The 30 Best Wine Bars In Paris 2024

"Technically, this place is named after all the 1.5-liter bottles they have on the menu, but they also go in hard on the ’80s TV show of the same name. Despite all the posters of a mustachioed Tom Selleck, there’s nothing cheesy about this popular bar à vins just off rue de Rivoli in the Marais. The servers know their stuff and are happy to recommend something different and new, likely with lots of skin contact. There are a couple of tables outside where it gets really lively thanks to the other bars nearby, but inside has all the character. Did we mention the Tom Selleck photos?" - sara lieberman, tanisha townsend

Where to Go in France if You Love Wine - AFAR

"A cozy natural wine bar in Paris prized for intimate groups and a focus on natural, sustainably made bottles; the ambience is low-key and ideal for tasting distinctive wines such as a Gamabumba gamay from Bugey, whose smoked chocolate and raspberry notes paired effortlessly with salty, pork-driven charcuterie." - Kristin Braswell

We were excited to come to Paris for the natural wine, and this was our favorite wine bar experience! Definitely a fun spot with friendly, warm vibes. You can feel the genuine passion for the wine they have!

Cosy and popular wine bar. Staff knowledgeable and helpful finding the right price. Food just to accompany the wine, but good quality.

Stopped in for a quick drink on the way to dinner. Great selection open by the glass (not something I've found so frequently in Paris surprisingly) Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and fun atmosphere even at 6pm

What a great find in Le Marais. They have 2 or 3 wines by the glass of white, rose, red and bubbly and about 8 small plates to accompany. In addition an extensive list of wines by the bottle. The staff are so welcoming, inviting and knowledgeable. It was a super way to spend 2 hours on a drizzly September night.

Let me start like that... I lived in France for 6 years, and by far, Marco is one of the best hosts that I have ever met in Paris. Super attentive, careful, spend time with you, and speak at least 3 different languages fluently. The food was beautiful, exactly whay you need for a wine bar. Don't expect a fine dining or fancy restaurant setting, this is food for pairing and enjoying your wine. Their selection is amazing and I only regret that I could not be with many friend to try different bottles. Expect to pay 30ish euros per person, to drink well and have quite a few bites. More than worth it.

The saving grace of this wine bar is Marco. Fantastic service, great voice, good vibe. I came two nights later to drink a bottle Marco recommended and was told I could not drink said bottle in the location I bought it from. It was my last night in Paris and left a really sour taste in my mouth. Took the bottle home and enjoyed it while packing before my flight the next morning. There are better choices in the city.

Love love love this spot, enough that we came two night in a row while in Paris. Great selection of wine bottles with really good glass pours as well. We ended up buying a few bottles to take home! The atmosphere is what I would expect of a well-established wine bar. Perfect for a solo experience as well as a small group. Indoor and outdoor seating is available! Marco was a great host.

Beautiful bar, great music, delicious food, amazing wine and super friendly staff. Nothing can go wrong here. We had a lovely family evening, the waiter help us with wine recommendations and was also very thoughtful with our food allergies/preferences. When in Paris, don't miss this spot! 🥂
