This place VERY accommodating. I had a picture of one of their products I saw online and the employee told me that it wasn’t was I was looking for. He then recommended something else. I agreed, he told me the price and I proceeded to check out. I was short by $1 because of like $20 in taxes. Taxes are fine. I don’t mind paying for them but I was short. Jay (them employee helping me) said he would spot the dollar! Solid guy, great employee, great experience!

Went to this place on a whim and had the most wonderful service. Brandy was extremely helpful. I am from out of town and they were great to me. Met the manager too, he seemed like a great guy. Priced well and product was great.

I went in on Thanksgiving. I was surprised they were even open. The kindest face met me at the door with a warm smile. Jay was awesome and hooked me up with exactly what I needed to put me in a great holiday mood! Golden Strawberry was a nice finish to my single Cracker Barrel Thanksgiving meal.👌 If we all show love to one another, this world will be a better place. We never know what others are going through, just be kind.✌️💗🙂

What happened to Maggie's Farm? I have tried contacting them through email 3 times, called twice and had to leave messages, and wrote to them through their website twice and I've gotten NO answers anywhere. No one has called, emailed, or messaged back. I wanted to talk to them about an email that told me I got points for my birthday but aren't showing up on my account. This is just rude.

I had Eric as my budtender this mornin. It was already a hectic morning and I still have 6 hours of homework to do before the 10th. I came in to get a "homework helper". The smile on Eric's face is infectious, his attitude is so soft and warm. Super helpful and calm. Thank you so much. My day is a lot less stressful now.

This was my first time in and everyone made me feel welcome and they were really welcoming. My bud tender Jay was extremely helpful knowledgeable. The prices were also good. I will definitely be back!

Let me give y'all the shakedown. I have been going to Maggie's for years. They have been the long long long time homies. Everything is so top notch, the tenders go extra lengths to make sure you get what you came in for, especially my guy Randy Chacon. This man literally knows me so well just by how I partake and always has something special for me every single time I come in. I love Maggie's, and I LOVE Randy even more!!!!

My girlfriend and I had the best experience here and 100% will be back! Jay was extremely helpful while we were at Maggie’s Farm. He was super friendly, answered all of our questions, and shared a lot of great information and knowledge which we really appreciated being new to the area! 10/10 would recommend Maggie’s Farm to anyone and everyone, especially after our experience with Jay!

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I got what I needed at the time. Laura, in particular, was the highlight. She showed me what I needed to know and was so kind. It didn't hurt that I kinda wanted to squeeze the booty but that is aside the point.

What's there not to like?!?! Organic sun grown flower, knowledgeable awesome and nice as hell budtenders. Oh, did I mention the ounce price for that flower...$75 out the door!!! They have lots of vapes and options for edibles! A must check out place if your anywhere near the area!!

Maggie's understands that they do not have a whole lot of competition so they don't have to try very hard, half of the employees are just plain rude. And they are out of product often, Come on Colorado Springs let's vote for legal recreational in town this November then we can be done with Maggie's for ever

The people that worked there did not seem to know what they were doing. The product was not well stocked, and they did not have very much selection. The wait was long, even though there was nobody in front of me.

I could have grown and harvested my own weed. Thats how long these people took. I wanted my bud and I wanted to "bounce." Instead all of these workers acted as if they were stoned and talked every customers ear off. It was if they expected each customer to sit and have tea with them. The workers were friendly and respectful but slower than a broken down turtles. If I were the business owner I would search for a method to get people in and out a little smoother.

Sadly this place is horrible. The worst set up I've ever seen. Everyone has to wait outside and/or cramped inside a tiny waiting room until they yell your name in front of everyone. They lie about prices and over charge. Low quality, low selection and over priced. Bad customer service. GO DOWN TO ROAD TO EMERALD FIELDS or better yet drive the 35 mins to Pueblo for better quality and cheaper price.

The red headed door guy was rude so that was my first impression and it wasn't good. I had to use a kiosk to order and try to figure out specials and whatever. The lines were crazy so I guess that's why they think they can treat people this way. Some competition is needed to put them in their place. The wait was so long and I barely baught anything. Don't go here

Very very low selection of products if you want top notch popular name brand products. Extremely busy and lack of interest in supporting your decision of products. Do not recommend unless you just want low quality products. Also asked for a specific thing and got another.

Overpriced and shitty service. Most expensive dispensary in the entire state 2-3x more expensive than anywhere else and they make you wait forever. People love being ripped off apparently . Boycot this place.

