poe salad and the baby had their kid's box. We all loved them and will be returning in the future.

Yelp
We have regularly visited the 620 location of MAD Greens for several years, so this review is long overdue. We order the Create Your Own salad bowls and enjoy the fact that they are always crisp and fresh, as salads should be. The greens, veggies, and nuts add just the right amount of crunch to any salad we put together. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the service is 5-star. Ashlin knows our regular orders and has taught other servers what our orders usually are. We appreciate the friendly, patient but quick, and careful service that Ashlin, Paige, and Julie provide; they always work hard to get our orders just right--and they never fail! The sweet potatoes and charred onions were delicious options but were offered only for a limited period. We're hoping they reappear sometime soon!

Yelp
If you haven't tried MAD Greens - Cedar Park, what are you waiting for? These folks provide GREAT service, excellent salads, and "Awesome" dressings. I had the "POMONA" salad with the sherry molasses vinaigrette. Wonderful. My wife enjoyed the "DON QUIXOTE" which was equally wonderful. Do yourself a favor and order from MAD Greens Cedar Park. They truely care about giving you freshly-made food and wonderful service. MAD Greens - Cedar Park is "Highly Recommended" by me.
google avatar

Yelp
This place had no customers and no employees in sight when we were there at 6 pm on a Saturday. They put the takeout orders on the counter and you pick them up yourself. My salad was subpar because the chicken in it was dried up and looked like jerky. There was a huge amount of corn and a little salad. The hummus was ok and the pita tasted store bought. For $20+ I expected a better meal.
google avatar

John I.

Yelp
My wife and I ordered a Buddha Bowl and a wrap with avocado, shrimp, carrots, roasted beets, and spinach. It was so fresh and we loved all the flavors and textures. For dessert we both ordered a blondie toffee brownie which was to die for! We ordered online so we could customize it. Upon arrival the staff we noted how clean it was inside. The staff were offered us a drink while we waited and then promptly brought out our order. We are excited to return.
google avatar

Nannette B.

Yelp
Only gets three stars lately. I love the food, but the last couple of times I've been, the wraps were too loosely wrapped and open up on you. That coupled with not accepting cash payments will keep me away unfortunately.
google avatar

Pat K.

Yelp
The food and service here are soooo good! I typically get take-out salads and they are delicious! The workers are very friendly and always greet me even when I am just picking up food. I'm so glad I have this as an option to get really good salads, where they chop everything for you and even will put the dressing on and toss it if you request that.
google avatar

Natalie W.

Yelp
Friendly staff but my online orders have consistently been wrong recently. I will do basic customizations and they seem to be ignored. Example today - no avocado. Had multiple large chunks of avocado in it. I've also changed the dressing on an order and somehow chicken (included as standard) is completely missing from the salad. Frustrating that I'm at a point where I'm hesitant to order online because I'm not sure they will follow the simple customizations. FWIW these are usually weekday lunch orders.
google avatar

Reese U.

Yelp
Friendly staff, fresh food, never a bad experience...I'd leave 5 stars if they took cash. Every time I go I try to pay with bills lol

Yelp
Ordered Mad Greens for lunch at a business meeting. I ordered a Don Quixote - $11.60 a regular bowl with piri piri shrimp. It has roasted corn, diced mango, shredded cheese, mixed green, shrimp, and creamy ginger dressing. Very yummy and light! Shrimp is crunchy and has great flavor. I love the combination of sweet fruit and savory ingredients in a salad. Creamy ginger dressing is delicious. The salad bowl was delivered with dressing mixed in. It came out fresh and was not soggy. If you prefer the dressing to be on the side, put in a note to let them know. I normally don't order salad when I eat out because it's always overpriced. I just wanted a light lunch and it was covered by the company so I gave it a try. $9-11 for a regular bowl of salad is very pricey.

Orren S.

Yelp
Ashlyn and Justin are the absolute best! Very highly recommend stopping by for a tasty and healthy meal!

Michele M.

Yelp
The grape tomatoes had a bad taste, I could not eat them. The Caesar dressing was under seasoned. I requested heavy on the dressing and I still needed more flavor.

