Maggiano's Little Italy

Came for Christmas party lunch. Maggiano's did not disappoint. Food was delicious. Throw out any dietary restrictions you have. These dishes are all artery cloggers but you die happy. Food is always amazing here. We all shared a little bit of everything. So much food eaten that there was not enough room for dessert so we had to box them to take home. I recommend the stuffed mushrooms and the crab cakes. Oh so good. Staff was awesome. They brought out the food pretty quickly with minimal confusion considering our large group. Made lunch very enjoyable.

What can I say—this place blew me away! I decided to celebrate my birthday here, and it honestly felt like I was dining with family. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel right at home, and the service was A+ from start to finish. And the food? Let’s just say it had me smiling from ear to ear—flavors so good they made my heart skip a beat. Hands down, an unforgettable birthday experience!

Lani was my server and she was fantastic. Very friendly and professional young lady. She gave me her recommendations and it didn’t disappoint! I got the popular rigatoni pasta and it was so filling! Everything is a shareable portion, I couldn’t even finish it. Also got the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo! It was my first time here and it was pretty good. Cute date night vibes environment. Price is fair

If you like great Italian food and atmosphere, this is the place! Luxurious tablecloths and settings. Hard to find a solid wood bar like this one and the mosaic floor is from times past. Oh, I forgot about the food: Anything on the menu is A1!

My family and I have loved coming to Maggianos over the years because they take my mothers Celiac diagnosis seriously. When we showed up on Thanksgiving and saw that they were only serving the thanksgiving menu, we were a bit worried. Chef Jonathan was more than happy to chat with us and let us know what could be made gluten free. He brought out all of our food and ensured us that everything on the table was safe for my mom to eat. Thank you so much Maggianos and Chef Jonathan for making our holiday a success!

I have wanted to try Maggianos for years and finally we made it in. It did not disappoint. The food was very good and consistent across the menu. Doing the family style option is probably the best bet but you better be hungry and ready to eat if you want to get your money's worth! The salads were both great, lasagna was good, and the strawberry shortcake was the best dessert. The atmosphere is cozy Italian, easy to talk, and family friendly. Our waitress was excellent, the most personal and genuine ive had in a long time.

After 20 years, I could never in good conscience walk into this restaurant ever again. Everything is downgraded. When I started coming here you would get sit down with the nice wonderful bread, oil, herb pepper mix. It would be perfect!!!! Now, it is a reheated Hawaii style roll that’s plain cheap. The new menu is a complete cheap knock off of what it used to be. I used to order the shrimp in crab Tropheo which is in a picture from years ago . Now you can just just plain Jane overcooked unsalted terribleness. They don’t even have lump crab to add to anything anymore. They bring you an overcooked kind of like a deep fried frozen crabcake. The service. I used to appreciate the servers, knowing the menu, trying to sell you a product that they actually believe in…… now you have sales competitions and them trying to force you to buy stuff. My last visit: December 7, 2025 we went there for my daughter’s birthday and the waitress was very forceful on us trying to get this family style meal even though that all the Meals that we wanted were outside the family style meal plan. After we ordered, her exact words were oh I’m gonna put that in as the family style and I will get you everything that y’all want. There were four adults and three children. Are appetizers that we ordered were only fried mozzarella and the crab cake. She purposely brought out two orders of fried mozzarella, and Kinda avoided us until the entrées came. While I followed my toddler son around I noticed that there was two other servers behind the bar bragging about how many family style meals that they have sold. I asked him if there was a competition going on and then jokingly told me yes. The crab cakes that I ordered was outside the family style meal and also the lobster carbonara did not go into the family style plan. When the entrée showed up, I told her I no longer wanted the appetizer crabcake and it did not seem to face her at all because honestly, I don’t think that she even ordered it to keep the family style on the receipt. When the bill came, she attempted to charge us for four adults and three children on the family style plan, even though that I ordered an appetizer that did not come out and an entrée that did not fit inside for family style plan. After I explained this to her, she was almost offended and she said that if she took it off, but she would be in trouble. I told her that I did not care if she got in trouble because the service was terrible and she did not listen to us in the first place. Why would you charge for four adults in the family style plan when my order alone set outside the plan altogether. It was there at that moment that I clicked that she was going to do whatever she wanted to do just to pass a competition. When she handed us the credit card leader after payment it was immediately tapped on 25% tip. The audacity. The pictures I’ve added is an entrée that will probably never exist in the shell of what it used to be, also of a picture of me and my wife on one of our first dates where I was showing her what real Italian food used to be.

