I was really craving a sandwich and both cafes were close in Bellevue so I decided to go here. Upon walking in there was a lady and a man behind the bar, both turned and looked at me but didn't say one word before turning back around -- first down fall, and I truly don't understand the concept on not greeting your customers. I ordered the Rueben, which said the pastrami was made in house, I also saw the picture on their website and thought it looked like a good hearty meal, I was hungry. Well upon receiving my sandwich it didn't look anything like the picture. It was about half the size, skimping on the meat, and I don't believe it to be rye bread, at least it definitely wasn't the same bread pictured. I got it to go, I am only staying 4min away but when I got home the bottom of the sandwich was soggy. I'm giving 3 stars cause the sandwich was still tasty and because I hate putting people down.. I just hope they read this and work on their customer skills as well as match what they are selling or take the pictures down so there isn't the expectations of something they don't have.
