Magnolia South Apartments

I’ve been a resident since June of 2025 and I love it here! The manager Tatiana is extremely nice and made my move-in process very easy.The community is beautiful and clean and everyone is friendly! -RL-

Tony did a fantastic job! I mentioned in passing that I had a wasp nest on my patio, and he said he’d take care of it the next morning—and sure enough, when I came home from work, the nest was gone. As a bonus, he even cleared the cobwebs from my patio and windows. Seriously, these guys are the best. I love our maintenance crew and this complex!

I love living here at Magnolia South the office Staff is always there to help with any problems.The maintenance department is the Best of any place I’ve ever lived.They’re all cordial ,helpful and caring and get the job done as soon as possible. The property always looks beautiful . Thank you .

Going on my 3rd lease and I couldn’t be happier about it. Grounds are kept very clean and manicured, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the residents are quiet and respectful. The gym definitely isn’t on the same level as neighboring complexes, but the rest of the amenities are nice. Highly recommend living here

I’m going on 4yrs in this community and have enjoyed my time here. They work very hard in keeping it nice and clean. It’s quiet and I feel safe. Office management and maintenance Team are always very helpful, nice and respond back quickly.

Tatiana is a pleasure to deal with. Takes the time to personally assist you. Very professional. Always on top of any problems. Matty who is new is great. Friendly, great follow-through. Very personable. I love the Maintenace staff. They are very trustworthy and feel comfortable when they are in my apartment. Great at any Maintenace needed. The grounds are impeccable, as well as the apartment steps, hallways and elevator. The pool, seating area, and clubhouse are clean and welcoming too. Unfortunately, my work schedule keeps me from activities. is great

I toured at this community this past weekend and from the moment that i made the appointment on the phone it has nothing but incredible, i called on that Saturday to see if i could tour that day and Mary the community manager answered and not only did she say that i could take the tour that day she made it possible. She is such a delight to deal with and her personality is very friendly and positive, i had a bad experience dealing with another place and i was already having doubts but Mary put me at ease. I decided to proceed with my application and again Mary and the management made it so effortless that i can't wait to move in. If you are looking for somewhere nice to live with a nice feel and amenities this is it,i recommend Magnolia South. Definitely ask for Mary and she will guide you through everything. Update,after living here for a year it's a shame I have to write this review,let me start by saying that the community is nice clean and the staff is very helpful, the maintenance staff is awesome but it is just a shame that this company fails to do the right thing,I moved out and I did exactly what they say to give them 30 days notice we'll I gave them a little more than that and go to find out that they still not only went and kept my deposit but charged for a month that I did not live when I gave them notice that I would not be renewing my lease,wow is all I have to say thank goodness I am done renting. Be careful wit these leasing companies. For that I would not recommend it here.i lived in other communities and never had this problem.
