HORRIBLE. Quality has gone down. This used to be my favorite spot for avocado and coconut taro smoothies but after this experience I’m never going back. If you want 99% ice and 1% flavor visit this location. I’m upset I hadn’t realized this while I was still close to the store.

Love the drinks, atmosphere, and the interior decor. Also there’s a drive-thru if you’re in a rush. One of my favorite places to get milk tea smoothies because of how fresh yet quick they make them! If you decide to dine in they have games to pass time and have utilized the space to actually accommodate a lot of seats. Also their taro smoothie comes with whipped cream which I haven’t seen before and recommend 10/10 🌟 I recommend their fried calamari too but sometimes it can be a little soggy.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was terrible. It is in fact not a smoothie at all more like a icee from a corner store..It has ZERO MILK! What kind of smoothie has no milk? No creamy texture at all & you only get about 10 tapioca beads if you add boba. It was not sweet AT ALL. I returned it to the lady & she said that's how it comes & offered to add sugar. I wasted my money & gas

We were looking for a place to go out and try something new. We were headed down Bellaire Blvd and hit some road construction so we turned around and stopped at Magic Cup. It was surprisingly good. We had a decaf latter…very average, but what made it fun weee the Magic Puffs. Fresh hot donut like pastries with powdered sugar and chocolate. Made the stop worth it! This is a fun place and the menu looks like it has some fun teas as well. I wanted to try the Tiger Latte… maybe next time.

First time here, tried the grilled pork Banh Mi with added sunnyside egg, and absolutely loved it. The pork was full of flavor, the entire sandwich filling. I also tried the coconut and white mocha iced drink. I will skip the whipped cream and caramel drizzle next time (too much sugar for me, personally) but the rest of the drink was delicious. Will definitely be back to try more options.

Love the service, and the atmosphere! It's actually so cute. The windows make it a prime study spot.

If you have some sweet and savory quick bite cravings while you are studying, you should check this place out. Place is super spacious and chill music playing in the background. I came on a rainy day so there wasn't any people, only two workers and they are fast at making my order. I got the voodoo chicken spicy, give it a 7/10 because it's not only not spicy, it lacks seasoning flavor in general. The chicken bite size is good and tender juicy, would be a good hit if it has more flavor. Omg the magic puffs are great. They aren't too doughy and small bite size so I really like it. It satisfied my beignet craving. Lavender latte I give it a 8/10 it's little too sweet for me but the floral scent of lavender was there but not too overpowering the coffee so it was good still.

We have been here once before & enjoyed our drinks. But this time we came in for 2 coffee drinks & one fruit smoothie. The Vietnamese coffee was just average and mine had two pieces of plastic in my drink. Our daughter in law thought her fruit smoothie was bland. Then when we got home with our receipt, we checked our credit card acct online for something else & saw that Magic Cup had double billed us. We got charged for the 3 drinks before tipping & then again for the full amt plus tipping. We called the coffee shop w/no results. Tried calling corporate & emailed them too...NO results. We finally called our credit card company. This was probably an honest mistake & they are just too busy to respond. Either way we do not recommend them and we won't ever go back. Houston has way too many great coffee shops in town.

Magic Cup has been on my bookmark for Wanna Go Post Pandemic. Not because it offers dining rewards, but it's unique and stands out from the rest of the boba tea joints on the west of Beltway. I came here for a taste of lighter side of snacking. I ordered Nouc Mat and veggie egg rolls for takeout. I'm so glad they already included all the toppings in the artichoke drink. Sugar level was perfect. Veggie egg rolls came with 2 containers of sweet and sweet sauce. I wonder if they were made in house. After egg rolls cooled down, the flavor and texture remained. I don't believe restaurant made them. But I prefer this Chinese type better than the Vietnamese type. There were many signs on the doors to warm us about the staff shortage. When I got here, I was the only customer and the dining room was less than a quarter filled. Restaurant was very clean. I like those white tables and chairs. They made clean to show up more. I saw few young customers at the patio area. It is essential to have it fenced in. The restaurant is on the outskirt of the strip mall called AI HOA Marketplace. Sign is new, but I know Magic Cup was here way before the mall remodeling.

