Had an amazing experience celebrating my pre-birthday dinner here! Our server Amy was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the evening feel special. The atmosphere is upscale yet warm and inviting — perfect for any occasion. The crab cakes were outstanding — and coming from a Louisiana boy, that says a lot! Everything from the service to the food to the prices was excellent. Highly recommend Maggiano’s for a great meal in Vegas.

Went here tonight with my buddy and was blown away! The service, food, atmosphere... all 10/10! Our servers Megan and Amy were always close by, drink refills in hand. They went out of their way to make sure we always had everything we needed. Now that I think about it, service = 11/10! The food, punched way above expectations! Fresh crispy salads and then I had the "Grand Chicken Parmesan"! Let's just say it was.... Grand! My friend also loved his pasta and sides. All in all a great experience. Perhaps the best Maggiano's I have visited! I get out here several times a year. I'll definitely add this to my list of "must stops" when in town.

We had one of the best Italian food that we’ve ever had. We tried the Lasagna and the Alfredo Fettuccine with Shrimps, with Stuffed Mushrooms for appetizers. All were delicious. It wasn’t only about the taste, the also looked beautiful. The restaurant is chic and classic it has a great view to The Strip. It’s a great place for a family or a date/anniversary dinner. The service is great too. They offered us free meal for the next time as gratitude. Highly recommend.

It’s been a while since I dined here. Today was a lovely experience. The Host that seated us was friendly. Our server Gerard was knowledgeable and friendly. We were seated outside on the patio and had a wonderful view of the strip. We celebrated my friend’s birthday. The desert was a nice addition ❤️

We did a walk in as we just got into town. The host was very friendly. We had a wonderful dinner here and thanks to our server Gerardo. He was very nice, friendly and very attentive even though he was pretty busy. The food and wine were great also. Looking forward to come back.

We had an incredible experience at Maggiano’s! The food was outstanding from start to finish. We started with the Wagyu beef meatballs with whipped ricotta—absolutely phenomenal. They were tender, flavorful, and literally melted like butter in my mouth. The chicken Parmesan was as delicious as ever—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. A true comfort classic done right. But the biggest (and most delightful) surprise of the night was the Grand Margarita. Hands down the best margarita I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced, smooth, and refreshing. I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by a cocktail, but Maggiano’s nailed it. Highly recommend this spot for a great meal, great drinks, and consistently top-notch service. Our server was Nick Corrina, and he made sure that we were taken care of and was very attentive. Thanks Nick, we will be back to visit!

I’m Italian. I’ve had so much Italian food in my lifetime. I judge Italian restaurants by their sauce. Maggiano’s vodka sauce is out of this world perfection. There is no better. Don’t forget the Tiramisu, it’s homemade just like everything else on their menu. 5 stars, 100% will come back every time in Las Vegas.

Food portions were huge. Prices for lunch set was good value. Unfortunately taste of food was one dimensional, and doesn’t really do justice to Italian food. Service was impeccable though. One time visit.

Good atmosphere, not noisy, and our server Lex, was very friendly and polite . the food was great and just the right portion. the apple crostata dessert was delicious and enough for two people.

I'm writing this review because Michael Baker told me I had to! Seriously folks, I have been to Maggiano's several times over the years. I've been to the location on the strip, this one, and to the location in Summerlin. This by FAR has been the best experience I've ever had at Maggiano's. The food is amazing, I've never had a bad meal here. What set this visit apart from any other I've had here is Michael Baker. Michael is a Hospitality Ambassador, a server and a singer. Michael goes out of his way to make sure your experience is the best you've ever had. First was his personality. From the time we sat down until the time we left, Michael made sure we felt like family not customers. He discussed drinks and food choices with us. We were there for my daughters birthday and this was by far the BEST service I have ever received at a restaurant. Our drinks were never empty and our food was amazing. We were checked on several times throughout our meal. Michael was warm, friendly and had a personality others should emulate. He joked with us, he talked with us like a family members, he insulted me like a brother in a good way. Michael has a singing voice like no one I've heard in a long time. When our meal was done and it was dessert time, Michael had the entire room participating in celebrating her birthday. What really made Michael AMAZING, he was like this with every table he had that evening and he did not miss a beat with anyone. Michael made each table feel like they were the only table he had and his personality was infectious throughout the entire room. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maggiano's and you have to ask for Michael Baker. I will be back more often because of Michael Baker. Like I said, he is a server others should emulate. Thank You Michael Baker for making this the best birthday meal and experience we have had. Your voice is amazing, your artistic talents were decent and your personality is one that I would love to have a meal with.

