I really loved this place! First of all the service was amazing, the guy working the cashier was super kind and lively, he also remembered us on our way out after we were leaving and said bye to us, and they also come to give you the food if they see you nearby!! So great customer service for sure! The food was pretty good! I'd say it was worth the price, they're pretty fulfilling and flavorful. I ordered the Thai sweet and Korean BBQ, both in duo sliders.

This place is located in a food hall. Lots of tables and a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious. I had the duo sliders on bao. One Thai sweet and the other Korean beef bbq. Both were delicious. Lots of meat and good toppings. They also let us try the gochugaru ranch sauce. Highly recommend this spot.

Amazing food!! Very delicious!! I think the food was too flavorful overall, but if ignoring some extra salt and sugar, it’s very good. Chicken is very juicy and bun is soft. Fries are good too. They have different flavors to fill in. My favorite was the corn one. It’s perfect for any buns. Super good!!

Came here to get our fix of the Disneyland Cargo Bay fried chicken bao buns vibe and it was definitely worth it. We got the double slider combo w/ fries + seoul chick nuggets + drink! It was so worth the money, they give you so many chicken nuggets. The chicken is incredibly fresh and crunchy. We got the brioche bun Korean Hot & Thai (Spicy version) and it did not disappoint. All the flavors went well together. We will try it next time with the bao buns it was so delicious! We got the ranch sauce with everything. In addition the employees + (possibly) owner were so nice and accommodating! They asked us how our food was even though we were sat outside the kitchen. Can’t wait to come back one day!

Madbun was tasty and the service was great. I had two sandwiches both with brioche buns but they gave the option of a bap bun also. I will have to try this one next time I visit the place. I also had the Seoul Chick and Korean Hot seasoning on the sandwiches. I liked the Seoul Chick it had a sweet but spicy flavor. I also had an order of Mad Hot chicken nuggies which were good with the Gochukaru ranch.

I'm shocked... I kinda had low expectations due to the shop being a food stall, but it's super good! I got the trio sliders on a bao bun with the soul chicken, korean, and Thai sweet. It was all super good! Chicken was freshly fried. The sauces were good... and I couldn't get enough of the slaw on the Thai sweet slider... too good. Total reccomend for a smaller dinner!

First of all, the employees are great. The same guy helped me out both times I was here and he was so friendly and helpful! And they're so accommodating with no sass -- I always ask for my coleslaw and sauces on the side, and they always do it for me. Aside from that, chicken was really good and fresh and tasty! You can ask for it extra hot, too. I did that and they made it hot enough I needed milk to help me eat it! Overall a great place.

Still as amazing as ever! They removed some items from their menu (I'll forever miss my beloved corn cheese fries), but recently added chicken tenders! Their chicken sandwiches are flavorful, high-quality, and crispy! Their house sauces are the best I've ever had, especially the sweet jalapeño and kimchi aioli The owner(s) and employees are very friendly and helpful! I can tell they love their craft and their customers, as every meal is perfect and they even remembered us and our usual orders from many months ago (we used to come all the time before we moved). If you sit at their counter table, they check in on you and how everything tastes, and make conversation :) They're also generous, always giving free refills and sometimes giving us complimentary side sauces! As popular as they are, they sold out an hour before closing today on a Tuesday, so come a little early so you don't miss out!

I've been on a hot chicken fries binge lately. From Babas, Dave's, Chubbys, Habibis, and Don Fuegos. Madbun runs with the best of them! Food: I ordered the Hot chicken fries and I saw they had a hot chicken burger on sale for $8 so I got that too. The chicken burger was HUGE. I paid $8 for a simple chicken sandwich at Pollo Compero so paying $8 for this was a steal IMO. The burger was spicy but in a good way so if you cant handle the heat I suggest proceed with caution. The fries were BOMB! I loved everything about it, the cheese, the sauce, the fries and chicken. Fantastic! Only minor constructive criticism would be the chicken on the fries were a little thick. Like big nuggets. Chopping it up a little bit more would have been perfect for bite size pieces. Overall, delicious though and I would like more. Service: It was my first time here and I believe I was talking to the owner and he was super friendly. Helped me out on the food and explained the ingredients when I asked. He even offered a complimentary drink which came in clutch because of that delicious hot chicken. Order didn't take long at all either. Even got a extra sauce cup. Fantastic service. Ambiance: Can't really say much about this because the location was at Haven City Market and they have no control of seating arrangements and what not but Haven City Market itself is an amazing place. As I'm writing this, I already want more lol. I plan to definitely come back but its a shame there isn't a closer one too me.