So there's a sandwich shop not too far from here that's our favorite - but even if that place someday closed down, we'd still go out of our way for Magic Cup. It's a little pricier than some other bubble tea places, but the quality is absolutely worth the cost - and they have a convenient drive-thru if you're getting food from elsewhere. The Jasmine Green Tea with Boba is my go-to, but I've also tried their Thai Green Milk Tea and regular Thai Tea. My husband, on the rare occasions he feels like a sweet drink, loves their 'Cha-Mango' - a blended ice drink made with mango, chamoy, and garnished with a tamarind straw and fresh mango chunks. All of them are great; and even if you get them at their 'default' sweetness level they won't be overwhelmingly sugary. The boba are also cooked nicely, being chewy and slightly 'al dente' with a nice brown sugar flavor. I've also ordered food from here a couple of times via UberEATS. Their customer service is already great, but it really shines here; whenever they've been out of an ingredient, they've called my phone as soon as Uber alerts me to this, offering an apology and a replacement item. They also make a hole in the top of the styrofoam box for delivery, which works wonders for stopping things from 'steaming' and getting soggy in transit! And as for the food itself; their voodoo chicken is great, but can be a little salty if you up the spice level too much. It comes with both sweet chili sauce AND sriracha though, so it's easy to make up for it if you stick with 'Medium' spice or lower. Their selection of banh mis is somewhat limited, but my personal favorite is the grilled pork, which is always tender and well-seasoned with just enough mayo. So yeah; Magic Cup has great drinks, good food, and great service. If you find yourself a regular here, try signing up to their rewards program and text alerts. They frequently offer $2-3 off a drink for various holidays and events, or if you just haven't been in a while. Cheers!

Driving around Bellaire, Houston not sure what to drink since there were so many boba shops to choose from. I decided to go with Magic Cup since they have drive thru. However, ended up going inside because my family needed to use the restroom. It was very loud inside. This one group of like 6 made it worse because they talked and laughed super loud. Guess they had to tho because they needed to talk louder than the music so other individuals in the group can hear. Anyways, because it was so loud inside the staff was having a difficult time hearing what I ordered and vice versa. I couldn't really hear what she needed. Guess she was trying to say that I can enter my info to get points. Would have been nice to hear it because I could have receive $1 off on my next order ( I placed 2 separate orders that day because I needed to order another drink). The beignets were fresh and yummy. It was nice that the sauce and powder was on the side. I can dip since I don't like too much chocolate on my beignets. For the price, you do get a good amount of beignets ( : The kimchi fries was also yummy. It blended pretty well. The cheese, greens and fries was so good together. It was a good portion for the price. Drinks...however, was not as great. The herbal tea tasted like a weak version of wintermelon tea. Why didn't they just say wintermelon lol actually, it tasted more like water. The black tea was nasty. I did left it in the fridge and drank it the next day so not sure if that was the reason for the unpleasant taste. So I might need to retry this drink someday. Huge parking lot. Inside was pretty big. Lots of seating Patio seating avail too Customer service was good but again, it was super loud inside

Website says they close at 11. Called to place an order at 10:15 and they said they "close at 10" and the kitchen closes at "9:30". Such an inconvenience. If the girl doesn't want to work she can literally just quit there's no need to lie. Very inconvenient.

We came here on a Sunday night looking for a new boba spot to try. Its located in a semi sketchy neighborhood. Inside is decently spacious but it doesn't look very clean or tidy. We got the coconut milk tea and the sea foam drink. The service was below average as the staff there were both equally unfriendly as well as lacking knowledge on their own menu. Drinks tasted pretty watered down and we weren't really impressed with it. Plenty of Boba spots to try but this isn't one we would recommend

Food is the best thing ever service is the most valuable thing that I can say they have ambiance is relaxing

I come here all the times and just realized I haven't wrote a review. I started coming here years ago when they first opened and love the drinks. Everything is good here especially the Viet frappe. Customer service is a hit or missed but the taste of drinks and food are always consistent to me.

