My girlfriends and I went here to celebrate the Christmas holiday. The restaurant was beautiful inside, and we had the absolute best server. (Chase) We ate dinner family style and we were very pleased. The knockout items were the lasagna, the meatballs, the tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette and the salami with cheese. Everything was delicious, but those items were our favorites. We also enjoyed the pomegranate martini. We will definitely be back as the service and food were excellent!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my date night at Maggiano’s. They had a pre-fixed four course meal that included an appetizer, a salad, a main entrée and a dessert. The wait staff was wonderful, the Ambiance was nice. The food was delicious. The serving sizes were generous. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Google
I know i know another 5 stars but you have to give credit where credit is due. After a long day of school some friends invited my wife and I to eat. I didnt feel like it bc i was up for like 12hrs but we did. Im so happy we went bc this place is amazing from the food, place and people. The service was so good that i had steak left over and i was about to pack it and i turned for a split second and turned back and my table was cleared lol. I was sad i didnt get to finish the steak but a wonderful experience none the less

Our server was friendly, and gave us Prosecco on the house since we shared we were celebrating. The bread was tasty. Could’ve been softer, but not a big deal. Oil is provided, but butter can be delivered upon request. The Caesar was decent. The fettucine Alfredo with shrimp and sausage was delicious.

Beautiful restaurant with warm rich woods and tasteful decor. The waitstaff are very attentive and helpful. The food is delicious and the portions are large. The Moscato Mule cocktail is a definite must have.

Google
Sam was amazing, the drinks aren't the best, the salad and flat bread pizza w/ sausage was amazing, chicken parm is ok, I like olive gardens better! Thee best thing was that pizza on the apps menu!

Google
I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was phenomenal as always. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt cared for and got everything we ordered. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an exceptional meal. I can’t recommend this place enough, and can’t wait to come back!

Quick note: Maggiano’s IS a scratch restaurant, very nice! I had a fine time here, I had a lovely server called Courtney who was conversational and expressive. I ordered the famous Rigatoni “D” and it was filling because the plate goes quite deep. I loved the sauce especially, it’s a tasty and savory creamy sauce that goes well with both the pasta and chicken. The interior is nice and overall it’s a nice experience if you want Italian! Expect to spend $30+.

Yelp
The food is what you would expect from Maggiano's...Good! The ambiance is what you would expect from Maggiano's...Good! My family goes about once a quarter. It's always a reliably good experience, but last Summer, our server, "Em", made the visit BetterThanGood.

Yelp
My first experience was pretty good! I was like in part of movie... Ambience, decoration, services, meal was reaaaaalllyyy good! I am glad I've chosen Maggiano's tonight!!! There was a line, there was a place on the bar. So we sit and enjoyed at the bar. Of course I pick the frozen peach Bellini! Calamari and chicken was yummy!!! We will pick it for sure!

Yelp
Happy to discover a good-value happy hour at this Italian stand-by. They won me over when I found my favorite cocktail, the negroni, was featured at a discounted price! And they make it very well too! Nice cozy interior- if you haven't been here in a while, they've changed the layout, with a large square bar with lounge seating around it. Friendly service. I've been back 2x already as I cycle through local happy hours.

Celeta T.

Yelp
Nothing less than expected. The service is still awesome food is still tasty and the vibes are just border for a late night date night.

Yelp
Recently returned to what was my favorite Italian food restaurant. They had some changes to their menu. They got rid of my favorite dish the rigatoni arrabbiata. They also stoped doing the take home classics. So I tried something new this seafood pasta was average at best. The sauce was very scarce so I asked for more sauce which helped a lot. If you are a fan of muscle then I recommend this just make sure to add for salt, pepper, Parmesan, and extra sauce lol

Yelp
Spend over $300 to cater an event for 15 people and the food that was delivered was enough to feed only five people. Reached out to the catering manager Melissa, who blocked my emails and followed up with the company CEO who never responded. All I wanted was an explanation not a refund. Is this how you run your business? Shame on you. I run a big corporation and I will make sure no colleagues or clients give you any of their business. Please do not spend your well earned money With this fraudulent business

Yelp
I have been to Maggiano's in Boston but this experience was actually memorable. First of all, the place is impeccably designed in holiday decor. Our server Cam was incredibly attentive, checking in often and assuring our meals were to our liking. Everyone enjoyed their dish and the sangria was absolutely delicious. I usually try to stay away from chain restaurants, but this felt more intimate and personal. Nearby server Sam added to the warm experience as well. Great job, team!

