I’m grateful for the outstanding care and attention that Patrick Murakami and his team at Main Street Insurance consistently provide. From my very first call several years ago, they were friendly, helpful, and genuinely supportive. Patrick became my main point of contact, and he’s been fantastic ever since. He always takes the time to explain coverage options in a way that actually makes sense and helped me choose a policy that truly works for me. He’s quick to respond and consistently goes above and beyond. One standout example of his dedication came last year when he alerted me to a major hailstorm in the area and strongly recommended having our roof inspected. Thanks to his advice, we discovered significant damage and were able to make repairs before the situation got worse. Without his insight, I likely wouldn’t have even known there was an issue. Patrick’s communication is clear, his responsiveness is exceptional, and he truly cares about his clients. If you’re looking for an insurance broker who is reliable and genuinely looks out for you, I highly recommend Patrick.

Working with Chuck at Main Street Insurance was such a great experience. Chuck worked hard to get us the best deal for our home and car insurance. He listened to our needs and made some suggestions for things we hadn't thought of. For example, our previous instance didn't have high enough liability and property damage coverage. He put together several great options for us that had better coverage and saved us thousands of our home and auto insurance. On top of everything, Chuck was super nice, was great about getting back to us, and was incredibly professional throughout the entire experience.

Patrick and Main Street Insurance was fine enough as a service to pay for, but only until I needed something specifically. I responded to a Happy Birthday email that said in the body "Birthdays are a great way to make sure you have the insurance coverage you need" so I replied, and asked if he could shop around for new coverage. He said he'd be happy to, and asked for my wife's Driver License number. I gave it to him the very same day he asked. That was now 1.5 months ago, and he has not responded to a single one of my emails since, and I have sent several asking for a status update. I didn't think it was a complicated request. If you like getting ignored and having your money disappear into a void, then give Patrick and Main Street Insurance a call. Otherwise, go somewhere else and save yourself some trouble. The whole point of a broker is to take this sort of thing off your hands. Here I am paying for a broker, and I still have to do everything myself. EDIT: Patrick finally replied to my several ghosted emails after I wrote this review. His excuse was that he was "busy". 45 days? No. We're all busy. A few days, sure. A week, ok. 1.5 months? That's how you lose business. After shopping around on our own, we discovered that our home insurance policy was 2x the average annual home cost in Colorado. The provider that Patrick previously selected for us stopped offering insurance here, so they jacked up the price to get everyone to switch to something else. I'm left to assume Patrick didn't want that switch, because then he'd lose out on that fat 2x comission. Suddenly the ghosting makes a lot more sense. Anyway, if you go with these guys just beware of the lazy/shady business practices.

Patrick and his team looked for rural insurance for us on short notice under a tight timeline. His experience with different insurance agencies helped focus on our unique situation. I appreciated his responsiveness and explaining the insurance nuances. I'd definitely recommend him and his office.

I have been a client of Patrick's for a couple of years now. The biggest thing that I get from doing business with Patrick is peace of mind and that is huge for me! He is honest and educates about what insurance would actually be best and serve us the most. He wants to make sure we have the coverage we need for our situation, not necessarily what is the cheapest. But he still got us covered for what we need at a great price.
