Immigrants in Argentina Have Created Their Own Take on Italian Food - Eater
"Mad Pasta makes weekly pasta drops including cappellaci with peas, mascarpone, and lime, or parsley cavatelli tossed with clams, gochujaru, and cured lemons." - Kevin Vaughn
Amazing food, great service, tastes to die for. All the plates bring colorful food that melts in your mouth and tingles your soul. Loved it. Some reviews commented about the short menu, however, the smaller choices is probably what makes the food so good and tasty. The service outstanding with smiles and attention. Honestly, great, great place to eat. Small note: a bit expensive but not exorbitant.

Insanely delicious simple food!!! Beautiful big portions and insanely tasty. We ordered two pastas and two meat schnitzels with pasta. We just enjoyed every bite.

Gem of a place! If you want pasta then come here, the two Chefs Clara and Lucas, are ones to keep and eye on. You are not only getting some world class level dishes served up to you here, but you are getting them at a price point where you have to question yourself as to why you would ever want to cook for yourself again, when you could just rent or buy an apartment nearby and eat here the rest of your life. At least I day dream about doing this.
Give this place a try, you wont regret it!

Best pasta in town… by far! Service is top notch and they know everything that is being served and what drink to pair. They have specials and you should try them since they are not usual pasta or flavors :)

The food was good, the service was better. I thought the menu was a bit short and wanted more mains to choose from.
