"The Santa Monica Boulevard shop is as clean as they come, working a tall, sunny room to white-walled perfection. The entire front of the place is set up more like a lounge than any workaday coffee bar, with couches, soft chairs, and low, round tables to enjoy. There’s even a small nook off to one side, next to a tall shelf filled with Madison & Park merchandise and branded bags of coffee beans roasted specifically for the shop by a friend in the San Gabriel Valley. The rest of the space is anchored by a three-quarter marble bar to watch shots get pulled, and a long communal table in the back for getting work done. Madison & Park Coffee will offer free wifi to go along with its espresso drinks, drip coffee, and Cake Monkey pastries." - Farley Elliott

Good coffee, nice atmosphere, street parking nearby, music is pleasant and ambient (not loud like in other reviews). WiFi is reliable and fast-enough - even with a full house.

I live and breathe for the Lavender Honey Latte. Best latte, I've ever tried even compared with the ones in Italy and Colombia. The combinatikn is full of flavor.

Google
A must!! Genius presentation of coffee's. Staff is convivial. Seating creates a warmth and closeness...couches and armchairs. Brilliant.

Chelsea R.

Google
The coffee is great, but surprised that there was absolutely no air conditioning. Not sure if they are trying to save money or just super stingy. Disappointing because the place was nice inside, but by the time I got my latte my friend and I were super sweaty. Not recommended for summer, in the winter maybe it’s nice.

Sarah Wheeler

Google
The coffee was delicious, but it was it was ruined because the shop doesn’t have AC. It was too hot to be comfortable, so my friend and I ended up leaving. No one like sweating while trying to enjoy their coffee. The poor employees, who were so sweet, must be dying of heat!

Google
I almost want to give 4 stars because sometimes the music playing in the background is really horrible...depends on who is in there working! Most of the time it's great, plenty of tables and chairs for posting up to work. Amazing coffee. These guys are coffee people they know what milks mix best and make sure you're satisfied with your drink of choice. Parking is kinda tricky? Street parking around the area is probably the best bet.

Google
Worst coffee shop experience. Sunday morning. The gentleman opening the coffee shop was late and even though it opened at 8am, he wouldn’t take the first coffee order until 8:25 because he was seemingly too hungover. He was very very rude and it created a vibe so bad that even the other costumers were talking to us about how bad of an environment he created. I’m sure most days this is a pleasant place to be, but of the 100’s of coffee shop experiences I’ve had this was the worst.

Google
I write for a music and coffee blog called Crooners In Coffeeshops, in which I interview local musicians at local coffeeshops. My writeup reflects the positive experience that I encountered at Madison & Park Coffee on our interview date. Have you ever had those moments where you know you should leave the house, but can’t help but want to stay in the comfort of your own home? West Hollywood’s Madison & Park is here to meet all of your ‘home brewed cup of coffee’ needs with its stylish yet cozy living room themed interior comprised of a warm color palette with accents of wood, marble and gold, large plants for a lovely pop of green, and sofa style seats and area rugs in varying colors. The shop really strives to make you feel like you are in your own living room while you are there, and I’ve got to say, I wouldn’t be surprised if it has attracted some regulars. Honestly, if I lived in the neighborhood I could absolutely find myself frequenting Madison & Park for not only the atmosphere, but also for their Insta-worthy coffee options. Their signature drink is a rose petal sprinkled latte, and many many reviews rave about it (with accompanying photo as proof). I opted for their new Honey Lavender Latte, which was equally as extravagant with lavender petals lining the side of the mug and creamy goodness that can only be described as drinking a fresh, soothing cup of ‘home.’ Don’t worry, there are also classic recipes along with pour overs, nitro cold brews, a spotlight black coffee, and flavored iced drinks available on the menu. I was provided with an absolutely wonderful coffeeshop experience that very much outshined the day’s cold, rainy weather.