Yelp
Just Wow. We were here tonight with a party of 13 friends and family. Celebrating birthdays and just being together. We are in town from Florida. Tony was our waiter and did an incredible job. The restaurant was very clean and organized. We were seated promptly. I had the lobster carbonara with was very good. Wife had chicken Alfredo which she enjoyed. We had a wide variety of different entrees and everyone loved them. Will definitely be returning when we are in town.

Yelp
My server was EXCELLENT!!! Made great recommendations and the food was great. I will definitely be back

Yelp
I have no reason for not being to Maggiano's until recently, but sure glad I did! We made a reservation on Valentine's Day evening, and it was packed - may have been due to the date but I still recommend making a reservation. We were seated less than 5 minutes upon arrival. There is inside and outside seating but due to the weather all customers were inside. It seats a lot of people! The menu consists of so many pasta options, but we started with the bombalina appetizer which was a selection of some of their favorite appetizers - so good and highly recommend to share with a couple of folks or honestly eat alone. There was also complementary bread for each table, which was so soft and warm, would recommend saving a little of these to accompany with your pasta entree. So I would be perplexed if I don't mention the $6 to go pasta option, which is pretty much self explanatory - you can order from a selection of their pastas if you dine in, and they will get you a sizable amount of it to go which just needs to be heated at home. Super great deal! For my entree I had the rigatoni, one of their bestsellers which I really enjoyed. It had chicken and mushrooms on a white sauce that greatly complemented the rigatoni pasta. You can also place this order and swap out the rigatoni for a different kind of pasta. The service was just a little slow initially, but picked up right after we ordered our food. Our waitress was so nice and helpful when what questions about the menu. Definitely recommend this spot if you're searching for a nice intimate dinner solo or with friends while in the Columbia mall area.

Yelp
The chicken gnocchi pesto I ordered was great. Server was enthusiastic about recommending this to me-- it was delicious. Atmosphere was good to go along with the dish. Overall, the service and food was great, but nothing too special for it to stand out. P.S: Our server, Courtney, did a fantastic job!

Yelp
TRY THE FAMILY STYLE. My husband and I have eaten here plenty of times but this time we had our kids with us. We tried the family style menu and we're extremely impressed by the portion sizes and how everything was served. We were given the option of two appetizers which were huge and plenty to split amongst four people. In addition, we had two large salads, one of which we didn't even touch because one salad was enough for the family of four. Our waitress suggested several menu options which the kids and I loved. My husband was able to get his favorite rigatoni D. We all still had so much food at the end of our meal that we packed most of it up for leftovers. The best part of the family meal was the desserts. Small portions of each of the desserts on their menu were served, allowing the kids in my husband and I to try a piece of each one. We left extremely happy and full.

Yelp
Maggiano's provided a wonderful Italian dining experience! We made our reservations online through their website, and they honored it within ten minutes of our arrival. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for our meal. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was good and arrived in a timely manner. We especially enjoyed the appetizers, which were a delightful start to our meal. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful, reflecting the quality and authenticity of Italian cuisine. Overall, Maggiano's impressed us with their efficient service, great staff, and tasty food. We highly recommend it for a satisfying Italian meal.

