The 38 Best Restaurants in Honolulu, Hawai‘i | Eater

"Maguro Brothers’ two locations are hard to find: One is hidden inside Chinatown’s Maunakea Marketplace, the other in the basement of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza. At either spot, you’ll find some of the best quality fish in town — even if it’s served in takeout containers — in sashimi platters, donburi, and poke by the bowl or pound. Vibe check: This spot is super popular, and everything is prepared fresh, so be prepared to wait." - Martha Cheng

The Best Poke in Honolulu: 11 Restaurants to Hit | Eater

"Junichiro Tsuchiya used to be a fish buyer at Tokyo’s Tsukiji Fish Market. “I know good fish,” he says, proudly. During the day, he and his brother run a seafood counter tucked inside Maunakea Marketplace in Honolulu’s Chinatown, and at night, a similarly tiny shop in Waikīkī, both serving impeccably seasoned poke alongside fresh sashimi. The Hawaiian limu poke has threads of crisp seaweed and a fine dusting of ‘inamona, while the ume shiso is a bright and delicate combination. Poke here is tossed to order. For an extra-luxe experience, crown your poke bowl with uni." - Martha Cheng

Google
This was the best poke I’ve ever had. The mix of flavors was perfectly balanced, with great toppings and delicious, authentic sauces: the Hawaiian sauce was my absolute favorite. There are a few outdoor seats, and everything is done quickly: you walk in, build your bowl, and you’re ready to go. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality. The only thing that could be improved would be adding a bit more space and providing some indoor seating. I remember one day there was a storm, and we had to wait for it to pass before we could sit and eat. Nonetheless, highly recommended!

Google
We had a very disappointing experience concerning the pokes we ordered. Both of us got the mixed seafood, and it was not fresh. On top of that, the cut-up fish wasn't processed too well, and each cube still had hard strings(?) that made the chewing unpleasant. We ended up throwing our pokes away. Definitely had a lot more selection on the toppings compared to other places though. Wish it was fresh and processed better :/ The dining area is right by the road so it's not clean either.

After a hike to Diamond Head I was starving and saw a long line for this place, so naturally I was like it must be good. I've NEVER had poke but I always wanted to try it. Menu had a great selection and easy enough to navigate for a newbie. I ordered salmon, white rice, green onion. garlic, cucumber with teriyaki sauce. Service was fast and Cody the cashier was friendly. I wanted to love this bowl but 4/5 for me. Everything was fresh and the serving size was great. Maybe I'm just not a poke girl, but I want to be. I would still recommend and would be willing to try again on my next holiday to Hawaii.

Google
Maguro Spot may be the best poke I have ever had. The blue marlin was extremely fresh. You can build your own bowl or order from five menu items. Other items are available too. Several sauces are gluten-free. The service is very fast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great hole in the wall right by Waikiki Beach!

Google
Heard about this restaurant through a local, who had told us that Maguro Spot had the best poke in town. Indeed, they were correct! We had the mixed fish ( tuna, salmon, and shrimp) in our poke bowl and this was THE FRESHEST fish I have ever had. You can tell they pick the best ingredients. The rest of the poke was equally delicious, but the taste of the fish was what stayed with me! I cannot recommend this poke spot enough! However, when we arrived around 8 pm, the line was wrapping around the block!! As a result, I would recommend giving yourself and your party plenty of time for dinner, since the wait was about 30 minutes! The line does move fast ( the staff is rather speedy and efficient) but there were still so many people! There is also seating in the back of the restaurant since it's rather small and there aren't any seats or tables inside!

Google
It's fresh poke bowls and it tasted great! There were some preset items so I got the E bowl in large which was the All Hawaiian. I asked for brown rice instead of white. The fish was very fresh! The seasoning was subtle but let the fish flavors shine through. However I think I could have used a little bit more of it, as well as more veggies. Still, a very satisfying meal.