Came here for a late night snack: it's open late and has a driv thru! I ordered the fries with a drink and it came up to about $16 I believe. The fries are def nice and spicy, comes with a layer of shredded cheese and another of melted cheese, bacon if you add it, the kimchi, etc. I thought that the toppings were a little much compared to how many fries you get. Next time I'll def order light on the cheese because it covered the entire box. It was still really good though and the fruit tea was also good. It comes with a bunch of fruit bits and jellies, but I felt like I would've enjoyed it better if I still added boba to it. The fruit bits tasted really fresh though even though I came at the end of the day. I'll def be coming back and trying some other things :))

I visited this place after a while and couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered magic puffs, kimchi fried with PORK but they didn't add the meat. Wth!!!! Husband and I drove there from cypress. We only found out when we're home urghhhh

I went to Magic Cup to get lunch on one Saturday a few weeks ago. Ordered the grilled chicken banh mi and a strawberry peach iced tea. The banh mi was very tasty and the strawberry/peach iced tea was filled with diced strawberry & peach pits. Both are quite good!

We've been here before and really liked their drive thru option. And I remember their boba was pretty cheap. I think prices went up now at 4.45 but wanted to try it again. We ordered a coffee milk tea, wintermelon milk tea and honey oolong tea all with boba. They were efficient and friendly. You can put whatever toppings instead of the suggested ones. They came out fast and I was excited to try but wow my tea was strong. Didn't taste honey. Boba is on the soft side. Passable. I tasted the wintermelon and it was sweet. Not bad. Better than mine. Coffee was strong but ok too. Overall ok place. Had better and many better boba places down the street. But very convenient!

'Tis the season to enjoy one of my fave Frappes! Their Andes Mint series is now finally back during the holiday season! My fave is the Andes Mint Oreo Frappe with coconut milk and boba, but they also have the Andes Mint Mocha and Andes Mint Hot Cocoa to choose from. I really enjoy eating bits of the Andes chocolate in my Frappe. So much so that I am enjoying one right now as you are reading this. Don't miss out on their seasonal drinks!

The place is clean and quiet. I got the avocado smoothie and it was very icy and kind of flavorless. I also got the tiger oat milk tea (with regular sugar) maybe I should had asked if I can adjust the sugar but this was way too sweet. The boba was perfectly chewy.

On today's comments, I'd like to respond. Magic Cup Cafe management was sincere and courteous in explaining to customers about today's event. the cafe even advertised for weeks about the event and even had the event posted at their shop for weeks as well. as a customer myself, I was there to see first hand. Thank you to Magic Cup for making today's Valentine's Day BTS event a great success!! The food and drinks are fantastic!! Always a pleasure! EVENT is going on... come on by and buy from Vendors and some cafe goodies!! It's soooo much FUN!!

My husband went through the drive thru to grab us a few drinks from here today. The service was good and fast. He surprised me with an Iced Aloe Chia tea w/ boba which is light and refreshing. And he ordered himself Cha-watermelon which has chamoi mixed in. This is my second time having drinks from this location and they do not disappoint. I love that there are so many drinks to choose from. Lots of variety to make whatever type of drink you want.

Magic Cup overall is all right. just ok. Not the best drinks nor staff. I ordered the Thai Tea with boba 25% less sweet, but it literally tasted like water. The way they make the drinks is not consistent, resulting in different tastes every time. Today I wanted to try the thai green milk tea, but I get nervous sometimes trying new drinks. I asked the server what the difference was between the thai milk tea and thai green milk tea and I got a I don't know response. Like how do you work at a boba place and not know the drinks. Anyways, I ordered the iced mango oolong tea with peach bits 50% less sweet. It is a good drink, but is very sweet for 50% less sweet. I like how the place is spacious and clean. A good place to hang with people, but I'd go elsewhere for drinks.

