Excellent service from Omakaze chef Tien and the fish we tasted was fresh and prepared to perfection. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you want fresh sashimi and sushi in HCMC. Also easy to book online with many times lots available. Thanks Tien for a great meal!

This is hands down my absolute favorite sushi spot in Saigon. The quality of the sushi is always outstanding: fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. I always feel welcome here especially with Khang's hospitality making the whole experience even better!

Service is superb. They do not look at what you wear. They serve with heart and passion. The quality of the food is fresh and nice. Every dish comes with unique presentations and explanations. From every detail craft into the dish. Even the toilet is clean. Hygiene is key in any restaurant. You should visit when you are craving for japanese cusines in HCM city.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Maguro Studio. We ordered everything à la carte, and it was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding. The manager and waiters were attentive without being intrusive, and each dish arrived at exactly the right moment. The food itself was superb. Every dish we tried was memorable, and I already find myself wanting to return to experience the omakase. The only small detail I would adjust is the music, which didn’t quite match the atmosphere of the restaurant. That said, the quality of the food and service was so high that it hardly took away from the experience.

Tasty. We enjoyed the food. However noted that this not the performance omakase like other places. They focus more on the quality of the food. So probably dont expect the gold spraying or ringing bells and stuff. Simple sip a cup of sake and enjoy the sweetness from the sea. Yes. Will probably be back

I’ve had Omakase here, the food was quite good, specially sushi was my most favorite during the course. However, with the cost was almost 3M/set omakase, it still didnt make me wow. The most disappointed thing is my table, I was arranged sitting in front of the wall as you can see in the picture 😂 how come you expected having omakase without seeing the chef cook in front of you?

Went for dinner for 3 ppl My mom loves the truffles chawanmushi Last time I went the uni was not fresh, made the feedback for the chef already, this time the oysters were not fresh (didn’t try uni this time, still have the fear of that not very fresh taste) , tried to ask staffs for lime to squeeze in, but it didn’t help and my brother had stomachache after that when we came home. But, I will keep coming back and back to this place because, overall it still an outstanding sushibar in HoChiMinh with good sources of seafood and the chefs are also good, the first time I came Chef Trung was the most impressive one, not only his skill in cooking but also how he spiced the environment up in the counter area. We had Khang as our main serving man, recommended good drinks, very helpful and gave my mom a bandage when her finger got cut by the oyster shells. Amazing, keep improving!
