20 Spots to Get an Excellent Cocktail in the Bay Area This Summer | Eater

"With a greenery-filled patio and a recently expanded, generously-sized parklet, this farm-to-table bar and restaurant is one of Walnut Creek’s best destinations for an outdoor hang. Wood-fired pizzas share the menu with seasonal entrees, while the sophisticated cocktail list includes standouts like Not Your Momma’s Sweet Tea, a nuanced mix of lemon, black tea and Grey Goose Essences White Peach & Rosemary. Come for the cocktails, stay for the live music — it’s a gorgeous setting to appreciate the outdoors any time of day." - Vox Creative

Delicious food, attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere! My team and I hosted a corporate holiday party for about 60 people at Main Street Kitchen earlier this month, and were highly pleased with the staff, venue, and quality of food and service. We worked closely with Nina, who made planning and executing the event a breeze. Whether in-person, on the phone, or via email, Nina was attentive, responsive, and flexible to our needs. Food allergies and restrictions were taken into consideration, and we were able to select a wide variety of apps and desserts for our team to enjoy. Our employees' feedback indicated this is one of the best holiday parties we've ever had, with many impressed by the food and decor—some will even return with their teams for lunch! I would definitely consider returning for another event, and 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal!

Google
We decided to eat here because the atmosphere seemed pleasant, but I don’t recommend it because the food was not good. I also noticed the staff literally kicking a fork on the floor in front of customers—just walking over it without picking it up. That makes me wonder how things are managed behind the scenes. I work as a server, and I know that providing good service means paying attention to many details. This is not meant to diminish their work, but I’m sure it could be improved for the health and well-being of their customers.”

Google
My omelet was just egg and potatoes with turmeric flavor. Everyone enjoyed their food, and we had brunch outside.

Google
My gosh! The food quality was top notch, and it’s perfect having bar seating around the kitchen area. The chefs did an amazing job preparing ours and others’ dishes while making everything look effortless and classy. It was busy, but not obnoxiously so, and the waitstaff was attentive, but not overbearing. Definitely would recommend and revisit often!

Great food and service. My son's rehearsal practice lunch was held here. They accommodated request and budget goals. We have eaten here 3 times in 2025.

We always enjoy our time at Main Street Kitchen. They had a live DJ this past weekend and the atmosphere was very fun. Food was great as well. I love the Persian breakfast!

Google
I’ve enjoyed breakfast at Main Street Kitchen & Bar several times now, and it has easily become a favorite spot for breakfast on a weekend morning in Walnut Creek. The Fra’Mani Ham Chilaquiles and Old Fashioned Potato Hash are both really good, you can’t go wrong with either dish. The food seems fresh, and aways satisfying. The coffee is fresh and on the strong side. I recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great breakfast! I will have to try this place out for dinner some time soon.

Google
This place was buzzing so decided to give it a try. They did not have indoor seating because they were full so we sat outside. The service was a little slow. It took a long time for him to come and take the order. I guess he was the only one who was serving outdoors. I tried the lamb chops, they were dry to the bone and had a big piece of cabbage or something under it. Did not enjoy that dish at all. It was chewy hard not to my liking at all. The fish and chip had more chips and a big batter of lump with barely any fish in it. The kids pasta was not nice. It had an after taste which the kids didn’t eat. The drink was served in a tiny glass and was too sweet to my taste Nothing special about this place nor did I enjoy anything. It was just blah !! Parking is all metered. Very difficult to find too.

Yelp
Frankly I'm extremely surprised with the reviews for Main Street Kitchen seeing that their overall rating is lower than other restaurants in the area where the food quality isn't as good IMO. Out of all the places in the area, Main Street Kitchen is one of the most solid restaurants. It's a default go-to when you want a quality meal with fresh ingredients. My husband and I eat here for either brunch or dinner at least twice a month and we've eaten at all of the restaurants in the area. Things to love about MSK: plenty of outdoor seating, extremely pet friendly, attentive service, and consistent meal quality. It's nice that they have live entertainment but the volume can really vary at times. There are rare occasions where the music can be pretty loud when you're sitting outdoors but most of the time it's not an issue. One time when I had brunch at the high tops I asked the head chef their secret on getting the breakfast hash so eventually booked, they actually took the time to tell me their technique which was really nice (not a lot of chefs do that). Some of my favorite items on their menu are the breakfast hash, MSK fries, steak sandwich, and the chicken al mattone. Definitely come to Main Street Kitchen if you're in downtown Walnut Creek. Be sure to make a reservation if you're eating here on the weekend.