Yelp
We ate during 'off peak' hours and were treated like royalty. From walking in, to seating to ordering. Everything was SUPERB!! The glass of wine took us both straight back to family made italian hearty wine only smooother! Wonderful. Appetizer was so good, I was afraid my husband was going to lick the plate...yeah..THAT good! Entrees were perfection with a MASSIVE piece of thin cut veal, light and crisp to the Chicken perfectly done, tender, juicy with exquisite lemon caper sauce. We both took half home, opted for coffee...strong and fresh and were treated to lemon cookies that melted in your mouth with just the right sweet versus tart. This place isn't on our normal routes of travel but we'll get there again. We generally aren't in the Columbia area but it's WELL worth the trip. Not sure how/why anyone could rate it anything less than 5/5 unless they were so busy they had to wait a bit. Totally worth.

Yelp
I went there on a whim with my husband after getting a massage Thursday evening and was met by wonderful staff members. The hostess, a young lady with curly hair, was very friendly and was perfect as a representative of the restaurant. She seated us within 5 minutes of arriving at the bar booth area. The bartender, Marisa, was such a delight. She was so attentive and we didn't have to wait long at all for her to place our order, food, or drinks. Everything was moving so efficiently. She even helped us substitute different sauces for plates we wanted and was so accommodating. We ordered the Rosa Spritz, salmon Oscar, linguine di mare, Tuscan mussels, and two moms lasagna (to take home). Everything was delicious. That white wine garlic truffle sauce was crack, it was so good. I couldn't stop eating until I was full. I would definitely recommend coming here for dinner. They did not disappoint.

Yelp
How can you go wrong with pasta? It was good as always. Great environment and the server was ok.

Tamira M.

Yelp
Satisfying Sunday Afternoon! I enjoyed my mommy and sonday with the boys all because we had such a great time talking, joking, laughing and of course eating. Great place for the family atmosphere, good food and even better prices!

Katherine S.

Yelp
Had the worst experience today at this restaurant. My workmates and I went for lunch to celebrate a retirement. There were seven of us. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, yet it still took a few minutes to seat us. Most of us ordered off the lunch menu special. Salad/flatbread. It took an hour to get our lunch! Soup and flatbread came out together after we complained it was taking a long time and we had to get back to work. The restaurant changed the flatbread and it's just not good anymore. Although the manager came to help he never offered an explanation or apology for the ridiculously slow service. Prices have also gone up too. My bill after tip was $31. For flatbread and salad at lunch!! This used to be my favorite restaurant and frequented it often. But 1-1/2 hour lunch, expensive and just not that good will keep me from returning. Do better Maggianos

Londa S.

Yelp
Went for dessert sat at the bar low lighting. Bar tender very attentive dessert was exactly. This is my new favorite dessert Apple with Vanilla Bean ice cream and the frozen Peach drink

Jennifer A.

Yelp
Leaving a 1 star review for the hostess who was incredibly rude on 10/27 when our family of 8 tried to walk in 50minutes to close. I have worked service industry gigs for over a decade and sure hope the servers here don't have to tip out the lazy hostess who couldn't be bothered to seat a party an hour before closing. We left an all day memorial service and funeral to get a nice dinner and while I understand it can be frustrating to have walk ins later in the night -- continuing to welcome guests/business until posted hours is part of the job and you just cost your company at least $600 in revenue and a nice gratuity for one of your servers. Maybe a BOH position would be more suiting for this hostess.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised. I've driven by this chain in many places for years and this is the first time I tried it. We had extra time before a concert at Merriweather and since we were not in the mood for chicken fingers, we had a leisurely dinner at this location. We arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday night and were immediately seated. We got a table right before the Saturday night crowd started to roll in. Our server was personable and attentive while not hovering and even when she got busy with the whole restaurant being filled up she took good care of us. Yes, it's a large chain restaurant that I tend to steer away from; however, it was quite pleasant. They provide olive oil and cheese for dipping your fresh baked bread. Yum. We have food allergies and everyone made sure that they were careful to manage this by frying our appetizers in a different oil. As it was being prepared, it did take longer than normal they said however the manager and server checked in and made sure that we were all right and that our appetizers would be with us in time. It probably took and extra 20 minutes than usual. We were fine with that and not in a hurry. The portions are generous. We ordered the appetizer sampler, a salad, a steak and a side of pasta and will easily get another two big meals out of it. Solid meal with tasty food. A few steps up from other Italian large chain restaurants. The Columbia location I heard is better than some of the other locations so I'd go here again before a show when at Merriweather. It set the evening nicely before a concert.