Yelp
I'm not much of a brunch girlie but I do love the griddle cakes at Salt's Cure. The og griddle cakes are my favorite. They don't serve any syrup as their homemade molasses cinnamon butter is meant to add the perfect amount of sweetness. I typically order this and share a side of eggs, sausage, and potatoes. I love the crispy, yet soft/chewy texture of the pancakes! Favorite place to get pancakes. They sell the oatmeal griddle cake mix, but not sure if it'll be the same having it at home!

Megan D.

Yelp
A breakfast favorite in the neighborhood. We love to order a mix of things to share: over medium eggs, chicken sausage, hash browns and avocado. We've had the blueberry, banana walnut and pink lady apple pancakes. My favorite are the blueberry and my husbands favorite is the banana walnut.

Karina P.

Yelp
I've been wanting to come here for ages, and it lived up to the hype. It basically only does pancakes with a few additional breakfast items, but their pancakes are the standout. They're also a great deal; one portion can basically feed two people, and they're $12 a serving. My favorite were the pink lady apple pancakes, but the chocolate chip were good too. I honestly don't feel the need to go back, but I'm glad I went.

Justin B.

Yelp
Finally came into this breakfast spot after living in the area for years. Workers were friendly but the food was honestly disappointing. I ordered a side of scrambled eggs , pork sausage patty and potato's. Scrambled eggs were good, pork sausage was burnt & the potato's had no flavor. The potato's were burnt & it seemed like they just threw in raw white onions which may have been better if they were actually cooked. My friend had vegan banana pancakes which were so bad we could only take a few bites. I rarely leave reviews but this place was not it. It's not worth it honestly

Vi H.

Yelp
Made a drive to try these oat pancakes, but im a little underwhelmed:/ they were good for sure, but had a strange wetness to them? Not moist, but wet. The cinnamon butter was to die for and overall enjoyed this breakfast!

Trisha S.

Yelp
I am obsessed. The pancakes were delicious. They were thing but slightly dense and had a great texture from the oat. I personally love oat flour pancakes. I got chocolate chips in mine and it was delicious. They don't have maple syrup but instead put butter on top and it was joe salty the perfect amount to make the pancakes moist and it was the perfect bit of salt to balance out the sweetness. The hashbrowns were just okay. Typically, they are crisper but still it was not bad. The pancakes really stole the show for me and the price was actually so reasonable! Def will be coming back. The space was very cute as well.

Jasmine S.

Yelp
WOW the griddle cakes were incredible. Life changing. I'm obsessed and I will be back for these. The breakfast sandwich was good, but the griddle cakes really blew me out of the water. My one complaint would be that seating was somewhat lacking when I was there on Saturday around noon. There's some tables and bar seating inside, and two outdoor tables.

Joshua H.

Yelp
The food is just as good. Less options than the highland location, but still so so good. It's getting the 4 stars instead of 5 because the lack of combinations like the highland location. I love the all star and would love something similar at this location. Also...I don't know if it was an off day but I feel like I've never had a good interaction with the staff at the location. Everyone at the highland location is always so friendly. This place will do in a pinch on a Tuesday when the highland location is closed. Still one of my favorites to show visiting friends like today!! Delicious!

Aliyah C.

Yelp
I walked into this place on accident and was pleased with the sandwich. It was really yummy and the service was quick. It was crowded inside so I waited outside and they brought it out to me which was kind.

Zan L.

