I stopped by their stand at the Ballard Farmers Market and got a few goodies. My favorites are the ham and cheese croissant—flaky layers and rich flavors—and the chiffon cake—delicately balanced with a lovely sourness

Absolutely the best croissants in all of Seattle. A must to try. Located at the Ballard market on Sundays this should be your go to stop. My favorites are the plain, chocolate and today I tried the ham and cheese. You need to try this one. So incredibly good. Flakey buttery goodness.

Booked Maddy to do our wedding cake before ever even trying her cakes because they are so beautiful! Ended up going to one of her cake classes shortly after and was even happier with how delicious her cakes are. She nailed the vision for our wedding cake and the passionfruit basil flavor was incredible. Couldn't recommend her treats and cake decorating classes more!

What a wonderful baker and kind person Madi is! I went in to buy two cupcakes for friends’ birthdays on the recommendation of a third friend. That was a great call — the treats looked and tasted great, the whole experience was positive, and not too expensive. Would definitely recommend…

Grabbed a delicious almond confetti croissant and a lemon tart at the Ballard market. The sprinkles worked surprisingly well with the almond filling, and the microgreen lemon tart was very flavorful. Consistently tasty pastries.

Yelp
One of the best places for croissants in Seattle, I love stopping by her stand whenever I'm at Ballard farmers market. Her croissants are buttery and flaky with seasonal ingredients. The pistachio and raspberry croissant is my favorite!