My boyfriend and I love to get dinner at Maggiano's whenever we're shopping at Fashion Show Mall or craving some classic Italian comfort food. It can definitely get busy--lots of tourists come through--but honestly, it's nice to see the place lively and full of energy. We usually sit at the bar since it's convenient and has a relaxed vibe. The bartenders are always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. We're big fans of their Wagyu beef meatballs--they're rich, flavorful, and always satisfying. That night, I wanted something lighter, so I ordered the salmon, while my boyfriend went for the lasagna. Both were solid and up to par--nothing mind-blowing, but still comforting and consistent. I started with the sangria, but it tasted a bit too strong and seemed a little premade, so I switched to my go-to vodka cranberry, which never disappoints. Overall, Maggiano's is a great spot for classic, no-fuss Italian food in a convenient location. Sometimes the dining area can feel a little stuffy--maybe it's just the layout--but it's still a dependable choice when you're in the mood for something familiar, filling, and easy.

I took my daughter here to celebrate her 16th birthday. Upon arrival we had reservation's however, our tables wasnt ready yet so we sat for a few minutes. Once the table was ready we were escorted to the dining area that over looked the strip view. This place had such great customer service. Every worker was phenomenal. The ambiance was really intimate and classy. For appetizers we ordered the calamari. 10/10 it was well prepared well very flavorful, the squid wasn't chewy and not hard and the Marinara sauce that was paired with the calamari wasn't too sour. For our entrees we had the kids pasta no protein, shrimp Alfredo and we also ordered the filet minion and chicken Marsala. The chicken Marsala was 6/10 it was okay I had better. I couldn't complain about the shrimp Alfredo or the filet minion it was average. For cocktails I had two of the mojitos and it was fire. It had a balance of alcohol and not so much of the extra flavoring. Our server was great throughout our entire dinner, he was very attentive and kept refilling our beverages without us asking. While we were closing our tab our server came out with a litter candle with strawberries, white chocolate fondant that spelled out happy birthday and lemon cookies. Let me tell you their lemon cookies 10/10 the zest was just right and the cookies were soft. The restrooms were kept clean they had a men, women and a family restroom. In one of the biggest stalls in the women's restrooms it has its own sink and mirror I thought that was pretty cool since it's rare to dine in a restaurant and their restrooms has this feature. Definitely coming back here if I want Italian food and a view.

Being a chain on the strip, I didn't expect too much, but the service was a surprise. Normally they are a place to try and get you in an out, but this one was a bit slow. The ambiance is fairly traditional to all the other locations with a dark, calm vibe. My husband and I saw how large the plates were and decided to share. The Rigatoni alla Vodka was absolutely scrumptious. Only downfall was we could not find any caramelized onions and I feel like it would've made this dish absolute perfection. The dessert is always a hit with the Lemon Cookies and honestly taking an extra box home is always necessary

We decided to have our lunch date here and go to the strip location for a change of scenery. When you live in Vegas you don't really go to the strip but lunch and some shopping at Fashion Show Mall was nice. Went on a Tuesday afternoon, about 1pm. It was slow and quiet which was nice. We were greeted right away and sat down. We had a booth just across from the big floor to ceiling windows to look out on the strip and people watch. We had 2 waiters one vet and one in training, both really friendly and attentive. 4/5 stars - chicken fettuccine alfredo was good. They have a lot of sauce which we love because we like to dip our bread in the sauce. Good portion of chicken. 4/5 stars - lasagna, nice rich flavor, good portion. The peach tea/lemonade was delicious. They also have complimentary warm bread with oil and balsamic vinegar, yum!