Yelp
Me and my friend went out to eat here and it was an amazing experience. Our server shay was just amazing, they were so personable, sweet, and so so so kind ! The overall experience here was just so good. The staff are all super kind. I spilled my drink and what appeared to be the busser immediately helped out and started cleaning, and then our server also helped deal with the mess. I was apologetic and they were super nice about the ordeal. The manager even brought out a new drink on the house, and came to check on our table. Again, the service is just outstanding, especially Shay. Shay is absolutely amazing at their job. We were served our drinks, appetizer, entrees, and desserts in a timely manner. The mozzarella was super yummy, our entrees were delicious, and the chocolate cake was absolutely amazing. To sum it up, it was possibly the best experience i've ever had eating out. The ambiance of the restaurant is friendly and comforting. Amazing for a date night

Yelp
BLUF: The food was surprisingly good, the wait staff was great, but the prices felt rather on the high side. After sitting on a gift card to Maggiano's and not going (for no particular reason) for close to a decade, we finally went and were pleasantly surprised. Is it an authentic Italian experience? Probably not, but I also don't think that's what they're necessarily trying to advertise as. The dishes we ordered were filling and tasty (Rigatoni D and the Blackened Salmon with Crispy Calabrian Shrimp). The Rigatoni D had a rich depth of flavor and the sauce was creamy, but not overwhelmingly so. The Blackened Salmon dish came with a delicious spicy sauce and the seafood was cooked well without being dry. Side note: The complimentary bread left more to be desired - it felt a bit stale and dry. I know it's complimentary, but still. The service and wait staff were great and very friendly. The overall vibe is welcoming and family-friendly. Overall, a good experience if you're looking for a date night or even a family-friendly meal. The cost of most plates seemed to average around $20, but they do have some specials where you can get a deal.

Yelp
Festive holiday decorations, pleasant atmosphere, reasonable prices, good food and great service. 3*CITRUS MULE cocktail contained vodka, blood orange, lime, and fever tree ginger beer: decent amount of alcohol, I felt a bit tipsy after. I don't usually drink, so I'm not the right person to rate it fairly. 4*THREE CHEESE FONDUE included . Ricotta & C Smoked Bacon, sted Grade Tomatoes, Balesmic Glaze: very good and very rich, not good for dieting. 3*CAESAR SALAD Grated Parmesan & Garlic Croutons: per normal 4*OUR FAMOUS RIGATONI "D" Herb-Roasted Chicken, Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Marsala Cream Sauce: tasty and delicious. Al dente pasta.

Jannet C.

Yelp
My aunt and I share a birthday, so we all came here for our birthday dinners. Everyone said they enjoyed their dishes; chicken Marsala, steak, clams linguine, and I had the salmon and shrimp which was delicious and beautifully presented. The best thing the evening is that they give free birthday desserts. I really liked my cream brûlée. The service was wonderful. The place is pretty. I look forward to going back soon.

Demond S.

Yelp
Maggianos is my all-time favorite Italian restaurant. The service at the bar was great. They made one of the best long Island ice teas I have ever had. The calamari was fresh. The fried zucchini did not disappoint. Both dishes very crispy and hot delivered to table. But I can't go to Maggianos with ordering Riggatoni D Pasta. I will definitely visit this location again

Matthew

Yelp
The server chase was funny nice and checked up on our table regularly it was also my tias birthday so that's a plus and he got some beef with his coworker but they still friends the food service and treatment was amazing so was the server and he got some good compliments on him so watch out for that and if you get him he'll introduce him self and he's gentle with kids too he's really nice to them and he's just and overall a great server and he was great hope you get him the vibes we're great to very classy and fancy.