Place is inside Haven City close to front entrance. Tried hot chicken sandwich since was on a special for $8. The flavor was just right and heat level. A food Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Wasn't a long wait to get my order.

Their chicken sandwiches are delish -- crispy, juicy, and generously sauced. My son absolutely adores them. Fair warning: the sauce and oil will drip everywhere. Bring napkins, maybe a bib. Messy. Satisfying. Worth it.

This place has great service and the food is awesome. We had a mixture of sandwiches and tenders and a mixture of no heat and mild heat. The tenders are good size and tasted great. The slider is just the right size if you are not super hungry. I personally had the Seoul sandwich with mild heat and I loved every bite. It was the perfect heat and size. I can eat and the sandwich was too big for me. The shop is just inside Haven City and has tables that you can sit at. We also had the fries and they were perfect hot and crispy.(I did not take a picture) I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. The staff is great and very friendly.

Amazing thick and juicy chicken. I tried the mad platter that perfectly fed a family of 4. Every flavor was delicious and different. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food hall is very clean and has plenty of seating.

Being as close as possible to the main entrance is a very ideal spot. We circled the entire area and still came back to this place curious about their loaded fries. I see a fountain drink machine so I know we can get a Diet Coke drink from here too. At first glance the place looks like a burger joint, but it's al fried chicken and sandwiches. The grill is shown at the front so you can see them cooking. The place seems very clean and There was a bit of a line at first but it went fairly quick. The staff was attentive enough to get the line moving and we get one free refill on our fountain drink! We ordered the Korean bbq loaded fries (15$+). Given how many fired chicken photos displayed in the front of the store, I didn't expect them to have beef options. However, there wasn't much on the fries. Very little beef and some pickled onions and sauce. It was delicious, but for 15$ it wasn't as protein packed as other meal options in the market.

OMG the chicken sandwiches here are delicious! I ordered the Mad Hot Big Bun and my husband ordered the Thai Sweet Big Bun. We liked the Mad Hot one a bit more because it was like a classic fried chicken sandwich. The flavors in the Thai Sweet were indeed unique and but it was a bit too sweet for our liking. Everything was mad fresh to order and even then got it out to us pretty quick. It is located inside the Haven City Food Hall so there are plenty of tables around for you to sit and eat. There are also some claw machines inside. Overall 10/10 experience.

Got the Trio sliders (Thai Sweet, Mad Hot, Seoul Chick). Loved them all. Chicken was on point and the sauce was perfect. Not too sweet. Sister got the big bun combo (Korean Hot). It was sweet and savory. Spicy level is a 5. Loved it all will be coming back for sure.

Located inside Haven City Market by the main entrance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We ordered the duo slider combo (Thai Sweet), loaded fries (Seoul Chick) and nuggets (Seoul chick). The chicken is cooked to perfection, the outside was crunchy (despite being coated in sauce). Since we didn't want something too spicy, they recommended we go with Thai Sweet and it was delicious; well balanced flavors (reminded me of asian zing sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings). The portions are generous.

Friendly service, clean facility, plenty of seating (came here to Haven City on a Saturday afternoon), and the food came out quick. We ordered the large chicken nuggies (plain, no spice). Amazing! Paired with the tangy sauce that comes with it, it was real good!

