Great new restaurant, with a fabulous patio, bar, and inside dining area. Service is fabulous, specifically Sydney & Imogen. Staff is smiling and helpful. Food was delicious, and the pasta (in house made) dishes allow you to order in 3 different sizes. You just need to make a reservation.

Let me just say it was so delicious that I wasn’t even to my entire before I started writing down points to add to this review and there I am once I came back-to after the knock out it was. Showstopping and sensational. A dinner I will remember forever. The chef is doing food magic in there. Each part of our antipasto took me on a flavor trip somewhere new and unexpected but very much welcomed. Only problem with that is that the flavors were so carefully crafted and luxurious it made me feel unworthy to enjoy them. But I can live with that. The pasta was delicate and comforting. My tongue says thank you. No-jitos had the perfect balance of tart and sweet. We had two each we are usually one drink folks for a dinner date. The beet salad was a combo of my favorite two salads I’ve ever had. (Name drop coming) there was a beet salad I was obsessed with at Origins in Loveland before they closed and had an impossible time finding a replacement at an establishment. And Henry’s used to have a similar strawberry salad prior to 2020 it had the goat cheese and pistachio balls that I liked. They took it off their menu and used feta as a replacement. It was never the same. This salad at Maida was a combo of what I loved of both but with its own special elements like the beet puree! Husband got the Caesar it was also fantastic. We were celebrating our anniversary and we got to try the pistachio cheese cake. Don’t sleep on it. Can’t wait to go back. Because we most definitely will be and have told all of our foodie and even non foodie friends. Thank goodness there is finally good Italian in NOCO. Also very important to mention Adam is fantastic and you can tell he values running things efficiently over there where his responsibility lies. He has a positive manner and makes you feel like you’re not just being waited on at a restaurant but as you’re invited to dinner at his home.

Delicious food and drinks! We didn't enjoy the meatballs, but everything else was fab! The matcha drink is so good! Pistachio cheesecake is a must.

Google
Excellent meal. Fine casual concept meets an underserved niche in Fort Collins. Every dish was pretty much perfect. Homemade pasta all cooked al dente. Sauces were well seasoned but light yet moreish. Our out-of-town guest loved it so much she asked to come back for lunch the next day.

Google
Went and sat at the bar for dinner and drinks. Food was amazing, the mussels were a highlight and our bartender made me the best dirty martini! And the bleu cheese olives? 🤌🏼 we will definitely be back! Such a great date night spot.

Google
The service and food at Maida were incredible. We are so happy this spot opened up in old town and wish them success. We ordered the house salad, a dirty martini, bolognese, chicken parm and the shrimp scampi. Not a single bad thing I could say about this place. I expect us becoming regulars here!

OK, you gotta go check it out! homemade pasta! very al dente for me, but you can always have it cooked more! delicious cocktails wonderful bar staff and a very consistent tender meatball. Google
Maida Trattoria in Fort Collins was so good. We had the burrata and it was honestly incredible—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. We also got the Caesar salad and meatballs, which were both very very good. They have tons of gluten-free options, which is amazing if you’re trying to avoid gluten but still want great food. The service? That was great too! Everyone was super friendly and on it. Definitely planning to go back! Cheers to Marli and McCabe!

Yelp
First time dining here with excitement over the menu. We ordered the bread + spread, bruschetta, bolognese, and maiale. The flavors reminded us of our time in Italy, but we had three notable areas of disappointment: (a) the plates are cold, so the food cools very quick; (b) the noodles are on the softer side, lacking the bite we wanted; and (c) there was no olive oil on the table, especially with the bread amount. These are all low hanging items that could easily bring our ratings up -- perhaps we'll try once more to see.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in to try a new restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Whom ever does the hiring really pays attention to personality. Every waitress is so friendly and personable. The food was top notch for a good price. Sydney was awesome!