Get it together Maggiano's! First off, food was AMAZING! But the service is sub par. The restaurant was barely half full and we waited forever for our wine, then had to pour our own glasses. Fruit fly everywhere and where did the flooring go? Rustic is not your style. :(

It's been a long time since we visited this place. Recently I've been getting many email promotions from them. One of them where they mention wagyu beef meatballs caught my attention. Even though we've been going to many good Italian restaurants in town we decided to give them a try again. Well, our first mistake was when we entered the restaurant on Thursday night when most good places are usually packed with people it was basically empty, save for a few tables. They asked me for my phone number and sent me a message that we are number 9 out of 147, even though a hostess took us to our table right away - after all, the place was almost empty. Very lame attempt to marketing, indeed. So our first mistake was that we did not leave right away. Oh, well... Have to admit, though, that that service was nice and attentive. For the appetizer we ordered Caesar salad and wagyu meatballs. I've been ordering Caesar salad in many places, from La Madlene to fancy restaurants and it always been good. Different, depending on the place, but nevertheless good. So it was hard for me to imagine that it is possible to screw up that simple dish. Alas, they managed to do it here. It was totally bland and tasteless and we could not finish it. As for wagyu meatballs, they tasted as plain beef meatballs, nothing special about them. I'm quite familiar with the taste of wagyu meat, it was not. As a main entry we ordered Fettucine Alfredo. The pasta turned out to be of so-called 'plastic pasta' category - definitely not home-made pasta, but rather cheapest pasta you could buy. The alfredo sauce was liquidy and bland. We put a ton of parmesan cheese on top of it in order somehow improve the taste, to no avail. Half of the order went back. Because of the nice and attentive service I give this place two stars rather then one, but we won't be coming back.

Our friends brought my daughter and I to this restaurant to celebrate her graduation from high school. The place is nicely decorated and cozy. I ordered the vongole which surprisingly did not look appetizing when served. It looked like they were left over and the pasta was over cooked and soggy. Disappointed. But the mushrooms ravioli that my daughter ordered was delicious! I ended up eating most of hers! We have to request for bread and the server did not give us any dips and I have to get it myself.

Ordered lasagna and it came out faster than my salad. First red flag, outside of them changing the menu for the 3rd time in like 2 months. Food came out with Golden Corral style rolls. Most importantly my lasagna tasted like it was frozen. Good luck lasting through a recession with these prices, portions and quality, can't even keep your signature items on the menu. This place is going down hill fast. SMH.

Ambiance: Nice-casual Italian eatery in The Galleria area with a large menu and ample seating options. Great spot for a date night, family lunch, or solo dinner at the bar. Perfect for celebrating any occasion given their expansive menu. Highly recommend their crab cakes and house salad! Great portion size for the price. Nicely decorated and good service. Maggiano's is one of the better chain Italian restaurants IMO. Decent wine list and drink options. Parking onsite. Close to many other shops/restaurants.

Galantine Luncheon for large group at Maggiano's Little Italy at Galleria Uptown was a hit! Hosted by financial and architectural groups Calamari Fritte was one of the appetizers we liked best, but all were outstanding. Roasted salmon on a bed of tender spinach Was superb along with rigatoni and chicken Marsala! We tried everything. The sumptuous chocolate cake and tiramisu put the finishing touches on a delicious and informative luncheon- The waiters were carefully orchestrated and efficient in both serving and getting dishes on and off the table speedily and effortlessly! We never waited to be served or for dishes to be cleared, since all worked beautifully and in harmony!! Amazing . Well done, Maggiano's Little Italy and JLK Financial and RD Archtecture! Your Galantine luncheon for clients was a huge success from beginning to end! !! Thank you!

Everything was delicious: G+T, Tiramisu Martini, Veal Parmesan, Lobster Carbonara. The presentation of the veal was fire. The bacon in the carbonara is smokey, and they load you up on lobster.