Yelp
9/21/25 - I came here with some long time friends and my favorite cousin. One of my friends has been here before, so she was giving advice as to what she tried. She said that she had the crab meat sandwich, which was good, but this time she wanted to try the eggplant sandwich because the person she came with had that sandwich and said it was so, so good!!!! I looked front & back of that two-page paper menu, and then I knew that their menu options change on a daily basis. Some of the pictures on the Yelp screen were not seen on our menus today. I had picked two options, but knew I had to narrow it down to one. So, just before the waitress came back I pick chapaquilles. I have never had this dish, but always wanted to try!! I love Mexican foods. I often cook tacos both beef & chicken and beef enchiladas. I also often make Spanish rice. My dish was presented beautifully and was a delicious, hot meal. I ordered iced tea but I did not like it. The flavor was not good even after putting a little sugar in it!! I should have sent it back after I realized it was $5.00. My friends & my cousins had to wait for their lunch to come out at least five-six minutes, then two of them were wrong & the other had missing items. That was the second time that I have gone to a restaurant in Walnut Creek and didn't like my drink in over a month. Isn't that weird? I actually would have liked a cocktail but did not see anything on the menu that interest me. The restaurant is sitting right on North Main Street and they offer outside seating. Every table was filled. Unbeknownst to my cousin & I, our friend made a reservation; so, we were seated immediately but unfortunately in the back. The kitchen was open and the bar was too. I wouldn't say the place is huge, but every spot is used. For Chilaquiles , French toast w/chicken, eggplant sandwich & a hash omelette and three cocktails and an iced tea the bill came up to $175.34. I have to say that it wasn't the most expensive lunch I have ever had, but I was shocked at the point that it was in a casual setting, not like my lunch in Napa, CA. This place was cleaned and they had plenty of staff to handle the crowd. The weather was beautiful!! Even with the mixed up with the lunches we still tipped her. We paid our bill and were headed for our next destination.

Yelp
If you appreciate a more organic and local food restaurant feel you'd appreciate Main St. Their food options are amazing and unique & their menu does slightly change based on season. I love their brunch offerings especially their chilaquiles. The only thing I wish for is that they opened a little earlier for brunch. Their coffee was also surprisingly good. The ambiance and seating is lively, I love how you can get a look at what the chefs are doing.

Yelp
While dining here we saw two cockroaches on the walls. The first one fell on our table and we pushed it off and immediately told the waiter. He said "oh. hopefully it doesn't come back." And nothing else was said or done from the staff from the rest of the night. If we saw just two in the dining area who knows how many is back in the kitchen. Would not come back.

Yelp
MSK is a beautiful restaurant in downtown Walnut Creek! The food here is really top notch.... You can tell they are only using the best ingredients. I've never ordered food here that I wasn't happy with. I will say, I think the drinks here are really overpriced. $18 for a Bloody Mary that I didn't really think was very good (my bf thought it was okay) and a $7 lemonade!? Just ridiculous pricing.... But everything else is good. The staff here is really nice!

Yelp
Nice restaurant in downtown WC. Came here for brunch on a busy morning but we were seated almost immediately. The staff was great and super attentive. Quite the morning so I had a little espresso martini and ordered their French toast, which was good but not for the price. Will come again to try other items on the menu.

Jon J.

Yelp
Went here with the family over the weekend. First time eating here. Service was professional and friendly. Waiter filled our water glasses multiple times. Decent menu options to choose from. Me and my son had the chicken breast sandwich. The sandwich was absolutely tender and full of flavor. It was lightly breaded and came with a house made Aioli that had a great lemon flavor. The bun it came on was cold which was weird. Didn't matter though, since I ate it as an open sandwich with knife and fork and only half the bun. Slightly on the pricey side, but then again everything is these days. Will definitely go back again.

Yelp
Went in on Sunday for brunch and the servers were all very welcoming and attentive to details. My friend and I both ordered the smoked salmon Benedict. There were a lot of fresh veggies on top and I especially enjoyed the cucumbers. The bread was a little hard. The seasoning was just right for me. Things did feel a bit on the pricey side, but I still enjoyed my meal. Would definitely come here again for this same dish!

Yelp
Stopped to watch football and have a beer after dinner. Place was clean and the bartender was friendly. Seems like a good date spot in downtown Walnut Creek.

