Maison CHABRAN - Le 45ème (Bistrot Gourmand)

One of the top meals we had over two weeks of good meals. Well balanced and thoughtfully prepared courses. We asked to see the full wine list and it's huge. The atmosphere was amazing; you are near a busy road but would never know it sitting in the lush garden. Service was top notch; anticipatory and attentive without being pushy. Only complaint was other diners were smoking at tables next to ours. I know this is France but at a fine dining establishment it was rude. Try to enjoy the aromas of your wine or meal while smelling smoke... Not good

Delicious food, relaxed stylish atmosphere, but only few ofnthe servers ever actually smile. There's room for improvement there.

Disappointed stop, we were looking forward to it, nothing special in the plate unfortunately, knowing that they have 1 stars Michelin in the other restaurant.

Amazing food

Menu entrée plat dessert à 40 euros très correct. Repas servis chaud et vraiment bon. Rien à dire côté cuisine. Serveur très agréable rien à dire de ce côté non plus . Par contre un peu trop long même si on va au restaurant pour y prendre son temps , il a fallu attendre 25 min pour voir des glaçons, 45 min entre chaque plat, et vu de la terrasse pas top, on avait vu sur une espèce de déchetterie à l'arrière du bâtiment et petit travaux à prévoir sur les passes de toit ( sûrement prévue avec les travaux actuels). À vous de juger le prix reste raisonnable

De visite ce midi dans ce magnifique restaurant et que dire... Le cadre est magnifique, hors du temps. Le repas également, il y a ce qu'il faut et c'est parfaitement bien réalisé. Le service aussi, il n'y a rien à dire, tout était parfait, nous avons passé un agréable moment.

Entrée plat dessert à 40euro le soir top Cuisine très bonne , service très correcte personnel agréable. L’ambiance et le décor super je recommande Merci au serveur pour l’ajout des fraise dans le Virgine Mojito 😉

We had lunch as a group in Espace Gourmand restaurant in the same building as Michelin star restaurant and tried their tapas menu. From being seated to having the first dish was more than 50 min. Even though we sent the allergy of one person in the group 1 month before arrival and repeated the allergies when seated, kept on delivering wrong dishes. When reminded another dish with allergic seafood, chef himself came to the table and started yelling to stop asking for allergy, have to eat what he delivers or nothing. I have never come across such arrogance and impoliteness anywhere in the world. Food was just ok, but anything else was a disaster! Try other nearby very good restaurants like Vineum, Andre, La Tournesol, Bistro PH3, all offer much better food and drastically better service.