Been back after a less satisfying experience. Happy to say it's gotten much better than I remember. Our server Saylor took good care of us. Efficient and friendly service and brought refills without being asked. The peach Bellini with a swirl was really good as well as the pomegranate martini. The fried mozzarella was good and just a little on the salty side. I liked the wagyu meatballs, the pasta was flavorful and the meatball had a very nice taste. It stayed piping hot throughout the entire meal. The best part was the warm apple crostada, it had a nice crunchy sugar crust and warm tender apples. The decor and place settings were very elegant Italian, I enjoyed my experience and plan to be back

We're celebrating a special birthday and chose this place for lunch. As commonly known, this place is great for food and they have an awesome place. But to top it all, Gerardo gave us the best service experience. In fact I added his short video here. I will update later after we eat the overall rating for this experience. For now I will rate this with 4.8. UPDATE: We just finished our lunch and few more things worth to mention. The margarita is awesome. Good balance with citrus flavor and good amount of tequila. Teh Old Fashioned is one of the bestbi had here in Vegas. Our food is sooooo amazing. You cant go wrong with the crab cakes and Blackened Salmon. Towards the end Gerardo never failed to check on us. I would say he is one of the best server we had. I rarely give 5.0 because no place is truly perfect. I seldom give 4.9.. But for this experience I will give it 4.9.

A 5 star manager in a 4 star restaurant. Beautiful dark wood interior, great looking mouthwatering menu, good location with ample parking in the mall garage. A party of four, hungry military veterans and we were warmly greeted and seated. We were handed menus by our server and we turned to the beverage section. One person ordered a cocktail and the rest of us decided to share a bottle of wine. At that juncture another party was seated next to us and they were also handed menus. However their menus had an insert of house special dinner items that were more economical. I asked our server for a special dinners menu and we wanted to know why the inserts were not in our menus. No comment, server left and returned with the inserts. I ordered the Rigatoni alla Vodka, others ordered twin lobsters with a side of spaghetti, Wagyu Beef Stuffed Shells, and Fettuccine Bolognese. In a short while we had 4 very impressive meals at our table. There was a slight problem, the Wagyu Beef stuffed shells were cold. The server took it back to the kitchen and the person who ordered the stuffed shells waited patiently as he encouraged us to not let our meals get cold. The manager just happened to be going from table to table making small talk with the clients. When he came to our table we calmly explained our friends dilemma. The manager noticed that the rest of us were at the end of our meals while our friend was still waiting for his and no word from the kitchen via the waiter. The manager without hesitating told us he would go to the kitchen to see why it was taking so long. Within 2 minutes my friend had a hot dinner in front of him. We thanked the manager for his assistance in the matter. We made note of no charge for the belated dinner. The entire episode was akward for us eating in front of our friend who all along should have been having dinner at the same time as the rest of us. Very good food and drinks, service could have been better, manager deserves a shout out for his assistance and courtesy.

My first time at Maggiano's and it was sooo yummy. The chicken fettuccine alfredo is AMAZING. We ordered one with extra chicken to share and we still had leftovers. Highly recommend trying it! The service was great. We had no complaints. The view from the deck is beautiful as well. Very nice experience.

First of all, the service was excellent! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name of the young man who was very polite and professional. The hostess was also lovely and quickly found me a table. I visited on a Monday around 2 p.m. for a quick bite, and the place wasn't crowded. It was quiet and cozy, enhanced by the decor and furniture. I ordered spaghetti with a meatball. While the portion size was generous, I wasn't a fan of the dish because it didn't taste as good as I expected. Thankfully, there was salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese on the table to enhance the flavor. The complimentary bread was enjoyable, too.

Was here for a private event during the Transform conference at the Wynn. Both places are within easy walking distance of each other. The food was just as good as I've experienced at other Maggiano's restaurants. Beef medallions had a lovely flavor and were incredibly tender. Only complaints were about the big gaps of time between courses and the cheesecake wasn't nearly as good as I would have liked it to be.

Went with a group of 13 people. Was only a loud to order family style. So we did that got a cheese board with had green olives ,salami, cheese. Was pretty good then came the Caesar salad excellent then came the calamari that was good then came the fried zucchini that was excellent and then the wagyu meatballs they were excellent the main entrees that we chose were shrimp scampi excellent, penne al vodka excellent chicken Parmesan and that was ok and chicken Alfredo was excellent. We also got a ton of bread. Dessert was cheesecake excellent and lemon cookies they were good and tiramisu was excellent. The family style dinner was $53 per person. The service was good they just missed a few things that we had asked.

Came here 2 Sundays ago around 9 pm and had the absolute best experience. We were treated like royalty and the service was impeccable. The food is amazing in good servings for the price on the strip you just can not go wrong. Soft jazz playing in the background was perfect. I will definitely come back

Invited for a wedding! Service was amazing. Very friendly (& funny ... magic muahrooms?) team helping us! Bat and servers were great! Food was DELISSH! Views were great!! Recommend!!!!

