Very good Michelin restaurant.
The place is cozy and spacious which give you enough space to not feel close to your neighbor table.
The menu Mae, was very good, full of textures and flavors.
Everything went smooth, from entrance to exit. The menu is well designed.
As a French, I loved the bread ! The brioche and the normal bread ! Amazing texture, taste and crunch for the bread. The brioche was very soft and tasty. The sweet side, with dessert was the best part for me, as a sweet tooth. The pastry chef was very kind and it was a pleasure to speak with her about her work.
The staff was kind and professional, with excellent knowledge.
I really recommend this place for a nice culinary journey.
