"In the center of Granby, 90 minutes from Montreal, a Four Square-style cube-shaped house catches the eye with its coffee-colored wooden cladding and white detailing. A terrace, kitchen garden, and herb garden on the roof set the tone, heralding the taste sensations to come! Inside, warmth meets simplicity: a refined bar, a glassed-in wine cellar, black tables, and an open kitchen with a chef's counter. Two crackling maple wood fires call to mind a steakhouse. The cooking, mostly over an open flame, brings the best out of the vegetables, fish, and meat, which are carefully selected by the chef." - Michelin Inspector

I spent a truly exceptional evening at Maison Boire last night. The service was next level. By far the most welcoming, professional and inspiring, I had seen in years. Now, the food... Well it's simply delicious. Beautifully presented as you'll see from my pictures, but what you will miss out on is the fabulous mariages made by this brilliant chef. I look forward to my next visit, and I'm certain it will be very soon, as the menu is filled with great option. The filet mignon with bone I tasted, was simply out of this world. But really every dish had a moment of perfection about it. By far the best restaurant in the Eastern Townships.

Best restaurant in Granby! Chef Jonathan will take you on a culinary journey filled with flavours and beautiful presentations. The wood grill will bring out amazing taste while the open kitchen allows you to watch the chef work his magic. It is certainly worth the detour and can't wait to see what Chef Jonathan will create next!

OMG! The place is unrecognizable since Maison Boire took over this local. Gone is the outdated kind of Italian Da Teresa, now it's a very modern and classy restaurant. The décor is gorgeous with fancy upholstery a nice looking bar and even a cool mirror ceiling. The tables, the chairs, the benches, it's all brand new. They really did a serious relooking job. The food was good too. They specialised in braised and grilled plates, which gives a nice smell to the place. It's creative and not too expensive at least for diner it was very reasonable. They had a nice attention to details, fresh homemade bread, a choice of aromatised water, and friendly service, I will definitely go back, probably with friends to show them too. However, I wish they would improve their choices of wine, it was a very basic and limited selection.

You are signing up for a wonderful evening. My partner and I took the 5 course meal with the additions of drinks. Our waitress was amazing (Rizlane). She super courteous and made the evening a little something more special ✨ When the evening gets chilly, they offer you warm blankets and even later offer to move you inside. The gardens are beautiful to see. The meals are delicious and inventive; especially impressed with their vegetarian menu. 🌿 First restaurant I have been to of this caliber with a vegetarian 5 course meal option. Desert was sinful. Staff were all very helpful and attentive to detail.

Great place to celebrate a loved one, an achievement, or simply to spoil oneself. The food is amazing - fresh and cooked to the point. I strongly recommend 👌

Maison Boire was hands down one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was divine. The ingredients are so fresh that it gave me a new perspective on what real food tastes like. It is clear that every dish is created and plated with love and intention. We started with the delicious vegetarian Pizzette, which came with delicious fries and the freshest salad I have ever tasted. I had the risotto, and my partner had the lamb. Both were so flavorful and the ingredients were clearly selected carefully to complement the dishes. We finished dinner with the cranberry sorbet with champagne, which was a fresh and inventive way to end the meal. Each dish was described perfectly by our server Alex. He told us that this was voted the most sustainable restaurant in Canada due to its use of only local ingredients, some of which are so local that they are grown on the rooftop of the restaurant. Alex was kind enough to give us a tour of the restaurant after our meal, and we learned more about the history of the establishment and their future goals towards an even more sustainable food supply. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Definitely will be returning!

My 6th time here and my experience was nowhere near as satisfying as the first time. What was the most disappointing was the change in menu. The choices were limited with absolutely no fish on the menu at all. The cheese and cold cut platter which was amazing and what I was looking forward to as an entree was removed from the menu as well. I was told that the menu will change according to the seasons and to what is available locally which is fine but as long as the choices remain limited as they are I don’t think I will be returning. I chose the grilled cheese cake for dessert and I have to say that it was no where near a “cheese cake” and not refined at all for the type of restaurant Maison Boire is reputed to be. I ate everything I ordered because I was hungry and all was very tasty but it does’t make up for how disappointing this experience was compared to all the other times. The staff was pleasant and the service was great as usual but my dinner left so much to be desired. Sorry guys:(

Was feeling all types of ways and really wanted to try something nice for my birthday. One of the best genuine experiences I’ve had. Food was great, service was great 😌 and the fact it was also a green place just made it all the more lovely. Lovely place and people 😍