My son & daughter-in-law had their wedding reception there on Friday and it was fantastic. The restaurant staff were so accommodating! They upgraded them to the larger room, let them drop off supplies the day before, and let us bring in a wedding cake. We had 28 people there & all of them were happy. When setting up the room they put up a memorial table for pictures of both dads. The buffet was amazing! The guests all raved about the food. The passed hors d'oeuvres were lovely and everyone was very happy with them. I loved the calamari, the mushroom ravioli and the desserts. The bartender was fantastic and made sure everyone was happy. I didn't get any pictures of the food because it was such a busy night, but suffice it to say that it was beautifully laid out and everyone enjoyed it. The price was reasonable, too. If you're having a small wedding in Vegas, this is a great choice.

I was at a work function in Las Vegas, and a corporate partner sponsored a wonderful meal at Maggiano's Little Italy. We reserved a long table in a side room for a group of about thirty people. The staff were wonderful, helpful with accommodations and answering questions. The food was delicious and the drinks were tasty! First, the first few of us who arrived went to the bar to get a cocktail or another drink. We took those with us to sit down when the rest of our group arrived. I ordered a Moscato Mojito, consisting of Wheatley Vodka, Moscato, Simple Syrup, Mint, Lime, Soda, and Bartender's Selection of Fruit Purée. As a big Moscato fan, I enjoyed this cocktail very much! Plates of appetizers were served to the table including Calamari Fritte, Zucchini Fritters, Crispy Mozzarella, Wagyu Beef Meatballs (Wagyu Beef Blend & Whipped Ricotta), and some variation of a board that included cheese, meat, and olives. I enjoyed the Crispy Mozzarella, meatballs, and board, which I shared with others. We then received the Chef's Signature Caesar consisting of housemade croutons, their own Caesar dressing, and aged Parmesan. The entrees were also served family-style with Shrimp Scampi (with garlic herb lemon butter and spaghetti), Chicken Piccata (with capers, spinach, lemon butter, spaghetti aglio olio), "The Grand" Chicken Parmesan (with fresh mozzarella and basil, rigatoni marinara), a linguine pasta dish, and a steak dish prepared rare. I really enjoyed the chicken piccata, chicken parmesan, and the linguini. For dessert, there was Tiramisu (ladyfingers soaked in espresso with mascarpone cheese, made in-house), New York Style Cheesecake (with seasonal berry sauce and fresh berries), and Vera's Lemon Cookies (with lemon frosting). The tiramisu and lemon cookies were great!! There are only two Maggiano's locations in Nevada, both in the Las Vegas area. One is in Summerlin and the other one is at the Fashion Show Mall (3200 Las Vegas Blvd S). You can make a reservation through their website. Came here for a wedding reception dinner and was pleasantly surprised with the food. The mushrooms were good and so were the salads. The beef tenderloin medallions were pretty dry and the ravioli was fine. I would come back for the meatballs alone!!

We decided to try this location for lunch. It is located in the Fashion Show Mall closest to Las Vegas Blvd near the Mall Food Court. We entered through the side door and was prompted by a sign to go to the hostess table at the middle of the restaurant. When we got to the hostess station, the hostess seems busy and smiled at us. She later asked if we had a reservation and asked for a preference between booth or table and walked us over to a booth. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. They had great music playing and had many tables and booths inside for dining. It was nicely decorated with Christmas decorations which made it even cozier. The server was nice and checked on us from time to time. Their menu had many options to choose from and we were given suggestions as well from our server. We ordered: 1. Shrimp Fra Diavolo (delicious) 2. Chicken Parmesan (great flavor but not enough noodles) 3. Chicken Marsala (marsala sauce was tasty but there was too much butter/ oil which I didn't care for. I had to tilt my plate to take most of it off) They were nice to give complementary lemon sugar cookies for a birthday celebration. The food was just okay and we didnt care for it too much, although the service was good.

