Maggiano's Banquets

Not impressed, more disappointed. Started with my cocktail lacking garnish or balanced taste. I asked the waitress about it who then proceeded to tell me that they do not garnish cocktails that get "ran" out. She then brought me garnish for ME to put on my cocktail. The meal, shrimp scampi, was just as disappointing, the spaghetti was firm. Part of me wants to believe this is an accident, an odd night, a random poor encounter (I hope so). But this is a turning point in a restaurant that is letting its standards go to hell. Whose to blame? It always starts with the top.

Maggiano's Banquet is great. You're able to reserve a space and put on a banquet with the restaurant helping. They provide all the food and the nice thing, since the space is right adjacent to the restaurant the food is totally fresh. It also allows you to add menu items at the last minute that you wouldn't be to otherwise.

Best salmon dish ever

Had both lunch and dinner here this week. Lunch was meh, dinner was better. I’d recommend overall, great atmosphere. Wine selection is very good but also very pricey, $20-$25 glass

The food was nowhere near good enough to make up for the absolute trash customer service. I thought wearing a white shirt meant you were to be even more professional than the rest, but the absolute d*bag in the bar area proved me wrong. Glad he enjoyed making us wait 20 mins for a check, occasionally looking over to laugh and mutter insults.

Best place