Yelp
Well-Considering how many of these restaurants have popped up all over town I must definitely be behind the times! My 13 year old grand daughters mom was the one that turned me on to Mad Greens! I wanted to do something special for her as she has been providing excellent care to her daughter for a couple weeks now and has a long roe to hoe ahead of her. After pressing her for several days she finally admitted to loving a specific salad at MAD Greens...called the Don Quixote so I ordered for both of us (separately as I was having them delivered to each of our specific locations.) This restaurant provides a bevy of healthy choices and gives caloric detail for everything which I appreciate! They have a gazillion specialty salads and wraps and of course you can build your own as well. Everything was extremely fresh! They typically use Door Dash to deliver and my experience with them was excellent too. However, I'm sure you can use whoever you prefer. Let's talk about the Don Quixote salad. Start with a bed of mixed greens and then add mango, avocado, roasted corn, jack cheese, And Southwestern style chicken. The clincher for me was the creamy ginger dressing they recommend. It fid a remarkable job of tying everything together. it comes in either a regular or large size and I was quite surprised that the large size was only a little over a dollar more. This salad is a little on the sweet side, but considering the mango and corn-I expected it- the avocado with it's creamy, buttery consistency takes it up a notch! You can choose any of their many delicious dressings but I couldn't wait to try the Creamy Ginger Dressing! They state it's made with fresh ginger and it definitely tasted like it was! It was ginger forward but based on its creamy style it complimented this salad extremely well. Next time I order or go bye I'm going to find out if they bought all the stuff because I would certainly buy it!!! We had our salads with in 25 minutes of ordering including the delivery. Great customer service by all. I can't wait to return and I hope that this recommendation will make you consider trying it as well!
google avatar

Noanya S.

Yelp
This spot was recommended to me so I had to give it a try. The concept is similar to Salata - I had the ty cobb salad in the regular size with rotisserie chicken. Initially when I picked up my order I thought the salad was quite small but to my surprise it was packed with chicken and bacon (yum). The regular size is perfect and definitely will fill you, I actually was still full later that day and had no room for dinner. Make sure to ask for the salad dressing on the side if you want to control the amount as they will toss it for you. They have a pretty decent sized menu and there are a few things that I can't wait to try. Oh yeah you can view the caloric intake if your salad on their website, which is awesome for those of us who keep track of that sort of thing. P. S the romaine lettuce had to many of the funky parts so I had to pick them out...next time I will try a different green
google avatar

Meday P.

Yelp
Forgot to take a picture, I order their salad through DoorDash app and delivery. OMG! Nothing like the picture, and 3 pcs of chicken for a whole salad. I couldn't swell it! No taste and not fresh. I won't waste my money here again!

Shayla W.

Yelp
we eat here a few times a week; my salads are always delicious and made exactly how I want. the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. the restaurant itself (including bathrooms!) is clean. overall a great place to pop in for lunch!
google avatar

john g.

Yelp
Not impressed at all. First, staff is not friendly at all. They weren't rude but couldn't care less if you were there. Semi "premium" prices with ok food. Wraps are like $9. I had a wrap which was decent and my wife had a wrap and soup. The wrap like mine was ok while the soup was pretty good. Can't say I'll be in a hurry to return.
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Yesterday was our first time here and it quickly became our new favorite spot. We ordered online and the process was quick and easy, our food was made within 15 minutes, and the restaurant was very clean! We had the Ty Cobb salad and the Don Quixote and both were excellent! We cannot wait to go back!
google avatar

Ashley N.

Yelp
I love MAD Greens! Their salads are always super fresh, they have amazing ingredients and are fast and simple! I usually order ahead and use the pickup service. They also have good juices, bowls, wraps and hummus options. I love getting food at MAD Greens and I'm happy for a healthy option that is nearby!
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
I see why the greens are MAD! Salad AND Wrap were completely bland in taste. The broccoli and cheddar soup has a sour water taste- definitely zero cheese in this soup blend and the broccoli tasted burnt. 2 stars bc the ranch dressing with the salad and wraps were decent. Don't waste your time or money on this place and go to SALATA instead!
google avatar

Ky C.

Yelp
When it's a hundred degrees in the evening, there's nothing like a cool, fresh salad to end the day. I've become fixated on the Don Quixote with shrimp. I customize it a bit because I like baby spinach rather than mixed greens and customization is easy to do when ordering online. My salad is waiting on the shelf when I arrive and it's prepared just the way I asked. If I ever tire of the Don Quixote, maybe I'll try one of the other options. But, don't hold your breath. The Don Quixote is that good!

Bruce G.

Yelp
Clean restaurant, friendly service, yummy healthy food with a good variety of salad options. Could not ask for more.
google avatar

Monte R.