My daughters ordered 2 drinks and 2 kimchi fries One of the drinks bananas strawberry smoothie tasted very bitter was awful. It didn't taste right like it should of. We ask the girl at the drive theu window to take a look why the drink taste bitter? She didn't care and said can't do anything. Like tough luck too bad. It was awful service there tonight , my kids love to go there every week. Now I'm so disappointed with the customer service I got from the girls working there. They were like giggling and didn't want to see what was wrong with the drink. It had a bitter taste maybe from the boba. But we know that was not normal for that drink. There are so many drink tea house places on every corner street now and days. We felt so betrayed humiliated with there attitudes towards us. I asked for the manager but they said no one could help me. It's such very very bad customer service!

But I've star I absolutely recommend it. It is the best kimchi fries are so good and bánh mì the pork is the best and the kimchi. It has the best service. The people are really nice. I like it so much it is the best

I love this place! Located in Chinatown, you can imagine there is a variety of boba / tea shops everywhere. You can spend an entire day looking for a nice little spot! Don't look no further! Today, I had the privilege to meet the owner and she was very nice and kind to everyone! I usually do the cha-mango with curly fries but I wanted to try something new... and I was NOT disappointed. I love the slogan; "come as strangers; leave as friends" It truly does feel like I'm a friend; no, more like family. Friendly smiles, comfortable chairs.. the music... ahhh... So I don't normally go five stars on a first review, but when you see the actual, whole, fruits that you plan to enjoy in your smoothie, well that just makes me happy. I had just had some dental work done, and my mouth was not feeling all that great. But I was hungry and wanted something nutritious. The idea of a smoothie was perfect... In fact an avocado smoothie. I just figured it would be the perfect thing... And it was. Thuy had the a Mango Strawberry smoothie, and it too was very good. I'm going to make a quick comment on the fruit. Where we live, near Fort Worth, we have encountered places that use powders as their flavoring. Yuck! As I don't know Houston very well, maybe that doesn't happen here, since the Asia community is larger, and I suspect more discerning. This I can tell from the other reviews. Bottom line: Glad we found the magic!

This place is good! It's a drive thru boba place which is the most amazing concept in the world. Came here on a Saturday night with some friends but we decided to go inside. Very nice and spacious. We all got different drinks and enjoyed them. I got the thai tea which was good. I opted for 50% sugar but it wasn't sweet at all. The drink was was still really good and creamy. I would probably do the 70-75% sugar level next time. The Thai green tea, mango peach green tea, and milk tea were delicious as well! They're really sweet though, so just an FYI. You can change up the sugar levels which is nice. 70-75% sugar seems like a safe bet. The only negative of this place was the parking lot. We came at night so the parking lot was pitch black. There were literally no lights. I was pretty sure we would get robbed because it was like 10pm. Also, right when I pulled into the lot my car went into a deep pot hole....... when I got out of it I automatically drove into another pot hole........the bottom of my car was covered in dirt. Honestly thought I popped a tire. Be cautious or you'll be screwed. :D

Updated review: I've been coming here now consistently for a year and I have not been disappointed. Drinks have been consistently great and the voodoo chicken (nuggets) here are always crispy and fresh. I love the Kimchi fries (add bacon and an egg) and I'm assuming they have changed their egg rolls bc I've read people on here say they are the size of at a thumb but they are apparently not anymore? The veggie rolls are a great quick snack and very filling. My fav drink now is the Viet frapp with coffee jelly! You can adjust the sweetness level as well :) But I also like the white coconut mocha (hot AND iced are delicious). The honey caramel latte is also very tasty if you like sweet but again, sweetness can be adjusted! I also appreciate the business owner/manager replying to my previous review in a professional manner and not being upset about the feedback I provided. I've noticed owners/managers can sometimes reply and be upset they aren't a 5 star or be defensive (so annoying).

