Mad Patties Bairnsdale

Food ok but service pretty dreadful! If you're taking customers orders, please smile and be polite! A robot would have done a better job twice I've been there. No one today in restaurant and food was slow to come out. You're out of the main drag, you're not going to make good business if you don't lift your game!!!

Served by a child no older than 10yrs old. Order was messed up with the wrong type of chips with the wrong burgers and my youngest child’s “just chips” put with someone else’s burger. My burger was still cold, and when taken back I was told it wasn’t cold because it was cooked with the others, so I showed where I bit it and said it’s definitely cold. They took the whole lot, chips included so I couldn’t even eat them while I waited for them to fix my burger, which I waited another 15mins for. Because everyone else had finished eating, I sent my kids for frozen yogurt, and it turned out the yogurt was off. My eldest daughter took it to the counter and was told it’s supposed to taste and smell like that, to which she replied she’s had it before elsewhere and this one is definitely off, so was refunded. $150 spent here, and the only good thing was the salty peanut butter shake. Never returning.

Tried the new burger place in Bairnsdale. Nice staff and environment. Clean and fresh looking. My boyfriend and I got the mad moo beef burger ($14 each) and small fries ($6). He really liked his burger, but I personally thought mine was quite soggy and not very flavoursome, I may be fussy, but it wasn't what I was expecting. The chips are nice and crunchy, but the oil tasted a bit burnt and a very small amount of chips for the price. Overall, it's not bad. It is their first few days, so I'll give them that. Will try the chicken burgers next :) Update: have tried it twice since opening, and has definitely got better!

Food is good but we missed the train😡

Today was their opening day and It appeared calm and under control in the store. Well Done for your first day ;). I ordered a Hot and Mad Burger with Chicken Wings covered in Korean Oppa Sauce. The burger was fantastic, I would give the burger 9/10. At first 15$ seems pricey but it was substantial and cheaper than their competition. (Not fast food chains but Local Cafes and Bairnsdale no. 1 Burger Joint . You know the one .) I'll be back for more Burgers at Mad Patties Bairnsdale for sure ! The chicken was larger than expected and I loved the crispy coating. I mucked up getting the Korean sauce.... Yuck ! But to be fair that's my fault for asking for that sauce. Next time I'd go plain chicken with no sauce. Chicken was 8/10. Overall Mad Patties would be 8/10 depending what you are comparing them to.

Had a really pleasant experience at Mad Patties. Burgers were delicious, chicken was great, service was good, staff were friendly and welcoming. Oh and the Oreo milkshake is a must try too! Will definitely be back again!

Honestly surprised. Chicken better than Kfc, burger better than hungry jacks or maccas, fries also good. So just skip all of the above and come here, most praise deserves the bun that a lot of people ignore for some reason. Good meat, good ingriedients, ordered a burger with jalapeno by mistake and still liked it. Definetely one of the best food places in Bairnsdale if not the best, prices are kinda the same as the rest so no sour surprises here.

Burger was good but the boneless chicken was grey , tasted gross and absolutely stunk so we took it back to them and the worker grabbed the chicken infront of us and started to eat it and tell us there was nothing wrong with it