Three different times I've placed a simple orders online and three different times people who shop in person get called faster than online orders and they give the usual excuse every time. "We are trying a new system". Stop making excuses and hire better people instead of doing favors.

Love the products that I've purchased. But sometimes it's a long wait. the check in/ordering process I don't believe is run the best.

The tip for this place is to order online. You will still wait once inside but at least you can figure out what you want. Also they offer a veteran discount! The cashier was super cool and gave me some advice.

Rude employees, rude management and rude customers. They should use more of their own product because they are too high strung. Also, Get a bigger parking lot if you're going to share space with a gas station.

I got in and out in less than 20 minutes. There's a person to greet you a person to provide directions next person to service you and say step this way they even brought out my order and get handed it to me! Everybody was so pleasant. No wonder they won the Best Awards!

Wish I could give 0, I have my med card and treat myself to specific brands from nearby rec stores when I have the chance. Prices are outrageous and faculty is rude. Can't wait for rec to be legal in the springs so this place can finally go out of business.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! It is super busy, so it takes time to get your stuff but it is worth it. Great deals, rewards program and WOW I have never had such a better high. I will definitely go out of my way to come here ANYTIME!!!

IT TAKES FOREVER!! The staff is pretty good, but stop yelling out people first and last names please! Also why does it take so long?? Seriously, why? Why is this still an issue at this point in time? YOU NEED MORE SPACE, AND CASHIERS!! Stop being cheap, and start acknowledging that your biggest problem is WAITING TIME! Most all bad reviews on here, is about how long it takes! It shouldn't take an hr, or more for one, joint! Seriously, this place makes millions, and I'm not over exaggerating! you need to build! Add on to your building. You have space, I've seen it! You'll do more business if you invest in it. Happy customers, that can get in, and out in a timely manner, will most definitely be back for more. McDonald's would've never made it as far as they have if it took an hour to get one, cheeseburger.

Closest recreational dispo to COS. Their bud is marketed as organic but is kinda mid compared to some bud in Denver. Certainly more expensive than bud up in Denver. Great for quick re-ups, but you SHOULD DEFINITELY ORDER ONLINE. If you show up without an order they'll basically make you create an online order on their iPads. Best part about this place is that it's open until 11:45PM.

Terrible weed, terrible customer service, even worse process. My husband and I went to the Springs for the weekend, we live in Centennial. We were in rush so I didn't stop at my fav dispensary and figured I could pick up some cannabis out there. Nope. The Springs is med only. Maggie's Farm is expensive. The process is awful. You place and order on an iPad. You don't see anything other than just pics that aren't accurate, I'll explain later. If you don't have an account you have to set up an account to get in the queue to buy your cannabis AFTER placing your order. Super messy, super confusing, and super unsafe. No real security. To make matters worse is the terribly noticeable high employees. They don't really explain the process to you and just kinda zone out and point at iPads. I had a black gentlemen in a wizard hat attempt to help me. I don't think Harry Potter knew where he was but when he told me to create an account so I could be added to the queue to buy, he didn't add me. I waited 14 mins and had to ask another employee what was going on as several people who came in after me, had already ordered, bought, and left. The bud tender I got was legit. I thought I ordered an all in one vape because that what was pictured when I ordered it but it wasn't, it was just a cart. I had zero intentions of tipping but that dude saved me so I tipped him. The pictures for ordering are whack. So if that process is to make it easier, it isn't. I can't imagine how many people walk out not knowing they have the wrong ish. Maybe that's what they want though...which is hella ugly and dishonest. I wanted to like this place because I love the shout out to Dylan and I pass by it on my way to Texas when I go back to visit but this is the WORST dispensary ever. It's hella expensive. $50+ tax for a gram, it was 73% THC...and I've had delta CBD hit harder. If you're a tourist, then you're screwed. I'd look for another spot out there. If you live here, drive to Centennial/Littleton or Pueblo to get better weed at lower prices with better customer service.

My Husband and I loved this place, we went back every night while on vacation there. I found myself some gummies that really help with my fibromyalgia pain. I was really just amazed with all the different products they had. They have a great easy to use app so you can place your order. The waiting line outside was a bit long at times but come on, what do you expect for this place the app also has a point system and bonus sign up point reward and a referral point reward. Which I collected from referring my husband to it LOL

Absolutely trash service. 3x the actual cost of the products as well. Ordered online and waited for 40 minutes for them to finally actually fulfill the order of 1 pre roll and had put the order in an hour before arriving... literally heard them call my order over the speakers to be filled 25 minutes after being checked in... they don't give a shit about the customers money or time... highly do not recommend

Bud is okay, the ript edibles are great tasting and doesn't leave the nasty aftertaste like other brands but the prices are extremely high..