Another great boba spot in an already solid lineup of shops in the Houston Chinatown area. This may seem silly, but my favorite thing about this place may be their cups that feature the iconic Houston skyline - it is small details like that that help set this place apart. They have a lot of variety on their menu as well. I had read an Eater article touting their Vietnamese iced coffee as one of the best in Houston, so I had to give that a shot. It was deliciously potent - definitely recommend if you are a sucker for Cafe Sua Da like me. There is plenty of parking and seating inside!

The strawberry peach special-tea is one of my new favorite drinks! We ordered the drink with 75 percent less sugar and added boba - The drink turned out perfect! The tea balanced out the sweetness of the fruit really well. It comes iced and with bits of cut up fruit which makes the drink really refreshing, even during the winter. Must try! We stopped by Chinese New Year weekend and they were hosting a lion dance celebration event and a red envelope promotional offer. It was very festive and great for all ages. Parking is never an issue here. They share the parking lot with all the other establishments behind the building. Looks like they are redoing the lot as well. I noticed a printing station that's available for use (with a small fee I'm assuming). Printing, wifi, sitting space, drinks and food sounds like a great combination for studying too. Overall, great place for drinks, studying, or hanging out. They also have a convenient drive through line too. I still have to try their food one day! Yet another reason to come back!

I ordered the churros with white chocolate dipping sauce and an iced honey caramel latte. The churros comes with 6 churro sticks. The churros and sauce are soooo good! As for the iced honey caramel latte... I've had better but this will do. 5 stars since I enjoyed the churros very much and quick service!

Came to the drive through on a Friday night at 9:34 to try and order Kimchi fries (2) orders. Was told firmly the kitchen always closes at 9:30. I could tell the young lady was annoyed that I even asked, anyways, it was 9:34!! And there was a line wrapped around the building. I get y'all wanna get off early and clean up early, but on one of the busiest nights?! Why would you guys miss out on the opportunity to make money?! It says this business closes at 10 but get there before 9:30 if you want food. Disappointed. But needed up getting Kimchi fries elsewhere that were delicious

Magic cup is a cafe serving coffee, smoothies, tea, and savory snacks. It's also a great study spot with strong wifi, plenty of tables, and some outlets. We ordered the coconut milk tea with boba, fruit tea madness, and churros. The coconut milk tea was creamy and bursting with coconut flavor that was accentuated with real coconut shavings. It gave us relaxing tropical vibes, like sipping a piña colada on the beach. The boba had great bouncy texture and subtle flavor, nothing extraordinary. The fruit tea madness was divisive between us - Alejandro found it a fantastic. Generous servings of diced strawberry, mango, green apple, and clear jelly filled the cup. He found the fruits and tea a good combination of very sweet ripened fruit and tart slightly unripe fruit, leading to a refreshing and balanced sweet-tart drink with complex layers. Esther found the drink overwhelmingly tart and not sweet enough to her liking. As for the churros, we found them overly dry and saturated with granulated sugar. The dipping sauces made them taste better by adding some moisture, but not by much. Overall, we would both highly recommend the coconut milk tea, and we suggest the fruit tea madness to those who are a fan of strong fruity tropical flavors, tartness, and semi-sweetness. Came here on a weekend to get our tapioca fix. The place had a good amount of parking spots, but also there were construction in the parking lot where the drive thru is located. Almost cause us to have an accident because someone was going the wrong way. We love the drive thru quick + easy. Just ordered a green thai tea with regular boba. Boba seems like were just freshly made. The green thai tea wasn't so sweet, perfect to my likings. We were in + out no longer then 3 minutes. Only reason why I'm giving it three stars is because safety hazard.