We hosted our Christmas office staff party here of around 150 people. We have had many events here in the past. We are never disappointed with the food and excellent service at Maggianos! Such a beautiful restaurant and in a gorgeous location! As always, the family style entrees are perfect for the large tables. And the desserts were over the top this year! Butter cake with strawberries (the table went crazy) and how can you go wrong with a rich chocolate cake? (Picture below) Keep on keeping on Maggianos! We love you!

Over the past several years I have become a bigger fan of this chain. I was disappointed that they no longer have meat sauce or angel hair pasta, but at least the other items I get here are consistently tasty. I ordered the Shrimp Fry Diavolo with grilled chicken added the other night. It was very well-made, soft in every bite, moist in every way and very delicious. The pasta was great. The tomato cream was really balanced in prep with a good savoriness to it. The shrimp n grilled chicken were all tender and good too. Great, friendly service as well. I also had the Pasta Bolognese awhile back n it was also very delicious, meaty, moist and contained good noodles. That's normally hard to pull off in a more American Italian restaurant like this, but I certainly enjoyed it. The dine-in service on that visit was very attentive and great.

We sat in the bar area which is first come first serve and it was a good vibe. Could still watch college football and food came out super quick. Overall service was also great! We shared the crab cake appetizer which came with two large cakes - super tasty, that sauce was really good with it as well. Moist inside and crispy inside. The spaghetti with meat sauce was pretty affordable ($19?) and they split up for us on two plates and was a great dish to split for the size. Flavors were pretty basic on this dish though.

Maggiano's did not impress me very much. It was okay, but I was definitely expecting more. There was a lot going on here lol some people were dressed super fancy with long gowns, and others were in shorts and and baseball caps. So if you're thinking of a nice place to get dinner and dress up, this is probably not the place. Let me start by saying the hosts were sweet and our waiter was nice too. My favorite thing of theirs was the drinks. The mojito was so refreshing & the frozen peach Bellini tasted like a peach smoothie, both very good. My chicken Alfredo although did not impress me :( I was expecting more flavor and a nice grilled chicken on top of the fettuccine pasta. But I instead got little bits of chicken on some overcooked, hard fettuccine. The grilled chicken plate was better, the asparagus was wonderful and their fries were pretty good too.But for an Italian place I did want more from the pasta.

Huge family friend restaurant that's perfect for nice celebrations or just a regular night. I'm a big fan of the family style options, but all of the food here is really good. Also, I've never had a bad experience with service.

The food was great today. The service was exceptional too. Definitely will return. I recommend the vodka pasta

Everything was so wonderful. The atmosphere, the excellent service and the pasta dishes were to die for. We also couldn't resist the Italian donuts to go (not pictured) .

My family and I used to love this restaurant, and over time as they've increased the prices we were okay with it because the quality stayed the same. Low and behold, they just recently raised the prices again but lowered the quality too. No more olive oil, cheese, or balsamic at the table. No more large portions - now they're smaller and in different plates. No more meat sauce - now everything that used to be part of the meal is an extra charge. To say we were disappointed is a huge understatement. A hefty bill for worse food and service (waitress had a huge attitude). We will not be coming here anymore.

Had a great time at Maggianos for a birthday dinner. The service was really great and the host was very attentive. The food was good nothing to amazing but the atmosphere was very cozy which I loved and made up for the price. There was also plenty of parking when we went which is great.

So, my family had a Christmas get together dinner on a rainy, humid night at this location in the Galleria area. There were so many people with big parties so getting the food was a struggle at times. Our server sporadically appeared but it was obvious that they had more customers than they can handle with their wait staff. Food wise, it was good, not great. Luckily, their complimentary bread was hot and delicious so we ate a lot of it. For a party of 12, it was great to share dinner with the family. We were allowed to visit and catch up but after almost 3 hours of sitting around, we were ready to leave. I understand the issues that the restaurant has to deal with this close to Christmas. However, it is a disservice to us paying customers when we get frustrated with the service. Overall, this a good place to come and dine but probably not during the holidays. Nevertheless, a good time was had by the family as we were able to get together.

Service was spotty. Long periods of time the waiter not in sight. I asked for a Modelo and the waiter said he didnt have it. Then came back later with a Modelo. The good took an excruciating time. Two salads and a fish dinner. Waiter said they were busy but more than hall the tables were empty on a Tuesday night. Waiter never asked if we wanted desert. This restaurant is too expensive for this kind of poor service.