Melissa M.

Yelp
We went last week for dinner before leaving for our honeymoon. They have pretty consistent food and is the most reliable Italian we've found in Maryland. We ordered the bombalina starter which has the crispy zucchini (pretty good), calamari (very good), mozzarella marinara (excellent) and the bruschetta (average). It comes with marinara and ranch on the side. The ranch is an odd choice not sure what it should be paired with. We think next time we will just do the mozzarella as it's the best. I ordered the chicken Alfredo nervously because last time it was very dry with not enough sauce, but it was perfect this time. Lots of flavor. Ryan got the famous rigatoni and loved it. I stole a bite and it's very good. Service was okay, pretty slow but then again it is most times.

Peter D.

Yelp
Food: Our famous rigatoni 'D' - 8/10 Taylor street baked ziti - 7/10 New york style cheesecake - 8/10 Take home: Four cheese ravioli - 9/10 My oh my, maggianos hit the spot! I cannot believe ive lived near Columbia mall my whole life and never thought about eating here! The food is amazing and the portion size is great too! The best part is that if you order take out, that entree is 6$! So we took home a four cheese ravioli and it was the best our of the 3 dishes we tried! Dessert was delicious too! Restaurant seems a little dated but over all clean. Light is dimmer than most places but it does create a nice atmosphere. Location is great!

Stanford H.

Yelp
Excellent service and good food .I came for Thanksgiving. Very warm atmosphere. All they needed was music.

Steve L.

Yelp
New menu. Took away some items. Did away with the take home pastas and raised prices across the board. Maybe 20%. Pepsi was 4.99. Never seen a soft drink price that high. Food and service were excellent. They may have priced me out with other good options near by.

Margy C.

Yelp
Although this long time chain has been around for years, this was only my first visit in this area. Reservations were a bit difficult. I made them online but when I wanted to edit the reservation by requesting outside seating, the confirmed time that I had selected was not available. The system wanted you to start the reservation all over again. So I decided not to change the time. When I got a text about the reservation to confirm a day before, I added the request for outside seating and hoped that when we arrived we could be dining in the lovely weather outside. It worked. We got the lasagna and salmon as our entrees. The lasagna was excellent. It was everything you would want in your mother's traditional lasagna. I must say it may be the best that I have tasted in the area. The salmon was nicely prepared but for some reason, it just didn't look appealing. Don't get me wrong, it was still good-- not overcooked but nice and tender on the inside. There were nice crisscross charred lines on the salmon and on the edges. I think it was the bath of watery looking sauce that it was sitting in. We also wanted the garlic bread as a side but they did not have it that day. We were informed that the garlic bread would be going through a makeover soon. Our server did bring us more of the house bread, a lot more than what we started with. So instead of the garlic bread, we tried the garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were creamy and had a strong garlic taste which we loved! For dessert we splurged on two for ourselves instead of sharing. He got the NY Style Cheesecake and I had to get my favorite Tiramisu. Absolutely decadent. We also walked away with a $5 lasagna for the next day. I think that was a great offer that the restaurant is providing. Service: Very good.

Yelp
Ammazza!!! My dad and I stopped for lunch on a Saturday around 1 pm and was seated right away! The space was not busy yet but we did see a couple large parties there. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful! I ordered the mushroom Al forno and my dad ordered the chicken piccata. The food didn't take long to come out and when they did we were wowed! The plates looked so good and tasted even better! One of my dad's fave restaurants is Olive Garden but he hasn't rated there lately since the quality has gone down, eating at Maggiano's he was very impressed! My mushroom al forno was pure comfort food with the delicious, creamy sauce and the mushroom raviolis. My dads chicken piccata was also delicious and well made! For dessert, they offer 'mini desserts'. I ordered the apple crostata and my dad ordered the tiramisu. The sizes were perfect, enough to satisfy the sweet tooth! The restaurant also had a great deal, you could take home an entree for only $5. I will be back to take advantage of this great offer! I highly recommend swinging by for some Italian comfort food! Order the mushroom al forno!