We haven't visited New Haven Market in a while and noticed Madbun! The food looks so appetizing from the monitors that were displaying the food offering. So we decided to try it. We got the combo #4 which came with 2 duo sliders, we chose the brioche buns with hot Korean and Seoul chick, chicken nuggies which we chose Seoul chick for the flavors, and finally fries which we upgraded for the Korean BBQ loaded fries. The combo also came with a drink, Oh and then after I ordered all of these, I decided to check in on Yelp and hello! one free soda with a purchase! amazing. So we managed to get 2 drinks! The brioche sliders are so delicious and fluffy, the chicken inside were seasoned and cooked right! Chickens were tender, juicy, tasty, and crunchy! So burgers were not wrapped and I didn't want to flip it on its side and take a picture, scared it was going to get it everywhere, and when we starting eating, my hand was so messy, there was no way I could get my phone to take a picture. The sliders were very enjoyable! Another item that was enjoyable was the chicken nuggeies. The Seoul chick flavors were a perfect match for these crispy deliciousness. The nuggies are good to share and my toddler loved it! He ate like half of the bag by himself :o Lastly, the loaded fries. Um, I've had better fries, it was cut too thick for my liking and it was not as crunchy as was expected. I felt like the fries could have benefited from longer cooking time for a bit more crunch. But the toppings on the fries were FIRE! They were on point. So generous with the portion and flavors were there too! We tried 2 dipping sauces, the hot honey and the gochu ranch ( I forgot the full name of the ranch). Both dipping sauces were delicious. The spice level was manageable and the Seoul chick sauce is just super delicious! It's like a honey and soy glazed sauce all over the chicken, Yum! Anyways, the price and portion is more than fair and the whole meal left the whole family really satisfied. Customer service was great too!

I first tried Madbun Thai Sweet Chili Chicken slider at The Cravings in Chino Hills. It was so very good. Unfortunately, they are no longer there. They have a new home now at Haven City Market (HCM) in Rancho Cucamonga. I have been here a few times already. Thai Sweet Chili Chicken is our go-to and a must get item! You may choose to have it as big bun, duo sliders, or trio sliders either in steam bun or brioche. Go for the brioche sliders! They are so very tasty and delicious. Chicken is very moist inside, slightly crunchy outside, and flavored nicely all around. The pickled veggies and sauce are just delectable. I'm salivating right now LOL. Btw, free order of fries with Yelp check-in. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable for the amazing foods. Ambiance is nice as it's shared with all other food vendors in HCM. Madbun is a must stop when you come to HCM. Highly recommend!!!

The food is good, solid 4 out of 5. We stumbled at this place since we were already at the haven food court and we love us some fried chicken sandwich. I will say, the mad hot is absolutely amazing and seasoned well. I don't think its very spicy for something called mad hot but I guess everyone's spice level is different. That being said, the staff working was a little condescending and kinda acted like he was doing us a favor by taking our order... Will most likely skip this place next time. There's way too many chicken places out there for us to be dealing with bad service. Parking can be crowded because it's at the food court but shouldn't be too long.

I ordered the Korean barbecue loaded fries. They were pretty tasty. I just wish that they cut up the meat so that it's not just big huge pieces just flopped on there and they would be more spread out. Way too many pickled onions for my liking. Their jalapeño sauce that they had was decent, but I really liked their specialty ranch. I also bought an Ube cookie with macadamia nuts and that was amazing. Super light and soft and so flavorful.

This was my first time at Haven City. So glad I decided to go with Madbun. I really enjoyed the sweet thai bao bun and loaded Korean bbq fries. The Seoul chick bao was okay, but I wish I would have gotten two of the sweet thai. Service was pretty quick. I'll definitely be back!

Yes yes yes, eat here 1000% yes. I was working in the area and found this place on Yelp to try while on a lunch break. I'm now upset that this place is over an hour away from my home because it truly is so good and full of flavor. I even came back after my work shift to buy a Togo order for my friend. I believe I got the madhot and Korean something but both were so good! It's also conveniently located in a food hall so you have tons of options for other treats as well.

I recently visited haven city market and tried out Mad Bun. The service was nice and the owners were super great! The food didn't take long to come out even tho they are made to order! What I got: Mad hot bun (brioche bun): The bestttt take I've ever had on a Nashville chicken sandwich! The chicken was so crispy and the flavors all work so well together. I highly recommend this one. Thai Sweet Chili (bao bun): The sweet and spiciness of this bun was wonderful. I love that you have the option to pick the type of bun you want. Seoul Chick Nuggies: So crispy and the sauce was delish! The gochukaru ranch was yummy with it! Corn Cheese Fries: An interesting take on a classic kbbq side, but it was good nonetheless. A good side for the buns :) Overall, I would come back and get the mad hot sandwich! It is so good and a wonderful Asian take on a Nashville hot chicken sandwich!