The worst service I ever experience ever not only did I get the worst service . 1 Sat all the way back in the restaurant . Did not attend me and my husband . 2 Did not have silverware for the meal and when I asked I had to get up to find them 3 Did not check on us at all ever with all this I still left 30 tips on 199.00 bill . Then when the statement came they change it to 40 tip . I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

We had reservations made, however, when half of our group had already arrived they didn't seat us right away. They had us wait on the side. When we were finally seated, the sun hit our face hard, but at least they lowered the blinds. Our server, Joel, was nice. He offered drinks, then came back later to take our order for appetizers. The service itself was good. Joel was as quick as he could be, considering he was the only waiter in our section at that time. The food. Caesar salad was really good. Not too tangy but it was just the right amount of dressing. The mushrooms were my favorite. It came with 6 huge mushrooms and the taste was sooo flavorful in every bite. I had the baked ziti for my main entree. The top was good, but the inside was not like baked ziti. The inside was like regular pasta spaghetti & it was kind of watery. It wasn't my favorite honestly. My in law had a lasagna and she said that one was good, so maybe next time I come, I'll get that. Anyway, I'm willing to give the entrees a go.

What can I say? This place is top notch with their food quality and customer service. This was my 3rd time coming to this place and they are always consistent with their excellent service and the food always tastes so good. I would recommend reserving before coming here because they are always busy. Also, special mention to Jonathan the manager who took care of my dinner. Thank you so much and also to the waiter who was also tending to me thank you. You guys are the best.

If you can get her on a quiet night I'm sure you'd have a good time. On this visit, they were super busy, we even had to wait for a table despite having a reservation, and all their side rooms were full with some convention dinner. Despite all that going on, the meal was pretty good and the service was about as well as you could expect from the hard working staff. Overall, it was a little below expectation, but I'd happily go back when they are quieter.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. My (now) husband and I decided to get married in Vegas yesterday and for our wedding night dinner we chose Maggiano's. The one by our house unfortunately closed down and it held many memories, so out of all the restaurants in Vegas, Maggiano's was an obvious choice. Our server Megan was a delight and made everything so special. She had Michael come sing to us and even had another server do a magic trick which was amazing. We loved every second of it. Definitely coming back

When my spouse & I are in town, we always eat here. Well, this time we were celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary! We ordered the Mushroom Ravioli and the Fettuccini Bolognese pastas. They were delicious! Everything we wanted them to be. Our server was amazing too. We always sit at the bar. He asked why we were in town and after finding out it was our 26th anniversary, he wished us the very best, and gave us free champagne splits and a dessert to share. So kind and thoughtful! As always, our food and the service was amazing!! We've been coming here for about 20 years and have no reason not to continue to do so.

Maggiano's little italy was great. An amazing experience with the food, drinks and service. Will definitely be back when we are in the area!

My family lives in Las Vegas and it's one of the restaurants we meet at for special occasions because of the service , quality of food, and the view of the strip from the table we ask to reserve. I ordered the blackened salmon and shrimp and it was fantastic. I skipped snacking on the appetizer and even a side salad- the main dish proportions were enough for me. Look forward on returning and celebrating another birthday.

4.6/5 Came here with a party of 11 for dinner. We used to have a Maggianos here in Seattle but it's been closed for years so I was excited to try it again. Ambiance - stereotypical Italian restaurant vibes. I don't know how else to explain it lol. If you walked in, not knowing what they served, you'd geuss 10/10 times it's Italian. Very large with wrap around windows of the strip. Really energetic and lively too. Service - our server was a rockstar for taking care of us as well as she did. Kept our drinks filled, food came fairly quickly. I was also surprised how quickly we were seated as a walk in party of 11. The restaurant was not slow either. Food - now if you've ever been to a magiannos, you know about the take home pastas. Order any entree and take home a pasta for $6! I was surprised they still did this and we all took advantage of this! Have no idea how good it was to get home late and know you have fettuccine alfredo waiting for you lol. I had the chicken parm for dine-in which I've never ordered before, anywhere. It was good and most of the table ordered it. Breast was crispy and juicy, wish the pasta had a bit more sauce but still good. We had the stuffed mushrooms as well which were really good, a little oily though. Star of the show was my partners rigatoni "D". I almost fought her over it. It was so good, I'm surprised it was from a chain restaurant, made be instantly regret my choice lol. Stop in, you won't be disappointed and you'll have a take home meal for after the Vegas festivities!

So I went again, and this time I tried the one on the strip. The food was just as amazing, and the service was good. Laura was very accommodating.

Had a great dinner with family in a big rounded booth and beautiful views. Chicken Parmesan was fantastic and our waiter was hilarious. We will be back!