Jordan J.

Yelp
First timer at @maggianoslittleitaly and it was amazing! Not only were the food and drinks amazing, but the service was too! The best service at a restaurant I've had in a very long time! All items can be customized since they are made from scratch. ' Lobster, Smoked Bacon, Sugar Snap Peas, Truffle Cream Sauce with Spaghetti Be sure to check out their $5 take home special that includes all of their classics. Such a good deal!!

kate s.

Yelp
Staff was amazing! Our waiter gave me and my partner cookies, ice cream, and champagne for our anniversary. Wonderful, respectful service the past two visits. Love the music too.

Dennis H.

Yelp
Not the same. Food quality has dropped and the price has risen. This once great location for larger groups isn't what it used to be.

Monica G.

Yelp
I had such a great experience at Maggiano's! The food was absolutely amazing! I have never had Italian quite like this! It was so delicious and I already want to go back for more! The service was great! They asked if we were new and then explained to us their menu and offered their assistance. Our waiter was very friendly and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is beautiful! Very elegant outside and inside! 10 stars!!

Tony T.

Yelp
The service was exceptional. Our waiter, Tony, went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday and handle multiple checks. He was pleasant, patient, and very helpful. The food was good. The ambience was fine, a little loud but otherwise ok.

Karen H.

Yelp
I'm going to start with the exceptional service that was provided for my birthday celebration of almost 40 guests. The managers Lisa and Eli both came over to meet me and let me know they were there to make sure my birthday experience at Maggiano's was great. Next our waitress and excellent wait staff, Reina (who took the lead) Sydney & An (both men) were soooo accommodating making sure that everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The wait staff was on point and additional wait staff came out to make sure things hit the table quickly. I also want to note how the manager Lisa rolled up her sleeves and also served our guests. This is the sign of a great manager when she puts the needs of the guests first, and no job is below her pay level.Reina asked before serving did I have anyone with allergies, and I did. One of my guests is allergic to garlic and we know just about everything in an Italian restaurant is made with garlic. She had a special garden salad made as well as fried zucchini that accommodated her allergies as well as my vegan friend. She also had the chef prepare a salmon and spinach in wine sauce. I was amazed and happy that she was able to participate in all of the courses of the meal. I wanted all of my guests to enjoy themselves and the staff at Maggiano's made that possible. Now, I highly recommend having a party here family style. You get to 2 different salads,Caesar and the Maggiano's salad. You can select 2 appetizers. My picks were the bruschetta, marinara mozzarella. You also pick 4 entrees you want served. I chose salmon , shrimp Fra Diablo, chicken Marsala, and lasagna. For dessert they serve a platter with tiramisu, creme brûlée, butter cake, cheese cake, and a apple crostatada. The dessert are tasty especially the apple crostatada which has a scoop of ice cream on it and happens to be my personal favorite. When I say my guests came to me and commented on how wonderful everything was from the food to the service, you know you party was a success. The cost $37.99 for adults & $9.99 for kids 5-12 yrs old is also very reasonable for everything that you get and you can eat as much as your stomach will hold:)

Yelp
We dined at the Maggiano's in Columbia today . We had the Best experience ever with Jenny who waited on us . She made it so much fun ! she's very friendly , kind , caring and all around an Amazing waitress . We will definitely dine there when she's working. The food as always was great .Jenny made it extra special for me and my family.

Yelp
What can I say, great food, great wine, great service! Came here on a Saturday night. I'd recommend making a reservation as it was pretty busy. Bombalina appetizer: this is a platter with various apps in one. Fried zucchini, mozzarella sticks, stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta. The stuffed mushrooms were my fav. Veal Parmesan: a little too much sauce for my taste, but the veal had a nice texture and tasted phenomenal. Linguini di mare: this was definitely worth the cost! You get so much seafood and pasta in this entree! Leftovers for days! The to go boxes even come with re-heating instructions for your convenience. Neat!