Yelp
Last time I was here was with the ladies in my family. This time, we came in before with some of my other family before we headed out to the airport. I loooove this spot for brunch! My sister made a reservation and we were seated as soon as we arrived. There's a parking garage nearby for easy parking. I ordered the espresso martini and loved it! It was so creamy and delicious! To start, my brother in law ordered some guac and salsa for the table and their giant fries! The fries came with a yummy aioli sauce I really liked. The guac was good, too, and the chips are definitely homemade. At first when we were seated, I think there might have been a little confusion as to who our server was, but when we asked a server passing by, he ended up taking up our table and did a great job! He was wonderful. To eat, I ordered this delicious summer pasta they had. It came with arugula on top! it was soooo refreshing and light. Honestly a great lunch item to get because it wasn't too heavy at all. The flavors were perfection! I have literally been dreaming about this pasta ever since I had it haha. Highly recommend this spot for a date or catching up with friends and family.

Yelp
Came for a work lunch and ordered the pomegranate salad with chicken. I could only eat the chicken off the top as the salad was almost a coleslaw soup and doused in dressing. Atmosphere was great.

Yelp
Main Street Kitchen and Bar has always had great food in a great food and great service but as of late they have stepped their game up. The meals are so fresh, made with some of the best ingredients and best combinations I have seen in a long time. I really love this place... 10/10 will repeat.

Yelp
One of my favorite brunch spots. It's always buzzing and has a nice vibe. You can either dine inside, which is a large space with high ceilings, or outside and people watch. I always get the avocado toast which is a side menu item so it's easy to miss. For a side, you receive two decent sized pieces of toast with avocado slices, arugula, and radish slices as garnish. It's filling and delicious. The bottomless mimosa is a fun brunch addition and you can choose orange, pineapple, or grapefruit juice. It's reasonably priced. I have not tried their banana bread but apparently it's popular. It was sold out the last few times I asked for it. This is a fun place to have brunch, either with a group, another person, or by yourself. I enjoy doing that sometimes and I bring a book. It's a great place to enjoy a leisurely lunch. I have found the service to always be attentive and warm. Finally, if you are a latte fan, they make a great lavender latte!

Yelp
An absolutely wonderful restaurant that I would go to again. This was a simple brunch spot I found while browsing and very glad I ended up picking. The service was quick and staff were very friendly. The outdoor seating was lovely and had a great view of the street and surrounding stores. The food was delicious and blew my expectations out of the water. Definitely a brunch spot I'll remember and revisit when I'm back in the area.

Yelp
Nice, slightly upscale, fresh eats place that has some great options. The MTK fries and Brussel sprouts are a must try. They are both delicious and perfect to split. For lunch I got the pear salad which was very fresh and yummy. It featured a crumbled blue cheese and fresh fruit. Atmosphere was cool and looks like a cool spot to go for happy hour. We sat outside which was very nice, but watch out for falling branches. Service was average.

Tyler L.

Yelp
A nice chill spot with some good food options. A little on the pricier side but enjoyable. Pumpkin cheesecake is phenomenal!
google avatar

Jeanine D.

Yelp
Great food and great service! We were able to eat outdoors with patio heaters. I got fish tacos and they didn't let me down! The slaw has small bits of jalapeño for a little kick. The fish n chips were a big portion with nice crispy fries! Thanks for a wonderful experience! Will definitely be back

Yelp
Met my aunt for lunch of few times. Their menu changes seasonally so the clam pasta and grilled peach salad are no longer available. The space is small but has a warm inviting feel to it, I love the eclectic mix of mismatched china and silverware. Service is always pleasant and the servers have all been lovely. With that being said, the food is incredibly expensive for the portion sizes and some of the dishes were a little underwhelming. The chicken in our salad was fried but poorly and it was super dry, there were very little salad greens. The clam pasta was great but not much of the squid pasta. The pizzas were good but again wildly pricey. You can get a medium Margherita pizza at Tomatina for the same price as MSK's personal sized one. If you're looking for a restaurant with a lovely ambience this is it, just be prepared to pay a lot for it.
google avatar

Lindsey V.

Yelp
Great happy hour! Forgot to take pictures of all the food we got, but the spicy chicken bites, fried pickles, and onion rings were a huge hit! The pizza was a great thin crust pizza and so tasty! Everyone enjoy their drinks and it was a great place to grab a bite inside especially on a hot day. Service was a bit slow but looking at it as they weren't rushing us! Forgot to take picture of happy hour menu, but can be found online!