Google
This place is extremely popular for its Poke Bowls especially during lunch and dinner hours. A long line forms outside the place. Though order taking is pretty swift and the line moves fast. There is a shared seating space with another smaller restaurant. The menu is large and provides a good variety to choose from. They have both meat based as well as vegetarian poke bowls. Street parking is extremely difficult to find around the area, so would recommend taking public transport or ride share options to get here. Also this place is very close to the Waikiki center and is easily walkable, hence a nice spot for a meal close by to the center.

Google
I love how you can customize your poke bowl here. I also love how fresh the fish tastes and the portions are pretty decent for the price. If I spend $20 here I get a decent portion of fish with various toppings for dinner. If I spend $12 here I get a local afternoon snack. You get what I'm saying?? Anyways love their salmon! I hope they make it so you can accumulate points LOL cuz I come too often.

Yelp
Delicious and fresh as always! My favorite stop when I'm in town. Line may look long but it always moves quick and always worth the wait!

Yelp
I stopped by The Maguro Spot since it was walking distance from my hotel, and it ended up being one of the best poke bowls I've had in Oahu. I got the medium tuna bowl with white rice and spicy spicy and garlic. The fish was fresh, the portion size hit that perfect spot between filling and light, and I liked that the spicy actually had some real heat to it. It kicked in but didn't overpower the tuna. The line got long really fast. I showed up a few minutes before opening and there were already people ahead of me, which says a lot about how popular this place is. Service was quick once they opened, and the staff kept things moving with a friendly attitude. Simple setup, great quality, and definitely worth the wait. A must-try if you're in Waikiki.

Yelp
Was craving poke and Maguro was right down the street. It's a tiny grab-and-go spot, but there's some outdoor seating around the corner. You order and they call your number so stick around. They have options to customize your own bowl. We opted for their preset Signature bowl (medium). The fish was super fresh, and I loved the sea asparagus (definitely not something you see on the mainland). Portion felt a little small for a medium, though. Overall solid spot if you're in the Waikiki area as it is walking distance from the hotels.

Yelp
My experience here was just bizarre. The attitude of the staff -- especially the owner's daughter -- was downright rude. I ordered the yuzu wasabi dressing, and the guy taking my order (Andrew) said they had it. Instead, they made my poke with straight wasabi soy, which isn't even close to what I asked for. But things really went downhill when I asked for a little spicy mayo. The order comes with two sauces, so this shouldn't have been an issue. She actually told me she couldn't give me a tiny plastic container because of the "cost." We're talking about something that costs less than three cents -- literally $0.03. So I went back to my table, grabbed my bowl, and brought it to the counter so she could add the sauce directly. She reluctantly added a small squeeze... and then had the nerve to ask me for an extra 25 cents. Yes -- twenty-five cents. To charge me a quarter for something that costs them pennies, while also paying the card processing fee, just to net about five cents? It's honestly wild. This wasn't about the money for me. It was about the attitude and the complete lack of customer service. The focus on pennies -- especially from the owner's daughter -- was just unbelievable. The whole interaction was unnecessary and honestly pretty disappointing.

Yelp
I've been to Maguro Spot a few times and I enjoy it but would say I'm a bit underwhelmed. The poke is fresh and delicious but I find it a bit hard to create my own bowl. I have gotten the Signature which is good but doesn't wow me like some of the other spots on the island. Stopped in to fulfill my craving as my family was across the street. It is a small counter which delivers quick food. It has extra sauces and utensils along the side of the counter. Also grabbed a quick salmon Musubi which my daughter did enjoy. This place is good and would say stop in if you're around the area.