Our company ordered Maggiano's for lunch today and everyone enjoyed. The menu included chicken parm, ravioli, pasta, salad & desert. Our food was fresh and flavorful. My favorite was the chicken parm, ravioli & CHEESECAKE. I did not care for the crème brûlée

Atmosphere, cleanliness and service was excellent!! The food not so much... We went because I used to enjoy the spaghetti with meatballs and meat sauce- learned it was discontinued. The server suggested a comparable substitute, the pasta and wagyu meatball. I want to stress meatball, as in only one, which is just ok, not great. My dad had the lasagna which was great! But my husband had the shrimp scampi which the worse we've ever had- ever! The shrimp were hard, seemed like frozen and not quite thawed out, pasta was undercooked and the sauce had zero flavor, ZERO. We planned to order dessert but decided to quit while we were behind... The entire experience was very disappointing to say the least.

We had a wonderful time at the Maggiano's in the Galleria. Our table had - Maggiano's salad, mushroom ravioli, chicken francese, and branzino fish. Everything was delicious. Our waiter, Ahmed, was the best. I hope to get back there very soon.

I used to go to Maggianos for happy hour all of the time, but they changed the happy hour menu and I have not been back since? So it's been a few months and I didn't really plan on making my way back in because why would y'all change the happy hour menu? Anyway, a friend had a birthday dinner here on Saturday night and let me tell you the food was Bussin Bussin! Well, I'm still sad that they also took away the take-home passes. I did enjoy the portion size and I did get to take some of that food home since I didn't eat it all a table. We did have a large group so our server was very attentive and we had a lot of things to ask for he did a really good job. There were a lot of people in there. I'm assuming for homecoming and they still kept up with the vibes and made it a good experience. They now have a value deal that I thought was a really good price that included a salad and a pasta. I personally got the Caesar salad with the rigatoni pasta and it was very very tasty. I think I may be back for this deal, but I'm really hoping and praying and wishing that they bring back the happy hour deal because I absolutely need that!!!

We went to Maggiano's for a late night dinner and wow!!!! It was amazing! We had the stuffed mushrooms and I had the fettuccine Alfredo with Parmesan crusted chicken and my husband had a lobster and shrimp pasta. Food and drinks were delicious, and the environment and service was great!

I ordered to go, because I was in a rush. My lunch break is limited. I was torn between the ravioli special or chicken parm. For $26 I got the parm. Everything was fresh & the portion were good however it hardly had ANY cheese. I didn't realize how much of a difference the mozzarella makes, but it did not taste good enough to finish without it. I should've gotten the ravioli

Just ate a family meal and wow this place sucks, the pastas came out in less than 5 minutes after ordering come to find out their frozen and just heated up and added meat. chicken no chicken or any adjustments. The place charges an average of $25 minimum for a pasta that's frozen and heated up. Service was fine but this is strictly about the food and specifically they're sucky flavorless pastas