Yelp
Overall a very tasty brunch, but it's important to know a few things before going. As mentioned the food is very good flavor wise and the location itself is prime. They don't have a parking lot so it will be street parking only, but luckily the streets perpendicular to it have a lot of available spaces and did so for our Sunday morning brunch. I also like the fact that you order at the counter and then they bring the food over to you. Makes it nice after you finish your meal than you can immediately head out. There are a few downsides to note. As many other reviews mention the service speed is extremely slow because they only have 2 cooks and a small griddle. It will take quite awhile for your food to arrive so this is not the sort of place to go when you have time commitments after. Also the menu is fairly small and doesn't have any complex dishes like Eggs Benedict so pancakes or breakfast sandwiches will be your options. The size of the items is also a bit small compared to a lot of other breakfast places so I wouldn't choose this location if I wanted a large of extra filling meal. Finally the restaurant itself is very crowded. The tables are very close together and when busy you have two squeeze between the those sitting at the counter and those sitting at the half booths. Inside spots may not be available depending on the time due to the limited amount of seating options. For our meal we chose the OG Pancakes, Pork Sausage side, and the Breakfast Sandwich. The pancakes are griddle style thin pancakes and aren't very big or fluffy size wise, but they give you a stack of three. The OG is very tasty, but also very sweet so you must be in the mood for the sweetness. The sausage was very good and came in the form of a patty. The Sandwich was flavorful, but a bit small in size and would be even better if avocado was added. Overall a really nice breakfast or brunch option albeit with limited menu options and a claustrophobic indoor dining area. I would recommend, but with some minor reservations.

Jeff H.

Yelp
Breakfast by Salt's Cure had a lot to offer! The menu was full of creative and flavorful options, and I especially loved the apple cinnamon hot cake. It was perfectly spiced and had a delightful texture. However, the oat cakes itself were a little iffy for me. They started out great - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. But after eating the first one, the others quickly became soggy. It seemed like they might not have been cooked all the way through, or maybe they just weren't meant to hold up for multiple bites.

Jonathan D.

Yelp
I'd been to the restaurant on Highland, but this was my first time trying one of their breakfast locations. The woman at the counter seemed nice enough, and I ordered their breakfast sandwich, which is egg, cheese and the sausage of your choice on a bun (I opted for chicken). Basic, but basic done well can be tasty. At that point, I found a seat and waited...and waited. After close to 20 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told they were very busy (Saturday), and one guy who seemed perhaps to be in charge thanked me for my patience and said it would be about 5 more minutes. So I went back to my seat, at which point I realized that every single table or group of customers at the counter had a bottle of water--except for me. My sandwich finally arrived at the 24-minute mark. The man who placed it there didn't say a word--just unceremoniously dumped it there and left. The sandwich itself was perfectly fine--and significantly better when I added what I assume was their homemade hot sauce. Still not on the level of the breakfast sandwiches at places like Friends & Family or Sycamore Kitchen, and both of those places have significantly quicker and friendlier service. Yes, they both cost a few dollars more, but well worth it for a better experience (they also come with side salads, whereas this sandwich is just a sandwich). Will I be back? Probably not, and based on the energy I got when my food was dropped off, I doubt they care.

Yelp
Came for the griddle cakes...10/10 We got the OG, chocolate chip and banana nut and they were all amazing. The edges were crispy and the insides were perfectly sweet and delicious. We got our food pretty fast and at the time it wasn't too busy. The decor and layout is cozy in a good way and the signs and inside was very cute. The music was also good. Overall, YOU MUST GO!!!

Sumieya M.

Yelp
You need to try these griddle cakes at least once, don't expect them to taste like a traditional pancake and you'll enjoy the experience.

MossBurger C.

Yelp
headed to this place for pancakes. locatec in some storefront row. small place. few indoor and outdoor seating. no parking. just street and meter. exterior and intterro has a yuppie place decor. clean. simple menu of various breakfast items like pancakes sausages potatoes etc. ordered what i came for their OG oatmeal batter pancakes with side of cinnamon sweet cream butter. . they make per order. waited 15 minutes and got the food. 3 flapjacks. total damage $11 bucks. and the verdict? its good. pancakes were hot and crispy and super moist and good portion size. this place doesnt have syrup but instead tries to have the natural sweetness of the batter and butter provide the sweet and it works. the cinnmon butter gave the right amount of salt n sweet nutty flavor to give a good tasty bite. will definetly be back for the pancakes and other breakfast items.

Ted C.