Yelp
I definitely understand the reason for all the rave reviews about this place....it's a quick hole-in-the-wall type take out place, the very long lines move fast, they serve very fresh (sourced daily, it seems) and delicious poke style bowls, and best of all, the fish is only marinated once you have placed your order....whether it's soyu base, sesame oil based, mayo based, etc. For a first timer visiting, the number of choices and combinations will likely be a bit overwhelming, so it may help to be prepared, or at least get prepared beforehand, before getting to the front of the line to place your order. There aren't a lot of tables to enjoy your poke....just a little outdoor space with a few picnic tables shared with another food outlet nearby, so it's likely you'll have to stand around and wait for a space or table to open up. The idea of fresh fish and having it marinated after totally appeals to me because I like to control the amount of sauce mixed in with my fish. So, we went ahead and ordered a salmon and tuna poke bowl on a bed of salad, a spicy shrimp, and salmon and tuna tossed in a spicy mayo sauce. Also We did tell tell person taking the order to go "EASY ON THE SAUCE".....but I guess they're just too slammed busy to pay much attention because our orders were just soaked heavy in sauce....too overdone really, but at least the fish was extremely fresh, and it didn't taste too bad.

Yelp
Very fresh poke! Maguro spot has a nice menu where you can select sizes from S-XL ranging from $12-22 which I feel is pretty affordable. We came in the late afternoon and there was no line. Got the combination without shrimp and topped with spicy sauce / ponzu, cucumber, and edamame. Fish was fresh and rice was a good texture with good amount of vinegar. They could have been more generous with toppings imo...Service was very quick and friendly. It was a very quick stop where you order at the counter. We didn't have to wait too long which is nice. I would take this meal to the beach or nearby hotel and eat it there.... The birds in the outdoor seating area are AGGRESSIVE. A small bird flew into our bowl and took a piece of food which was crazy. Other than that, great spot for fresh poke in the Waikiki area. Def a must visit!
google avatar

Yelp
Went in the afternoon. Line moves relatively fast, but the menu is broken up in pieces on the wall while you wait. It would be helpful to have the full menu and ordering process in more places while waiting. Fish is super fresh and tasty. Volcano is their hottest spicy sauce but its fairly manageable abd has great flavor. I mixed that one with the wasabi shoyu. There's some seating just outside but beware of aggressive birds trying to eat your food!

Yelp
Came back two days in a row because this was so good! The poke bowls are amazing I only wish they gave a few more toppings. They were delicious. The daily special changes and they post on their instagram. Service is quick and you can sit outside in the patio picnic tables.

Yelp
I think this is one of those Instagram-trendy spots where the food is just okay. My husband and I walked by this place almost everyday and saw that they had $2 salmon musubi! So we decided to give it a try, unfortunately the first two times we stopped by, the batch was not ready yet, it wasn't until the third time that we finally got it... and honestly, it wasn't worth the wait. First of all, the "musubi" is shaped more like an onigiri--triangular, not the classic rectangular musubi shape. There was barely any salmon in the musubi, but for only $2 that's not surprising, but it did leave us feeling a bit disappointed, not to mention it was quite salty. At least it was cheap, so it didn't feel like a huge loss, so I guess worth a try. On a positive note, one of the staff members was kind enough to let us know exactly when the musubi would be ready, which we appreciated. We just didn't have time to wait so we had to try our luck on other days. Maguro spot is a tiny corner shop with just a few tables outside, unfortunately right next to an overflowing trash can, so if you go, I'd recommend taking your food to-go and enjoying it at your hotel or home. If you happen to catch them when it's not too busy, the $2 salmon musubi is a nice quick snack. They also offer poké bowls, miso soup, and a few other options.

Yelp
Seafood has always been one of my favorite foods and I remember when I first visited Hawaii in 2023, this place stood out and I needed to come back and revisit to see if my taste buds were still functioning properly to the point of understanding good food and Maguro Spot made sure that was the case. Flavorful, spicy and delicious fresh cuts of Salmon, Tuna and Marlin. I will recommend this place to everybody around me because it's that amazing!