Yelp
My family brought me to this cute little bistro while visiting them in Walnut Creek. We shared a wood-fire margherita pizza and a shaved fennel & arugula salad. The crust on the pizza was light, with just enough chew; and the salad was fresh, bright, and the perfect complement. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend Main Street Kitchen. Prices are comparable for CA (& posh Walnut Creek). If you're going to spend money on a meal, it might as well be excellent food which is what we enjoyed! Reservations are highly recommended- we were surprised that the inside eating area was a 45 minute wait on a Thursday afternoon in mid January. We were able to be quickly seated, however, outside on the patio. So plan ahead and plan accordingly and you'll have a marvelous meal.
google avatar

Johanna V.

Yelp
We came to eat here after a thanksgiving meal fail and they were able to take our reservation. It saved our holiday! The food was flavorful, well spiced, and aesthetically plated. Our server, Litzania, gave us the best recommendations for our dinner and even let us try wines before we settled on a glass. 10/10 service from her, she was the best!! The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and warm. I love how it felt eating here in the evening, with the dim lights and candles around the restaurant. This place would be an amazing date location- especially with the walkable streets and its proximity to broadway plaza.

Yelp
Stopped by Main Street kitchen for Sunday Brunch. I ended up sitting at the bar and was able to chitchat with the bartender most of the morning. I really enjoyed this cozy place. It's small but they utilize the space really well and even have outdoor seating. I got the feeling that the staff members were kind, attentive and accommodating. I ended up ordering the Saffron marinated skewers with filet mignon. It was good but I wasn't blown away. I would definitely go again because appreciate the ambiance and the friendly staff.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
Ok, YUM. From the latte and fresh squeezed oj, to the bomb bread and jam, everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. 100% recommend for brunch! Location is super cute, and service is great. We also ordered the hash and a side of potatoes, the potatoes were just the right combination of crispy and soft mixed with herbs and sautéed onions. The acme bread was the star of the show and is featured in almost all of their dishes.

Yelp
Generally I skew ratings to prioritize product over service but once in a while the service is bad enough to warrant a correction. Main Street Kitchen is a relatively modern and clean restaurant inside. However, we were placed in the outside parklets. The benches were dusty, dirty with crusty bird poop on them. They made no effort to clean anything there. We told the waitress and asked for some wipes but she forgot. It took her 25 minutes from seating to collect orders. The food didn't arrive until 47 minutes after sitting down. I wanted the Old Fashioned Hash but I asked the waitress to replace eggs (which I can't eat) with something I can. She couldn't be bothered and refused to do so. So I got the steak sandwich which was actually pretty good. The meat was tender and the bread was nicely prepared. The $6 salad was a massive wad of lettuce but that's ok. We asked for a burger with grilled onions. Waitress initially said yes but the burger came out with raw onions. When we asked, she claimed they won't grill onions due to allergy reasons. Huh? Another person ordered the pesto panini but got a bunch of overcooked fry ends. She complained but was told that is just the way it is. Seriously our waitress couldn't care less. It's sad because the food is actually generally good. Fix the service.
google avatar

Tanya M.

Yelp
Had lunch here with my sister. We got to sit at the counter watching the magic of where all the food was made which we both enjoyed. I ordered the grilled hangar steak sandwich with salad. It was a popular option but I did notice it took a while to get the actual meal. Waitress came over and told us they gave my meal to another table so they comped my salad and finally delivered me my meal with French fries. The sandwich was so good!! I would definitely get it again. I appreciated they owned up to their mistake and even apologized. They really do care about the customers and it showed. I had never been here but it really is beautiful inside and outside. Looking forward to trying out more of their menu in the future.
google avatar

Krupa T.

Yelp
My friend and I went for happy hour and it wasn't as busy as it is in the evening. The service was good and the food was delicious as it has it been the last few times I have gone. A really good solid choice in downtown!
google avatar

Yelp
After walking by Main Street Kitchen for years, my friends and I decided to try it. They have an extensive menu with something for everyone. I made a reservation for 4 via Resy on Thursday 8/8 but this morning one of our friends was unable to make it as she wasn't feeling well. I called MSK this morning to let them know we were a party of 3 instead of 4. I was worried about them charging the $25 cancellation fee mentioned on Resy. Not only did they not charge me the fee but they were also very appreciative that I gave them several hours' notice. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated quickly outside. The restaurant was busy but it wasn't overcrowded or noisy. Service was friendly and efficient. I got the chilaquiles and appreciated that they were able to make it without ham. They were delicious and probably some of the best I've had. My friends got the peach salad and tomato pasta and both added chicken. I tasted both their dishes (except for the meat) and they were great. I was also considering the peach salad so I will get that next time! I took of a star because 1) we were charged $9 for water and 2) the prices are a bit high. When we were first seated, we were asked if we wanted tap or bottled and we said tap. The waiter accidentally brought a bottle and asked us if it was ok to leave it. We said yes, as we weren't informed of the charge. Were we informed of the charge, we would have asked him to bring us tap. Verdict: although the prices are a bit high for us to come regularly, we would absolutely come back. The food was 5 stars and would have given MSK this rating if we were informed ahead of time about the bottled water charge.