Yelp
I always passed by Salt's Cure after they had closed for the day and never got a chance to try them out until I played hooky from work to take a long walk. I'm a savory breakfast guy so I didn't think to get their Griddle Cakes but went with their breakfast tacos instead. I had my dog with me so I couldn't sit inside but no one was sitting outside so I got to pick from the two outdoor tables they had. I'm also not a coffee drinker so I went with their orange juice. Th tacos were pretty good, simple with the eggs and chorizo scrambled together which I liked. However, for 13 bucks for two tacos and bucks for the juice it was definitely on the more expensive side for what I could probably find for a fraction of it a few miles away.

Yelp
First time visiting, I sat next to Bella Hadid. Lol this let me know I picked the right spot for breakfast that day. The star of the show are the oatmeal griddle cakes. A healthy yet very tasty take on pancakes. The plain with Cinnamon butter is excellent but I absolutely loved adding blueberry & the crunchy toppings. First time trying this place, I was shocked to learn it doesn't come with syrup but after trying it, it's just right. The potato's are seasoned nicely, egg noticeably farm raised high quality, and avocado was minimally seasoned but just right. Not pictures but the sausage patties are a must. I've had this place about 10 times now. My only gripe is one location is very limited in options compared to the other. Also one time my sausage was undercooked and pink in the center. Can't mess around with pork being raw, so I sent it back to be cooked longer. This only happened once out of all my visits so I'm not holding a grudge.

Yelp
Easily Top 3 Breakfasts in LA. Great service, free parking, sausage, bacon, and bomb griddle OG pancakes. Ask for the "All-Star."

Jason H.

Yelp
Like this place. Been here a few times. It's simple, pretty quick. The menu is not extensive. The music this morning was great -- the early aughts playlist of my brunch dreams -- "Better Together" by Jack Johnson, "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillet, "Sunrise" by Norah Jones... was just vibing. Oh, back to the restaurant -- the people are nice, the prices are fair (maybe a bit pricy for what it is). Nice, simple brunch spot to hit up occasionally. The pancakes are made of oatmeal rather than flour, so they're more nutritious than regular pancakes and still tasty -- kudos for that.

Sugar F.

Yelp
Oh my god the pancakes? Fuggedahboudit. They don't have syrup, and you don't want it. You just want the pancakes. Griddle cakes. Whatever. Just get them. Eat them. Oh my god they're good. $6 for a small glass of fresh-squeezed OJ? Come on! I mean it's good, but six bucks? Come oooonnnn! But get the pancakes and eat the pancakes. EAT THE PANCAKES.

warner g.

Yelp
Cute little place, cozy vibe, big sunny windows to people watch and incredible oat pancakes- their specialty. Everything's affordably priced, good bang for yer breakfast buck. Welcoming staff and atmosphere.

Luis B.

Yelp
Food is good, been here a few times and people are nice, only critique is the place is small and the food a little pricey but that's the area in general. Service seemed to have gotten better based on some of the older reviews.

Jess T.

Yelp
Well nothing is quite as good as those griddle cakes... They just warm the cockles of my heart. The plain is the best IMO!

Kevin C.

Yelp
Came here under the recommendation of my son, nephew, and wife who sampled their left overs. We were told it tastes better fresh off the grill. I can admit they weren't lying. Pancakes have that French toast flavor to them and what you thought to be syrup is not. I won't give anything away so you can experience for yourself. We got an order of eggs over easy that when poked, the yolk is not yellow like everywhere else. It was that orange you see when you hand pick the egg from the nest. The fries were another surprise for me. They were exactly what I had in mind although I wasn't the one that ordered them. I ended up eating half of my wife's plate they were so delicious. We also had the chicken sausage which I originally thought to be hash browns. Full of flavor and really enjoyable. How it works: order first, take your number to the table, wait to be blown away. Chill ambience to get your day started right. No pics of the food for we woofed it down too quick to make it to my review. Sorry. Maybe next time. Note that the service was good and prompt.

Sarah M.

