Delicious food! Friendly staff. Cute pod. Loved my veg sando that was easily vegan friendly. Super fresh greens and veggies. Dessert is also a must here-they are elevated, seasonal and crazy good.

BLTA was perfect! Bacon was not over cooked. My partner had the tuna and said it was great. I’d definitely like to try some of their other sandwiches, and I’m just sayin the cookies looked amazing but I didn’t try one (yet 😉)

Saw their Instagram and went out to try them. This was a great sandwich called the little pig paired with tomato soup. For dessert, panna cotta with a hazelnut praline pear sauce. Very flavorful and worth a second, third, fourth visit. Highly recommend Mailard!

Went here with me and my partner before going out to a friend's house to help set up for a fourth of July party. I ordered the "This little piggy" and I can see why it went to market. The pork loin was done in house and they really nailed it! The pork was succulent and went really well when paired with the pickled jalapeño and provolone. We got the Panna Cotta and oh my God it was so delicious. It tasted like something I would get out of a high end restaurant. The Panna cottas texture was perfectly smooth and was delicious to the very last bite. Seriously great food, and deserves a visit. The menu changes seasonally (again, is this a fancy restaurant? Who are these people?). They told me the Panna cotta stays, but the toppings are seasonal. You need to try this place and bring the family because the outdoor seating area is covered and great for young ones!

I quite literally just finished eating the David Bowie and it was the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had. I haven't thought much about sandwich presentation before today, but I couldn’t help but notice how precisely and perfectly the sandwich was prepared, which was simply a nice touch considering how tasty it was. 11/10 would recommend to a friend and will be back many, many times!

I happened to find Maillard while walking down Alberta the other day. I thought the name was creative and stopped by for a quick lunch. I was kindly greeted by the owner, Andrew, who helped me correctly pronounce “Maillard” and mentioned that he just recently opened his cart. I ordered the BLTJ with avocado and WOW is all I can say. I’m not a foodie by any means, but this sandwich was gourmet, filling, and extremely tasty with every bite. Truly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Worth every penny! I can’t wait to go back and try another sandwich! Next time I’ll have to go with my friends so we can order one of each and try everything!

Don’t really like Italian sandwiches, but tried Maillard’s version on a whim after reading a couple rave reviews of the cart online. Now I’m back for the David Bowie at least a couple times a week. High-quality ingredients, unique flavors, fun menu, good people. Definitely go to Maillard.

Don't get me wrong. Food was delicious, and I'd recommend it to anyone, but it would come with the caveat that it's extremely small portions (Apple Bottom Jean sandwich), and it's quite expensive ($14+tip), especially when you consider the fact that there aren't any sides included, outside of a pickle. To top it all off, it's an extremely long wait, which brings it down to 3 stars. You can't have portions be that small for a 20+ minute wait on a slow day.

Yelp
Love their David Bowie sandwich, and they have beer and boozy cider in the winter. The owner Andrew is also great!

Yelp
One of the best dang breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Owner was kind, relatively not to pricey, and a cute little spot on Alberta st. Also a sweet dog :)

Yelp
Expensive, incredibly slow service, and all for a very mediocre sammie. We had the pig sandwich and the chicken, and would not order either again. They were both wet and flavorless. Soaked right through their bizarre bread choice of a pub roll. Whole experience was not pleasant as if took them 25 minutes (they were not busy, there was only one person in front of us) The taco truck next door is fire though.

Yelp
Amazing sandwiches and desserts! The flavor combos are always interesting and there are rotating specials. Haven't had anything that wasn't delicious, glad to have this nearby for lunch.

Yelp
Yummmm! I went with a friend, she got the special a vegan po' boy called "rich boy" and I got the Apple Bottom Jeans, both were DELICIOUS! I would definitely recommend. The person working there was also very friendly and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. I was going to take a picture of our sandwiches but started eating them and couldn't stop haha. Looking forward to going back again soon!
