"Having previously worked in some prestigious MICHELIN kitchens, (in the restaurants of Guy Savoy, Yannick Alléno and Jean-François Piège), chef Alexis Voisenet has decided to make his mark by opening his restaurant in the casemates of the old fort at Issy-les-Moulineaux. This historical site is a unique setting, with its beautiful contemporary furniture laid out beneath a stone vaulted ceiling. The chef's creative approach results in refined dishes such as John Dory, samphire, kale and rounds of green meat confit in butter, with a matelote sauce. The front-of-house team, all professionals with plenty of experience in MICHELIN-starred kitchens, provides impeccable service. The restaurant also boasts a cellar, where diners can enjoy home-made charcuterie and house-cured meats." - Michelin Inspector

We ate here and it was such an amazing experience and the food was perfect! Flavors and presentation were on point! Chef came out and spoke with us too. He was lovely! Would highly recommend.

The cuisine of chef Voisenet was extraordinary. I found many interesting points. Mastery of many kinds of broth in different dishes. Mastery of vegetable flavors and cream. Very careful supply of ingredients. I would like to give 6/5. However, there were some remarks forcing me to give 4/5. Environment was very noisy. I can hardly listen to the staff. Some staffs were cold. I got intention to get the richest menu to write a review for a group. I chose the last slot of lunch. My friend came 15min late. I asked the staff about the time of last order and was assured. However, at the table, a staff refused the order of the biggest menu because of time-out. We were disappointed but politely acknowledged that it was because of my friend coming late. However, we had to suffer a cold and superior manner of a staff during the whole discussion. There were absolutely other cooler and warmer manners to refuse clients while inspiring them to come back for what they missed today. But to conclude, we will definitely come back to experience further the talent of chef Voisenet.

Cannot express how lovely our dinner was at Maison Avoise. Everyone at the restaurant was friendly, kind and accommodating of my limited French skills. We had cocktails on the terrace before our meal. The food was elevated and wonderful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I encourage anyone reading this review to book a table immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Outstanding - Flawless food, which leaves nothing to be desired (best scallops ever)

Original dishes. Slightly pricey and stonger seafood dishes than meat. A bit of attitude of some staff members for this price range.