Yelp
I'm conflicted about Mad Greens. The quality of the food is exceptional but it's very expensive and they price their small vs. large salad size with only $1 dollar difference, which benefits neither consumer nor business. I went with large salad (limited to 5 add-ons) but it was so big I couldn't finish it and threw remainder away (wasted food and money). Had I got a small, it would have been perfect. They need to work on pricing.

brittnie m.

Yelp
This location is terrible. The service always sucks and our orders have been wrong the last 3 times we've been. Disappointed bc I love their rewards program. I don't see this location staying open, IMO
google avatar

Michelle J.

Yelp
First impression upon arriving was that it was warm in there. Too warm. Also the music was too loud to have a conversation. The music was odd too. It was 50's tunes. Not entertaining while eating salad. Maybe an ice cream place or old fashioned hot dogs and root beer floats but salad? This led us to getting our order to go. I went with the make your own salad and soup combo. The sweet potato soup was very good. A little small on the portion size but it was good. Salad was a lot of lettuce and four toppings. I added steak. Steak was terriyaki steak. That should have been listed as such. It was grosse. Cheap cut of meat marinated in soy sauce. Awful. The bowl had a lot of lettuce in it. The portion sizes of the toppings were measly. Overall not overly impressed. Daily Juice down on 620 has a much better salad bar and they have outdoor seating. No outdoor seating here to escape the bad music.

Yelp
For $5.00 Kids Awesome Box, not happy with the quantity. Did not get quite enough as before. Really disappointing.

Yelp
This place is legit! I was craving a salad and the name stuck out to me. "I want some MAD Greens!!" I ended up getting the Annie Oakley Wrap and it did NOT disappoint. I will definitely be back again. There are some yummy looking menu items that I still need to try!

Merian A.

Yelp
Definitely I will visit more than once . The price are normal for the food they suggest to eat .It's delicious I order Mark Twain salad in big bowl and the portion is generous but I like it . The atmosphere is nice and it's also close to my work place .
google avatar

susan h.

Yelp
Normally have been satisfied here but today was awful. Employee was super great, no issue there. The vegetable soup was so thick it couldn't even be stirred. The "vegetables" (I guess?) were total mush and unidentifiable. So gross! I get that some items are not fresh daily but make sure it's edible if you're going to serve it to a guest paying your prices. I just threw it away.
google avatar

Taylor S.

Yelp
For starters, the Yelp location on here is wrong. I ordered online through yelp and then mapped through yelp and ended up at a house in a residential neighborhood. I tried calling MAD Greens to find out which location I exactly ordered at but they don't take phone calls during "peak" hours (11-3). I luckily was able to find the location on my own since I had already paid for the food. I just moved to Austin so maybe this was more difficult for me than most. The food however is really good. I tried the Pomona and chicken poblano soup for $12.94. It was absolutely delicious. The salad itself is the perfect portion for lunch. The soup with it was gluttonous. I like this place and would maybe frequent here. It just really rubbed me the wrong way that I couldn't call the restaurant.

Yelp
Just your typical salad place- not bad, not good, just salad. Came in on a Thursday night to an empty restaurant. The crowd starting picking up a little later, ~7:30PM, although it still wasn't too crowded. The inside of the restaurant is pretty clean and everything seems to be fairly well organized. It's set-up like every other "build your own" concept with the line starting straight at the door and leading up to the food. They have quite a few options, from pasta, to wraps, to paninis, and of course salads. If you come here I'd recommend sticking with the salads; my sister got a panini and it was incredibly flavorless and all around unimpressive. I got the pre-made Don Quixote salad primarily because building my own seemed to be a bit of a rip off considering I could only add 4 toppings without extra charge. My salad was alright, although I thought the dressing tasted mostly like fancy mayo. The nice thing, or not so much depending on your point of view, was that this salad was HUGE. I got a regular and felt stuffed about halfway through. I'm not quite sure how much more a large is, but I'm assuming you could split it with someone else and save money. Service wise, there's not much to say. The salad was made pretty quickly and the people working there seemed to be friendly enough. I'm not sure I'll be coming back anytime soon with Salata also around, but if I'm ever too tired to make that trek I wouldn't mind stopping in here.

Michael D.

Yelp
Wack portions, no flavor, wilted greens. Super overpriced for the portion. I was expecting so much more and I was underwhelmed