My husband and I were visiting Colorado Springs for the night and stumbled upon Maggie's in search of a recreational dispensary. I ordered online ahead of time because of the mixed reviews. Within 10 minutes of placing my online order, I received a text saying it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store (5pm on a Saturday) there was only one person ahead of me in line. I was greeted by friendly staff, multiple of whom told me to have a great weekend. I had a great conversation with the bud tender who checked me out and my total was somehow $5 cheaper than the online estimate. Based on my experience, the staff deserve more than 5 stars. I received better service than half of the dispensaries I have visited in Denver. Everything was simple and flawless, from the online portal to picking up and paying. I highly recommend checking them out!

Before I had to come in, I had called asking about certain rules when it comes using your points and was given incorrect information when I went in that came to ahead because the price was different and I only had so much cash. The person who helped me was very kind and understanding that she had the right rule but because I had been told the wrong thing it was frustrating. When the supervisor came over, he explained to me exactly what the correct was which I appreciate it because now I know, he also went above and beyond to make sure that everyone knew that that was the rule, as well as accommodating me, I have to say that sometimes it's not about what went wrong before but how you can make it right and the supervisor and the person that help me just went above and beyond and making it right. I'm horrible with names but I just have to give these two kind humans their props because y'all really made my day and keep doing what you're doing.

Over rated and over priced, they squeeze money out of people because it's the closest rec dispo in Colorado Springs. For better weed and cheaper prices drive to Pueblo right past the other Maggie's to the cannabis depo, only a 40 minute drive, their ounces of midshelf are only $50 a pop and they don't get their weed recalled. May the price of blaze be forever in your favor

The way the store works is bad. Had to pick something from an iPad before you even go in. Then you sit and wait for someone to put it in a bag and call you up front to pay. You can't look around to see what else you might want without buying something first. Then, after all that, they tried to slip in something you didn't order cause they were out of it. If I didn't ask what they gave me, I would gotten all the way home and found out. I ended up canceling the whole thing. MAKE sure you got what you asked for.

Leaving another 1 star review after the last visit over a year ago still makes me angry. They make you ask them for the local discount and then act weird about it. You can't look at the flower before you buy LOL. Everything is super expensive. One employee was scolding another female employee for "showing too much skin, I'll have to write you up." What is this Saudi Arabia? This store is for rich boomers and tourists. Goto Pueblo, they're some great dispensaries and everything is CHEAP

I don't know if I'm extra spoiled by the dispensaries in my state, but I have never in my life waited in a line for an hour wrapped around the building like this. What are they doing in there? Is there some sort of mandatory twenty minute break between customers? Are the budtenders sloths yet unfamiliar with the logistics of a cash register? Was this system devised by a bevy of extraterrestrials who have not yet bothered to visit Earth?

I ordered ahead online after checking the reviews on here. There was a line, but it went -really- fast. Everyone wore masks and a guy came by to scan your ID. Once at the door you're brought inside and given your order, then shown where to check out. The cashier Danielle was so sweet and awesome. A few people showed up without ordering ahead and I noticed a group outside answering questions about product and such. Overall it was a very quick, nice experience! I just moved to CO and for being my first time here I'll definitely be returning.

-2 star for the painful lines. Expect to wait in line for at least half an hour unless you come at 11pm. Not sure if they can do anything with all the tourist shoppers but there's need to be something quicker. Some Weed is great, prices are great. The line is orchestrated like a traffic jam and no one seems to care. Imagine waiting 45 mins at a liquor store.

Staff is incompetent, most of them don't communicate on anything, so I've gotten told many different things in a handful of situations. At one point I had to wait in a 1 hour long line just to buy a hoodie, which I wasn't even supposed to be in line for. Either nobody communicated with that specific staff member that you don't wait in line for merch, or they just don't know how to do their job correctly. The lines are ungodly long and slow. The service provided here is absolutely ridiculous. The prices are extremely high. I could get the same amount of weed for SIGNIFICANTLY less money at the Maggie's farm in Pueblo. Would definitely not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and find a better dispensary.

First time there, pretty cool. The concept of checking out was a little different than what I'm used to. Efficient nonetheless. Roy was my budtender and he was chill.