I've been here a few times in the past (we're talking over a decade ago) but not recently. We finally did it! Background: we're allium-free vegetarians. We can only go to a handful of restaurants in town and eat freely - and they're all of the Chinese-Vietnamese and Indian variety. Needless to say, though good, it does get boring. I looked into Maggiano's again for my VEGAN sister's birthday. However, due to inclement weather and the fact that my sister didn't want to pay for food that she can make at home, we cancelled. They can do a simple pasta with tomato sauce and veggies for her, but they don't have vegan cheese. Dessert? They suggested fruit. So... if you're vegan, you can eat, but your options are severely limited here. When I inquired in person about the possibility of celebrating there, Chef Charles made it seem promising if you're not vegan, so I kept them in mind. My extended family are in town and I decided to bring them here. We were a party of 9, including 3 kids, but one of them is a huge eater. We all share the same fairly restrictive diet. Made reservations online and even called in to confirm our diet wouldn't be a huge problem. The person at the front said it was fine to just walk in and tell the server our restrictions when we were seated. In reality? It's not as simple. Chef Pedro was the chef this time around and he said all the sauces were allium-free; all the alliums were added in during the cooking process. Then the regional manager, Andy, stepped in. He said ALL their sauces contain garlic (probably powdered) but they can best accommodate with advance notice (ex: it takes 1.5 hours to make Alfredo sauce from scratch). As it was, they made a batch of red sauce (and Mac and cheese sauce) just for us from scratch and we got the zucchini fritters, 2 spaghetti with marinara and veggies, and 2 eggplant Parmesan... plus kid pasta and Mac and cheese. One of which was for a toddler with multiple food allergies. No allergy symptoms from him and we didn't detect funny smells - win! It wasn't bad at all with how we essentially just popped up. I was happy we weren't stuck with salad or flatbread. Because of our diet, we mostly spoke with Andy but our waitress was really nice And checked up on our table multiple times but without being overbearing. Everyone enjoyed it and the food loving kid had a bowl of the pasta all to himself - and the portions are shareable. I was in awe. I remember they used to give you an extra, frozen portion to take home with the purchase of a pasta, but that's apparently a thing of the past. Even so, these are big portions so the price isn't unreasonable. Does add up fast though! Maggiano's is a chain bordering on fancy. This location is in the Galleria area and has a shared parking lot. However, I saw people in all sorts of attire. The place was clean and it was a little slow going to get to our table, but once seated, things went fairly smoothly after the manager and chef made it to our table. The place is loud though. On a Monday night, there were many occupied tables so they're doing well. It is dimly lit for that intimate atmosphere and doesn't skimp on the AC, so bring a light jacket if you get cold easily. Overall, I'm glad I can add this place back to the list. I was impressed at how much they put into getting us substantial options with minimal warning. Definitely recommend Maggiano's for those who find it difficult to find a place to eat out at. You'll need to go in and talk to a chef ahead of time to get the best experience, but I don't mind. It's nice to not cook all the time. Perfect for special occasions and dates. And premeditated meals out of the house. Thank you!! Note: they offer gluten free pasta but it only comes in penne shape. Oh, they also have delicious, chocolate covered butter mints you can grab on the way out. Yum!

It's been a while at Maggiano's but today dined here for business luncheon. The lunch menu did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was delicious! The waiter Ashley was excellent and very attentive. She checked on us every 5 to 10 minutes to check our orders and any concerns. I was truly impressed as I saw some newer items I haven't tried. We ordered multiple appetizers and main entrees. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Caesar salad and it was delicious. It's an old favorite I've dined at for years but a goodie! Must try if you're in the Galleria area.

I truly enjoy coming here for just a quick dinner, its casual, laid back, and I have my go to food choices which makes my life easier.

Our company holiday party was held here last night. We had a private room with a terrace. All the food was amazing from the crab cakes, spinach dip and calamari that were served buffet style. One of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. The entrees were served to each table family style. Desserts in large portions cut up to share. Everyone was truly happy with our selections and the premium open be option. Keshon was our gracious bar tender. Mario the event manager was also a great help. Would use again in the future

My recent experience - I had organized my birthday party at Maggiano's to which I had invited 35 friends. Maggiano's called to tell me the event could not go ahead an hour before the event. The excuse being due to road closures because of the houston marathon ... something they would have known a week before . You can imagine the distress this caused me . I had to call all of my friends to inform them the lunch party would not take place, despite most of them being well on their way. Many had bought flowers, cakes, helium ballons etc already. Mostly all perishable. As a gesture maggianos only send 100$ gift card. If I had cancelled my event an hour before they would have charged me the full amount Most disappointing

OK, let me start with this first. My family and I have been going there for more than two decades. The place was very special to us, and it wasn't because of the specials they ran (though they did run some awesome specials). Now they are under new management, and it does not feel the same, not to mention they made a bunch of changes. To me the most glaring is they do not have angel hair pasta anymore. They used to have the best chicken piccata in town, now it's just chicken with vaguely piccata flavored oily spaghetti noodles. I know this is a small thing, but it goes to the many changes that I'm not a fan of. Sorry, chicken piccata has Angel hair pasta, not lemony oily flavored spaghetti pasta. Anyways, it's still a "good restaurant", it just doesn't reach above three out of five stars for me ........anymore. Also bear in mind we live in Houston, which is the land of restaurants. Most likely the next time we go out for Italian, we will be looking for another establishment.