Yelp
I can't say enough about this restaurant. I love this place! This is the best restaurant in Fort Collins for sure and one of the best I've eaten at. The food was awesome, great wine list, great service, and in a great setting. I started with the Casa salad which blew me away. An eclectic mixture of vegetables in a wonderfully light vinaigrette just perfectly complemented with each other. For the entrée I had the flavorful alfredo fettuccine with sliced chicken breast which was just amazing and wasn't too heavy for a hot summer evening. I closed the meal with their rich and creamy tiramisu. In reading some of the reviews here which complain about the noise If the place is loud - that means its popular, full of merry people and everyone is having a good time! Special recognition to Hunter and Destin my servers behind the bar, and to Sam the manager who held the place together with such positivity, grace and charm in the midst of the bustle and often hectic night. When I'm back in town I will definitely be stopping by again.

Yelp
Let's start with the good stuff: Maida Trattoria is located right in the heart of old town. The indoor seating area is cozy and the outdoor seating option makes it a great place to enjoy the beautiful Fort Collins weather. We were seated pretty quickly on a Wednesday night around 5pm and the service was great. The not so great: The food is okay. My friend ordered the prosciutto Capra sandwich that comes with shaved prosciutto, whipped honey goat cheese, fresh arugula, caramelized onion, tomato and balsamic on a toasted baguette. The bread was really hard making it difficult to eat. Price was reasonable at $15 for the sandwich and a side. I ordered the full size of the bolognese which is pappardelle pasta tossed in a hearty, slow-simmered beef and tomato ragu with italian herbs, parmigiano reggiano and whipped ricotta. It was a good portion of food, but the overcooked pasta with the ricotta cheese was too mushy making it really unappetizing after a few bites. The artichoke dip was the best part of the meal. It's covered in cheese giving you the ultimate cheese pull. I'd say Maida Trattoria is okay, but with some tweaks to the food execution, it could be great.

Yelp
I have a feeling this spot will become an Old Town staple - they've gotten their flow down and the service, food and ambiance is dialed in. The Marinara + Polpette was phenomenal - perfect portion, flavorful and a good balance of pasta and meat without making you feel 'too full'. The bread with goat cheese dip and herbed butter was hard to stop eating. Service was attentive and genuine even while they were super busy. The menu is well thought out and approachable. I big recommend from me - I hate to see these nitpicky reviews from folks who don't understand that it takes a few weeks for new spots in town to get their sea legs.

Yelp
Wonderful service. Very affordable pricing. Happy hour menu is great. Very tasty. So glad to see a successful restaurant at this location.

Yelp
The only reason I'm giving this a 3 and not lower is because they did try and make up for the issues by comping one of the meals and giving a discount because of the poor food. I'm also giving them the benefit of being a new restaurant and we were also not sat until 9pm and they close at 10. However I'm not sure I will be back unless I hear of vast improvement. I was very excited to try this new place I walked by a few times and it looked packed and the food looked delicious but that was not the case for us. The drinks were ok I got the golden and it was very strong with ginger and no peach flavor. We started with the whipped goat cheese which the 4 (for 3 people) was burned and tasted like day old bread, the goat cheese had a strange flavor and there was barley any honey to the dish as described. The beet salad was good but heavily over dressed but probably the best thing we got for the night. The 2 pasta dishes we got were terrible the pasta was way overcooked and mushy. The shrimp scampi pasta had so much butter that the overcooked pasta just became mush, but the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The bolognese had the same issue over cooked pasta and the sauce was under cooked, the carrots & celery in the Mirepoix were still crunchy and the flavor didn't develop like a good bolognese should. The flat bread was one of the others dishes we got that was pretty good the homemade sausage was good but the crust was a little too crispy. We were sat outside and it was so dark with absolutely no lightning not sure if lightbulbs were just out that was the ambiance they were going for.

Yelp
Visited our best friends in FOCO and they made a reservation for Friday night dinner at 530pm. It's a relatively new place but was super busy we were glad to see! House made pastas are phenomenal and they offer half portions as well great cocktail program along with a decent wine list. Adam our server was delightful and Sam the manager is stellar! Food highlights for me were the mussels, four cheese ravioli with vodka sauce, wedge salad and don't miss the pistachio cheesecake! We were so full but took it home Maida Trattoria is young and still working out some kinks (service on the slow side, wine served a bit too warm for a red) but I will insist on going back when we get to go back to Ft Collins!

