Lots of great produce stands

Love the market for the wide ranch of seasonal vegetables and fruits. Also love Zylberschtein's dense, squarish loaves of rye and sourdough, which remind me of bakery bread sold in Germany. Also love the truck that sells savory vegetarian pies and seasonal fruit pies. The latter are barely sweetened, which is to say, perfect! It is so unusual to find pies that are not overly sweet.

Wonderful community farmers market. Don’t let the small size fool you - it’s small but might with a lot of diverse offerings. My husband and I had a great time walking through and making purchases.

Pastries and tea at Petite Pierre followed by a stroll through the farmers market to gather supplies for that evening's dinner is such a relaxing and fulfilling day. The Magnolia Farmers Market consistently has quality vendors who don't hesitate to bring along the "imperfect" produce as well to allow for those of us who don't judge a carrot to purchase at a discount. :-)

Visited this farmer's market on a whim (my son saw the sign and wanted to go) it's on the smaller end of markets for Seattle. But offered a great range of produce and eats that I haven't seen around town. Hieriophant meadery was giving free tasters of their selections which was great! There is plenty to do, see, and taste for the whole family. I would recommend before or after a visit to Discovery Park on a summer Saturday.

This is a great little village farmer's market. The scale is just right and the merchants are excellent. I can never leave without getting something (usually flowers, which are a bargain). Open Saturdays until 2pm, Spring though Autumn.

This is a farmers market in a nice neighborhood. You will not find good prices though. A few artisanal stalls but most fruits and veggies' pricing is comparable to whole foods or even more.

Google
Great way of supporting local farmers and vendors. Always Saturday from 10am until around noon during the Summer season. Find flowers, bread, pastries, honey, vegetables, fruit, and many more items. Bring your dog and mingle with the neighbors

Yelp
Good farm products. More produce than gift type of products. Easy to park and sweep in to pick up my produce.

Yelp
Friendly attendees folks to shop all vendors, and tasteful foods to try various styles! Ethnicity is very covered for most types. Buy the bag M.F.,for one off ,but to fill many carry back bags !

Yelp
Very nice vendors and a variety for a small market. Great place to visit on a Saturday in the summer!

Yelp
No handicapped Parking! This would be a very nice farmer's market--except there is no handicapped parking, and those who need it have to walk for blocks.

Yelp
What a cute farmers market in a cute neighborhood! If you're coming from elsewhere you can find parking easily in the neighboring streets. It is a smaller farmers market but they have a selection of produce, hot foods, and are located right outside several coffee establishments. We stopped by a few stands... tried the pancake balls (ebelskivers?) and the pot pies! Seriously delicious and so filling. We also stopped by a honey stand - learned a lot about bees from a very friendly and helpful beekeeper. Lots of genuine people at this market, great slice of local Seattle :)

Yelp
You know how a small package of organic berries costs $3 or $4 dollars at the store? Well, Hayton Farms is now selling six of those packages for $10! Organic strawberries, blueberries, blackberries & raspberries, a whole box for $10! Looking for novelty: Deluxe jams. Gingered Rhubarb or Blueberry Basil anyone? Brilliant! http://www.deluxe-foods.com/index.html No cash? That's okay, you can use your card to get cash tokens at the information booth. It's a perfect little setup. The selection of vendors is small compared to the Ballard and U-District markets, but it more than makes up for that with its location. Situated in the Whole Foods parking lot, you know if you can't find what you're looking for, it's just a hop, skip and a jump into the store. Even better, if you're looking for a Frangelico reduction to drizzle over your freshly picked berries, the liquor store is directly across on the other side. It's the perfect all in one stop for a delectable dinner at home.

Yelp
we were in Interbay getting some lunch, and the BF says hey there is a Farmers Market today, so after we finished with our Pulled Pork Sammie, we went hunting for the Farmers Market, and we are glad we did it was a nice change Great little market with lots of fresh produce, less vender's than we see on Broadway but it wasn't packed also so easier to get around and look at stuff, not a lot of parking on the street, but everyone was cool and waited for you to park or pull out from your spot and the view of the Cascades is awesome if you come in from Interbay and go up and over the hill to get into Magnolia

Yelp
I suppose this is a sign that I've gotten a bit jaded with Farmer's markets. I've come to expect long sprawling markets with huge vendors; in the Seattle neighborhoods as well as where I came from in Madison (where the market went around the capitol building). But by comparison the Magnolia Farmer's Market is diminutive. It's set up in a parking lot and is approximately 10-12 stalls. Compared to the other neighborhood markets, there's more of a focus on produce as opposed to crafts. There wasn't a huge number of people at the market (although a high number of petitioneers) and it made walking around fairly easy. Although there's a fair number of signs directing you, it's a little hard to spot if you're not looking for it. As a tip, it's on 34th Avenue just around the corner from the small park/tennis courts behind the Chase Bank branch. This is probably best as a nice place to stop if you're headed to Discovery Park on the weekend in search of produce.

Yelp
This is a nice smaller market. It doesn't have too many vendors and only a handful of food trucks. This is a good option if you want to get in and out of the market quickly. Parking is super easy and if you ride your bike and have proof of it many vendors will give you a discount! It is pretty awesome!

Yelp
This is a wonderful little farmers market. I love Farmer's Markets because I always come home with the most random stuff. I stopped by on a recent Saturday and bought the following random items: Ginger Beer Pork Chops Garlic Acorn Squash Poblano Peppers While the market is small- maybe 20 stands- the array of items available is terrific. It's certainly veggie heavy- with maybe a third of the stands selling different produce. This market is on par with the Queen Anne market- and certainly much smaller than Ballard or the U District market. Parking is super easy. Enjoy.

Yelp
Great farmers market! Love that it's on Saturdays! Great location, easy to find parking! Lots of ready to eat food! All the vendors so nice! Great selection of produce. They have everything you could want. Flowers, fruit, veggies, cheese, meat and wine!

Yelp
The Magnolia Farmers Market appears to be shrinking, and that's too bad. The old location by the community center accommodated more stands, more variety, and more competition. The last part was the best, because Magnolia (surprisingly) used to be one of the cheaper farmer's markets around town. The new location is certainly more convenient on some levels, but it doesn't work quite as well. That said, it's a fine market, just not on par with its competitor across the water (never mind the University District).

Yelp
This farmers market has your basics - flowers, produce from eastern WA, and a crepe truck, all things you can find at other markets throughout Seattle. Being that Magnolia is not a pass through neighborhood, it works for the neighborhood population. Every now and again there is a small music group playing in the middle of the market, which spans about 1 block. I like the convenience of the market during the summer.

Yelp
It's a solid little neighborhood market. There are veggies, fruit, honey, baked goods, cheese, wine and prepared foods. Crepe truck usually has a line.