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants to go to. It seems they always close down the authentic places so it's always hard for me to find someone that makes Alfredo the way I like it! I've been here quite a few times throughout the year and recently was here for my brothers engagement celebration. I tried the crabcakes for the first time they come in a cream sauce and they were so good even the arugula salad that comes on the side was a great touch. As usual I got my shrimp Alfredo's always creamy and plenty of sauce like I like it. The lasagna is my second favorite, but it's huge! You will definitely be taking it home to go my favorite drink to get here is the pomegranate martini which they always bring in the shaker and leave you with the extra. That's my favorite part! You can never go wrong with anything here. I highly recommend this place. I don't know how they don't have a higher rating. They also allow large parties without any additional fees, etc., like some restaurants.

I had a delicious shrimp scampi here and have been craving it since. Many times restraints make a picatta sauce and just add garlic. That's not scampi.

Huge Portions! Time to pack some leftovers! We were here with a big group (30) and we still had food leftover. Food: Started with the bread and white Sangria (both were great). I recommend you get the pitcher, it's worth the price difference. Cesar salad and fall salad with bacon. Both were well dressed and huge portions. I would say they feed 4 people each. Zucchini are very long and lightly breaded. Amazing flavor. (By this time we were already full) Chicken Alfredo and salmon paired well together. The lasagna feeds 6 comfortably. Dessert platter: a little for everyone. I tried the ice cream and apple time. Just the perfect little bite. Service: for such a large group, staff got the food our quick and stayed attentive to the whole party. Location: Very clean bathrooms and the restaurant feels like an old school family spot, even though it's a chain.

We went and it was very busy, but our waiter did an amazing job keeping track of all the tables despite of it all. Can't complain, the food was great Italian food. Like I said, it was packed but still clean and decorated in the Christmas spirit!

We went here for my friend's birthday & could not have asked for a better experience or food! The waitress Hailey was AMAZING, she ensured we had a 5 star experience. She went out of her way to have the staff write a birthday card for my friend & she was given a complimentary desert. The food was amazing & authentic Italian! The portions are huge. The restaurant was low lighting with candles, making a nice vibe. Great place for family, date or friends to eat. The bathrooms were nice & clean (because this matter's!)

We have been going to Maggiano's a very long time. When we go with family we typically get the family style selections. Its our favorite, and the selections are great. I just recently went back, my family and I had our minds and stomachs set on getting our usual. To our disaapointment, the family style menu had totally changed, and not for the better. First, it was more expensive per person, which I wouldnt have minded bc its typically alot of food, but the menu is smaller, the portions are smaller, and there are no customizations. The first selection is a cheese plate with salami and olives, which we don't eat. We wondered why the menu has changed so much, and we read that the resturants hired a Michelin Star chef and they wanted to elevate their dining experience. However, people go to Maggiano's for a specific experience, they bring their family's to enjoy a family style meal. The day we went, we had 4 people in our group. The cheese plate was lacking, even though we didn't eat it. I asked if they could just keep it bc we weren't going to eat it and we were told they need to bring it out bc its apart of the meal. We had chicken parm, it was 2 pieces of chicken cut into 4 pieces. The pastas were bowls that 2 people can split not 4. And for the higher price, I thought the smaller portions were a joke. The food was good as we already knew it was going to be, but we will not be going back to Maggiano's. The new family style menu is what we would go for, and to us, it's not worth it anymore, not only bc of the smaller portions and higher price, but also bc our favorites are no longer apart of the family style menu. Also, we have noticed that the service at both locations, Galleria and Memorial is lacking as well. Servers seem annoyed at times and several times we were waiting for water, for our orders to be taken, and having our checks returned or to be picked up.

Our family of 7 New Year's dinner experience this evening. The good: 1. Casey, our server, was friendly. 2. Except for the filet mignon, the other food items and the 2 Martini's my family ordered were delicious. The bad: 1. We arrived promptly for our new year's dinner reservation at 5pm. The restaurant was generally empty. After ordering, we waited over 40 minutes for the food to arrive (excessive) and it came only after we inquired. 2. There was no Italian seasoning to go with the bread. The server said they had run out of it. 3. I requested to have the filet mignon prepared medium, but it came out well-done. Our server offered to have the kitchen prepare me another filet, but after the long initial wait, I was unwilling to wait again (and unwilling to ask my family to wait again) while the kitchen prepared another filet. 3. The server appropriately apologized for the kitchen's delay, and the overcooked filet, but offered nothing more. I never requested, and the server never offered any price adjustment and no complementary dessert (as one might have expected). All items were charged at the full menu price.