We came here to try some drinks versus all the other boba spots on bellaire. I feel like I'd come here often if I lived in the area because the drinks were made quickly and I liked what I ordered. My party and I decided on a 24 oz. cha mango, 24 oz fruit tea madness and 2 of the smaller size nuoc mat. I also got a small order of voodoo chicken at spice level 2 or 3 I can't remember exactly. Our drinks came and here's the final verdict: Cha Mango- super yummy! the slush part was good. They added a lot of the chamoy so it was super tart, tangy and spicy SOO good! The mango bits were nice and the tamarind straw was also very good. Fruit Tea Madness- very refreshing and not overpowering with sweetness. the tea had a nice flavor and there was a nice amount of jelly and fresh fruit bits. grab a spoon to eat your fruits and jelly. Nuoc Mat- wintermelon artichoke tea with like grass jelly I think chia seeds and agar jelly. My brother and mom did not like it. It wasn't made like other places.. very different and they also noted that it was too sweet. We weren't impressed with this drink at all. Get royal artichoke from long coffee instead. That's bomb! Voodoo chicken- chicken was hot and the chunks were nicely sized. It had a little kick of spice to it and it was nice and crispy. Came with a sweet chili sauce for dipping. Overall many items we tried were good. We'll be back for some things when we visit but others not so much. Service was quick and friendly; they weren't packed when we went at all. They also have a drive thru for added convenience. I want to try different drinks and more of their food as well.

Definitely loved the vibe of this place. If I lived in Houston, would definitely come here more often. Tried out this place with friends on a trip. They have a variety of drinks. And I was so surprised that they had food items. But it was great, because we were starving and wanted to snack on something. The phonomenal dip was a must must try! It was so delicious and so worth it! The girl who took our order recommended it and I'm so glad she did because it tasted amazing! The drinks were delicious! Service was great and our food came out quick. If you're not down with dining in, they even have a drive-thru. Definitely recommend this place!

I was first aware of magic up in Dallas because they have a location there. I tried the Houston one a couple of years ago and didn't really fall in love. I thought it was good not great and my sexy girl didn't like it at all. My dog can actually do tricks. She's a "Magic Pup." However they kept sending her nice Instagram comments on her awesome flashy porn nails and heels - we loved the comments, and we gave them another try recently and realized that we really didn't know what we were talking about. Yes some of the products are too sweet and yes not all of their crazy concoctions and Innovations are to our taste. But they're actually really good. And such lovely, lovely people. They never kick people out, even after closing. So not used to this kind of sweet service in these parts. Harry Potter was only a hero because of his "Magic Cape" by the way. And they have a drive thru! Which I never use, but you might. And if your summer camp at school had a lot of mushroom usage, then it was a "Magic Camp." And I do think they make good milk tea - and they do make absolutely excellent Vietnamese coffee which is not a surprise since this is one of the top items on the menu. Some of their fruit Innovations are excellent but a little sweet for her taste. We're still working our way through the menu and at the moment we're coming here at least once a week so that we can try lots of different stuff. My kittens are literally flying around the room right now. That was some truly "Magic Catnip" I have them." It has even forced its way into our regular bubble tea rotation which is very very hard to do because we have extremely high standards so even though it's not one of our absolute favourites in Houston, the service and ownership are second to none - and this place does a great job of social media marketing - and the drinks are damn good too, especially the Vietnamese coffee style products. I got the taro coconut milk tea with boba, less ice. The tea itself was pretty good, the boba was pretty chewy, but not sweet! 626 boba is still way better hehe. Pros: -very vast selection of milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, etc in various combos such as (green Thai tea or avocado matcha smoothie) -five stars rewards program -appetizers and snacks Cons: -drinks are kind of pricey -indoor and outdoor seating area

If you're looking for a place to study, have fun, or just kick it, Magic cup will live up to its name! The staff of young teens is always very helpful and eager to make sure that you are able to drink something sweet or eat something great. Definitely one of my favorite tapioca/snack spots in the Bellaire area. I've come here many times, and there wifi is alwyas on point. Many of the reasons I am a college graduate and have a job, is because I studied applied for jobs and was fueled by Magic Cup. Check them out. They never dissapoint!