Yelp
I never knew I would love a griddle cake. Traveling in the area, starving for my first meal around noon, after having waited over 30 minutes for my son to get his high end coffee from a swank modern establishment down the street, I simply asked Google Maps where I could get breakfast nearby, or maybe I googled Gluten Free Breakfast and this place turned up. It is a sliver of a tiny place with just two tables outside. The menu was brief but to the point - they make griddle cakes. And, they would do them gluten free for me. I ordered the OG, which was the maple cinnamon variety. I spied someones "soft scrambled eggs" on another plate and had to have a side of those. These were melt-in-your-mouth comfort goodness. They were light but thoroughly fulfilling. The eggs were perfection! I didn't even need to add salt. I asked for the maple cinnamon butter on the side and they served it in the shape of little 1/2" dia balls inside a small bowl. They were divine. I loved this place. I will go back next time I am in LA.

Ross R.

Yelp
Came in for my first time to have breakfast. A friend of mine had recommended this place because of their famous oat griddle cakes and I'd always been curious to go. Marlen, our server, ugh such a sweetheart (love her) recommended me the OG griddle cakes and the breakfast sandwich with avocado. The griddle cakes did not disappoint and the breakfast sandwich was absolutely FIRE! Left me completely satisfied and rolling myself out of the restaurant! Thank you Marlen!!

Ari R.

Yelp
Breakfast was always kind of dirty but now it is disgusting. Dirty windows and mirrors and dust everywhere. Staff are rude and aloof and just generally awful. Whoever owns Salt's Cure clearly stopped giving a shit. I like the Pink Lady Apple Griddle Cakes but not enough to eat them in this depressing atmosphere!

Shanelle S.

Yelp
Breakfast outpost of Salt's Cure known for its griddlecakes (pancakes). Came here to grab a (very) late breakfast with a couple of friends. You order at the counter, receive a number, and then pick a table. You also need to show your vaccination card (a screenshot works) at the counter before you order. Credit cards are accepted. The chocolate griddlecake was my favorite - very chocolatey and warm without being overly sweet. I got a breakfast sandwich (you have a choice of pork or vegan sausage), which provides some savoriness to counteract the sweetness). The apple cinnamon griddlecakes were decent, and have large apple chunks mixed into the batter. They provide water jugs at the table for you to refill your glasses.

Mark N.

Yelp
What a great breakfast. Had the chocolate chip and a sausage egg and cheese. Really amazing and the staff was so friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Zara W.

Yelp
Was there on Friday. Food is good, prices are fine too, but there was this screaming kid throughout the entire meal we had, which was really shocking - it looks like he's the owner's kid, and they let him scream in front all the customers for hours. He was SO LOUD, and the mother didn't do anything... I will not be returning for that reason.

Nancy V.

Yelp
Amazing. Love the breakfast sandwich w. The chickpea sausage. While not a vegetarian this was SO good. My daughter got the chicken sausage and loved. Also the oatmeal cakes are a must. We shared one pink lady for dessert. The iced coffee is the BEST! My friend in WeHo took me here. Have traveled 30 min twice since Nc it's THAT good and the wait staff is so nice. Making it an overall great place!

Tiffany D.

Yelp
I got the chicken sausage, oat griddle pancakes, and the chicken burger. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I love that the chicken burger is actually ground chicken and not a chicken breast patty. The food was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. And the oat griddle pancakes are AMAZING! I regret not buying the mix before I flew back home. It is a bit pricey and everything is a la carte. I do recommend eating here.

Mark S.

Yelp
Truthfully, I just don't get it. Soulless ambience combined with unceremoniously presented, over-priced food. The egg yolk was a beautiful color so no doubt the produce is good quality so I won't criticize that. Five bucks for a cup of drip coffee is just stupid. Ten dollars for a single saucer sized pancake is laughable. And the no syrup thing? Man, I do hate sanctimonious nonsense like that. I mean, maple syrup is the gods' other nectar. Staff are ambivalent at best and the wait for a sandwich is pretty long. I had the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It was OK, but only marginally bigger than a slider and had zero in the way of a garnish or side salad. The sausage was small enough to be contained out of sight within the bread's rim. So, in summary, one button sized and unglamorously presented sandwich, and one mediocre drip-coffee cost me around twenty two bucks. Compare this with something like Kings Road Cafe and there's zero reason for me to return. Always worth trying because maybe it's your thing. It just ain't mine.