Went around 645pm on a Friday. About 10 people in outdoor line(heat in the tent, pretty warm w thermometer reading 60°) Went pretty quick but !! Before you can get in line -- you need to order online or you can talk to people behind the desk inside the tent. Oh&they accept debit/credit. Not just cash :) 4/5 because of pricing. Cheaper around the area for what I got ‍

The vibes at this place were not it. The customers were weird, the employees were weird. You can't look at the products before you buy them and they make u stand outside for what..? Not returning. They were out of a lot of products too. It was like shopping at a prison store

Hated this place. I'll leave it at that. Hate the set up, the customer service hot and cold. There are a lot of rules in place which doesn't make it seem very welcoming. Just save yourself the time go down the street to emerald fields.

Everytime I go to this store, I have to take an hour plus out of my day, to simply shop for mmj. I can't WAIT, until they are not the only choice for the springs... then we will start seeing great deals, and nicer SERVICE. Same with emerald fields. Ripoff kings!!

I've been coming here since day one. It was a little awkward then however everyone got used to that. And the weed was good! However a lot changed before covid and after covid and the place is packed all the time. You do have to wait an hour hour-and-a-half in line in the elements. I mean if your first time buyer I guess it's okay to experience it they got pretty good weed. Except for the whole joints the whole joints will run on you because they add wax to them. More pipe weed but I'm not sure if it's Tim's or what because it's so ground-up added with wax. Then they have two in one and sometimes we get it in our weed is smaller than the filter on the joint so and it's okay I'm just really really unhappy dissatisfied with Maggie's farm recently on how they'll portray that they're great and they won awards and yeah you know where the number one in the town because they can be I'm not impressed with them at all it takes a really long time for everybody to come out and get their weed and you take your chance on getting good weed or not just at that point right now with them they've really gone downhill it used to be all pimped out used to be all swag. I can honestly say since day not anymore. There's some great places in Pueblo and if you're able to I would go to Denver. Otherwise you're just getting really expensive weed and not getting the quality of it and giving these people your money.

The parking lot is awful. Finding a space or waiting out on the street is normal. You will then have to show a valid I.d not expired and expect to pay top dollar for everything. 7 plus per joint very small joints with maybe 17% thc. The edibles are 20 to 30 for a very small ..photo attached. If you're into long lines no parking and very expensive this recreational weed monopoly place is for you.

Maggie's Farm was the first dispensary I've ever been to. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but overall it wasn't bad. You go in and get a number, go into another room, wait for your number to be called, then you get to go back to check out the goods. It felt more like a DMV or jail visit, but it is what it is. Their system is in place for whatever reason, and seems to work. They have very strict rules and policies, so pay attention. They're located in a more touristy area so their prices are on the higher side compared to places further out, but they're extremely convenient if you're staying in the area. There's a pretty good selection, and the staff can kind of guide you if you're looking for specifics. We purchased a couple of things, including a pain salve that ended up working wonders. Keep in mind when you go that it is cash only. No cards. Be prepared for that when you get there, because once you leave you can't go back in that day. Also, parking is very slim, but there is additional parking around the corner for days that they're super busy.

Quick service even when busy, good deals on rotation, friendly staff. My go to for the springs

I shopped for recreational here every week for over a year. It was, for the most part, terrible. The parking situation is a nightmare. The employees managing the lines are awful and unhelpful, and I have heard them on numerous occasions explicitly lie about how fast the line was moving/closing time in order to get people to leave so they could go home early (they literally said this). They also didn't enforce their own mask policy so I constantly had to stand in (the very VERY long) line with people who wore them around their neck or down below their nose, clearly not caring if anyone around them was immunocompromised. I frequently had problems with basic purchasing- reward points not being applied to my account, discounts not being applied. One time they almost didn't let me make a purchase because someone else had made a purchase earlier that day and it was somehow assigned to the wrong person- thankfully, they let me check out and keep the reward points eventually. Finally, their system of customer management is TERRIBLE. I understand that COVID made it difficult to get through people as quickly, but the fact that you MUST pre-order online and aren't allowed to line up before you get the "order ready" confirm text and just have to cross your fingers and hope it's not a long line when you get there is INSANE. It would be so, so, so easy to put together a live feed so that people can see the line before they drive all the way over and waste their time, but management clearly isn't bright or technologically competent enough to make something like that happen. I really, really wanted to like this place, but it's awful. Thankful I discovered the dispensaries in Pueblo and am getting my red card so I have other options. Maggie's Manitou needs a SERIOUS overhaul.

Don't go on your bday. They'll let you place an order then refuse to serve you bc Colorado license expires on your birthday. Customer service has steadily gone downhill, I've been a customer for years, but my last experience was horrible. Save yourself some hassle and go to Emerald Fields right down the road and deal with professionals.