Yelp
The staff at Maida are truly wonderful! From Sam. the manager, to Jeff, Hunter, Austin, Kian behind the bar and Imogene, the waitress, just fabulous. They made me feel like family! The food is yummy and comes very quickly the extra touch of fresh grated Parmesan and cracked black pepper makes it even yummier!!

Yelp
Not that great. 1st ordered the goat cheese with honey. Nice bread. Nice cheese. Not a hint of honey. It was ok but this was not what the description said. Then the main dish. Spaghetti and meatballs. The most basic of all Italian dishes. Plenty of meatballs. Ok but served dry- not covered in sauce never seen this before. The sauce watery. Lacking flavor. A jar of Prego sauce would have been better. This is a shame because the restaurant is plain beautiful. The service is great. But the one thing that matters the most not good

Yelp
Sat at the bar. Restaurant was very busy. Received great service. The patio looked nice. My food was very good.

Yelp
Nailed it again probably the best bar in Fort Collins. Jeff made perfect martinis and manhattans. Service on point. Our food was delicious and elevated. You will not be disappointed. Great crowd too! A must place to eat and drink.

Yelp
We had such a great dinner at Maida Trattoria! The burrata was absolutely incredible--super creamy and paired perfectly with the fresh bread and tomatoes. We also ordered the Caesar salad and meatballs, and both were delicious. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients. They also have a ton of gluten-free options, which is always a huge plus. The vibe is warm and cozy, and the service was genuinely awesome--attentive without being overbearing. Our bartender knew his stuff and had all the best recommendations. We felt really well taken care of. Definitely a new favorite spot in Fort Collins--we'll be back!

Yelp
First off they don't answer their phone. Second, altho there is no evidence of it in Yelp or their website, they are booked solid by reservations 7 days in advance. I wasted too much time trying to contact them and exploring Open Table. Very very popular place but totally put me off. The information highway is available to inform customers but I guess you have to care first.

Yelp
Food was excellent. Will definitely go again. On negative was eating outside on the patio was deafeningly loud as trucks and motor bikes zoomed by. Fresh pasta and sauce wonderful. Try inside next time Waitress Hailey great.

Yelp
This was our first visit to this address since it was a Beau Jo's location. What a delightful transformation - the space was bright and lively, buzzing on a Saturday night but not noisy. We showed up a few minutes early for our 6pm reservation and waited all of 30 seconds to be seated. Staff are super-friendly all around, and showed a real team spirit, helping each other out throughout service. Our server Haley was incredible, knew the menu, speedy to respond to anything, and kept us well informed throughout service - she's a gem! Manager Sam stopped by a couple of times as well. Everyone had a smile on their face and made it a fun and enjoyable evening, and they seem to enjoy working there. The pasta maker in the window was fun to watch, too. Now to the food & drink: House wines were perfect. I had the sangiovese and my wife had the pinot grigio - no need to go further than these for us. Appetizer: we shared the mussels in white wine, butter & garlic sauce and they were perfect, just how we like them. We sampled our friends' apps and they were just as good, particularly the polenta and burrata. Dinner: we each ordered a half plate, mine the pasta bolognese and my wife the pasta funghi. Both were outstanding, though I would have liked more garlic in the bolognese. Funghi was delicious. Dessert: we shared a flourless chocolate torte, which was rich and yummy - just right to share. Took a taste of a friend's tiramisu and it was really good, too. So many choices - we'll have to go back and work our way through the menu. They're well on their way only 2 months in - we'll be back!!

Yelp
I went at 4:30 pm on Friday. The place was hopping. The wait staff were nice and attentive. There was a little disorganization but nothing to be surprised about given the newness of the restaurant. The atmosphere was well-done with appropriate sound levels. Definitely a good date night place. That said, there were issues, most likely to be fixed once the business settles in. Let's start with the caesar salad. It looked and tasted very similar to the salads you'd get from a tossed salad kit including the tiny croutons. Dressing was decent but not enough of it. Next came the bread which I ordered not knowing if I was being charged or not (it was free). It came out on a toaster oven tray, looked and tasted like bad breakfast toast. It was very odd and I felt like they ran out of their normal bread. Now we move on to my entree. I had the vodka ravioli. Nice sauce but the ravioli was hard in places and lukewarm. My friend had the maiale. This was the clear winner. Pasta was light and the sausage had the right amount of spicy. Overall, the atmosphere was well-done (date night or casual get together atmosphere works well here), the entrees were good but the execution of my ravioli needed help. Great happy hour menu and the small size offerings make it great for foodies who like to share. I really want this place to take off. My two suggestions: offer table-side high quality bread with an oil dipping sauce and fix your caeser salad, please! Either skip croutons all together or make them yourself. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying this restaurant again soon as it has awesome potential.