Shirra P.

Yelp
Was taken here by a friend and I am so glad they did. The pancakes are off the chain. I had the blueberry pancake with an egg. Delish. Staff is nice, small place, not many tables. Street parking. Would definitely come back.

Kim P.

Yelp
I came here after seeing posts about their griddle cakes on social media. PARKING: There's parking in the side streets, and if you're here before 11 AM you can use the fat burger parking lot before they open (at your own discretion) SERVICE: I got here at 8 AM on a Sunday right when they open, a server told me the griddle needed to warm up so there would be a delay, no problem, service was still friendly. FOOD: I ordered 3 single griddle cakes (the OG, banana walnut, and blueberry flax) for $4/each to sample the flavors, though it's $8-10 if you order three of a single flavor. I also ordered their chicken sausage breakfast sandwich ($8) and a side of potatoes ($3). I thought this was pretty cheap all together, but when you see that the portions are about 25% smaller than what you would see at a typical brunch, the price seems about right. The griddle cakes had a great oat-type flavor and I loved the cinnamon butter. I liked all the flavors but none of them stuck out to me as a must order above the rest because the flavors weren't particularly strong. Nothing was overly sweet and it tasted like a delicious healthy pancake with a crispy exterior and soft interior. I think next time I would probably order 3 of just the OG or the blueberry. The breakfast sandwich was really good, though again a bit smaller than we were expecting. The medium egg and the sausage itself tasted great. Home fries were just your average diner type breakfast potatoes with some sautéed onion, nothing really that special even with their special ketchup and hot sauce. I'd skip on this next time. OVERALL: Come here for the griddle cakes and balance out the sweet with a savory breakfast sandwich. Portions are a tad small but this is a solid breakfast spot.

Reed B.

Yelp
Sometimes the best restaurants are those that do just one thing exceedingly well. In this case, Breakfast by Salt's Cure makes these pancake like items called "griddle cakes" insanely well. They are super simple and flavorful enough you don't need syrup or anything other than the butter on top. Sides are super basic and drinks are very limited so be prepared. But really, it's worth it just for the griddle cakes! We tried the OG cinnamon sugar and the pink lady apple. I could have eaten 20 of each they were so good!

Yelp
On Thursday at around 930am I walked into this wee establishment to pick up an Uber eats order. I asked the staff for help, the cook was extremely was nice and he gave me an update on the order. As I was waiting, I asked him if there was restrooms. He pointed me to the direction of the restrooms. However; as I was walking to the restrooms Marlene the cashier or whatever is she is, rudely stopped me and told me that I was unable to use the restroom because I am a driver. Little does she know, that I have a medical condition in which I constantly have to use the restroom. I find it ridiculous that she said because I am working through a third party delivering service, in which technically I am still a customer and she refused to let me use it. She rudely yelled in front of customers " no restrooms for drivers" I find this ridiculous because at the end of the day, we technically are providing service for for their customers. I would understand if I was a homeless person or a random walking on the street if she were to deny me restroom privileges. The order wasn't ready, I was waiting for the order and I needed to use the restroom. I am obviously driving multiple hours of the day. Everyone was nice but the fact that she denied me restroom privileges all because I was a driver. I've delivered for many places and not ever have I had someone come at me so rudely in front of people and deny me using their restrooms. Especially after other staff members said it was okay. Overall, everyone that I encountered with was extremely nice, I believe her name was Marlene but it was the only female cashier working may 23 @ approximately 930am.

Mike C.

Yelp
This is a no nonsense, simple breakfast place that makes yummy griddle cakes and breakfast sandwiches. It's fast casual style so you order at the counter and they bring it to you. The weho location is very small so it can be hard to get a seat, especially on a Sunday but you just hang around seatless til someone gets up and try not to look too desperate. The food is solid. Portions aren't huge which is nice since you aren't bogged down for the day.

Jack K.