Yelp
This place has really great vibes and ambience. We had a large group of 15 and they tried their hardest to accommodate us but we were unfortunately very cramped in the back room with another large party. I feel like maybe they over promised the two parties and probably should have prioritized seating a little better since the booth in the back is not large party friendly. However, with all of that said.. the food was VERY yummy. And the staff was wonderful and really did try their best to accommodate our group despite the lack of seating. I really would love to come here again with a smaller group to enjoy the front of the house seating or even the outside seating which has large heating lamps. It is quite busy on this street but we were able to find decent parking regardless. My only critique about the food is I wish they had ranch for my pizza. Haha. Other than that, very happy with this restaurant.

Yelp
I stopped by this bar for a drink and some alone time, and I was really happy with my Old Fashioned and the service. The vibe was awesome, exactly what I needed for a relaxing evening.

Yelp
Main Street is one of my favorites while I have friends in town. I'm someone who's very picky with my pizza and pasta, and let me tell you, their pasta and pizza is AMAZING, pastas made in house and the sauce was to die for!
google avatar

Erich L.

Yelp
Good local restaurant in downtown Walnut Creek. They have a nice Bruch menu and a full bar. I tried a pizza and salad both were very good. Excellent service!
google avatar

Martin M.

Yelp
The food is amazingly fresh and really well thought out. The cocktail program is really well done and seasonal. I really appreciate how the service is informal but attentive
google avatar

Alique Y.

Yelp
Stefano di burrata or whatever was pretty good. I hate arugula so I avoided it but the burrata was delicious paired with the prosciutto and the bread, even tho it was a little burnt. I liked the darkish lighting and the decorations were beautiful I love a restaurant with good interior design. Waiters were so nice and they even made me a normal lemonade that's not on the menu. Waiter kind of scammed us by reccomending for us to get the Stefano burrata, the fig and proscuitto, and the bread and butter like that was overdoing it but whatever. He was really nice though and told us about his life
google avatar

Loriell L.

Yelp
We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was jam packed! Thank goodness we reserved a table or else we would've had to go somewhere else because the wait was about an hr. It was pretty small servings but the mimosas were so good I didn't even care! definitely going back for that reason alone. The food was delicious my favorite had to be the pizza and salad. I wish we got to sit inside but goad it turned out to be a nice day!
google avatar

Anthony C.

Yelp
Nice spot in Downtown Walnut Creek, food was good, and our server was very helpful. More pricey for the portion size you get and a somewhat limited menu, but I think they change the menu up often so could be worth checking them out every few weeks to see what is new. The burger was worth it for sure, cooked perfectly, and came with onion rings and fries. Inside was clean and they also have an outside dining area.
google avatar

Meg T.

Yelp
Dropping into Main Street Kitchen & Bar we loved how well the menu fit our tastes. The honey was able to order an eggs benedict, and I was able to order off the a la carte menu, with egg whites, potatoes, bacon and fruit. Additionally, it must be said that the European style fruit plate was amazing. It contained several different types of plums, apricots and cherries, as well as fruit you might find in a more American style plate like blueberries and strawberries. Everything was high quality and wonderful. All in all, we really enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back.
google avatar

Val M.

Yelp
Super cute vibe inside. I ordered the fried chicken Benedict which was delicious! The cabbage slaw it comes with adds a nice little tang, loved the cilantro in it. The fried chicken pieces were soft, not dry, nicely coated. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Friends who ordered the fried chicken sandwich were happy with it too. We shared a side of fries which everyone thought were amazing. The seasoning is super tasty, little touch of rosemary reminded me of Thanksgiving in the best way. They were also nice and crispy! We had a party of 7 and for groups of 6 or more, there is a service charge and gratuity was included. We each got an entree, a drink (non-alcoholic), shared 2 orders of fries and split the gratuity; each paid $44. We thought it was fair. Really enjoyed my meal and I would recommend!

David G.

Yelp
Really nice menu. Wonderful Halibut with winter vegetables. Frank family Chardonnay by the glass. Pumpkin soup and burrata terrific.