The Bao buns are delicious! They have so many different options! I recommend getting a combo as you can mix and match! Definitely hit this spot at the haven city market!

Came here Haven Market in Rancho Cucamonga to try out Madbun which I've been hearing so much about and wanted to they them out. They are an Asian fusion place. I love Asian cuisine and was very excited to try it since it had so many good reviews! I ordered the Big Bun Thai sweet (Spicy) combo with upgraded Korean BBQ loaded fries and my wife ordered the Seoul Chick. Service was very friendly and suggestive which is why I order the Thai Sweet Chicken Sandwich spicy but when I got my order and went to sit down I took a bite and....they forgot to make it spicy!!! They flavor of the Thai Sweet sauce was really good so it being spicy would have elevated this sandwich also they could have added more cabbage lacking some texture. The Seoul chick was also not bad. The Loaded Korean Bbq fries was bland a little disappointing. It was missing the Korean Bbq. It tasted like meat with fries. By the time most part I give the food experience a 7 out of 10 it wasn't bad but didn't knock me socks off. Maybe I expected too much.

I've been to Haven City Market many times and finally decided to give Madbun a try and was not disappointed! The young woman who took our order was very nice and the service was quick! I ordered the Mad Hot Big Bun, my boyfriend ordered the Duo Sliders with flavors Thai Sweet and Korean BBQ, and we shared the Mad Hot Chicken Loaded Fries. Sooo happy I decided to go with the Mad Hot flavor as the other flavors did not appeal to me at all. But, my boyfriend really enjoyed them! The Mad Hot Big Bun was spicy, tangy, the chicken was crispy, and a pretty decent size. The Mad Hot Chicken Loaded Fries were super tasty and they definitely did not skimp on the portion size! For (1) chicken sandwich, (2) mini chicken sandwiches, and (1) loaded fries (no drinks) we paid $45 so it is on the pricier side but you'll be very full. I will be a returning customer!

Located inside Haven City Market. We got the Korean Hot Big Bun, and the duo sliders combo. I chose Thai Sweet and Seoul Chick. The chicken was very tender and juicy in all the buns. My favorite flavor was the Thai Sweet which is the chicken covered in sweet Thai chili sauce. The service was very quick and easy to find open seating inside the plaza.

Madbun just opened at Haven City Market and they're making some of the best Asian hot chicken around The chicken sandwiches are HUGE and have the perfect crunch to them! The bao sliders are soft and airy, and complement the chicken so well. The loaded fries are definitely LOADED and will fill you up for sure. The guys working there are super chill and helped us out with all of our questions. Definitely check them out when you're in the area!

It was my first time trying it today and I'm so happy I did! It was incredibly delicious! The service was quick and friendly and I loved the vibe it had. I would definitely come back to Rancho just to get this sandwich!

Food was definitely freshly made at pick up and very tasty! A bit messy. I think I would ask for the chicken flavoring to be on the side so I can dip with each bite. Sauces were all good, just too messy to eat on the go. Service was welcoming and polite even though it was a to go order (btw this is more like a food court location).

this place is so good. I'm so glad I stopped by to grab from here. The KBBQ loaded fries are amazing. The best thing I've ever tasted. I love the pickled onions on top! There's so many flavors that mix so well together. I also got the big bun. I got the spiciest flavor and it sure was hot! They also are selling freshly baked ube, white chocolate cookies, but unfortunately I'm trying to lay off of the desserts hahah,. however, it looked so amazing and i was so tempted. Staff is very friendly and they work fast . I highly recommend this place. will return for sure.

Been going to haven city for a while. Been trying to give all the restaurants a try and Madbun was hit. The guy taking our order was professional and their store front was very clean. Two sliders with fries and chicken nuggets were a solid deal. Both my wife and I were satisfied with the portions given. I will definitely be back to try something new off their menu.

