"In this bistro in the heart of a medieval village, kick off your meal with a drink and nibbles, before sampling the chef’s unusual concept which involves several variations (starter & main course), all of which are based on one main ingredient (vegetable, meat or fish). Warm welcome and small private room." - Michelin Inspector

Had the 5-course Christmas Eve meal without wine (€120/pax). The food and service is okay, just pretty average for an upscale establishment. The Breton lobster risotto came with a bite size piece of lobster.

It was a high end restaurant. My wife and I were at the restaurant on March 25, 2022. One of members in Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse refered and made a reservation for me. My wife and I had a three course meals. It was chef’s surprise three course meals. Taste of was excellent and food presentations were beautiful. Wine was matched well with food. Sommelier explained about wine’s region, character and history. Also staff explained about every course meal in detail with a decent speed of verbal descriptions. We enjoyed the meals with warm atmosphere.

Had a 5 plates full course with 3 glasses wine pairing for €175. The dishes are very nice. The service is very good as well. I am very satisfied. And I like the introduction and sincere service of the restaurant staff in particular the Korean. I definitely recommend everyone to come.

Yelp
A pity. This place should be much better than what it actually is. The place is superb: stylish, futuristic, the exact decor I love. The service is impeccable, our waiter spoke three different languages and was able to describe each dish in English flawlessly (something not that common in France, unfortunately). BUT. BUT. The problem is the most important aspect, the food. We actually went here on a Saturday, the only possible choice being Chef's choice menu. I like Fixed surprise menu, I think it's a way for the chef to really show what it has in his hands, especially in restaurant where experimentation is fundamental. Probably the experiments didn't work that day. The appetizers were good but nothing exceptional (except for the mise en bouche, that salmon was one of the best pre appetizers I ever had in my life), the first main course was a real failure. I have nothing against tris, but I think in a tris every single mini dish should actually be part of a global design, everything should be a piece for the good result of the mosaic. But instead, the three flavors clashed together, if I had these three dishes one by one it would be ok, but here it just doesn't work. A pity. The dessert was probably the best single "real" dish (except for the above mentioned salmon, but that's not a real dish), kind of an easy dish (basically it was a peach over a biscuit with vanilla cream, of course not THAT easy), but I can't accept a chef's menu with these errors. A pity