I visit Vegas once or twice a year to see family and we always try to do a restaurant somewhere on or near the strip. By far this has been one of the best. First, the waiter Michael !! Amazing, treated us like family greeted us with a song. It was a party of ten, and not once did he neglect us. Drinks were always coming! We all ordered something different cause we try each others plates, and every thing was delisioso!!!

We went here last minute and they were able to give us a reservations within 15 minutes. The server was awesome, I didn't catch his name though. The food was yummy and came out pretty quickly. The bread was fresh and warm. Everything was good! Will be coming back!!!

I went to the summerlin location. The food was good and the service was better! I didn't like my cocktail and they didn't mind changing it for me. The fried zucchini and calamari were yummy. I got the famous rigatoni but I think I would rather try something else. Portions are huge! Ambiance is dim lit and fancy but no dress code.

This place actually exceeded my expectations! We were seated quickly despite it being very busy, amazing view over the Fashion show mall/Wynn. AMY which was our waitress went above and beyond to make sure our service was on point, she was very fast and attentive and took time to explain the menu to us. It's rare to find someone that actually loves their job and she was amazing at it to the point it made our experience here even more enjoyable and will be coming back in hopes that she's our waitress again! The food was on point, the sangria was DELICIOUS and definitely got the job done. Their prices are extremely fair especially for being on the strip. I definitely recommend for a family's night out to somewhere "nice" on the strip as they have a good variety of items and are fairly priced compared to fine dining places on the strip!

Carbo Loading before shopping? Yes please! It would also work during or after as well. This is one of the best chain Italian restaurants out there and this location in Fashion Show Mall did the trick before a shopping spree. The Shrimp Era Diavolo was loaded with tons of shrimp. I will say it wasn't overly spicy or flavorful, but it was good. The Chicken Rigatoni with Marsala Sauce was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten! It was that good and it will be hard to go to Maggiano's and not get this dish. The service was great with lots of water and soda pop refills. The portions were big and we didn't finish all of it. The bread may have had something to do with that as well. Nice place right on LVB!

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, The food was incredible the service was great the restaurant was very clean, I highly recommend trying this place if you are ever in las vegas.

Came in mid afternoon on a Saturday with no reservation so we did have to wait 10 minutes to be seated. We ended up being seated in the open dining area that had a great view of the strip. Plenty of food options to choose from. Shared the calamari for an appetizer and picked the rigatoni alla vodka for my main course. Good portion size and tasty. Excellent service and would come back again.

For trying Italy food I recommended come here that is the best, and amazing test of food ever

We ended up at Maggiano's shortly after landing in Vegas, largely because it was the only option nearby that didn't have a long wait for a table. The food was fine, exactly what you'd expect for a chain restaurant. Not bad, not especially noteworthy either. Portions are always huge, you'll definitely get your money's worth here. The space itself was a bit chaotic -- we had to move from our first table because a previous party had wedged some bread between the seat cushions of the first booth. Pretty gross. They have a lot of families, so it can be a bit unpredictable in terms of the chaos level. But good for a consistent, large Italian meal if you aren't too picky.

Had a great experience at this location. It was a party of 7 people, and we decided to do the family meal. They bring out the amount of dishes depending on your party size. We had more than enough food with the servings but unfortunately couldn't bring leftovers home as there was no fridge in our hotel room. The food was also very delicious. We also ordered cocktails and they were very good. Our server was incredible, it was my best friends birthday and we snuck in the cake. He brought it out at the end of our dinner as well as giving her some birthday cookies on the house from the restaurant as well. He always made sure to stop by our table to make sure we were having an exceptional experience. We were sat in the big room where the windows showcase part of the strip. It was very pretty at night to see all of the lights. (Some of the girls in my group got dress coded, as they are a family-friendly institution, so anything too revealing (if you're going out after dinner) they will make you cover up or provide something for you to do so before getting seated at your table.)

I had a Christmas party here with a large group, so they sat us in the area right outside of the restaurant in the fashion show mall. The service was great, they had passed apps at a good rate, kept all the waters full, and the bar service was great. The food options on the actual buffet were very limited, but I'm guessing that's the company's fault and not the restaurants. The passed apps were all delicious, my favorite being the goat cheese sticks and the salmon dip on cucumbers, and the absolute star of the show was their truffle Mac and cheese. The restaurant inside is very busy and old world type of decor. I most definitely want to be a dine in guest in the future!