Yelp
Holy moly, this place is amazing. My friend found Maguro perusing around Reddit for solid food choices near our hotel, and the interwebs didn't fail us! It's not a super big shop - most of their real estate is dedicated to the kitchen, and there's a small "hallway" for the line, and a drink fridge. We came twice during our trip - first for "breakfast" in the AM (lunch for us still feeling Pacific Time), and for one last proper meal before heading to the airport. There was no real line in the AM, but for dinner there was. We didn't have to wait long at either time - they are super efficient with their setup. The menu is pretty simple - they have 5 pre-planned bowls, or you can build your own, and there are a couple different bowl sizes. Or you can order fish alone! What we realized here is that Spicy for Hawaiians is less spicy than what us Zonies would expect. I was hesitant about ordering the Special Rainbow (Spicy Mayo & Teriyaki) but it wasn't anything crazy for my wimpy tastebuds. One of my friends is a spice aficionado and wasn't fazed by the Spicy Spicy Bowl. All of us agreed super tasty place though for being a little off the path and definitely worth the wait. The fish didn't taste fishy - super fresh. You can sit right next door outside (a couple other small places share the patio tables I believe) or do carryout.

Yelp
So good at this spot twice. Quick and cheap but quality eats. I ordered the mix with spicy shoyu and added sea cucumber and ikura. The second time I got the daily special roll and the spicy mayo mix. I loved the sea cucumber it was a bit salty and crunchy. Usually a decently long line but it goes by fairly quickly. There's a bunch of seats outside for dining, however the birds might take a bite of your food.
google avatar

Jodie S.

Yelp
Tiny corner spot. Don't worry about a long line! It goes fast! This poke bowl was extremely FRESH. I went twice on my visit and will return again! Multiple sauces and many toppings to choose from. I get mine with brown rice and both ahi/marlin. House sauce and wasabi shoyu sauce. The mixing of sauce with your fish to order is what makes this place so great. Picnic table courtyard to eat or take away.
google avatar

Almira Alice L.

Yelp
This place is soooo good. We came back here multiple times to order take out. It's take-out only place. you can either sit outside in their picnic patio area or bring it back to your place to eat. They have weekly special. The fish here is fresh and tasty, the prices are good. There i usually a line up but it moves very fast. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
When in Honolulu, I'm always trying to find the best poke spot and after doing some research, I've decided to try this popular place out. There was a line when we arrived at around 11:30 am but it moved quickly. You order and then wait for your number to be called. The staff are all very efficient, so after ordering, we didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes to get our food. I opted for a large rainbow poke bowl which comprised of their tuna, salmon and blue marlin. Portion size was a bit small despite the price we paid. Some pieces of the tuna had a lot of sinew in it so I was disappointed with the quality of the fish. The cooked white rice was a bit hard also. Once you we got our order, there were some chairs and tables on the side where you can sit and enjoy your food. Tables weren't very clean and pigeons were walking around so there's no ambiance at all. Overall, average poke spot. My husband and I have yet to find a poke place in Honolulu that can outshine the poke place we went to in the big island.
google avatar

Carissa C.

Yelp
Hubby and I were staying nearby and stopped in for a quick casual dinner. They say if you follow the line, the people know where the good food is at and this statement rang true. There was a line however it went by fairly quickly. I made my own bowl with their boiled shrimp since I'm pregnant with brown rice and their spicy volcano sauce. It was still very tasty and I really enjoyed the volcano sauce. Hubby got the Spicy Spicy bowl and he really enjoyed it. It was fresh and very well sauced. The guy at the register was very friendly and gave recommendations. There's community seating available outside shared with the BBQ spot next door. Would recommend especially if you're in the area!
google avatar

Andrea A.

Yelp
Great poke place in Waikiki. The lines usually not too bad every time I've gone and the poke is fresh.
google avatar

Lydia K.

Yelp
Came to Waikiki for a wedding so we decided to stay around the area this time and not rent a car. Maguro was walkable distance from our hotel and we knew the first thing we wanted to eat was poke. Came a little after 1 and could see where the shop was because there was a small line. Waited maybe less than 15 minutes because it was enough time for me to go get kai coffee at the Hilton and come back before my boyfriend reached where you order. Poke was delicious! I wasn't particularly hungry so we shared a XL and it was enough for the two of us ( I ate maybe 1/4th). There's a few tables around the store but it looked like most people took it to go.
google avatar

Trisha D.