Yo V.

Yelp
Bad Italian in so many ways. We had a wide enough selection--the shrimp pasta, the chicken piccata, the ravioli with vodka sauce, the mushroom pasta with added sausage--to now know all the things we won't order when we never come here again. The burrata was ok, but how hard is it to put some prepackaged cheese on a bed of arugula with some tomatoes and spritz of balsamic? We got the meatball appetizer primarily so that we could get the marinar sauce and judge. It had a raw tomato taste like it was just out of the can. The entrees were flavorless. I had to ask for extra lemon to put on my piccata just so that the pasta it came with tasted like something. The service was also terrible. We had to ask twice for water. The waitress was endearing but incompetent---tried to take away third full wine bottle while we were still drinking it. I will say that the barbera was ok, and the cocktails were competent. It is a Potempkin village of a restaurant--a fake facade with no substance. Stay away.....

Yelp
Pros: decent prices. Bruschetta app is very good. My husband had chicken parm which was delicious. I had chicken Alfredo which was very bland and lacked any seasoning or taste. Disappointed for celebrating our 25th anniversary. Don't sit near the entrance/kitchen. It's too noisy.

Yelp
The food was top-notch! I live in Italy part of the year and Maida's antipasto was authentic and delicious. My friend and I shared it as well as the beet salad which was yummy and beautiful. Our waitress, Jess was attentive and helpful. We asked for a dessert recommendation and the tiramisu was the best I've had, including in Italy. Highly recommend Maida Trattoria.

Judith R.

Yelp
A friend and I went there for the menu available from 2 to 5. I had the meatball sandwich and Caesar salad. Caesar salad was not like any I've had before. Not so good. Also meatball sandwich lacked flavor. But I will always try a place at least twice. Also kind of surprised that french fries are on the menu. In an Italian restaurant.

Yelp
Just arriving in town there wasn't a chance for reservations yet we walked in at exactly the right moment to sit at the bar. Excellent service the entire time. Amazing Reposado tequila moscow mule, espresso martini, yummiest chicken picatta and chicken parmigiana. Best last minute decision!

Yelp
With high hopes to finally find an authentic Italian restaurant in NoCO we reserved @ Maida with heightened anticipation. We're still looking. Some of the pluses: stylish space, charming service (albeit slightly chaotic), and we enjoyed a very nice salad. Unfortunately, an Italian restaurant has to deliver at the very minimum with great pasta. Has anyone here heard of al dente? Our pasta was so over-cooked it tasted more like a noodle soup. The chicken that accompanied it was moist but otherwise tasteless. Disappointing. In fairness, any new restaurant takes time to get the kinks worked out but it has to start with making great pasta. We'll likely give it some time before returning but in the end we ended up with the same question- "Can anyone in NoCo make a great pasta dish?" For now, the quest continues.

Jeff C.