Yelp
Bacon and service is horrible. I gave this place multiple chances and proves me every time to not come back.

Miss M.

Yelp
Take out took forever and the girl up front was rude to several customers. Her tone was not friendly at all, even to those who clearly had called ahead. And on top of that they're asking for vaccination cards? Is this order even in effect yet, not til November 4th. What the heck! So 40 minutes later we get our order, walk and away and upon first bite realize the sausage is undercooked on the sandwich.

Saul A.

Yelp
Have you ever had a griddle cake from this place? If you haven't then you haven't truly lived. They are so delicious!! My personal favorite is the banana walnut with the shredded coconut... I dream about this place. It's definitely a smaller store front with not that much seating and the other options are kind of limited. The savory aspect of this place does leave me with something to be desired... breakfast sandwich is good but nothing to write home about, however during the week they have some great options like the burrito (which I wish they would do over the weekend). It's fast, it's fresh, it's low key, and mostly affordable. I go here pretty often and definitely recommend it in terms of trying it for the griddle. Would like to see some heartier options for the savory eater in me for the weekend.

Chanel G.

Yelp
Salt's Cure - phew! Was on the top three places I had to visit and these pancakes were totally my vibe. Not like traditional fluffy pancakes, filled with flavor from the peach crumble (seasonal flavor) and butter was all I needed. I'll definitely be going back for this breakfast treat next time I am in town!

Justice S.

Yelp
i MEAN... talk about a legendary experience. After a slow morning with my dear friend, i was so excited to have a delicious breakfast but was BLOWN away by Breakfast by Salt's Cure. After a month of being away from Los Angeles, THIS is exactly the type of amazing find that reminds me what i love about this city. The atmosphere alone is clean simple and chic yet captures a modern old classic diner and open cafe style that makes you feel like you could spend the entire morning here! Friendly and warm staff with amazing service. The food was top notch and I WILL be coming back to pick up some of their cake mix. Oatmeal?? in a pancake?! I couldn't believe it and now I don't Think i'll ever go back. Everything melts in your mouth... I'm Serious!!! MELTS!! Right off the griddle, everything was soft buttery goodness. Thank you. Cant wait to return.

Erica S.

Yelp
I just left this place not only was it not busy got seated right away .... just watch 4 different parties walk in probably 5 min after we did and waited 30 for our food to come !!!! once we began to notice all the people who came in after we did were already eating another family walked in and even they received their food as we continued to wait.....when we told the server we've been waiting for 45 min she said "they are working on it right now give them about 7-10 min".....so you want me to wait about and hour or so on a non busy morning thanks but I'll pass .......as we walked out the person who sat us down had the nerve to say thank you....."terrible service"

The pancakes were disappointing, definitely not the best in LA as I heard and seen in the reviews. They were extremely smoochy and almost tasted undercooked. I still think the best (buttermilk) pancakes in LA are at Twoheys. However, their eggs and biscuits were delicious. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming too.

Yelp
Salt's Cure in West Hollywood which has the best, heartiest breakfast I've had in a long time. At first glance their fare seems fairly basic with griddle cakes, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast meats dominating their menu, but let me tell you that this breakfast hits different. The oatmeal griddle cakes are served without syrup and they don't need them. The chefs have nailed the perfect crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside texture which are complemented beautifully by a healthy dollop of molasses cinnamon butter. The hash browns were as crisp as a Fall day, and the premium breakfast meats make me want to track down their meat supplier. The bacon in particular was thicc with two 'c's. I think often of this breakfast and look forward to the day I can enjoy it once again.

Yelp
Don't come here hungry! 1h for cold avocado toasts and pancakes... food is good, but I am good on this place. Don't dare asking for an ETA on your food, all you will get is side eyes looks, and rudeness. They prioritize online orders, don't bother going.

Yelp
Omg this place is amazing! Came here for lunch. The vibe is great. Service is sooooo awesome - they treated me like a princess. I had the massive breakfast burrito and it was delish. Can't wait to visit again.