Yelp
Food: 2 Choice Poke Price: $12 Overall: Maguro Spot was a place that we kept walking by and there would be a long line at night so we decided to try it out. It is a very small shop with some eating tables outside. We decided to do the medium bowl, salmon + tuna, sushi rice. The fish is not marinated so the sauces that we picked was spicy Hawaiian and creamy sesame mixed with diced white onion. Toppings ranged from 75 cents to $2.50. The fish was fresh but the sauces weren't that prominent. Solid poke spot in Honolulu overall.
google avatar

Roxanne I.

Yelp
There was a long line on Saturday evening but it moves along pretty quickly. Ordered two make your own bowls. Salmon and tuna were so fresh and delicious. The fish are not pre marinated but rather mixed to order so you can really taste the seafood flavor. Got mine with teriyaki and ponzu sauce, the perfect combination for me. They have preset signature bowls to choose from, which is great if you don't want to customize your own bowl. Staff is super friendly and they have outside seating.
google avatar

Jaynar S.

Yelp
Fresh and tasty poke. Be prepared for long lines if you come in the evening. We had the Signature Pre-Set A which is mixed fish. The interior has alot of photos and examples of the food. Friendly service and patient too. The dining area is outside patio tables along the street.
google avatar

Jen D.

Yelp
I don't eat raw fish but my family loves poke so we came here based on all the positive reviews. They said it tastes great but a bit pricy. I did ask if they use wild caught salmon or farmed and they said farmed. Not a fan of farmed fish. This place shares dining area with Me BBQ so that worked out for us because I went next door for my lunch.
google avatar

Jackie Y.

Yelp
Maguro Spot is truly worth the hype! The portion size, the freshness of the ingredients, and the seasoning make it our favorite poke spot while in Hawaii! Besides having fresh and flavorful fish, I want to mention that the rice at Maguro Spot was cooked really well - which sets them apart from Foodland for us. We ordered the Signature Bowl (house sauce & shoyu mix). If you like the flavor of sesame oil, this is it for you! And we also add on sea grapes to provide more texture for the bowl. P.S. there are outdoor seatings right by the restaurant & there's a Musubi Cafe Iyasume near this location - so it was super efficient for the foodies!
google avatar

Julie C.

Yelp
This place is always crowded so factor in wait time. But the line moves pretty quickly. I got a salmon bowl with the spicy Mayo sauce. It was fresh and I like how they have a small size because I wasn't crazy hungry. My only issue was the add ons. I know it's only 75 cents but there were all of 4 edamame in my bowl. Same with cucumber. That seemed a little expensive for so little. The avocado add on was good though.
google avatar

Esther M.

Yelp
This spot was highly reviewed and recommended so I had to try. It was pretty good however, I'm really disappointed with the portion size I feel like I paid for a family portion but got a kids portion. Lots of seating outside and it's a pretty small storefront. You're definitely better off going to foodland.
google avatar

Amy M.

Yelp
Just got back from Hawaii and this is one of the places that I can't quit thinking about. Their poke is so good and so fresh! We had several poke bowls and this was the best!! Loved the tuna and blue marlin and the topping options and sauces were so good!
google avatar

Rocky V.

Yelp
Got the Combination Rainbow Bowl for myself and the Garlic Jalapeño Shoyu for my fiancé. Both were absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. We loved it so much that we came back a second time for dinner, and honestly wish we could have it over and over again. Highly recommend!
google avatar

joe m.

Yelp
The fish is flavorful. Sauces are very good. The bowls have a lot of rice. Ordering is easy, but I ordered brown rice and got regular white rice. My ticket said brown rice in it. Staff is busy so they missed. With all the rice and not so much fish the price isn't really worth it. The line can be long which makes it intriguing, but I would skip it for other options.
google avatar

Bryan C.