Yelp
We went because of the other ratings. I ordered shrimp scampi. The shrimp and the sauce were very good. However, the pasta. OMG! It was the worst pasta ever. It was overcooked and both mushy and chewy. I am not sure how they could do that. The tables are sticky. The water is luke warm. We didn't complain about the ridiculously slow service but the manager somehow knew and gave us free dessert for waiting so long. Going there once, was way too many times. In Response to the reply: Marli, you should watch the Josh Johnson YouTube video on one star reviews. I am sorry my review hurts but you provided the food, the sticky tables, the slow service and the mushy pasta. Respectfully, you have about an equal number of 3 star and 5 star reviews. Please read the the 3 star reviews. Several of the 3 star reviews mention mushy pasta and other unacceptable outcomes. Some of these reviews date to the opening of the restaurant. Improvement is too slow. The 3 star reviews are generous. I can see people having a 4 or 5 star experience, but consistency is key to a 4 star restaurant. Maida is not there. An Italian restaurant should serve perfectly cooked pasta every time. Sorry, but IMO, it is not something to work on. It must be perfect every time. Several people in your cooking staff should be able to look at pasta and see that it is overcooked. There is no explanation for poorly cooked pasta. If it helps, 1) lukewarm water can be fixed with ice. 2) store bought pasta takes 7-11 minutes to cook, depending on type (angel hair, spaghetti, linguine). Home made takes 2-3 minutes less. How long it takes to make mushy and chewy - I have no clue. (Perhaps, the home made pasta has some flaw in its process). 3) we cleaned our sticky table with wet wipes and water. Try not to use the same dirty towel on every table. Use a little soap. Maybe go to a very good or great Italian restaurant: Biaggi in Loveland or Rare across the street and have your chiefs talk to theirs.

Yelp
Checked out Maida tonight and I was delightfully impressed! Apparently they have only been officially open for a few days but I'm a big fan of everything about it. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and grateful for our patronage. Very tasteful decor and ambience, doesn't feel like those only "Instagramable" driven places. We had Matthew as our server this visit. He was very kind, chatty, and attentive. I ordered the ravioli with vodka sauce and broccolini as a side. I wish I could bottle up the sauce and take it home. Overall 5/5. Can't wait to come back and I hope the place does well!!

Yelp
What an enjoyable evening! Warmly greeted and seated, a quick introduction to our server Haley, and we had our drinks almost instantly. Delicious cocktails, especially the dirty martini! Our party of four split two appetizers (Cheezy Focaccia and Bruschetta, both of which were very nicely prepared and presented, and yummy). We split a Caesar Salad and Burrata Salad, and there was more than enough to go around. Caesar was great with a wonderful dressing, and the Burrata salad was ample and tasty! For entrees, we again shared, and we all agreed that each was outstanding! The Carbonara was creamy and wonderful, the Vodka + Ravioli was incredible with a side of sausage, and the Maiale was spicy (we were warned and the spice lovers around the table loved it!) The pace of the meal was pleasant and prompt without feeling rushed. The service staff pitched in and helped one another so we had everything we needed and had a very enjoyable experience. We forgot to save room for desserts...guess we'll have to return (we will!) Our very best to the owners, the front staff and the "magic workers" in the kitchen. Incredible meal and delightful evening.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant in FORT COLLINS not Severance! Great staff! Inventive menu with lots of options -- how about Shrimp Scampi, half order for $13! Also available in full order and family size order. Official opening Monday, June 2, 2025! Fort Collins locals come show your support for this locally-owned business. Experienced in kind and gracious hospitality, Marli and McCabe Callahan, owners of two locations of MUGS for over 20 years, have opened Maida Trattoria as a full service restaurant just in time for lovely weather with its large outdoor terrace. The decor is lovely, the staff is experienced in gracious hospitality and the food is delicious. And many entrees are offered in 3 different size portions -- now that's unique! Come check it out as Fort Collins newest and perhaps loveliest new dining option -- better yet, with their family sized portions, bring the family!

Danika H.

Yelp
I was super excited to try Maida! I had heard mixed reviews, but decided to try it myself. The wait time was quite extensive, but luckily I had a reservation. Our waitress was very kind, attentive, and knew the menu well. I am disappointed though, because the food was not good. The restaurant is gorgeous, and the service is really good, so you'd expect really awesome food..right?! I don't want to go back for the food that's for sure. Even the table next to ours had mentioned that their food was not enjoyable. The manager mentioned they had a new chef...? I definitely will be waiting to try this place again so they can work out the kinks and create some good food!