If you love Korean fried chicken, then you'll love it in a sandwich. The chicken is crispy and super flavorful on the outside moist and juicy on the inside. We tried the spicy Thai and Seoul sandwiches. Both were sweet and spicy but the Thai was sweeter which we preferred. We got the combo which included a drink, fries, and the nuggets. The nuggets were a little hard so I would pass on that and stick to the sandwiches. Also, they only had fountain drinks so it would have been nice if they had tea or lemonade but other than that, I recommend it.

Food: The Thai Sweet is AMAZING. the chicken is crispy with sweet chili sauce with red cabbage and picked onions the bun is soft and heavenly. The Kbbq bun is delicious. It comes with kimchi and lettuce with a creamy sauce. The fries are steak cut fries that are crispy to perfection topped with their amazing sauce and meat. I cannot recommend this place enough I have been coming here for years and it truly impresses me every single time.

The food and the service here is absolutely superb! Found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. It's located in one of the stalls inside cravings by 99 Ranch. It was interesting because we thought it was a standalone shop. Since it was our first time, the nice friendly staffer gave us recommendations. We ordered a couple of different burgers and buns to share. Didn't have to wait long for the food. I absolutely loved the pork belly bun and the Korean flavored bun. The Memphis chicken was good but a bit spicy. Everything was super fresh, and the flavor was delicious. Service was super nice and efficient. The seating area is shared between all of the food stalls. The whole area is very clean. Parking was very easy outside the supermarket. Very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend.

Great polite and attentive service, clean establishment, very fast service, and the Thai Sweet Chili and Seoul Chicken Bao on Sweet Brioche buns were so tasty and well put together. The overall ambiance was great too.

This is AMAZING! The chicken was juicy and crunchy and the sauce was everything! I had Seoul Chick and made it spicy (they can adjust the heat) . Everything was SUPER fresh. The fries were great too. I wish I could take a pic of my food, but it's too late for that. It was THAT good! I highly recommend this, it's better than ANY of the "other" chicken spots. I hope they open additional locations (Palm Springs/Desert Hot Springs/Palm Desert please!!!) Edit: The staff are great as well, when I mentioned that I wish they had a location near me, the cook was excited about the food and the brand, he explained that their chicken is never frozen, which explains why it was so fresh and juicy! You can tell that the company culture is great when the staff are excited to be there.

SO SO GOOD!! The chicken was super juicy and tender, and the sandwich itself was HUGE. They've got a deal this October for $8.99 a sandwich, which is such a steal for how much food you get. Staff was super nice too, made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving a solid spicy chicken sandwich.

I got the Reaper Hot and the Seoul sliders for only $12, amazing deal for what you get. The Reaper was amazing, top 2 chicken sandwiches I've had and number 1 inside of an 8 hour drive. The heat wasn't bitter or harsh but a flavorful heat tidal wave that was numbing, tingling, and addictive. As a usual hater of white meat because of the dryness, these tenders were super juicy and tender. The vegetables are underrated, great coleslaw and an amazing Korean cucumber in the Seoul slider. Great and friendly staff, obvious that all of them cared about delivering customer experience and passionate about the food that they made. 10/10 will be going back!

I came to Haven City for the first time and I was overwhelmed with all the options I walked around a few times and something about Madbun was calling my name. At first I thought they only had chicken sandwiches but they also had bolgolgi sandwiches. I ordered the bolgolgi sandwich and fries. The sandwich was delicious 5/5 the fries weren't anything special regular plain fries but good . I would definitely come back!

Every time I order from Madbun I'm never disappointed. They're my favorite chicken place in Haven city. Their chicken is perfectly crispy and I love their sauces and their gua bao is nice and fluffy and pairs nicely with their chicken and slaw.

As soon as you walk up you're greeted with such great presence. The ambience is very active but super fun foodie vibes. We hit up this place after walking around and decided to try the mad bun fried chicken sliders, got recommended the best way by whoever was working there tonight also tried the loaded Korean fries Super tasty and savory and just full on delicious. Shared all this with my friend and myself and was the perfect amount of food without feeling full! Also got hooked up with some free house sauces . Thank you to the team tonight y'all were a vibe