Yelp
This popular hole-in-the-wall spot is very close to our hotel so on our way to the Waikiki beach we stopped to get some food for dinner. They have a big variety of selections and for people who didn't know what to order it would be a challenge. Their poke are very fresh and service is very quick, there are plenty of seats outside so that is a plus. Price is around average while the food quality and quantity are above average, definitely a good place to visit if you are in the area.
google avatar

Peter L.

Yelp
Checked into hotel & saw a line at 2:30 across the street. Twas the famous Maguro Pot for poke. Line moved fast & food was good. The signaturd poke bowl (4 kinds of fish) was fresh & yummy, spicy garlic shrimp (medium) was prepackaged & cold, it was good but I prefer mine more fresh. Grab a bench & enjoyed the meal
google avatar

Emily C.

Yelp
Stopped here after walking by this place a few times and seeing a long line. Line moves pretty quickly and a good hole-in the wall spot. This poke spot is good for you want a poke bowl with toppings. You can decided to make your bowl or choose a pre-set bowl. There are limited sitting areas around the store to eat at.
google avatar

Yelp
Vacationing from VA and had 4 poke places picked to try. Maguro was the first and did not disappoint. Maguro does their poke Hawaiian style, meaning that the fish is dressed with sauces to order instead of being marinated in advance. I read thru the menu and decided on shoyu shoyu. It's got a little spice and sounded tasty. I ordered a combination bowl which contains tuna, salmon, blue marlin, and cooked shrimp. I took the option of sushi rice, which has a little vinegar added to it. I've never seen blue marlin as an option and wanted to try it. They didn't have marlin today, so I ended up with tuna and salmon. I also added avocado, cucumber, and green onion. The fish was the star. It was fresh and delicate yet had that fresh fish taste. It was fantastic. It wasn't drowned out by the marinade since it has the sauce(s) added to order. I'll be back to try a few other sauces and hopefully get to try the blue marlin. Absolutely recommended!! I'll be back.
google avatar

Nghi T.

Yelp
Loved how close this poke spot was to where we were staying. It's on a corner street and there was no line when we got there. The service was fast and fish was fresh and decent!
google avatar

Evan K.

Yelp
On the hunt for the best poke on Oahu and I saw so many recommendations for Maguro Spot! We came at a slow time right before it started getting crowded. And it's located on the corner of Royal Grove Waikiki, so its a street north of the main strip of Waikiki. I ideally would make a customized bowl but I was feeling adventurous so I got their pre-made Signature bowl which came with Tuna, Salmon and Shrimp and Marlin?, I've never had marlin and I don't remember eating it in the bowl lol. Topped with their shoyu and house sauce, I thought it was okay, it wasn't too filling but I liked the quality of the fish itself.
google avatar

Yelp
Tried out Maguro Spot after a few hours of surfing. It's across the street from Musubi Cafe Iyasume. Poke bowls are $13.50 USD (M) to $23.00 USD (XL). They have pre-set combos or you can customize your own. We opted for the latter sharing a XL mixed poke with sushi rice ($23.00 USD). XL didn't seem bigger than the medium, just more rice. Fish was fine but we enjoyed Maguro Bros more.
google avatar

Carissa H.

Yelp
Delicious fresh poke! There are plenty of options to choose from including preselected bowls which makes it easier to order if you get overwhelmed from the menu. The signature bowl was good however I wish it had seaweed salad in it to balance some sweet and salty, but I'm sure they have other options that do exactly that. My boyfriend got the rainbow bowl and said it was buttery and soft. We went around 7:30pm and it was starting to get way more packed before their closing at 8:30pm. Definitely a good spot to try out.
google avatar

Emily K.

Yelp
Customer service was great. Poke bowl tasted good, not great. Food was ready really quickly. But definitely a touristy spot and not the authentic poke I love. Also very little food for the price. I recommend Waikiki market for poke. Disclosure: I'm a poke snob, Hawaiian poke is my favorite food ever
google avatar

Tammy W.