Yelp
Amazing food and ambience. We ordered the Caesar salad. We prefer a creamier dressing that is anchovy forward, this dressing was lighter, but still delicious. We also had the chicken Alfredo and chicken piccata. Both were outstanding. They are still working out some service issues, but have a very professional and courteous staff. Our concerns were handled and we left full and happy. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Our female bartender at the bar was awful. She lasted two weeks we believe at Salt, sugar, sand and they hired her here.. wow... no energy, acts like she does not want to be there... Is not attentive to people at the bar... bad vibes... Can't believe she is in the service industry. The other bartender who greeted us was all about energy and engaging with us. As for the food.. The fettucinni Alfredo was mush and not anything special and the chicken was dry, dry and dry. Look I understand par baking stuff in prep but it would be better if you did not. They are sacrificing quality for turns at their tables... that's a no no. The other entree we tried was the pesto. It was ok... it was al dente but they skimped on the sundried tomatoes. We have been reviewing restaurants honestly in the Foco food seen for 20 + years... we were hopeful this was going to be something special. We were wrong. Just another mediocre execution of menu items in Fort Collins.. nothing special. Hope they improve and we will check back in a few months and as always we will report back.. but for now this is not a place we would frequent for all the reasons mentioned above. Happy eating everyone!

Yelp
Very noisy. Needs sound proofing in the ceilings. Caesar salad was not very good. Need to spice it up, add Parmesan. No taste to it. Waiter or waitress needs to check back with customers. Staff needs professional restaurant training in customer service. Vodka Ravioli also needs spices. Restaurant has great potential and we don't need it to go away as it is in a wonderful location.

Jacquelyn V.

Yelp
LOVELY. I almost ran smack-dab into the owner on my way to the bathroom because I was too distracted by how absolutely gorgeous this place is (I only knew she was the owner after the fact when I spotted her pic on the fireplace mantle, which I photographed bc I desperately need them to tell me what that deep gray-green-blue paint color is). Anyway, the service was spectacular (we love Logan SO much), the food was perfect (we had the bread and spreads, the wedge salad, and funghi pasta with grilled chicken). I can't remember the name of the matcha cocktail but it was DELISH and I can't wait to go back and try more of their creations! I am SO GLAD you exist, Maida!

Yelp
There's a new best pasta restaurant in town! Service was excellent from start to finish. Drinks were great, apps and salads too. Get the mussels! We enjoyed our sampling of pastas (got a few 1/2 portions to share). Our fav was the vodka ravioli with sausage. Didn't have room for dessert! With Rare being more of a steakhouse, I'd say this is now the best pasta in town. Will be back!

Neil P.

Yelp
Wait staff showed up at our table once in the hour and a half we were seated - simply as. If you want food in a timely manner go somewhere else

F A.

Yelp
Beautiful space and vibrant menu that screams amazing food. However, I'd say, just in my experience over lunch our.food was meh. Pasta was overcooked and really unseasoned. Salad lettuce was wilted and the side of chicken my companion ordered for her salad was overcooked. We'll try again and here is hoping to a better experience.

Yelp
This was recommended to us by our neighbors. We had to try it and Maida did not disappoint at all. The food and service were on point. I highly recommend you eating there.

Yelp
We had a reservation for my girlfriend's birthday at 7:45pm on Thursday night 06/12. No one mentioned this even though it asked for the "occasion" when we booked online. Got seated at a high top near the front door where it was crowded and loud... went to the BR soon after and there were much nicer tables in the back we could have been seated at.. Hostess looked a bit bogged down. No place to put your bag/purse except to hold it or put it on the floor.. Entrees took an hour to come out. Had to ask for more water. Waited was OK, but excepted more attentiveness at a place like this. Could overhear nearby tables complaining of poor quality food and high wait times as well. They got their entire meal comped and we were just offered bread while we waited with no food for 40 minutes.. guess we should have complained more. Saw a blonde manager reprimand a waiter 10 feet from us which was uncomfortable. Ended up leaving after 9:30pm after we quickly finished our entrees. Pasta was good. Sandwich was small but decent. All in all not a good experience for a place I had to make a reservation for, that charges more than industry standard for small portion sized foods. Won't be coming back /:

Yelp
We had an amazing experience sitting at the bar at Maida. Kian is a fabulous bartender...very knowledgeable and friendly! The atmosphere and staff all make it such a fun place to spend a night out. They have a great happy hour. The burrata is wonderful! I love that they do half sizes of their pastas. The funghi pasta is simple, perfect, and delicious. Will definitely be back next time we're in Fort Collins!

