From the moment you walk in, the beautiful décor sets the tone—elegant, stylish, with every detail feeling thoughtfully curated. The restrooms are awesome for a photo op! It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger. The bartenders truly elevate the entire experience, and Gage deserves special recognition. He was phenomenal—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate. He takes real pride in creating an exceptional experience for guests. The caviar and champagne service was outstanding and felt wonderfully indulgent. The selection was top-tier, the presentation was flawless. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and approachability, making the experience feel special without being stuffy. Between the impeccable service, incredible bartenders (especially Gage), exquisite caviar and champagne, and stunning atmosphere, Madison Maison delivers on every level. It’s a standout spot in Charleston and one I can’t wait to return to. Highly, highly recommended. 🥂✨

My absolute favorite spot in Charleston! Sebastian is the best bartender I’ve met downtown! Super attentive and always remembers us! Not to mention the lemon vanilla bean martini is absolutely TO DIE for. Highly recommend for date nights, birthdays, or even just for a fun night downtown!

i popped in here for a drink after work and absolutely loved it! it’s beautifully decorated and the service was a 10/10. come see david at the bar or tiyonna for a table!

Tiyonna was the best!! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her friendly attitude made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely made me feel valued throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend her enough—she made it a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Accidentally stumbled upon this bar and so happy we did. The service, decor, and drinks were amazing. Jake #2 was a perfect bartender!

Absolutely beautiful light up bar and surroundings. They had a DJ playing house. The staff is very nice. We got a caviar bump which was fun. The Feufune was delicious

Popped into this place while cocktail bar hopping with my husband. Knowing it was just under Ritual was helpful bc there wasn't a big sign (maybe trying to stay a hidden gem). When the elevator doors opened you immediately got their vibe: funky 1970s French cocktail lounge. Two girls at the desk were super sweet, we were there early so we sat ourselves at the bar. Friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Bar is lit looking like a big salt crystal. Framed French posters, funky couches. Our cocktails were excellent and the French fries were perfect. They are pretty new but they will 100% become Bachelorette/ girls weekend/ milestone birthday Headquarters. Every Charleston girls trip will have photos of this bar (and the bathroom, super nice).

I discovered this new Gem last night with some girl friends! It was everything we didn't know we needed and more. Our bartender, Don was so much fun! He was very attentive, creative, funny and a great time to talk to. Gauge and Brendan were also so nice and attentive even though they were not our direct servers. This will 100% be our new spot and we can't wait to bring back friends next weekend. We only got the fries, which were delicious, so I'm excited to try more. The ambience was insanely intimate yet fun and sexy at the same time. The vibes were amazing all around!

Oh my god is this the place to be! Every detail from the curtains to the bathrooms is well thought out. We started with Caviar service and it came on a beautiful silver platter and was delicious with our champagne. Then we swapped to cocktails with a charcuterie board and it was another win. Service was attentive but not overbearing.

I think they have only been open for 4 months. So far they are doing things wonderfully. The lounge is so cute. Very large wrap around bar and a smaller tucked away bar. I had a drink with a bump of caviar. Great drink at a decent price compared to other places downtown. The service was wonderful. Our server was very sweet. I can see this as a great spot for bachelor and Bachelorette parties. I definitely recommend visiting

As we were leaving Ritual rooftop bar/restaurant, we ran right into this place in the second floor. We had to stop and check it out. Felt like we were walking into the basement of Elvis Presley's hour with the jungle pillows, zebra print couches and pink lighting and chandeliers. Windows are covered with funky printed curtains, keeping it dark and mysterious. We opted for mocktails and the caviar service. The server was sweet, caviar is all the same in my opinion so nothing noteworthy there.cocktails were good. We chatted and laughed here in the cozy corner for over an hour, almost missed our dinner reservation. It's a cool, girly bar, great for a ladies night.