Yelp
Poke bowls are so fresh! I can see why they always have a line up but the line moves super quick. They have unique items I haven't seen in other poke places like sea grapes!
google avatar

Yelp
ORDER rainbow sauce w/ all fish (5/5) SO GOOD!! this was one of the only spots i revisited it. you customize your whole order. i got white rice with all the fish & rainbow sauce. toppings cost extra. the fish was so fresh and the texture was to die for. soso yummy :P SERVICE the line goes by super quick. they'll call your number once it's ready. AMBIANCE super a convenient location. close to many hotels & royal hawaiian + international market.

Yelp
Maguro Spot is less traditional than some of the older, bigger-name poke places on O'ahu. Read: It's the kind of place with bazillions of topping options (instead of just limu and kukui), served if you wish over salad (instead of over rice or by itself), just as you'd find it at major chain establishments in NYC. Since I'm an iconoclastic / ignorant mainlander, I find this style of poke familiar and enjoy it. Ahi is of high quality, the marinated fish never overly marinated and rubbery, cut with only minimal fibers. Rice, if you get it, is fair, but I (heretically) prefer poke over salad. I like that poke salad was an option at Maguro Spot, and that the vegetables were extremely fresh and varied. Portion sizes are not enormous, but it was enough to fuel a few hours of surfing. One of my favorite places in this area of Waikiki. Enjoyed for the second year in a row.

Yelp
Where there's smoke there's fire! Thus little spot had a long line of patrons waiting to place their orders and we joined them! Delicious poke bowls found here. So fresh and delicious, we got food here 3 times during our last visit to Oahu! Just go!

Yelp
Y'all! Do yourself a favor and go here now. I ordered two ahi tuna poke only bowls. It was absolutely the freshest ahi tuna I have ever had. The fish is cut fresh and not marinated, so you can taste how fresh it is. The texture is phenomenal. I got one rainbow and one house. The service was great! The line was out the door, but it moves steadily. The cashier was so kind, the food was served up fast, and I was floored by the quality. Will definitely be going back!

Yelp
Ahi Poke here is ono! My favorite is the spicy Hawaiian. It's spicy, tasty and doesn't mask the true flavors of the fresh ahi too much. $17 for a large bowl. Including tax. Pros: 2 choices of sauces, 3 choices of rice, fish is FRESH Cons: parking is bad, line can get long, portions are kinda small Still worth it. Mahalo Maguro Spot!

Yelp
Quick, efficient and tasty poke bowls! Line moves quick so study the menu quick! I ordered the Spicy Spicy medium bowl and that did the trick for me. I've heard of spicy shoyu and have used it a number of times. However, never for poke and it worked so well! There is outdoor seating right outside of the shop and plenty of drinks to choose from too! Get here early to get a spot and chow down!

Yelp
Love that this spot is across from Musubi Cafe Iyasume! Best of both worlds within a reach. I ordered a tuna salmon bowl with the house seasoning and ponzu sauce with sushi rice. Sushi rice was spot on and flavored well. Warm rice and perfect bites of tuna and salmon definitely complimented each other well. The line may seem daunting but it goes by pretty quickly. Our order came out and was quickly devoured. Service was great and there are outdoor seats for patrons.

Yelp
As an ikura obsessed person, I somehow restrained myself and got a normal poke bowl. You come here for the fish - even with a medium portion, my serving was generous and fresh. I don't recall eating marlin before, but I actually really liked it! I got the spicy Hawaiian (sesame oil based), so I was really able to taste the fish. Nothing against spicy mayo, and I love it sometimes, but I felt like the fish wasn't going to shine the same way. Long line, but it moved fast and everything was super smooth. Everyone's very nice here! Lots of seating outside

Yelp
Gluten free and vegetarian friendly poke spot with some outdoor tables. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked about which items were gluten free friendly, and they have a color coded allergen menu at the register to help confirm. I got the All Hawaiian bowl with some extra toppings and Spicy Hawaiian sauce (it's a really good spicy sesame oil). It's just a short walk from the beach, so it made for a delicious lunch with great views! Thank you for being so gluten free friendly! I appreciate you!
