The 20 Best Bars In Mexico City - Mexico City - The Infatuation

"Most production and research kitchens shut down at night, but the owners of this Condesa spot are flipping the script and turning downtime into a full-blown wine bar—and it’s genius. Being here feels like you’re in someone’s intimate kitchen, making you feel like an insider from the moment you walk in for a date night. But you’ll be at ease once you peruse the menu of hard-to-find orange wines like Josko Gravner’s and modern small plates like gnocchetti with pesto. Space is limited, though. There’s only a small chef’s table inside and a handful of tables outside, so if you want to snag a seat book ahead." - guillaume guevara

A hidden gem! Food was outstanding! We order the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing and each plate was so unique and full of flavor. The sommelier was great! Everything about this restaurant blew our minds off! Much better than a lot of Michelin restaueants

This is a wine place more than anything. The sommelier is very knowledgeable. The food was good but in small portions. We ordered almost everything, the things we liked 3 or 4 times.

We had an amazing experience here. The service was outstanding — several servers took care of us, and every single one of them was warm, attentive, and truly lovely. What really stood out is how thoughtful and accommodating the team was with our dietary restrictions. After visiting a few other restaurants that couldn’t make it work, this place went above and beyond to find solutions for us. Great vibe, great music, and overall such a welcoming atmosphere. We felt genuinely taken care of. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be back.

Google
A wine bar with a refined, fine-dining sensibility. The wine selection is thoughtful and well curated, and the service strikes a great balance between knowledge and discretion. The atmosphere is relaxed but polished, making it easy to enjoy both the wines and the food without unnecessary formality. A place where attention to detail is evident and the overall experience feels intentional and well executed. Ideal for those who appreciate good wine and a more elevated approach.

Brilliant service, great wine. High claims and all the right elements calculated for a great experience. However food was bad. During our stay, the stove was not on once, nothing boiling nothing frying. Everything is prepared from boxes from the fridge which really compromises flavour, texture, and more. Strange choice to have kitchen display with this type of prepping. Pasta should be freshly cooked, tuna should be freshly seared. Everything tasted like yesterdays leftovers. Also if the concept is winebar with tapas/snacks, adapt the menu. This is not a snack-menu. As of your answer I really do stand by my review. I felt fooled by the big claims and existing rating. I don’t think your cooking measures up. My review is an honest opinion. Maybe instead see it as a valuable input to improve your business.

@leoperezphotos - Outstanding meal! One of the most creative menus we’ve enjoyed in a while - book early, new place and is always busy. Chefs table was so much fun - great wine list, excellent service.

Wine was good! The vibe though wasn't our style (industrial not cosy) but mostly what affected the grading negatively was that they gave us super expensive water (when there were many cheaper options) without asking.

Called by themselves “gastronomic laboratory” and turned into a wine bar in the night. I’ve heard so much about this place, it was time to see what’s the deal. I got myself the macaroni and a kind of carpaccio, let me tell you I was surprised by the flavors. You look at the food, smell it and maybe you can try to imagine what the taste will be but I was surprised! A fusion of flavor I haven’t tried before. I like this spot for a bite, quick wine and a private conversation