I've been here several times now since finding them early this year my go to is the strawberry smoothie but sometimes add pineapple or peaches what I really like about this place is the smoothies are all natural no added sugar. Also whenever I need a pick me up there Veit frappe is pretty delicious. Usually use the drive through but if I need to use the restroom they are open and clean.

Adding back 1 star because this place has improved since its grand opening. My experiences are usually better when I do drive-through. One of the few boba places with a drive-through and saves me plenty of time. Located in a spacious parking lot of a shopping plaza. It's usually not crowded during most times. One thing that has kept me coming back is their thai green milk tea. I love the creaminess of the milk tea. It's light and not too heavy. They also put less ice and a regular size was plenty. One of my more favorable place to get my thai green milk tea fixed. The drinks quality has become consistent and services are fast. Nice interiors and a casual ambiance here. Overall, not bad!

All the staff have masks and seemed very nice! Ordered two thai milk teas and one coconut milk tea, when we walked here, they also have a drive-thru! The place was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, plus the drinks are really good! The coconut drink was strong and delicious, while the thai tea is a regular tasty thai!

We don't live close to this establishment. We come here because we got this $2 off coupon. The girl who works there told us that their system is down and they can't look up our account and that even we show our coupon code we received via text for $2 off, she can't apply it towards our drink order. I said can she ask her manager to see if the manager can take off $2 and she said her manager is not there. This is the second time it happened when their system is down, they say they can't apply coupon code for discount. what a customer service. Probably won't come back and won't recommend to anyone.

Iced Mango Oolong Tea with Peach Bits....worth the wait on a 100 degree plus day! Have to be by this area again soon and try their other drinks. Friendly drive thru girl!

I went to the drive thru to make a quick order and there was one car in front of me and three cars behind me. The car in front of me ordered and drove off, once it got to my turn no one helped. I sat there for 20 minutes and no was there to do my order. I said hello a couple times because I thought maybe no one knows I'm here. That wasn't the case. All the cars behind me ended up leaving and I drove off as well. As I pulled away I saw the workers inside doing nothing. This is the first time this has happened to me and that's disappointing because I'm a regular customer here. I left and went to another boba place nearby and they attended me very quickly. Now that's unacceptable.

I enjoyed this seafoam oolong tea very much! Refreshing and overall a great drink. Magic cup is also very convenient since it has a drivethru. Will be back for my boba crave.

Let me just say...this was my first boba tea experience and it has spoiled me! I've been to a few other places since and nothing beats this one. Many places have boba that is WAY too sweet or sticky but not the case here. Highly recommend the house oolong tea

The Cha-Strawberry with mango and strawberry bits is very good!!!! I tried the strawberry and lychee green tea wasn't very good. Maybe if I added the fruit bits, it might taste better??? However, the reason why I only gave 4 stars is because their restroom was very dirty!! The women's restroom door knob has a broken lock... super ghetto. Makes me wonder how sanitary the other areas of the place is.

The food was delicious. I ordered a Thai tea with egg pudding and didn't hate it BUT I didn't love it either. Other than that I would definitely go back for the food.

Kinda confused how my drink wasn't filled up? i asked for both drinks for less ice but the milktea was the one that was filled up not the fruit tea. Honestly the customer service can be way better and some of them can lose the attitude. My boyfriend went to ask for a fork and she just rudely said how many, he said two but gave her one. Only reason why i came here is for a cup sleeve event and it's gonna be my last time here [:

The inside of this place was very eye catching. I liked the decor! I ordered the vanilla latte. It was pretty good, nothing special. My friend ordered the Green Tea Frapaccino and I have to say.. Anything macha or green tea related is hard to get right with my experience. This was actually pretty tasty. The girl at the front let us taste a few items before getting it just incase we didn't like it which was awesome! I also liked the fact that they had games available to play. I saw Jenga and Uno. I'm sure they have more but didn't get to check it out. I also saw that they have movie nights on weekends. I would definitely come back to try their food and play some games with a group!
