What a fun spot! My sister and I love to get smoothie bowls when we are together, and after seeing Main Squeeze advertised on my Instagram, I knew we had to go. The location is a bit random, pretty south on Broad Street. We walked over from Grad Hospital - it was a hike, but it was easier than trying to find parking, which I'm sure would be a nightmare. We visited on a Friday morning, and we were the only ones in there. The spot is small, so on busy days it's probably tough to find a seat, but we had no problem sitting at their counter. Their menu is super expansive - they offer a number of juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, and other bowls. Our focus was on their bowls, and even narrowing it to that section made a choice tough! I wound up going with the Nutella bowl, which featured pears, figs, cherries, granola, and of course, Nutella. The acai base made it hearty, and the toppings gave it extra decadence and sweetness, but it still felt healthy. My sister got a bowl with a pitaya base, which made for a beautiful color! Hers was much more fruit-forward than mine, but she loved the tropical flavors. We enjoyed our bowls with cold brew, which was standard but good. There was only 1 employee working when we were there, so service was a bit delayed, but we also didn't mind since it meant our bowls were made fresh in front of us. Main Squeeze was a fun spot to hit for a smoothie bowl, and I would definitely like to try more offerings! I do wish it was a bit closer / in a more convenient location, but definitely not a hindrance. Would recommend for anyone looking for a hearty, fun, and flavorful smoothie bowl!
