Had an amazing meal out tonight for our anniversary. Food was fantastic, service was fantastic. Our waiter Aghil could not recommend enough. Always checking on us to make sure we was happy and topping up our drinks all night.

A luxurious 5-star hotel in London, and it exceeded all my expectations, the ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication. The staff were incredibly attentive. As for the culinary experience, every dish was a masterpiece. The lobster taco was a delightful fusion of flavors, perfectly complemented by the succulent beef steak cooked to perfection. The Winter in Japan cocktail was a refreshing and innovative blend that tantalized my taste buds. And let’s not forget about the dessert! The chocolate cheesecake was an absolute standout, with its rich and velvety texture melting in the mouth with every bite. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary birthday cupcake, which was a thoughtful gesture that added an extra touch of warmth to the evening. Overall, The Madison offers a dining experience that is worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for impeccable service and top-notch cuisine.

Great music, very good service, bad cocktails, hit and miss food. We sent 2 cocktails and 1 side back, though it might have been more. Steaks are recommended, but overpriced at approximately £45-50 for an 8oz fillet steak (assumed breakdown of prices on the set menu). Our waiter was terrific and did all he could to make up for the shortcomings. Overall, an overpriced venue - come to see and be seen (if that's your thing), rather than to dine or drink.

Madison is a very beautiful restaurant with view of St Paul Cathedral. The atmosphere feels very cozy with a touch of fancy. The food is really good. I did not put five stars because I’ve had better meals elsewhere but I still find it good for the price. I was disappointed about the service. we felt it was quite long to get served and also at the end I’ve asked for a to go box which I was denied. And the reason behind it was that they didn’t want me to go home and get food poisoning from my to go box and then hold them accountable which I thought was ridiculous and for this reason they will get only three stars from me because I think that’s terrible customer service.

The place is nice and spacious, the view is beautiful if you are sitting close to the window. The food tastes good however the food size is a bit small and the starters not as great. Was served only chicken and i was getting tired of eat only one thing at least put chips on the side. The drinks are way overpriced 200ml Coke costs £4. When you can get a bigger bottle for cheaper. The food is overpriced too however, it tastes good. Give more food on the plate if you are going to charge crazy.

Had a nice evening at Madison, firstly the views are amazing and you can’t go wrong there, loved the music and a cool vibe. As being my partners birthday she was given a complimentary bubbles and a birthday plate which was a nice touch. Cocktails went down well albeit a bit expensive. Waiter seemed a little inexperience but manager cleared up his mistakes well. The main area which needs addressing is how allergens are dealt with. After a couple emails and a phone call I wanted to confirm that there was a gluten-free menu/options for Coeliacs. I was told on the phone there will be options. My partner sadly fell a little sick after the meal, which was because of the allergens. We were never shown an allergen menu/matrix, it seemed a little off the cuff. One and done for me, lovely experience but for the price and lack of detail in allergens sadly let it down. Didn’t let this ruin our evening and enjoyed the drinks/food.

I’m a bit late with my review, but I still wanted to share my feedback. At the end of February, we celebrated my birthday at Madison and were served by Adarsh. The food was excellent! The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was lovely, and the view was absolutely stunning! We started the day with lunch at Madison and continued the experience at a high level. Madison is definitely worth visiting. We had a 3-course meal with a glass of bubbly. The starter was simple, but good and tasty; we had smoked salmon. However, the main course and dessert were delicious. We ordered the Sea Bass for the main and the Honeycomb cheesecake and Panna Cotta for dessert—all were mouthwatering. I want to separately mention the attentive service from Adarsh and the other members of the team. They ensured that my birthday was wonderful with outstanding service. The plates were served and cleared promptly, with the staff ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction and asking if we needed anything else. Great job! We will definitely be returning soon and look forward to enjoying cocktails on the terrace in good weather. Thank you All!

Our grandson told us we must visit Madison. Accessed by a lift, it is quite a grand entrance. It is outside but under cover. Halogen lights provide warmth to take away the chill. We only stayed for one drink. Prices were on a par with other establishments. The highlight was the view across to St. Paul's Cathedral. Breath taking. Well worth a visit if only for the view.