Kaitlyn M.

Yelp
I've been here on multiple occasions previously, but on this night we just stopped in for some drinks. We were able to get seated pretty quickly in the back, which they apologized for but we actually preferred because it was further away from the brisk cold outside and much quieter. We all opted for espresso martinis which were delicious as always. What we appreciated most was the option to order food, yet no pressure put on us. We made sure to be quick and not take up table space for long, and appreciated the waiters kind attitude, helpfulness, and lack of pressure to order more.

Yelp
Food, service and atmosphere are consistent. The food is timeless with an unexpected twist. The owner, Arash, is a gem!

Yelp
Came here for brunch to catch up with a good friend in Walnut Creek. The food and service were both great. I ordered the Mary's Fried Chicken sandwich and my friend got one of their omelettes. My chicken sandwich came with a side of slaw which was light and fresh. We were both happy with the flavour and the portion of both of our meals. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll probably want to try a different spot as the food here didn't particularly WOW us, but that isn't to say that there was anything wrong with it! Worth checking out if you have your eyes on it!

Karen Q.

Yelp
First time dining at Main Street Kitchen and Bar. We were drawn to the live music and decided to have dinner there with my family and glad we did. The food was fresh and delicious. We had a couple of pizzas, mackerel entree and a burger. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. We will be back again soon.

Yelp
i'm surprised by main st kitchen's rating! my family comes here all the time and it's a great restaurant in downtown walnut creek. on a weekend night, they have a great band playing. the inside is decorated very nicely and they have a great patio space. service is very good and professional from my experience. their cocktail and wine options are great. bar looks really nice and puts out some good drinks. the food never disappoints. last time, we got the salmon, soup of the day, and pork ragu. all were delicious. definitely recommend trying main street kitchen!
google avatar

Connie S.

Yelp
I'm surprised MSK doesn't have a higher overall rating! It's a solid spot for any meal. The restaurant itself is really cute and modern. Love the bar. Love the gorgeous tile oven. The food is pretty good across the board. Maybe not 5 stars for every single dish, but plenty of great options. On my most recent visit I a shared a little gem salad (SO GOOD), summer pizza (also fantastic) and fries (thick cut which isn't my favorite yet I still enjoyed them, especially dipped in the lemony aioli) with a friend. The cocktails are also beautiful and delicious.

Yelp
Hate to leave such a poor review on one of my favorite restaurants but this is the second time that my credit card has been overcharged. The first time I called and they were able to fix it right away, this second time, I left a message with the front desk and am yet to hear back (it's been a week now and still no call back/resolution) Just a little ridiculous to be over charged and have to constantly follow up with them for it to be resolved.

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the food to the staff and service, everything here consistently goes above and beyond. Words can't fully capture how impressed I am every single time. Their Sunday brunch, in particular, is unmatched. it's hands down the best I've ever had. We choose this restaurant for every special occasion, and without fail, the experience is flawless. The team makes you feel valued and truly cared for, which is rare to find. The warm, welcoming ambience makes every visit feel special, whether it's a casual brunch or a celebratory night out. Highly, highly recommend this place for every occasion. -Pantea

Yelp
Staff :5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars Food: 3.5 stars This place is really cute and offers a good sizes menu. They offer a season dish on top of their staples. My review feels torn because the ingredients are fresh, clean and food is presented well. I am torn on this review because it feels like they tried too hard. We ordered chilaquiles and i wished they kept it more "classic". It came with ham layered in on the bottom that reminded me of deli slices meat. The french toast was made with a rustic bread but wasn't quite egged. Tried the Bloody Mary, not too shabby but i wished it had more umph. Mimosa, average.

Yelp
I've passed by MSK many times and decided to stop in for a quick brunch on Sunday. Outdoor seating was pretty open at 10:30 which was perfect. It took a while for the wait staff to come to our table, but once we were able to order the food came out fairly quickly. Each dish is more on the expensive side, but the quality of their meats and veggies make sense on the higher prices. The ham that came with the Benedict was my favorite and I liked the combination of the MSK omelette of goat cheese and dates. We felt a bit rushed towards the end our meal as busser kept coming around to ask if they could take our plates when we were not yet finished and he just just given us our meal maybe 10 minutes beforehand. Overall, I'd come back but think that service could be improved.

Yelp
Quick and attentive service with mid-century modern decor--both indoor and outdoor seating. Food was all delicious and well timed/seasoned. Really enjoyed the herbs on the eggplant toast, and the pizza crust was thin and chewy. Fries are also well seasoned!