Let me first start by saying... if you are going to have a wedding reception, HAVE IT HERE! The room was intimate and beautifully decorated. The food was FLIPPING DELICIOUS and the serving was far beyond my stomach could hold. Here is what got me hooked, the staff. The staff! They were incredibly attentive and in sync. They were respectful and kind and professional. If you want your reception to start and finish flawlessly, book here.

Server Michael Baker was amazing! He made my 60th birthday celebration memorable. He sang and had the entire restaurant engaged in the fun! The food was excellent! Will definitely return because of Michael Baker!

I am an old customer of Maggiano. I've always experienced great food and service. But I had an uncomfortable experience today close to dinner hour that I just left without sitting down to dine. The female server, don't remember her name was rude and insulting. The restaurant wasn't even close to half full and she directed me to the bar and the tall tables next to the bar. I asked to switch to the other side of restaurant and she only responded to me after I voiced my request twice. She was annoyed and said, okay fine". Then she directed me to a corner table next to the cashier area. Then she annoyingly said, " if this corner isn't good enough then the other corner table over there". I didn't want to eat in this environment so I said, " I'll just not eat here" and left the restaurant. And she replied, "fine with me." I've never experience this level of service from Maggiano before. I usually dine alone and the server was always nice and gives me good table with nice view, no discrimination against dining alone or tried to put me in a corner table. I really hope this doesn't happen again. This experience really damaged how I view the reputation of Maggiano.

Escaping to Little Italy... Taking mom to Las Vegas she's been asking for some Italian though we're not looking for a place which reservations are needed and going out of our way I immediately knew that Maggiano's is the place for us. Located in the Fashion Show Mall which is in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip parking is completely free and knowing that we went early as parking does fill up fast here and do our shopping. Walking in there does seem to be a wait and you're requited to give your full name and phone number to put your name on the waitlist and right behind the host stand is a small waiting area which is like a high bar type seating that's not very comfortable but after all the walking was a welcome relief which we all were glancing at the menu as well giving me some extra time to decide lol! We really didn't have much of a wait but our servers was a delight very friendly yes servers are there were two...we were quite confused at first when one asked us about water only to have another do the same it seems like they weren't on sync with some items but nevertheless they were great. Ordered a bottle of Acqua Panna bottle water was a very needed a refreshing sip poured into wine glasses did bring the vibe to another level along with some fresh bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar made already a great start. Mom having some temporary limitations I decided on Chicken Marsala her favorite is the Marsala Sauce as it came with Aglio Olio and can't do spicy so got the pasta plain. I do enjoy a baked pasta and it was "Taylor Street Baked Ziti" filled with Italian Sausage and mozzarella it's the simply classic dish and the cheese pull was just insanity. Affordable classic Italian right in the convenience of Fashion Show Mall is the perfect rest stop overlooking the strip. Thank you!

The manager, James, was condescending and incapable of the most basic accommodations. He is clearly underprepared to meet the kind of demands of a chain restaurant in a mall and should consider downscaling to a position or location he'd be better equipped to handle. EDIT: The rest of the staff here is wonderful. It's unfortunate they have to answer to him.

I hadn't been there in a while but had a great drink and meal and a super-entertaining bartender named DRAGAN.

Shame on Maggianos! Denying a service animal in your restaurant - your action ruined a large partying that was meeting there all for BJ Baldwin !! What has happened to your establishment ! We have come here so many times - the last time was a little so so not too great but NOW ThIS !! The ambiance has changed People are miserable Food is fair I mean very expensive and definitely gone down in the last 5 years (definitely not as good as it once was!) I am not sure what's going on here- sad sad state of affairs now- the food isn't even like it once was! Just a waste now !

Food: 5 stars Service: 5 stats Ambiance: 5 stars This was my second visit, and it was as good as the first visit. Made reservation for 3 at 11:45 a.m., and it wasn't busy. Everything was good except that I realized they calculated tips AFTER total that included tax. if you're going to use the precalculated tips at the bottom of the receipt, double check. 베가스와서 파스타 먹고 싶으면 여기도 괘찮음. 다른데 비해 가격도 약간 저렴한 편이고. 두번 와 봤는데 두번다 다 괜찮았음. 팁 계산이 세금포함해서 영수증에 나와 있는걸 알아서 고거이가 좀 거슬렸음.