I'm not sure why it's only a 3.7 star rating some people are just hard to please. The service was excellent, cleanliness is great, food, beverages and desserts are amazing, and the overall experience was excellent! Kid friendly and super attentive. Great presentation on the food didn't have a chance to take pictures just wanted to enjoy our family meal. Definitely have no complaints!

Attended a work event here and had a fabulous lunch. The event provided a family style lunch and the starters and desserts won me over. The calamari fritte and zucchini fritte with lemon aeoli soo crisp and good! The chopped salad was very yummy too. The mains were eh, the chicken parm was ok, rigatoni was tasty as was the cheese ravioli but I wasn't too impressed. The real winner was the apple crostada with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce. It was warm and comforting but elegant at the same time.

I got the Chicken fettuccine alfredo, it was nice and creamy. Additionally I loved the fact that they did accommodations towards allergy's and preferences

Two words. Family style. Great place for a special event or a business meeting. Meeting rooms are quiet. Good acoustics for presentations. Lots of free parking in a convenient Galleria location. The family style menus are the way to go for pleasing a large crowd. Check out the menus on line for options for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Choose a couple of appetizers and salads to start the event. The balsamic tomato bruschetta are so delicious. The Maggiano's and chopped salads are so fresh. Ask for the bacon and cheese to be served on the side to accommodate vegans and vegetarians. The fried mozzarella dipped in marina is such great bite. For entrees, choose from a variety of chicken, meat, and vegetarian options. The eggplant Parmesan is a classic. The chicken Marsala is a family favorite. Add a salmon entree for a balanced selection of options in the family style menu. For pastas, the rigatoni D is amazing. Finish the meal with a couple of sweet treats. The tiramisu is so rich and creamy. The Apple crostata is delicious when served warm. The chocolate layered cake is so decadent to satisfy a chocolate craving. Brunch options include an omelet and pasta bar as well as creme brûlée French toast. Great place for a shower, brunch or a dinner meeting. Hint: ask them to pack the leftovers to go for later.

Chain restaurants like this usually get a bad rap but we actually had a great time here. My dining companions asked for butter for the bread and it was actually really good. The food is a bit pricey for what you get but the portions are large enough to get a second meal for us. I ordered a wedge salad and it was really good. We ordered the fried appetizers mixed to share and we loved the fried zucchini. Calamari was ok. A bit clumpy. The bruschetta topping was much liked by the table. Everyone enjoyed their pasta dishes. Not mind blowing but definitely satisfying nonetheless.

Food is good, however the staff is very rude. We made reservations for my sister's birthday and when we told them that out of those 9 we can replace with 1 high chairs. The young girl and guy who worked at front rolled their eyes at one another and proceeded to take us to our seats. Never coming here again. Thanks for the horrible service.

Man I am so disappointed with this place. I came here specifically for their Baked Ziti Pasta. The disappointment I felt as soon as I took that first bite was soul crushing. I expected a lot from a $23 plate. Imagine my shock when I realized it was just canned tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. They couldn't even bother to season the sauce. It was bland and watery. I was excited to try it because I had seen pictures of it on yelp and it looked appetizing. But don't let the picture fool you. You could make it at home for free. I guess I expected more, considering every pasta I've had from the neighboring italian restaurant was amazing. ill Bracco for example. Their pastas are $25 and worth every dollar spent. Same goes for North Italia. But Maggianos is a little lazy. Canned tomato sauce sans seasoning. This is not what baked ziti tastes like.

Had a nice dinner there the other week. Went with 4 other people. Service is good and attentive. They serve large, family style portions. We 5 shared 3 and it was plenty of food although the portions weren't huge. The bread and oil on the table was really excellent and they kept the bread coming. All three of our dishes were quite good also. We'd eat here again as everything was quite good although there wasn't anything that was fabulous.

The food here was just nasty, and to make it worse, one of the server's hair was in the food. My actual waiter was nice, though. Definitely not a great experience overall.

Service was great , portions are large , coffee/ expresso was delicious and hot . I personally don't like the size of the chicken cutlets that came with my chicken parmigiana. The cutlets were too thick and my food was cold once I received it . I in return asked for mom's lasagna, it was ok but I prefer the lasagna from The Grotto . I see myself returning for coffee and dessert the location was clean and cool