David I.

Yelp
I keep coming back to maggiano's remembering the good service and deals they USED to have that have long since gone by the wayside. They have changed their ways, and not for the better. 1. Oil is not on the table any more. Instead you're given a tiny plate of it. It isn't even made at the table, which was part of the fun imo. 2. They are EXTREMELY stingy on bread. We had 4 people at our table. It was a late lunch after a long morning so we were starving. Food took a while so we used bread to hold us over. You'd think bread was a scarce resource with how little they gave us. 3. Long gone are the buy one pasta get one free. Granted $7 foe take home pasta isn't horrible, but it adds up quickly. 4. Even worse, you're paying more per meal. So no free pasta, plus higher prices? Before everything was under $20. Now only the spaghetti and meatball are under that. Plus no side or salad unless you want to pay an extra $8? No thanks! 5. As if 3 and 4 aren't bad enough, I'm pretty sure portions have gone down too. I used to come to maggianos as a budget place for pasta and Italian dishes. I'd have plenty of leftovers with a reasonable price. Now there's less food for more money, which really defeats the purpose for me coming back. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted I guess. When we visited things went fine until we were finished. Our waiter vanished for almost half an hour. We were ready to order our desert to go, pay the bill, and here out. Instead, all 3 of the tables with the same waiter were left unattended. When he finally came back, we had to wait another 20 minutes for our dessert and to settle our bill.

Yelp
As always Maggianos is a whole vibe! The ambience is always on point for me and this time was no different. Immediately located a seat at the bar and Marissa greeted me in a timely fashion. It was HH and they had a few drinks that I wanted to try. One was a Pomegrante Martini and the other was a Moscato Mojito w/Pomegrante - DELICIOUS! Both these are now going to be my go to whenever I visit. I wanted to try something different this time and she gave a few suggestions. I had the usuals mussels, mozzarellla sticks and chicken parm but chose the white sauce instead(a lil diff but interesting). Food was good nothing over the top as it's usually that way. Sometimes consistency is the key and I feel they accomplish this each time I come here. I've added a few pictures just for view.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Malik was our server. He was excellent. Although he did say the proce of a bottle of house red was the same as two 9 oz glasses. It was $64! And we couldnt drink it because it was terrible. More later. But he threw in the take home meals no charge without us complaining about the wine. We had spaghetti and meatballs, mushroom ravioli with marinara. Very delicious. We also had a chopped salad which was also good. The wine was disappointing. We used to love their house red. It was terrible. We will try the chianti next time. Very sad that they don't have the same delicious house red.

Yelp
Customer Service is amazing. We waited a little while to be seated because the host was in the side to go office sitting and didn't see us. Waitress was so so nice. Food? Classic Cesar was delicious. Not sure I liked my dish. Steak was yummy. Would I come back? Sure, I definitely need to try more things. Have been to other locations and don't have a favorite just yet.

Yelp
Busy, short wait, good location in the nice mall of Columbia. Attentive staff. Nice ambiance. The main dish and appetizer was just ok for me. We had the calamari for appetizer and I had the salmon with a side of spaghetti for my main dish. I would go back however and try more dishes. I've been to plenty of maggianos and the service has always been good. This one is no different.

Yelp
2022 - notable cost cutting and decline of quality. Better options available in the area. Well this is a bummer. Maggiano's menu was updated in 2022. As part of the update, older items, like the chicken manicotti saw changes in their recipe. The photos below shows the before and after. Not good. Whereas the older manicotti was acceptable in it's presentation, the newer version just looks sloppy reheated leftovers. The photo speaks for itself. Staffing is also an issue. The bar, which typically has at least two bartenders, was being manned solo. Given the volume of customers, this wasn't acceptable. Local management needs to improve minimum staffing levels. Food quality is more a corporate issue.