Erica B.

Yelp
We had such a fun evening here! Shared three appetizers -- the burrata, goat cheese, and mussels -- and each one was absolutely delicious. The flatbread pizzas were fabulous, too, packed with flavor and perfect for sharing. My favorite drink of the night was the Ballico sour -- so refreshing and unique! Highly recommend this place for a night out with friends.

Questionable service. A request for "no onions" on the prosciutto flatbread (which was advertised to include veggies in addition to the prosciutto) resulted in an unpleasant surprise when the flatbread was served with prosciutto on it.. and nothing else! We were told since onions were mixed into the veggie toppings, it was decided to leave the toppings off entirely. Huh? Quite a rip-off, and a most unappetizing one at that! The restaurant did agree to provide greens and veggies on the side when we objected and explicitly asked for veggies with the flatbread as advertised. Why did we need to do this at all? They should have clearly informed us about the mixed-in onions when we first placed the order. The greens were served quickly, however we had to wait quite a while for the grilled veggies to be served. And a good restaurant would have taken off the charge in such a situation. Most unsatisfactory service.

Yelp
The food was fine. A place to get a slightly above average Italian meal However, the service was lackluster. Waiting at the hostess stand while employees are talking for 15 to 20 seconds with a restaurant that is an 1/8 full is 15/20 seconds too long. Sitting at a table for just under 10 minutes with no recognition, not acceptable in the service industry. The staff needs training in customer service and timeliness. The restaurant has been open 80 days. The service should be refined at this point. We heard about the soup selection as it was being told to another table. It's difficult to open a long staying restaurant in Fort Collins particularly an Italian restaurant across the street from another well established Italian restaurant. The proprietor's need to address the staff and their expectations of good service. The staff needs to fully understand those expectations and execute as such. Otherwise, another " For Lease " sign will be on the front window.

Yelp
Worst service ever and grossest pasta I have ever had. The bread and spread appetizer was decent and the drinks were really good we all got different drinks to try and enjoyed all of them.

Yelp
We had an awesome waiter. Water and drinks got there promptly. No mention of bread though, and when we asked were told that there was a bread service and did we want it? The bread was delicious but for 4 pieces we only got 3 tiny pats of butter. We both had pasta. My friend had the marinara + polpette. I had the mushroom pasta. My friend said that her's was OK. Mine was a wierd watery juice with noodles and a few mushrooms floating around. I did not love it. The dessert however, was fabulous. Tiramisu that tasted like it was from Italy. As with a few other reviews, I hope that the owners take this criticism with the intent it was given. I would love to see them succeed. Rare across the street is too pricey and downtown needs another reasonably priced restaurant. Bisetti's is sorely missed and with a few adjustments, I think that this place may provide that service. We will return in the Fall to see how it is going. A special thank to the waiter; Adam I believe.

Yelp
This place was great! We were a group of 6, ate outside on the patio. There was unanimous agreement that the ambiance, food, service, and overall experience was wonderful. Will definitely come back!

Yelp
We went on a Saturday and the place was packed. We all really enjoyed the atmosphere, the wait service, and three of the boys had the homemade pasta and thought it was excellent. I had the flatbread and ordered a side of truffle fries. For me, I was not impressed with the flatbread as it was really hard around the edges. The truffle fries were not crispy, and there was no truffle on them. Lastly, we ordered the goat cheese appetizer and asked for additional bread. We got the bread and the bread was stale. I'm not writing this review to be negative for this restaurant because I think it's gonna be a great restaurant. I'm writing it to help the restaurant. Be an even better restaurant.. we will be back

Yelp
Pretty disappointing experience. The ambiance is great and they definitely worked on making sure it was enjoyable to sit in. However, the apps are very small and not worth the price. Charcuterie board was the only good option. Our pasta took 50mins to come out. They kept apologizing and then instead of taking it off our bill they gave us a $10 gift card. Dont make us pay for this $30 pasta thats incredibly late. Took forever to get menus, order, just overall not a good experience. Hopefully they iron out the kinks.

Yelp
Wow the food was delicious! Service was great. Hard to believe it was only open for two days. This must be what Angels taste like!
